Channing Tatum and Zoe Kravitz’s Relationship Timeline

Posted: 01 Dec 2021 06:50 AM PST

Sparks flying on set! Channing Tatum and Zoë Kravitz are the latest celebrity couple to taking their working relationship to the next level.

The actor previously found love with his Step Up costar Jenna Dewan while filming the 2006 movie. The twosome subsequently wed in 2009 and welcomed daughter Everly in 2013. Five years later, fans were surprised to learn the pair were going their separate ways, with the former couple finalizing their divorce in 2019.

"We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now," the actors said in a statement at the time. "There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision — just two best friends realizing it's time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible. We are still a family and will always be loving, dedicated parents to Everly."

While Tatum went on to date Jessie J on and off from October 2018 to April 2020, Dewan started seeing Steve Kazee and welcomed son Calum with her fiancé in 2020.

Kravitz, for her part, married Karl Glusman in May 2019 after three years of dating. The High Fidelity alum and the Greyhound actor called it quits after less than two years of marriage in December 2020. Us Weekly confirmed in August 2021 that their divorce was finalized — the same month she was spotted getting cozy with Tatum.

Earlier that summer, the X-Men: First Class actress opened up about Tatum being her first choice to star in her directorial debut, Pussy Island.

"[He was the one] I thought of when I wrote this character," she told Deadline in June 2021. "I just knew from Magic Mike and his live shows, I got the sense he's a true feminist and I wanted to collaborate with someone who was clearly interested in exploring this subject matter."

Tatum added at the time, "When Zoë called me about this, I was shocked. … I'd watched her in movies, knew she produced High Fidelity and had seen that, but I didn't know she was creating on a level like this, where she wanted to direct. This came out of nowhere and the subject matter made me say, 'Wait, why are you thinking about me for this?' No one gives me a chance to play a role like this, everybody throws me down a different alley and expects me to do a certain thing. It was scary and liberating, just to be able to have a free conversation, where I was allowed to mess up, and say the wrong things."

A source told Us in August 2021 that "things turned romantic fast" between the pair after "working together so closely."

Heather Dubrow: My Friendship With Shannon Beador Goes ‘Off the Rails’

Posted: 01 Dec 2021 06:30 AM PST

Here we go again! Heather Dubrow is gearing up for her big return to the The Real Housewives of Orange County, and she is bringing the drama with it.

Former 'RHOC' Stars: Where Are They Now?

"It’s a fantastic season and it delivers. It has all of the drama, amazing personal stories. It’s a very transitional season, I would say, which is what everyone was looking for and definitely brings back that aspirational lifestyle that I think people were wanting," Heather, 52, said on Us Weekly's "Getting Real with the Housewives" podcast. "I think we told some very compelling stories that I hope resonate with other families and other parents out there and from a personal standpoint, I made some new friends and I’m reacquainted with some old ones."

Heather had left the series in 2017 and was on good terms with veteran housewife Shannon Beador at the time, but it appears things shift in this upcoming season.

"I think Shannon and I both came into the situation with the best of intentions, honestly," Heather told Us. "And it just goes off the rails."

One thing missing for the "Heather Dubrow's World Podcast" host was her former costars Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson, who exited the show in 2020.

"It was weird," she said of filming without Tamra, 54, and Vicki, 59. "It was weird for me because I was on the show five seasons and they were there all five seasons and there was even one season where it started out just the three of us and we were just the three of us filming for like a month. So, you know, I care about them a lot and I miss them.

Selena Gomez made it clear that she can poke fun of herself online — and she isn't here for people who can't take a joke.

The 29-year-old "Rare" songstress shared a TikTok video on Tuesday, November 30, of her reaction to Dr. Dawn Bentel's explanation of "heavy” drinking.

“The CDC defines heavy drinking as 15 or more drinks a week for men,” the doctor said in the clip. “And eight or more drinks per week for women.”

Gomez, who makes concerned faces in her response to Bentel's definition of "heavy" alcohol consumption, captioned her duet on the social media app, "It's a joke."

In the comments section of the post, a social media user replied, "So one of your best friends gives you her kidney and you continue to drink excessively. Damn Selena.”

The former Disney star fired back, "It was a joke ass.”

Gomez underwent a kidney transplant amid a battle with lupus in 2017. Family friend and actress Francia Raisa donated her organ to the Only Murders in the Building star.

"My kidneys were shutting down. My mentality was to keep going," Gomez said during a joint interview with Raisa, 33, on the Today show at the time. "She lived with me during this interesting time where my kidneys were just done. That was it, and I didn't want to ask a single person in my life. The thought of asking someone to do that was really difficult for me. She volunteered and did it. And let alone someone wanting to volunteer, it is incredibly difficult to find a match. The fact that she was a match, I mean that's unbelievable. That's not real."

The Grammy nominee's two-hour surgery took six hours amid complications.

"It's really hard to think about or even to swallow," Gomez said at the time of how the Secret Life of the American Teenager alum changed her life with her donation. "My energy and my life has been better."

The "Lose You to Love Me" singer has clapped back at remarks about her kidney transplant in the past. Back in 2020, the Saved by the Bell reboot cut out a joke about who donated an organ to Gomez amid backlash for the quip. Months later, The Good Fight poked fun at the controversy and cancel culture during a season 5 episode of the CBS All Access show.

"I am not sure how writing jokes about organ transplants for television shows has become a thing but sadly it has apparently," Gomez tweeted on August 3. "I hope in the next writer's room when one of these tasteless jokes are presented it's called out immediately and doesn't make it on air."

West, 44, and Kardashian, 41, were joined by their 8-year-old daughter, North, during the event on Tuesday, November 30. Businessman Richie Akiva shared a photo of the family via Instagram.

The rapper previously paid tribute to his late friend of nearly 20 years by dedicating his Sunday Service to Abloh hours after the news of his passing.

“In loving memory of Virgil Abloh, the creative director of Donda,” West wrote on his website for the live stream on Sunday, November 28.

The reality star also honored the fashion icon with an emotional post, writing, “God doesn't make mistakes. I know that but I still can't help but ask why. Why Virgil?! Why him so soon? it's simply hard to understand why. I have a hard time understanding why so many pure souls were taken away so early.”

The Skims founder reflected on coming to terms with the loss of her friend.

“Virgil- you were always so gentle, kind and calm,” she continued via Instagram on Monday, November 29. “You somehow made time for everyone. We also talked about your superpower of calmness often. You always gave so much of yourself to the world because you wanted it to be doper. This one is hard to process.”

Kardashian and West’s reunion at the Miami show marks the first time the exes have been spotted together since the California native confirmed her romance with Pete Davidson.

The comedian, 28, and the beauty mogul sparked romance speculation after they worked on several skits together during her Saturday Night Live hosting gig in October. Kardashian, who filed for divorce from West in February after nearly seven years of marriage, was spotted grabbing dinner in Davidson’s native New York one month later.

"SNL making my wife say 'I divorced him' on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off, and I never have seen the papers. We're not even divorced," he said during an appearance on Revolt's "Drink Champs" in November. "So how we — because [it's] no joke to me, my kids want their parents to stay together. I want their parents — I want us to be together."

After Davidson was joined by Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, during his birthday celebration that same month, the pair took their romance public when they were photographed holding hands.

The musician, who also shares Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, addressed his feelings on the status of his marriage again ahead of Thanksgiving.

"The narrative that God wants is for you to see that everything can be redeemed," he said on November 24 while visiting Skid Row. "In all these relationships, we've made mistakes. I've made mistakes. I've publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband, but right now today, for whatever reason — I didn't know I was going to be standing right here, I didn't know I was going to be in front of this mic — but I'm here to change that narrative."

Channing! Drake! Zoe Kravitz’s Dating History Through the Years

Posted: 01 Dec 2021 06:05 AM PST

Leading lady! Zoë Kravitz has had her fair share of high-profile relationships through the years, from her quiet romance with Penn Badgley to her whirlwind marriage to Karl Glusman.

Kravitz was first linked to the You actor in the summer of 2011, one year after he split from Gossip Girl costar Blake Lively. The pair kept their relationship relatively under wraps before Us Weekly confirmed in 2013 that they’d called it quits.

“They are at two different stages in their careers,” a source explained of Badgley and the Lolawolf singer. “They just didn’t have time for each other.”

The Mad Max: Fury Road star’s next long-term romance was with Glusman, who she began seeing in 2016. Two years later, Kravitz revealed that the Gypsy actor had popped the question.

“Oh yeah, I’m engaged,” she told Rolling Stone. “I haven’t told anyone yet — I mean, I haven’t told the world.”

In June 2019, the couple tied the knot in Paris at an estate owned by Lenny Kravitz, Zoë’s father. Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, Shailene Woodley were in attendance, along with Zoë’s mom, Lisa Bonet, and stepdad Jason Momoa.

Nearly one year after their nuptials, the Big Little Lies star gushed over her “awesome” connection with her husband.

“I feel I’ve known him my entire life,” she said during an interview on Dax Shepard‘s “Armchair Expert” podcast in May 2020. “He’s just one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He's one of the most honest people I've ever met and I feel like I’ve known him since I was a kid, even though I haven’t. There’s this connection where it’s like we’ve always known each other, we’ve always lived together. It doesn’t feel like this foreign thing. … We have a history, it feels like.”

The California native “was very much going through a dry spell” when she was introduced to Glusman, she explained at the time. “I hadn’t really met anyone that I had connected with in a while and my friend met Karl and fully brought him to a friend’s birthday party at a bar so I could meet him and have someone to hook up with. It was kind of meant to be a really casual thing, and then we just kind of never separated.”

Us confirmed in January 2021 that Zoë filed for divorce. Though she didn’t comment on her split at the time, she seemingly hinted at a fresh start when she captioned a series of Instagram photos, “New year. Little things.” The former couple finalized their divorce in August 2021.

I knew that I was still coming out and I still am. So there’s still things to work through right now. … The friends that I have, the support group that I have has been so helpful and impactful.”

“I have been through that. I have done that,” he explained to Us. “Even going into the show, that was one of the conversations with the production company. … I’m not in a space right now to really, like, put myself out there like that. I had a lot of self-discovery to do.”

As for whether his romantic relationships will ever be part of a reality show, the former Bachelor isn’t 100 percent sure one way or another.

Woman Down! Este Haim Took a Tumble During an L.A. Show

Posted: 30 Nov 2021 05:24 PM PST

Even the stars take a tumble every once in a while! Jennifer Lawrence, Kim Kardashian and Michael B. Jordan are just a few celebrities who've completely wiped out while the cameras have been rolling.

The American Hustle actress had a series of slipping spells in February 2013 while she was on the award show circuit.

Ahead of the 2013 BAFTA Awards, Lawrence attended a dinner with her Silver Linings Playbook costar Bradley Cooper in London but had a bit of a misstep outside the restaurant. Lawrence was spotted tripping on a curb at the time and losing her shoe as fans looked on.

Later that month, the Kentucky native faceplanted at the 2013 Oscars in Hollywood as she walked up accept the award for Best Actress for Silver Linings Playbook.

"You guys are just standing up because you feel bad that I fell — it's really embarrassing," Lawrence said after being helped up and to the podium to receive her award. "This is nuts!"

Two years later, Lawrence's Hunger Games costar Liam Hemsworth revealed whether she really is as clumsy as she seems during an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers.

The Australia native explained that Lawrence falling is "not at all" part of an elaborate act. "She's terrible at walking," he said in November 2015, referencing the time that the actress broke her high heel while walking a red carpet with him.

"She got down the stairs there, and we got to the back of the theater and one of her heels broke, and she went down," Hemsworth recalled of a Hunger Games London premiere. "Thankfully, it was at the back of the theater so only a couple of people saw her. I picked her up and she only has one heel on, so I'm walking her out, [but then] we get outside the theater and a friend of mine comes up and I'm like, 'Hey, good to see you!' and I let go."

Lawrence, for her part, later addressed her tendency to slip, especially during the 2013 Oscars while appearing on the "Absolutely Not with Heather McMahan" podcast in October 2020.

The X-Men: Dark Phoenix star explained that "for a very long time, the fall thing was very sensitive" for her, but she has since started to look back it "fondly." Lawrence also revealed that she and Anderson Cooper had a bit of a fallout after the incident when he claimed that she was faking it.

"It was so devastating because it was this horrific humiliation to me," she recalled, noting she eventually spoke with Cooper about his comments. "I don't know if I'll ever have a chance to give a speech like that again, so it didn't feel good for me not to have a speech." Cooper later apologized for saying she was faking the whole thing, with Lawrence adding, "I think we're good friends now."

“4 weeks spent with this one in Costa Rica and this is what we have to show for it!😂😅,” Berry captioned the TikTok video of him and his new love on vacation.

In the video, set to Social House and Lil Yachty‘s song “Magic in the Hamptons,” the reality star and his companion enjoyed wine in a jacuzzi, jokingly rubbed their backsides together in front of a waterfall and shared a kiss on a beach at sunset.

“We enjoyed it so much and cannot wait to go back!🏄🏼‍♂️🏄🏽‍♀️❤,” Berry added in his caption. While he added plenty of hashtags, he didn’t tag his new partner. Her identity remains a mystery for now.

In the comments section, fans were more focused on his ex. “Wait… didn’t you literally just have a post about Ciara getting a stew job on a huge ship or something?” one commenter asked. “And that you were excited for her and you guys are use to being apart so it wasn’t going to be a big deal???”

The England native responded to the comment. “That post was 14 months ago and we broke up last December. Hope that clears it up for everyone,” he shared.

Berry and Duggan started dating in 2016, four years before they starred together on Bravo’s Below Deck Sailing Yacht, which debuted on Bravo in February 2020. They got engaged in July 2020, shortly after the first season wrapped. Paget proposed on a trip to Italy, but the two split before the year was over.

"There were a lot of reasons that it kind of broke down," Duggan told Us Weekly exclusively about the breakup after it was made public in April. “Being in France, we weren't quarantining, we weren't stuck together or anything like that. We were there just kind of living life. But, you know, I was taking temporary jobs, and I just kind of realized throughout taking those jobs that I was happier on my own for a lot of reasons."

The Florida native added that since they started dating when she was just 18, she didn’t expect them to last forever and couldn’t truly see herself marrying him.

"We're still in good terms and we're still friends. I wish him nothing but the best,” she told Us at the time. “I hope he finds someone who's better suited … Neither of us is malicious, which is what matters. We have too much of a history to just not care about each other."

The exes first shared the breakup news via Instagram after a comment asking her if she was still together with Paget.

"No," the reality TV star replied. "Things happen. We're still on good terms and wish each other nothing but the best."

Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's Friendship Ups and Downs Over the Years

Posted: 30 Nov 2021 02:28 PM PST

A collaboration for the ages. Will Ferrell and Adam McKay have produced tons of comedy classics together, but their partnership — and their friendship — came to a halt in 2019.

The duo first connected while working at Saturday Night Live in the mid-1990s. Ferrell joined the show as a cast member in September 1995 for the series’ 21st season, while McKay came on board as a writer.

The Big Short director originally auditioned for an onscreen role on the long-running NBC variety show, but he was offered a role as a writer instead. He became head writer at age 27 within one year of joining the crew.

Ferrell, meanwhile, became one of SNL‘s biggest stars of all time, appearing in classic sketches where he played characters including Alex Trebek and Craig the Spartan cheerleader. After he left the show in 2002, he reunited with McKay, who’d left the previous year, to work on feature films.

Their first project together was 2004’s Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, which became an instant hit with its quotable lines and hilarious cast. The movie was so beloved by fans that the duo decided to make a sequel nearly a decade later.

“Wherever we were in the world, whatever we were promoting, the last round of the interview was always, ‘Can I ask you a few questions about Anchorman? Will there ever be a sequel?'” Ferrell told The Guardian in December 2013, explaining why the producing partners decided to make 2013’s Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. “So, eventually Adam and I were like, ‘Why not? We love this character.'”

Over the next six years, however, their prolific partnership came to a halt. In April 2019, the pair decided to dissolve their company, Gary Sanchez Productions, after nearly 15 years, announcing that all projects in production at the time would be completed.

Six months later, McKay struck out on his own with Hyperobject Industries, while Ferrell proceeded with Gloria Sanchez Productions, which was originally spun off from Gary Sanchez to produce female-focused work.

In October 2021, the Blades of Glory star explained that one reason for the split was his former partner’s ambition to keep growing Gary Sanchez into a Hollywood empire. "Adam was like, 'I want to do this, and this, and this’; he wanted growth and a sphere of influence, and I was just like, 'I don't know, that sounds like a lot that I have to keep track of,'" Ferrell told The Hollywood Reporter at the time. "To me, the potential of seeing a billboard, and being like, 'Oh, we're producing that?' I don't know. … At the end of the day, we just have different amounts of bandwidth."

During an interview with Vanity Fair, McKay explained why he thought the Reilly casting in the Lakers series hurt his relationship with Ferrell. The Stranger Than Fiction star first found out about the news via Reilly, who called him to let him know that he'd gotten the part. “I f—ked up on how I handled that,” McKay explained. “It’s the old thing of keep your side of the street clean. I should have just done everything by the book.” The director claimed that he's since reached out to his former comedy partner, but Ferrell hasn't returned his messages. “[He] took it as a way deeper hurt than I ever imagined and I tried to reach out to him, and I reminded him of some slights that were thrown my way that were never apologized for," McKay said. “The whole time it was like I was saying it out loud, ‘Let’s not become an episode of Behind the Music. 8 Crazy Nights! Andy Cohen and More Stars Celebrate Hanukkah

Posted: 30 Nov 2021 01:18 PM PST

Eight crazy nights! Hanukkah has finally arrived and the stars are celebrating right along with their followers.

For the first night of Hanukkah on Sunday, November 28, many celebs chose to show off their menorahs, including Jamie Chung, whose candelabrum featured elaborate gold lions, and Kat Dennings, who kept things sleek and modern with hers.

Rachel Zoe offered a closer look at her holiday table, which was filled with dreidels, Star of David place settings and the Little Green Men from Toy Story. Andy Cohen, for his part, gave Bravo fans a glimpse at his third Hanukkah with his 2-year-old son, Benjamin, whom he welcomed via surrogate in February 2019.

On night one, Mayim Bialik joked that she may have fallen a little behind on her holiday planning this year, hashtagging her Instagram post, "Chanukah breakdown." By the second night, though, the new Jeopardy! host, 45, seemed to have gotten things back on track.

"Here is me…second night with my @jeopardy family celebrating Chanukah together!!" she wrote via Instagram on Monday, November 29. " 🕎💜 We sang, I sang in Yiddish, it was really fun. And, approved by the Fire 🔥 Department!!"

Mariah Carey got into the spirit by teaching her 10-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, a special holiday song — but it didn't go as planned. "I don’t think they’ve got it yet," the "All I Want For Christmas Is You" singer, 51, tweeted on November 28.

90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik, meanwhile, skipped the sing-along and went right to dessert. The 33-year-old dressed her sons Shai, 18 months, and Asher, 4 months, whom she shares with her husband of six years, Alexei Brovarnik, in festive pajamas featuring potato latkes and jelly doughnuts.

Speaking of baking, Chelsea Handler shared a hilarious Instagram video making a special treat for her family, who were "demanding" she bring something homemade to their dinner party.

"First of all, we never celebrated Hanukkah growing up," the former Chelsea Lately host, 46, explained in the November 29 clip. "We lit candles and we got money. So I don't know why this tradition is starting, but I'm here for it."

The comedian made a loaf of Challah bread for dinner with her relatives — but the result might make them blush. Let’s just say it’s NSFW. Luckily, Scott Disick's doughnuts are a lot more family-friendly.

In another life! Vanessa Lachey recalled how the timing of her relationship with now-husband, Nick Lachey, derailed her plans to date dream guy Ryan Reynolds.

When asked who the NCIS: Hawaii star, 41, would pick if Nick, 48, wasn't an option, Vanessa was quick to name the Deadpool star, 45, whom she revealed she's had a crush on for decades.

"We joke [about who's next in line]. I have my, 'Ya know whatever [fantasy guy].' He's married now and I love them together," Vanessa said during the Tuesday, November 30, episode of the "LadyGang" podcast. "It's Ryan Reynolds! I just think he's so charming. He's like an action star, but he's so self-deprecating and he's funny … and he's so all of the things."

The former TRL host, who wed the 98 Degrees singer in 2011, noted that there was a moment of hope when Reynolds split from fiancée Alanis Morissette, and he was finally available. Vanessa, however, was suddenly off the market.

"But that's when I met Nick," Vanessa said, laughing. "I've been married for 10 years, with him for 15, so it's fine. But Ryan has always been my like [dream man] … I just think he hung the sun, moon and stars."

The Philippines native recalled thinking "he's off the market" once she heard that the Green Lantern actor was engaged to Morissette, 47, in 2004. Around the same time, Nick was in his own relationship — he was married to Jessica Simpson from 2002 to 2006 — so Vanessa had to accept that both men were not an option for her to date.

"Nick was in a previous relationship — he was taken. Even though I loved the guy, I was like, 'He's married. Don't mess with that. Bad karma girl. Like, do not mess with that,'" she explained.

Once the Alter Ego judge broke up with Simpson, 41, however, the two started to talk "loosely for a few months" before becoming more serious.

"I'll never forget, I came into TRL [one day] and I told my hair and makeup girls, 'Nick and I made it official! We're boyfriend, girlfriend,'" Vanessa explained. "My hair girl goes, 'Maybe this isn't the time I should tell you, Ryan Reynolds and Alanis called off their engagement.'"

The news threw Vanessa for a loop since, suddenly, both of her crushes were back on the market at the same time.

"I was like, 'Waah!!! You couldn't tell me this yesterday?' Not that it would have changed anything," the Truth Be Told alum continued. "I remember that day vividly because it was the day [Nick and I] decided to be a monogamous couple and in a relationship [and it] was also the day [Ryan and Alanis] decided to break off their engagement."

Vanessa said she still jokes with Nick over Reynolds being the one that got away. "That was my first test [with Nick] and I didn't take the bait," she added with a laugh.

Vanessa and Nick's romance took off in February 2006 after she starred in his music video for "What's Left of Me" shortly after he split from Simpson.

Nick's divorce from the Dukes of Hazzard actress was finalized in June 2006, six months before he and Vanessa went public with their romance on New Year's Eve. Since tying the knot in July 2011, the couple have welcomed three children: sons Camden, 9, and Phoenix, 4, and daughter Brooklyn, 6.

Reynolds, for his part, was engaged to Morissette from 2004 to 2007. He was later married to Scarlett Johansson from 2008 to 2010. He and Blake Lively tied the knot in 2012, and they now share three daughters: James, 6, Inez, 5, and Betty, 2.

Charles, William Believe Harry Overreacted About Alleged Skin Color Remark

Posted: 30 Nov 2021 12:16 PM PST

Ever since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle alleged that a member of his family made a comment about their future children's skin color, royal enthusiasts have been searching for answers. In a new interview with Us Weekly, author Christopher Andersen offers insight into the scandal — including Prince Charles and Prince William's alleged roles in the controversy.

Most Shocking Royal Family Feuds in History

"I was able to trace this back to a comment that was made by Prince Charles to [Duchess] Camilla on the day that the announcement of Harry and Meghan's engagement was made," the Brothers and Wives: Inside the Private Lives of William, Kate, Harry, and Meghan author tells Us. "And what he did was casually turn to her like any grandparent to be would do and say, 'I wonder what their children will look like, hair color, eye, color, complexion.' … He did it fondly, but the problem is it was taken misconstrued, contorted over a period of time by the bureaucrats and the palace — the people who [Princess] Diana used to call the men in gray — and they really weaponized that and turned it into something that was quite nasty by the time it reached Harry’s ear."

When Harry, 37, confronted his father, 73, and his brother, 39, about the alleged remark, they allegedly told him he was "oversensitive" and "overreacting," according to Andersen.

"That complicated what was already a very complicated situation," he says.

After Andersen's book made headlines earlier this month, Prince Charles referred to the story as "fiction" and "not worth further comment" in a statement to Us.

"I wish the palace would take care to read what the book actually said," Andersen argued to Us. "The real fiction here is the denial. This is what the palace always does. There’s a knee-jerk reaction is to say, 'None of it’s true.' … In this particular case, clearly, they haven’t read the book because if they did, they'd see that, in a sense, it sort of softens the image of the royal family in terms of race."

Harry and Meghan, 40, are the parents of son Archie, 2, and daughter Lilibet, 5 months. The pair, who wrapped up their duties working for the queen in March 2020 after opting to relocate to California, made the bombshell claim that there were "concerns and conversations about how dark [Archie's] skin might be when he was born" during a CBS tell-all earlier this year.

After the interview, Harry and Meghan reportedly said off camera that the person in question wasn't Queen Elizabeth II or Prince Philip. The palace released a statement at the time calling the couple's allegations of racism within the family "concerning."

The 30-year-old athlete and his NBA team, the Sacramento Kings, faced off against the Memphis Grizzlies in Tennessee on Sunday, losing 128-101. Things apparently got heated in the stands of the FedExForum when a spectator began to heckle Thompson from the crowd.

“Per multiple people around the fan that was thrown out of the Grizzlies game tonight, he was tossed because he was making comments about the Kardashian family in the direction of Tristan Thompson,” Memphis-based sports reporter Drew Hill tweeted on Sunday night.

According to Hill, “The fan was issued a warning card, but when he returned Gentry went back to the officials and said he wanted him gone, so the fan was kicked out.”

Alvin Gentry, the interim head coach of the Kings, was reportedly the one who was unhappy with the fan’s remarks. Gentry, 67, later addressed the incident without going into specific detail about the digs.

“I think [when] you pay for a ticket, you’ve got a right to boo guys, you’ve got a right to cheer for your team … but inappropriate things should never be what anyone should say,” the North Carolina native stated after the game, per the Sacramento Bee. “I don’t think it needs to be talked about or anything, but obviously it’s not anything that I’m going to tolerate people saying to my players, I know that, not without intervening and asking them to be removed.”

Gentry continued: “[Fans] can say anything they want to me or they can boo and do everything they want with the players, but there’s no room for saying inappropriate things in a sporting event. That’s not why you’re there.”

Aaron Carter and Melanie Martin’s Ups and Downs: A Timeline

Posted: 30 Nov 2021 12:04 PM PST

A rocky road. Aaron Carter and Melanie Martin first confirmed their relationship in January 2020 at the height of the coronavirus pandemic — and it’s been messy ever since.

The singer and the model had many ups and downs during their relationship, including a breakup, a reunion, a pregnancy loss and a rainbow baby. In September 2021, things appeared to be solid between them as a then-pregnant Martin gushed about Carter in a touching tribute via Instagram.

"The couples that are meant to be, are the ones who go through everything that is meant to tear them apart and come out even stronger. Even through our darkest storms I know you're the one I want to spend the rest of my days with @aaroncarter. I'm so blessed and grateful for the life we have built,” she wrote. “I can't wait to welcome our son into this world in just a few short months. I love you with all my heart. I'm so excited for our little family and all of life's blessings coming our way. We all have ups and downs but I intend to keep my private life behind doors. You live and you learn. Xx.”

Two months later, the duo welcomed their first child together, a son named Prince. The House of Carters alum shared the happy news on his Instagram on November 22, revealing that Martin underwent an emergency C-Section after 13 hours of labor.

“Emergency C Section after 13 hours of labor but my fiancé is in great health thank you lord and the incredibly sweet loving staff here. Prince is precious I love you son. Your mommy loves you as I drop tears on the phone,” the “I Want Candy” singer captioned via Instagram in November 2021, showing a photo of him at the hospital cutting the umbilical cord. “@missmelaniemartin I'm so proud of you hunny you did it I Love you with all my heart my beautiful blessings from god.”

The new parents cozied up together for an Instagram video days later, with Carter captioning the 10-minute clip, “I love you so much our beautiful son. @missmelaniemartin. Family. Growth. Persevere.”

Unfortunately, things took a turn. Seven days after welcoming the little one, the duo split. The musician announced the news via Twitter, calling out his twin sister, Angel Carter, and brother Nick Carter in the process.

"I have the most conniving deceiving family and Melanie has been lying to me the whole time communicating with my twin sister and the family members who tried to put me in prison and who tried to get a conservatorship on me in court," he wrote at the time, claiming his ex-fiancée is taking their son to Las Vegas. "I'm in shocked this is horrible."

He added, “Don't worry you trolls won you ruined my life alongside w Angel my twin Lauren Kitt and nick god bless. I'm a good man. I'm sleeping in my car ok.. and he is in the house. Josh Duggar's Child Pornography Trial Begins: Everything We Know

Posted: 30 Nov 2021 12:04 PM PST

One day after news broke that Josh Duggar was arrested in Arkansas, Us Weekly confirmed that he was indicted on child pornography charges.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in the Western District of Arkansas revealed the nature of the charges in a press release on April 30.

"A Springdale man was arrested yesterday for receiving and possessing material depicting the sexual abuse of children," the release began. "According to court documents, Joshua James Duggar, 33, allegedly used the internet to download child sexual abuse material. Duggar allegedly possessed this material, some of which depicts the sexual abuse of children under the age of 12, in May 2019."

Josh, the eldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, was detained without bond. The news came days after his wife, Anna Duggar, announced that the pair are expecting their seventh child.

"It's a GIRL!!!!!" Anna wrote via Instagram on April 24. "We are overjoyed to announce baby seven is on the way and we can't wait to hold her in our arms this fall!"

The twosome, who wed in 2008, share six kids: Mackynzie (born October 2009), Michael (June 2011), Marcus (June 2013), Meredith (July 2015), Mason (September 2017) and Maryella (November 2019)

Josh is no stranger to controversy. Back in 2015, he made headlines when resurfaced court documents revealed he molested five girls — four of which were related to him — between 2002 and 2003. He was 14 and 15 years old at the time.

"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends," he said in a statement via Facebook at the time. "We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life."

Josh and Anna's marriage hit another rough patch that August after his Ashley Madison account was revealed. He subsequently sought treatment and the couple began counseling.

"Since the residential treatment program ended, we have been working with a professional marriage and family counselor to take important steps toward healing," Josh and Anna wrote in a statement in March 2016. “As the future unfolds, we are taking one day at a time and we are grateful for your continued prayers for both of us and our sweet children."

Anna has yet to publicly comment on her husband's recent arrest. Scroll through for everything we know about the case so far:

Josh is currently being held without bond, but he can request to be released during a May 5 hearing. “I will also advise you that any proposed third-party custodian, it would need to be in a residence, where there are no minors in the home,” the judge told Josh and his lawyer on April 30. “So, you all would need to be looking for somebody that will ensure compliance with conditions of release and can ensure to the court that there are no minors in the home, or that would be visiting unsupervised.” Courtesy Josh Duggar/Twitter
The Charges
“Duggar is charged by indictment with receiving and possessing child pornography,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s press release read. If he’s found guilty, the reality TV personality faces up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines for each count. Courtesy Josh Duggar/Twitter

The Family Reaction
“We appreciate your continued prayers for our family at this time,” Jim Bob and Michelle said in a statement to Us via their family rep on April 30. “The accusations brought against Joshua today are very serious. It is our prayer that the truth, no matter what it is, will come to light, and that this will all be resolved in a timely manner. We love Josh and Anna and continue to pray for their family.” Josh’s sister Jill Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard, who aren’t on the best terms with the family, released a statement of their own, reading, "We just found out this information yesterday. It is very sad." Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo later took to Instagram to react: “We are disturbed to hear of the charges against Josh. "While this case must go through the legal system, we want to make it clear that we absolutely condemn any form of child abuse and fully support authorities and judicial process in their pursuit of justice." May Hearing
Josh was granted a release on bond for May 6 following his May 5 virtual hearing. The judge, however, stated that he could not return home because there are “six minor children that live in your house.” His other release conditions include unlimited contact with his kids as long as his wife is present. The reality star cannot be around any other children, however, and will be monitored via GPS whenever he leaves the home confinement at pastor Lacount Reber and Maria Reber's home, where he is staying. He can go to church, work, legal appointments and receive medical care. Courtesy of Anna Duggar/Instagram
Bump in the Road
Josh’s attorney filed a motion on June 17, asking for his trial to be pushed from its July 2021 start to February 2022, claiming it will take that long for their forensic expert to go through the devices that contain evidence pertaining to the case. The lawyer also claimed that Josh’s team did not receive some of the additional discovery files from prosecutors, including reports from outside investigators who are also involved in the case, which they will need time to review before going to court. “Remarkably, the Government also recently disclosed — for the first time and only by way of a screenshot of an unidentified database — that two other Arkansas state law enforcement agencies allegedly participated in this investigation at least in a minimal capacity,” the attorney wrote in the court documents obtained by Us. “The search warrant applications make no reference to these agencies, the Special Agent’s testimony at the detention hearing made no mention of these agencies, and the remainder of the discovery does not reveal which agencies participated and what, if anything, these agencies did.” Patsy Lynch/Shutterstock
The Extension
Documents obtained by Us in June 2021 confirmed that a judge signed off on Josh's request to move the trial date back — but only by four months. Pretrial proceedings were rescheduled to November 18, 2021, with the trial beginning on November 30. Courtesy of Anna Duggar/Instagram
Next Steps
Josh's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss two of the charges against him — including one count of receiving child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography — claiming in August 2021 court docs that prosecutors failed to preserve evidence that could potentially prove his innocence. Another motion requested to dismiss the indictment because two acting secretaries at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security had not been officially appointed at the time of Josh's investigation. Evidence Ruling
In September 2021, federal prosecutors filed a response to the defendant’s motion one month prior, in which Josh’s legal team asked a judge to suppress “photographs law enforcement took of Duggar’s hands and feet while requiring him to pose for the photographs in custody.” His attorneys are claiming that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigators did not have a warrant, so they should not have been allowed to take those pictures. However, the federal prosecutors on the case claimed in their September filing that there is no basis for a judge to dismiss the case against the TV personality or suppress any evidence, including photos of his hands taken during his arrest. "While the defendant was being processed as he was taken into custody, a special agent with the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations (‘HIS’) asked the defendant if he could photograph the defendant’s hands. The defendant expressly consented to having the photographs taken,” the filing states. “At no time during this process did the special agent or any other law enforcement officers involved in the processing of the defendant raise their voice at him, intimidate him, or verbally or physically threaten him. The photographs document a scar on the defendant’s hand, which is plainly visible. Law enforcement observed the same scar in images recovered from the defendant’s electronic devices seized pursuant to a search warrant in this case." A court hearing has been set for October 4, 2021, where both sides can discuss the various motions that Josh and his legal team filed to suppress evidence, including the pictures that investigators took at the time of his arrest. Motions Denied
In September 2021, a judge denied four of Josh’s five motions in the child pornography case, including the motion to suppress statements that the TV personality allegedly made to federal agents during the investigation. The defense’s motion to dismiss the case entirely was also denied, as was their attempt to suppress photographs taken of their client’s hands and feet at the time of his arrest. The motion to dismiss the indictment because of who was in charge of the Department of Homeland Security at the time was also rejected. The fifth motion, which is tied to suppressing evidence, hasn’t been ruled on by a judge. ABC 40/29/YouTube
Keeping the Past in the Past?
After the prosecution filed a motion to include evidence from Josh’s previous molestation scandal in the trial in November 2021, his legal team filed paperwork of their own to attempt to prevent his past from being brought up in the case, according to reports. Patsy Lynch/Shutterstock
The Trial Begins
On November 30, Josh reported to court in Fayetteville, Arkansas, for the start of his trial after the judge agreed to delay it by four months. His wife, Anna, accompanied him, and they walked into the building hand in hand alongside his legal team. The former 19 Kids and Counting star, 33, and his spouse, also 33, walked hand in hand into the federal courthouse in Fayetteville, Arkansas, alongside his legal team. The trial began after an evidentiary hearing on Monday, November 29, in which Josh’s father, Jim Bob Duggar, testified about whether his son’s past molestation scandal can be referenced by the prosecution.

Josh was arrested on April 29, just days after Anna announced that she was expecting the couple’s seventh child. Anna gave birth to daughter Madyson on October 23. The pair are also parents to Mackynzie, 12, Michael, 10, Marcus, 8, Meredith, 6, Mason, 4, and Maryella, 2.

At the time of his arrest, Josh was charged with two counts of downloading and possessing child pornography and taken into custody at the Washington County jail in Arkansas. He entered a not guilty plea at the time and was released on bond several days later. If convicted, the former reality star could face up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines for each count.

The Arkansas native’s trial was originally scheduled to begin in July, but in June, a judge granted his legal team’s request to push it back so they could have additional time to review evidence in the case. Josh’s attorneys requested that the trial begin in February 2022, but the judge settled on November instead.

In the aftermath of the arrest, TLC officially canceled the Duggar family’s show Counting On, which followed Josh’s siblings as they grew up and had their own children. Josh, however, had not appeared on the network since 2015 when TLC canceled 19 Kids and Counting following his molestation scandal.

In May 2015, resurfaced court documents revealed that Josh molested five girls — four of which were related to him — between 2002 and 2003 when he was 14 and 15 years old. He responded to the news with a statement posted to the Duggar family’s official Facebook page.

"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret," he said at the time. "I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation.”

Earlier this month, the prosecution filed a motion asking for permission to include evidence from that case in the new trial against him. Josh’s legal team filed a motion in response asking the judge to prevent his past from being brought up in relation to this case.

“My beloved Anthony, On Christmas Eve you got down on one knee and proposed to me in front of my favorite castle in Arundel that I used to visit all the time as a child,” the #Freerayshawn actress gushed via Instagram in January 2019, one month after her engagement. “It brought tears to my eyes because I don’t get to see my family in England that I’m so close with that much because we are an ocean away, but they got to witness this amazing event in our lives. And what a moment it was!! All because of you. I will NEVER forget this magical trip for as long as I live.”

The daughter of Ron Cephas Jones wrote at the time that she was “so excited to continue” her “awesome journey” with Ramos.

"I'm going to need a few of these cheeky chaps this December, to hide around the house and make my grandchildren laugh," the Party Pieces owner, 66, wrote via the company's Instagram page on Saturday, November 27, alongside a photo of two bearded Santa gnomes.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 39, and Prince William's children, Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3, are three of Carole and Michael Middleton's grandchildren.

Their younger daughter, Pippa Middleton, shares son Arthur, 3, and daughter Grace, 8 months, with husband James Matthews.

"As much as I love immaculate decorations, we can't be too serious at Christmas!" Carole added.

Earlier this month, the businesswoman — who shares Kate, Pippa, 38, and son James Middleton with her husband, Michael, 72 — shared a few tips about picking the perfect Christmas theme for one's home via the Party Pieces blog.

She pointed to the "Silly Santa" theme, which includes plates, a banner and confetti decorations, as her go-to choice for keeping her grandchildren smiling when they visit during the holidays.

"I love to make Christmas fun and exciting for my grandchildren which is what our Silly Santa edit is for," Carole wrote in November. "The bright jolly Santa designs are lovely ways to bring some joy to your children's festive parties."

Carole previously gave insight into how she spends time with George, Charlotte and Louis, telling Saga magazine in April that she makes sure they are in tune with nature.

"If I'm doing planting with my grandchildren, I like to have it all laid out at 'activity stations' with their own little trowel and pot so they can get started immediately," she said in the U.K. magazine's May issue. "It's important for children to grow up appreciating nature and part of that is allowing them to get a bit muddy."

Carole's eldest child, Kate, has a similar hands-on approach to parenting, with a source telling Us Weekly exclusively in April that the duchess tries to keep her kids "entertained" when they are on school breaks.

"They enjoy family bike rides, playing tennis and George and Charlotte are taking horse riding lessons," the insider said after the royals celebrated Easter earlier that month. "Charlotte is obsessed with horses, just like her great-grandmother. It's her favorite activity."
