The Mare of Easttown alum, 46, told The Guardian in an interview published on Thursday, December 23, that she "couldn't stop crying" when she finally saw DiCaprio, 47, in person again after a lengthy period of time.

"I've known him for half my life! It's not as if I've found myself in New York or he's been in London and there's been a chance to have dinner or grab a coffee and a catch-up," Winslet explained to the outlet. "We haven't been able to leave our countries. Like so many friendships globally, we've missed each other because of COVID."

The Brit added: "He's my friend, my really close friend. We're bonded for life."

DiCaprio and Winslet played star-crossed lovers Jack and Rose in the 1997 film Titanic. She recalled turning 21 and her costar turning 22 during filming. Although the movie was a hit, she told The Guardian that making it "wasn't pleasant" for her or her leading man.

"But we were all in it together. Though he had way more days off than I ever bloody did. I guess I was raised to be grateful and just get on with it," she shared. "I didn't feel it was my right to be miserable, and if I was miserable, I certainly would not have let a journalist know. There is no way I would have let that slip!"

Winslet and DiCaprio's friendship lasted well beyond the set of Titanic, and they later starred in 2008's Revolutionary Road together. Despite how close they became, she insisted in October 2017 that they never had romantic feelings for each other.

"For Leo and I, I think it was seven months of very intense work," the actress said on ITV's Lorraine at the time. "We were both really very young, and luckily — and this is the fortunate thing — we never fancied each other. I know that's really annoying to hear, I'm sorry, but we really never did."

The Holiday star offered some insight into the nature of their friendship in the October 2017 issue of Glamour. "You don't even want to know the last conversation we had because it was so funny and made me laugh so much," she noted. "We found ourselves saying, 'Can you imagine if the world really knew the stupid things we say?'"

DiCaprio adores Winslet just as much as she does him. "Kate Winslet is one of my dearest friends," he gushed in his March 2010 Esquire cover story. "We have the ultimate trust in each other."

Kelsea Ballerini Is ‘Merry, Bright, Boosted and Buzzed’: See Holiday Decor

Making spirits bright! Candace Cameron Bure, Joanna Gaines, Bindi Irwin and more celebrities couldn’t wait to get into the holiday mood — they started decorating as soon as Halloween ended.

"It's the most wonderful time of the year!!! It's happening, people!!!" the Full House alum, 45, wrote via Instagram on November 10, sharing a video of herself putting up her fake tree at home. "The tree is up 🎄and the decorations are just getting started! Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 🍁 and Merry Christmas 🎁! Don't try to stop me!"

Gaines, for her part, decorated a special tree with 3-year-old son Crew in early November to mark the start of the season. She also shared a few highlights of Christmas past via her Magnolia blog to get fans just as excited for holiday festivities.

"Our family's tradition of gifting ornaments each year began with [my husband] Chip [Gaines]'s mom, Gayle. The first year that Chip and I were married, I wanted to decorate our Christmas tree based on a specific color story — and decided it would be an all-blue theme," Joanna, 43, wrote in a recent blog. "That same year on Thanksgiving, Gayle gifted us a bright red Radko ornament. Truthfully, I hesitated putting it on the tree because I knew it would throw off my color theme. It makes me laugh now, but at the time I thought, 'Where am I going to put this?'"

The Magnolia Network cofounder noted that she ultimately decided to put her mother-in-law's gift on the tree, which led to their family's tradition of giving each other ornaments as pre-Christmas gifts.

"What I learned to love was this: Though that ornament stuck out in stark contrast to my blue tree, that bright red ornament told a story," she added. "Not only was it a heartfelt gift from Chip's mom, but the ornament signified our first Christmas together, and that made it worthy of the spotlight."

This year, Joanna opted to add a few specialty ornaments to her Magnolia collection that help tell the stories of her own family — including a Sriracha sauce bottle for 15-year-old daughter Ella, who "puts it on everything," according to her mom. Along with Ella and Crew, Joanna shares children Drake, 16, Duke, 13 and Emmie, 11, with Chip, 46.

Joshua Bassett Reveals If He’s Nervous to Return to ‘HSM’ Set With Olivia

Posted: 23 Dec 2021 03:49 PM PST

Disney drama! Us Weekly is breaking down Olivia Rodrigo's alleged feud with High School Musical: The Musical — The Series costar Joshua Bassett and Sabrina Carpenter, amid their music faceoff.

The Bizaardvark alum, 17, made headlines in January 2021 after releasing her debut single, "Driver's License." The hit song resonated with Rodrigo's fans, including Taylor Swift, but it also caused some to think that it was about the rumored drama between her, Bassett, 20, and Carpenter, 21.

Eagle-eyed fans pointed out that Rodrigo changed the lyrics from her 2020 teaser track from "brunette" to "blonde," seemingly referencing the Girl Meets World alum in one verse.

"And you're probably with that blonde girl / Who always made me doubt / She's so much older than me / She's everything I'm insecure about," the Grace Stirs Up Success star sings, hinting at Carpenter's hair color and the fact that she is three years older than her.

Rodrigo's track came six months after Bassett released the song, "Anyone Else," in July 2020, which appeared to be about her. "How am I supposed to think about anything else? / How am I to go on keeping this to myself? / I am done pretending I want anyone else / Anyone else, anyone else," Bassett sings. He later confirmed that the track was written about falling for a friend who was unavailable.

In her song, Rodrigo, sings, "I just can't imagine how you could be so OK now that I'm gone / Guess you didn't mean what you wrote in that song about me."

Although the costars have never addressed whether they were ever romantically involved, fans believe that Rodrigo and Bassett were an item in 2020. The Stuck in the Middle alum, however, seemed to move on with Carpenter in June 2020, after the pair were spotted at a protest together in L.A.

Rodrigo has yet to identify who inspired her new track, but both Bassett and Carpenter have since dropped songs of their own, hinting that they are in fact the source of inspiration for "Driver's License."

Bassett's January 2021 release, titled, "Lie, Lie, Lie," came out on January 14, one week after Rodrigo's song hit the airwaves.

"I wrote 'Lie, Lie, Lie' after I found out a friend had been lying about me behind my back for a long time," the Oceanside, California, native wrote via his Instagram Stories at the time. "It always sucks to hear that someone you thought you could trust would throw you under the bus when it benefits them."

He added: "It happens to all of us, and I think all you can do is seek out people that build you up rather than tear you down."

The following week, the Clouds actress shared what appeared to be her side of the story, in the January 22 release of "Skin."

"Maybe we could've been friends / If I met you in another life," Carpenter sings at one point in the track. She later seemingly referenced Rodrigo's title, with the lyric, "Don't drive yourself insane.”

Scroll down to see everything that has unfolded between the Disney Channel stars amid their alleged feud.

More Than Friends?

New Romance
Bassett has been linked to Carpenter since June 2020, when they were spotted at a Black Lives Matter protest in Los Angeles. The pair have not publicly confirmed their romance but shared videos on TikTok wearing matching Halloween costumes in October 2020. Shutterstock (2)
Forbidden Love
The Stuck in the Middle alum released his “Anyone Else” album in July 2020. In the title track, he sings about loving someone who is already in a relationship. He later spoke about the inspiration behind the song, telling Broadway World that he wrote it after realizing “that I was hopelessly falling in love with a close friend … who was in a relationship with someone else.”
Letting It Out
After the Bizaardvark alum released her song “Driver’s License” in January 2021, fans speculated that it was about her rumored feud with Bassett and his new flame, Carpenter. “And you’re probably with that blonde girl / Who always made me doubt / She’s so much older than me / She’s everything I’m insecure about,” she sings in one verse. Eagle-eyed fans pointed out that in her teaser of the single, released via Instagram in 2020, the lyrics were about a “brunette,” but was changed on the final version to “blonde,” seemingly hinting at Carpenter. Rodrigo also sang, “Guess you didn’t mean what you wrote in that song about me,” which some listeners think was referring to Bassett’s “Anyone Else” track.
No Name Drop
“I totally understand people’s curiosity with the specifics of who the song’s about and what it’s about, but to me, that’s really the least important part of the song,” Rodrigo told Billboard in January 2021 about who inspired her hit single. “It’s resonating with people because of how emotional it is, and I think everything else is not important.” Walt Disney Pictures/Kobal/Shutterstock
The Lying Game
“I know what you say about me / I hope that it makes you happy / You can’t seem to get me off your mind (Get me off your mind),” Bassett sings in his January 2021 track, “Lie, Lie, Lie,” seemingly reacting to Rodrigo’s song. “Oh, I know you’re lying through your teeth / You told them the lies that you told me / I’ve had enough of it this time (Had enough this time).” The musician also released a corresponding music video on January 14, showing him driving alone in a car, in what appears to be a nod to his costar’s song. Shutterstock
Clapping Back
The Girl Meets World alum released her own song, “Skin,” in January 2021, seemingly about the alleged feud between her and Rodrigo over Bassett. “I’m not asking you to let it go / You been tellin’ your side / So I’ll be tellin’ mine,” Carpenter sings, noting in the chorus, “You can try / To get under my, under my, under my skin / While he’s on mine / Yeah, all on my, all on my, all on my skin / I wish you knew that еven you / Can’t get under my skin if I don’t let you in.” In another line, the Adventures in Babysitting star sings that “maybe ‘blonde’ was the only rhyme,” allegedly pointing to being called a “blonde girl” in Rodrigo’s track.
Singing Her Praises
“Been stuck in my head since I heard it,” Bassett wrote on his Instagram Story in January 2021, praising Carpenter’s new song. “Congratulations @sabrinacarpenter on ‘Skin,’ the new label, & all that’s to come.” Shutterstock (2)
Singing the Cares Away
Hours after the Horns actress dropped “Skin,” Rodrigo posted a video of herself on her Instagram Story singing Taylor Swift’s “…Ready for It?” while in her car. The Disney star sang the verse, “I see nothing better I keep him forever / Like a vendetta-ta / I-I-I see how this is gonna go / Touch me and you'll never be alone / I-Island breeze and lights down low / No one has to know,” which seemed to hint at the back and forth drama between the three stars. Courtesy Olivia Rodrigo/Instagram
Clearing the Air
Carpenter shut down rumors that she "wrote a diss track" about Rodrigo in a January 2021 Instagram post about the release of "Skin." She also called "Drivers License" a "magnificent" song. "['Skin'] isn’t calling out one single person,” she insisted. “Some lines address a specific situation, while other lines address plenty of other experiences I’ve had this past year.. it also shows that many things have actually gotten under my skin.. and I’m still learning to not give other people so much power over my feelings." Shutterstock (2)
Adding Fuel to the Fire
Bassett released “Only a Matter of Time” on January 28, which he revealed was written in the summer of 2020, around the same time that he first started seeing Carpenter after his alleged fallout with Rodrigo. In the song, he talks about drama and a back-and-forth relationship, seemingly hinting at his own love triangle. “It’s only a matter of time / An eye for an eye / You’ll go blind / And when did you stop being kind? / You twisted your words like a knife,” he sings in the chorus. “I’m sure that you’re hurting inside / Why would you make your pain mine? / Making me pay me for your crimes.” YouTube
It’s Not That Deep
"It's such a struggle not to be able to control the narrative and know that whether you say something or whether you don't say something, people are gonna be mad at you either way," Carpenter told Radio.com in a February 2021 interview, seemingly denying that the "blonde" lyric in "Skin" is a reference to Rodrigo's chart-topping single. "It's really just one of those things where you have to kind of to do for yourself at the end of the day and do it in the hopes that someone can find inspiration in the message. ... At the end of the day, the more I dance around the subject, the less people kind of understand where I'm coming from. Not that the goal is to get them to understand, because I don't think at the end of the day you're ever going to accomplish that." Though her song was the latest to ignite feud rumors, Carpenter thinks its message is one that "a lot of people have probably felt" they can relate to. "There's very obviously gravity in the words that we put out," she said. "people feel the need to always insert their opinions. Sometimes it's easier to shut your mouth than other times ... And this time I wrote a song and I'm very proud of it, and I'm glad that people are receiving it well." RMV/Shutterstock
Teaming Up
In February 2021, Carpenter teased a collaboration with Bassett called “We Both Know” during a Radio.com interview. “I can’t say too much. It’s on his project, so I’m like, I don't want to say too much that I can't say, but it’s a collaboration very dear to my heart that I’m excited about,” she explained. “We did it a while ago now. I guess you'll have to see!” Bassett also opened up about the project while speaking to Febre Teen the month before. At the time, he revealed that he reached out to Carpenter via Instagram after writing the track. “I sent her a quick message and was like, ‘Hey, I think you’re really awesome and I have this song I think you would sound great on, let me know what you think,’ and she responded like 10 minutes later, gave me her number, and I sent her the song,” he recalled. “Fortunately, she liked it, so we got together in the studio and it was just a blast to make. I’m really happy with how it all turned out.” Shutterstock (2)
Avoiding the Drama
Nothing to see here! Bassett revealed in February 2021 that he cut a duet with Carpenter off his upcoming EP. “I didn’t want my EP to be overshadowed by some other narrative that people were trying to make,” he told Billboard magazine. “I really want the focus to be on the art instead of some of the talk and the chatter. You shouldn’t live to please everybody, but at the same time, there are ways to be sensitive to situations where maybe [the duet] has a better chance at a different time.” Shutterstock (2)
Sabrina Who?
Rodrigo revealed in a March 2021 interview with Radio.com that she doesn’t know Carpenter “at all” after months of drama between the pair. “I think we’ve met once or twice in passing, but I’ve never had a conversation with her,” she explained. “I don’t think I could write a song that was meaningful or emotional about somebody that I don’t know.” Mark Von Holden/Invision/AP/Shutterstock; Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock
'Deja Vu'
Three months after “Drivers License,” Rodrigo dropped her second single, “Deja Vu,” and all signs pointed to Bassett and Carpenter. As she sang about watching an ex move on, Rodrigo seemingly referenced Bassett’s jacket (again), teaching him about Billy Joel (he covered “Vienna” in 2019) and singing duets together. The most-telling lyric pointed to her ex dating someone else in the entertainment business. “Do you call her, almost say my name? / ‘Cause let's be honest, we kinda do sound the same,” Rodrigo sings. “Another actress, I hate to think that I was just your type.” Shutterstock
Joshua Reacts to 'Deja Vu'
Weeks after her second single dropped, Bassett sent his costar love via Instagram Stories. “SUUUUUUPER late on this but!” he wrote in April 2021. “I love this song so much @oliviarodrigo!!! The world better watch out for the album!!!!!” Rob Latour/Shutterstock
The Speculation Continues
Rodrigo addressed the increased interest in her love life in her May 2021 Elle cover story. “It’s truly any songwriter’s dream,” she said in the profile, which was released online in April 2021. “There’s something so powerful in being vulnerable and open, like, 'This is my life, and I’m f—king sad' or 'I’m insecure.' That’s what makes songwriting so special."
Together Again
Ahead of the season 2 premiere of HSMTMTS, Disney released a new song from the show titled "Even When/The Best Part," which is a duet between Bassett and Rodrigo. "I played guitar when we filmed it, and sang along to Olivia’s vocals in my ear while she shot her side separately!" Bassett told Billboard of the track in April 2021. "I’m stoked to see how it all came together and really think people are gonna love it!" Walt Disney Pictures/Kobal/Shutterstock
The Toughest Part
During a June 2021 interview with GQ, Bassett explained that "the hardest thing" about the rumored love triangle is not talking about. "The reality is it’s kind of like a lost cause trying to talk about any of that stuff, and I refuse to feed into any of the bulls--t, so I just don’t," he said. "[Everyone] is asking me about Sabrina and Olivia. Why don't we focus on these women for who they are? Let's focus on the art that they're making and how great they are instead of their relationship to a boy." Mark Von Holden/Invision/AP/Shutterstock
Can't Hide Her Truth
Carpenter reflected on the speculation surrounding “Skin” in a September 2021 interview with Teen Vogue. “I felt like in that moment, the most honest thing would be to put it out when it was accurately reflecting what was going on in my life,” she explained. “Because that’s literally all I ever do is write about my life and my situations, not just my life, but the way I see the world through situations I’m experiencing, people I’m experiencing. Then it’s kind of on everyone else and what they choose to make it about. You know what I mean?”   She pointed to Swift as an inspiration, though she noted that she does not want her music to fuel rumors about its subjects. “That’s what I hope to do with my songs, is to be able to not have people care so much about who or why or what happened in my life — that’s a secret I’ll never tell,” she teased. “They can conspire all they want, but they’re wasting a lot of time because it doesn’t matter.” Matt Baron/Shutterstock; Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock

No Longer in Touch?
Bassett admitted to GQ in December 2021 that his Disney+ costar “hasn't spoken to me since 'Drivers License' came out.” The “Telling Myself” crooner, for his part, released three new heartbreaking ballads at the time with plenty of Easter eggs surrounding his alleged romance and split with Rodrigo. "I'm glad that it's taken this long [to release the songs]," he told the magazine. "I finally found the courage to speak up for myself. It sort of felt like a losing battle … If I try and defend myself in any way, it just felt impossible.” Willy Sanjuan/Invision/AP/Shutterstock; Rob Latour/Shutterstock

Selling Sunset’s Emma: Where Jason and Chrishell Stand Post-Split

Posted: 23 Dec 2021 03:37 PM PST

They're all good! Emma Hernan opened up about where Selling Sunset costars Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim stand after they called it quits earlier this month.

6 Things to Know About Selling Sunset's Emma Hernan

“If everybody in the entire world could follow how they handle a breakup, I think the world would be a better place," Hernan, 30, exclusively told Us Weekly on Thursday, December 23, while promoting season 4 of the Netflix series. "They handled it very well and they communicated very well with each other. … I mean they’re literally best friends, and they’ve remained really close throughout even the breakup, which is nice.”

The Emma Leigh & Co. founder, who launched her plant-based empanada brand in November 2020, noted that she is "very close" with both Stause, 40, and Oppenheim, 44, so she knew about the split before it made headlines on Tuesday, December 21.

"Of course I was sad for them, but they ultimately came to the decision as adults," Hernan explained, noting she's "equally as good of friends with them as they are with each other now."

She added: "I mean, they have a really great friendship."

The real estate agent — who joined Selling Sunset during season 4 after working with the Oppenheim Group since 2018 — teased that fans will be able to see what happened between the California native and the former soap star when the series returns.

"I think their relationship is definitely [included]. “You get to see it on season 5, for sure. And you get to see, you know, how everything plays out," Hernan told Us. "So I think it’ll be really cool and interesting. I think it’s cool because people get to really connect and resonate with each individual."

The Massachusetts native's love life has also been a topic of conversation after it was revealed during season 4 of the reality show that she and costar Christine Quinn allegedly overlapped while dating Peter Cornell. The 33-year-old Texas native was linked to Cornell in 2015, while Hernan got engaged to the man in 2017 before splitting one year later.

Now that she and Stause are single, however, Hernan told Us she is open to going on double dates with the Kentucky native, who she said she has an "unbreakable bond" with despite knowing Oppenheim first.

"We haven’t done that yet, [but] I’m not gonna rule it out. It could happen," she said on Thursday. "Honestly, I haven’t been dating even though I’m single. I’ve been so busy with work and everything else. But I’m sure, of course, me and Chrishell, you know, [we’re] single together [and] we’ll have some fun girl time."

The Young and the Restless alum, for her part, discussed her split from Oppenheim on Tuesday, pointing to her desire to have children as the reason behind the breakup. (Us confirmed earlier that day that the two had parted ways “a little while ago,” pointing to Stause's solo appearance at the People's Choice Awards on December 7.)

"Jason was and is my best friend, and other than our ideas for family ultimately not being aligned, the amount of respect and love we have for each other will not change going forward," the Days of Our Lives star wrote via Instagram earlier this week. "Men have the luxury of time that women don't and that's just the way it goes. All of that being said, navigating this public terrain is difficult and I am just trying my best."

The pair confirmed their romance in July one month after they privately started seeing each other. Oppenheim commented on the split on Tuesday as well, writing via Instagram, "While Chrishell and I are no longer together, we remain best friends we will always love and support one another. … Chrishell is an exceptional human being and loving her and having her in my life is one of the best things that has ever happened to me."

All four seasons of Selling Sunset are streaming on Netflix.

Diane Kruger: ‘You Want to Keep Everyone Together’ After Becoming a Mom

Posted: 23 Dec 2021 03:09 PM PST

The right fit! Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus' romance has hooked fans in for years, beginning with their onscreen chemistry in 2015's Sky.

The duo met on the set of the drama in early 2015 while Kruger was still dating Joshua Jackson. The Inglorious Basterds actress and the Dawson's Creek alum split in July 2016 after 10 years together, and shortly after the breakup, Kruger was linked to Reedus.

The pair sparked romance speculation in March 2017 and continued to fuel the rumors when they attended the U.S. Open together that fall.

A source exclusively told Us Weekly in August 2018 that "opposites attract" when it comes to the Farewell, My Queen actress and The Walking Dead star. While the duo may appear to be "so different," the insider explained that they "really do work."

The German native is "buttoned up and put together," while the Night of the Templar actor is more "rough around the edges," the source said, noting that in the end, "they complement one another."

After welcoming their first child, a baby girl, in November 2018, the twosome became more public with their relationship.

"I have A LOT to be thankful for this year and I count my lucky stars to have met you @bigbaldhead and for sharing life's many blessings with you," Kruger wrote via Instagram just weeks after giving birth.

The National Treasure actress told Us in April 2019 how amazing it's been watching her partner bond with their daughter. "He just looks at her with unconditional love," she said, joking, "I wish he looked at me like that! … He's just very great with her."

In May 2021, Krueger reflected on her romance with Reedus, noting how much he's enriched her life since blessing her with a baby.

"The moment we heard her heartbeat for the very first time and nothing was ever the same again. What a joy to watch you grow my little girl," the Bridge alum wrote via Instagram on Mother's Day. "I will always love you @bigbaldhead for giving me our little angel and making life just so much better❤."

Another woman came forward to accuse Chris Noth of sexual assault days after the initial allegations against the actor made headlines.

Lisa Gentile claimed during a press conference on Thursday, December 23, that she was “sexually victimized” by the Law & Order alum, 67, in 2002. Alongside her lawyer, Gloria Allred, the singer-songwriter alleged that the Sex and the City veteran forcibly kissed her and touched her breasts.

"I was trying to get him to stop," Gentile added, noting that she first met the star in 1998. She claimed that the Wisconsin native called her one day after the alleged incident and told her that if she "ever told a soul about what happened,” he would “ruin” her career.

Allred, 80, called on Noth’s SATC castmates to express public support for the Adult Survivors Act, a proposed New York state law that would allow victims of sexual assault to press charges after the statute of limitations has passed.

"Lisa and I appreciate their words of support," the lawyer said of Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, referencing the trio’s recent statement addressing the several claims against Noth. "And now we urge Sarah, Cynthia and Kristin to take action, to speak out in support of the Adult Survivors Act. Their endorsement of this act would be important."

In a December 16 report, two women — using the pseudonyms Zoe and Lily — accused the former Equalizer star of assaulting them in 2004 and 2015, respectively. Zoe claimed that the actor raped her when she was 22 after she met him through her job at a firm that worked with high-profile celebrity clients.

Lily, meanwhile, claimed that Noth sexually assaulted her at his New York City apartment after a night of drinking. At the time, Noth had been married to wife Tara Wilson for three years.

“I was kind of crying as it happened,” Lily recalled. “I went to the bathroom and put on my skirt. I was feeling awful. Totally violated. All of my dreams with this star I loved for years were gone."

The Good Wife alum denied the allegations in a statement to Us, saying: "The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false. These stories could've been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual. It's difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don't know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women."

Shortly after Zoe and Lily’s stories were published, a third woman claimed that Noth sexually assaulted her in 2010 when she was 18. A representative for the actor called the story a “complete fabrication,” adding, "As Chris stated yesterday, he has and would never cross that line."

In the aftermath of the allegations, CBS and Universal Television dropped the Perfect Man star from The Equalizer, “effective immediately.” Peloton also pulled an advertisement featuring Noth and Ryan Reynolds that was released after Mr. Big’s death on the SATC revival series, And Just Like That.

Us Weekly has reached out to Noth for comment.

Ready for her next serious relationship? Madelyn Cline sparked dating rumors with Zack Bia one month after news broke of her split from Chase Stokes, but she has yet to share whether she has actually moved on romantically.

"Madelyn and Zack have been spending a lot of time together," a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. "She’s playing coy about the status of her relationship with him, though."

The insider suspects that the Outer Banks actress, 24, and the DJ, 25, "haven't labeled" their relationship yet because "they recently started seeing each other." However, the fact that she spent her birthday with him at the Los Angeles Lakers game on Tuesday, December 21, "is really telling."

While some fans were surprised to see Cline linked to Bia, she keeps her options open when it comes to her love life. "They might seem like an odd match, but she’s someone who can get along with anybody because of how kind she is," the source tells Us. "They’re cute together."

Only time will tell whether the relationship lasts, and it could turn out to be nothing more than "a fling" since the South Carolina native is due back on set "in a few weeks."

As for how Stokes, 29, feels about his ex hanging out with someone else, the costars "are still friends" and he wants "the best for her," per the source, who tells Us "all is good" between the pair as long as Cline is "happy" with whom she is dating.

Us reported in November that the Netflix stars split after more than one year of dating. They met while filming season 1 of Outer Banks in 2019, but their relationship did not turn romantic until they began quarantining together the following year amid the coronavirus pandemic. The duo confirmed they were dating in June 2020.

"They've been trying to work it out for quite some time but decided going their separate ways was best," an insider told Us in November following the breakup, adding that the actors "both have busy schedules, which made it hard for them to spend a lot of time together."

Stokes gushed about Cline earlier this month, telling Us on December 2 that she is "one of [his] favorite people on planet Earth."

Amid speculation that she had split from the Beach House actor, the Originals alum was spotted hanging out with Ross Butler in Milan in September, but the 13 Reasons Why alum, 31, insisted that they were just friends the following month.

Cline was later seen dining at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California, with Bia on Sunday, December 19, and attending the Lakers game with him on Tuesday.
