While Tristan Thompson and Maralee Nichols' legal battle is far from over, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal that a judge ruled to dismiss the paternity lawsuit and child support case filed by the NBA player in Texas.

According to a source, both Thompson, 30, and Nichols, 31, were present and gave live testimonies at the virtual hearing on Wednesday, December 15. While the personal trainer filed a paternity lawsuit against the athlete in California in June, Thompson took legal action against Nichols in July in Texas, where he alleged she owns property.

“Regardless of whether any act of conception occurred in Texas that could have led to the conception of the child, they [allegedly] had a lengthy relationship spanning multiple states," the source told Us about Wednesday's hearing. "The child was born in California, the mother resides there and so does Tristan. It would make sense the judge would dismiss this given the facts and the California lawsuit filed prior to the Texas one.”

Us broke the news earlier this month that Nichols welcomed a baby boy after she allegedly had an affair with Thompson in March — during his relationship with Khloé Kardashian.

According to alleged text messages included in an August legal document, the basketball player offered Nichols $75,000 in place of regular child support.

"My feelings haven't changed at all. [I] won't be involved at all. Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It's completely wrong. You are aware that I'm retiring after this season. So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who's unemployed. It's texas so it will be only a couple hundred dollars,” the message read. “So you better off taking this 75k I'm offering cause you won't get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who's unemplyed [sic] All you will have is a baby with a father who has zero involvement with the child and a few hundred dollars of child support a month."

In October, Nichols' team claimed that during Thompson's deposition, he "refused to answer basic questions relating to jurisdictional issues between California and Texas, and counsel for Tristan further instructed him not to answer related questions on dozens of occasions." The following month, the Sacramento Kings player asked for a paternity test in a separate petition. Thompson has since admitted to communicating with Nichols via Snapchat.

“We did not have a serious ongoing relationship. We saw each other sporadically between December 2020 and March 13, 2021,” he allegedly wrote in documents obtained by the Daily Mail on Monday, December 14. "[Nichols] told me that she had been involved with other athletes and understood the limitations of our relationship; to wit, that we might see each other on a sporadic basis for consensual sex only.”

Thompson shares son Prince, 4, with ex Jordan Craig and daughter True, 3, with ex Kardashian, 37. After facing backlash for seemingly throwing shade at Halle Berry during the People's Choice Awards on December 7, Kardashian hinted that the paternity case going public was having a negative effect on her.

"That's disappointing my face gave that expression. Halle Berry is such a force. Absolutely Stunning and beyond talented. Tbh I'm barely in my own body right now," she tweeted at the time. "Please don't read into anything. Also please don't tear me apart because you assumed something."

Where Prince Charles and Harry Stand Nearly 1 Year After Tell-All Drama

Posted: 16 Dec 2021 06:00 AM PST

Small strides. Prince Charles and Prince Harry still have a long way to go before putting their past behind them — but things have gotten slightly better.

Prince Harry's Ups and Downs With the Royal Family Over the Years

The Prince of Wales, 73, has “absolutely” healed some of his tense relationship with his youngest son, 37, royal expert Stewart Pearce told Us Weekly exclusively on Tuesday, December 14, while discussing his book Diana: The Voice of Change.

According to Pearce, the father-son duo have had to learn to express themselves more clearly. “It’s just their style of managing that level of emotional intensity is completely different, you know?” the author told Us. “Prince Charles is, by nature, a very shy man and like to [be by] himself. That doesn’t mean he’s uncaring it, he just finds demonstration or emotional display … [to be] really difficult.”

The future king “closes down” more easily, Pearce claimed, while Harry is often “more forthcoming” with his feelings.

In January 2020, the former military pilot and his wife, Meghan Markle, announced that they planned to step back from their senior royal roles. The couple, who tied the knot in May 2018, later relocated to California and made their exit permanent earlier this year. The update came shortly before the Sussexes shared their side of the story during a bombshell CBS interview in March.

Harry opened up about his relationship with his father at the time, noting that “there’s a lot to work through” and claiming that Charles refused to take his calls amid the drama.

“I feel really let down because he’s been through something similar [with Princess Diana], he knows what pain feels like. … I will always love him,” the Archewell cofounder said. “There’s a lot of hurt that’s happened. I will continue to make it one of my priorities to heal that relationship.”

The following month, a source exclusively told Us that “Charles [was] still fuming about Harry throwing shade at him and the royal family” during the sit-down. Pearce, however, doesn’t think Harry’s comment “was a huge disaster.”

“It was just one small thing where he felt that he wanted more support and, you know, we all feel that at times, don’t we?” the voice coach told Us on Tuesday. “We don’t realize often that the person that we want support from is extraordinarily busy because we are involved in our own particular preoccupation. … When we are emotional, we [think], ‘Well, why aren’t you talking to me?'”

Pearce noted that both Charles and his son are “really busy,” which forces them to “be as honest as possible” when they get a chance to speak.

Though things were frosty between the pair in the wake of the CBS special — and after Harry put his dad on blast once again on the “Armchair Expert” podcast in May — there has been some positive development.

“Charles and Harry are in communication,” an insider exclusively revealed earlier this month. “There [are] still a lot of issues the two of them need to work out and move forward.”

Katy and Zooey! Bryce and Jessica! See These Celebrity Look-Alikes

Posted: 16 Dec 2021 06:00 AM PST

Seeing double! From Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry to Daniel Radcliffe and Elijah Wood, even the biggest Hollywood stars have doppelgängers.

The celebrity look-alikes that are hard to tell apart include The OC alum Adam Brody and You star Penn Badgley, as well as Isla Fisher and Amy Adams.

Fisher joked in April 2021 that she hadn't recently been mistaken for the Enchanted star — but blamed the coronavirus pandemic for the lack of confusion.

“I haven’t [heard] it for a while, but I think I’ve been inside my house in COVID for a year," she told The Project at the time. “Now, to be honest, I look forward to being recognized as anyone. I look forward to being out and about."

The Wedding Crashers actress added that beyond their red hair, the pair don't actually look all that similar. "We laugh about it because Amy has blue eyes and I’ve got brown, our husbands have laughed about it, too," Fisher revealed.

Jessica Chastain has also joked about just how often she gets mistaken for Bryce Dallas Howard. It doesn't hurt that they both starred in the 2011 movie The Help.

Eight years later, the Zero Dark Thirty actress admitted that she's always seen the resemblance.

“The first time we met, we went to the table read [for The Help] and looked at each other, because we both get it all the time, and we grabbed each other’s hands and said, ‘Let’s go to the mirror,'” Chastain revealed in a 2019 interview with the Associated Press. “And we went to the mirror and looked at our faces and went, ‘Yeah, we look exactly alike.'”

The Molly's Game star noted there are "little things about us that are different, but we definitely look like kin," which must be why Howard's own dad, director Ron Howard, once mixed them up.

Bryce told Entertainment Tonight that her father was "shook" after he accidentally mistook the Scenes From a Marriage alum for his own daughter.

“At first he was like, ‘You really look so much alike.’ And I mean, obviously, I’m incredibly flattered, so it’s great,” the Jurassic World actress said in 2019. “Although something is wrong when people stop mistaking me for her. I’ll be like, ‘Gotta get it together.'”

These are some of the more obvious examples of Hollywood mistaken identity — but there are other actors whose similarities are far more discrete. For instance, Ryan Reynolds and Kate Beckinsale.

During an October 2019 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Serendipity star mentioned that Reynolds was her celebrity twin, joking that the resemblance was "shocking." Two months later, the Free Guy star later agreed with Beckinsale's assessment, telling Today, when he saw her "it was like looking in a mirror."

Bobby Cannavale and Brad Garrett
It’s not uncommon for the Will & Grace alum to be mistaken for the former Everybody Loves Raymond star on the street. In fact, Cannavale told Jimmy Fallon in December 2021 that the project he’s most recognized for is Garrett’s CBS sitcom. “You know I was not on Everybody Loves Raymond,” Cannavale joked during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “I had nothing to do with that show. If this could help me to have 10 less people stop me and say, ‘We love you on Everybody Loves Raymond’ that would be great for my life.” He added, “I’m always like, ‘He’s really a lot taller than me. He’s the nicest guy, but I’m just not him.’” Shutterstock (2)
Jessica Chastain and Bryce Dallas Howard
“It’s funny: When I don’t wear makeup, nobody ever mistakes me for Jess, but whenever I put makeup on and look half-presentable, it’s, ‘Ah! Jessica Chastain’” Howard (right) has said of her The Help costar Chastain. “I’m like, ‘Thank you, I must look hygienic today.’” Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic; Steve Granitz/WireImage.com
John Mulaney and Grant Gustin
Mulaney tweeted in 2015 that he had been mistaken for The Flash star at the airport. “Dubai customs asked if I was you,” the comedian wrote. “They were super disappointed when I wasn’t.” Shutterstock (2)
Evan Rachel Wood and Rachel Brosnahan
The Westworld actress shared a few photos of her hanging out with the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star in 2018 to prove they were two different people. “@rachelbrosnahan and I were in the same room and are not actually the same person. 😂😂🎀💗,” she joked via Instagram. “P.S. She’s awesome.” Shutterstock (2)
Hilary Swank and Jennifer Garner
Swank told Conan O’Brien in 2018 that she sometimes signs autographs as Garner— but it’s only to keep people from badmouthing the Alias alum. "They actually said, 'Don't be a bitch,'" the Million Dollar Baby actress noted of some foul-mouthed fans. "I didn't want to give her a bad name, so I took a photo with them. Maybe someone will say some day, 'That's not Jennifer Garner.'" Shutterstock (2)
Susan Sarandon and Sigourney Weaver
At the 2016 Glamour Women of the Year Awards, the Thelma & Louise star joked that she and the Ghostbusters actress had spent years pretending to be the other. “I have taken credit for Alien many times and she’s signed autographs for me,” Sarandon admitted at the time. Shutterstock (2)
Mike Johnson and Jake From State Farm
Bachelor Nation was shook in October 2020 when the Bachelorette alum met his doppelgänger Jake, who stars in the State Farm commercials. “This is the best thing I've seen all year,” Tyler Cameron commented on their Instagram selfie. Nick Viall added, “This is very good.” Mike Johnson
Melissa McCarthy and Amy Schumer
The Spy star recalled being mistaken for Schumer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in February 2020 while filming a previous hidden-camera prank for the talk show. The bit involved McCarthy pretending to faint at a local dry cleaner and one woman thought she was a dead ringer for the I Feel Pretty star. “What I heard right before [they called] 911 was: ‘Amy Schumer’s gone down! Amy Schumer’s on the ground!' And I was like, ‘Hey,'” McCarthy said. “She called me Amy Schumer — which to me was my favorite part, what a compliment — but she called me Amy Schumer four or five times.” Shutterstock (2)
Cole and Dylan Sprouse and Daisy Ridley
"Just a nice photo of me," Cole Sprouse captioned a photo of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens actress via Instagram in December 2019, after fans noticed the resemblance between the stars.  Shutterstock (2)
Kate Beckinsale and Ryan Reynolds
The Underworld star called Reynolds her doppelgänger in an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in October 2019. “I look exactly like Ryan Reynolds,” she said at the time. “Like in a shocking way. Like, when sometimes I see a bus going by with a poster on it I think, ‘Damn, I look hot. Oh, wait, that’s not me. Also, I’ve never done that movie.'” Reynolds agreed on the Today show in December 2019 saying that looking at Beckinsale is ”like looking in a mirror.” Shutterstock (2)
Rupert Grint and Ed Sheeran
“It’s kinda 50/50 now," the Harry Potter star said on The Late Late Show With James Corden in March 2017. "It’s like if someone stops me, it could go either way. I could be Ed or I could be me." Shutterstock (2)
John Stamos and Rob Lowe
The Fuller House star posted a video in May 2016 of a confused fan who thought he was Rob Lowe and tagged it #AwkwardVacationMoments. In the clip, Stamos asked the woman, “What’s my name?” to which she replied, “Rob Lowe.” Stamos jokingly confirmed he was the Brothers & Sisters alum, “That’s right, yeah. Alright.” Shutterstock (2)
Darren Criss and Kit Harington
The Glee alum shared a photo of a fan who mistook him for the Game of Thrones actor via Instagram in January 2016. "'Hey... Are you Kit Harington?' Me: aw sorry man I'm not 'Aw cuz if you were I'd kick myself if I didn't ask for a picture.' [he goes, disappointed] Me: wait, can I get a picture though? To commemorate this moment?" Criss captioned the snap. Shutterstock (2)
Elizabeth Banks and Chelsea Handler
“I don’t mind being compared to Chelsea Handler at all. It helps when someone says, ‘Oh, you’re Chelsea Hander,’ and I say, ‘Yes I am.’ That gives me one more gain of anonymity,” Banks told Fox News in June 2012. “We met at a party and were both aware people compared or confused us. She’s a great broad, real wit.” Shutterstock (2)
Colton Haynes and Jesse McCartney
"Waiting for my luggage at the Kansas City airport just now and I get a tap on the shoulder...'are u Jesse McCartney?'" the Teen Wolf alum tweeted in May 2012. Shutterstock (2)

Jared Haibon and Ashton Kutcher
The Bachelorette alum and his fiancée, Ashley Iaconetti, hung out with the Two and a Half Men alum and his wife, Mila Kunis, years after fans first pointed out their resemblance. “In 2015, Ashton Kutcher tweeted a side by side photo of our faces,” Haibon wrote on Instagram in August 2018. “In 2017, he said he got into watching The Bachelor because a guy named Jared looked like him. In 2018, we met and bonded over marrying our best friends.” Courtesy of Jared Haibon/Instagram
Seth Meyers and Hugh Grant
The Saturday Night Live alum proved that he looked like the British actor in the ‘90s when they chatted on his late-night show in June 2018. "I've been a fan of yours for a long time. People have told me that we look alike,” Meyers said. Grant cracked: “Like droopy eyes.” Meyers replied: “And I really, I will be honest, in the mid-'90s I really leaned into the fact that we looked alike. You had a hairstyle that I thought, I was like, 'That looks great on Hugh Grant's face. I'm close enough, I'm gonna give it a shot.'" NBC

Following the aftermath of his candid interview with Howard Stern, Ben Affleck is clarifying his comments about ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

"Because the movie [The Tender Bar] is about family and all this stuff that is meaningful to me, [Howard and I] talked a lot about my family and divorce and alcoholism and struggling with real things and how you have to be accountable and loving and how I work with my ex-wife and how I'm so proud of the way that we work together for our kids," the 49-year-old actor began on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday, December 15. "The irony is I was really happy with it."

Affleck described going on Twitter and being surprised by the reaction to his interview.

“I had gone on and said how much we respect each other and cared about each other and cared about our kids and put them first and went through our stuff,” Affleck told Jimmy Kimmel. "They said that blamed my ex-wife for my alcoholism and that I was trapped in this marriage and just made me out to be the worst, most insensitive, stupid awful guy."

After joking that he's happy to be a "meme" when it comes to sad Batman or Dunkin Donuts, he clarified how he feels about Garner, with whom he shares daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel, 9.

"That’s not true. I don’t believe that. It’s the exact opposite of who I am, what I believe and I would never want my kids to think I would ever say a bad word about their mom," he said. "It hurts my feelings.”

During his appearance on the SiriusXM show on Tuesday, December 14, the Gone Girl star, who has gone to rehab for alcohol several times over the years, opened up to Stern, 67, about the end of his marriage to the 49-year-old 13 Going on 30 actress.

“Part of why I started drinking was because I was trapped," he said, noting he would "probably still be drinking" if they stayed married. "I was like, ‘I can’t leave because of my kids, but I am not happy. What do I do?’ What I did was drink a bottle of scotch on the couch, which turned out not to be the solution.”

He also told the host that their 2015 split was amicable.

"Did we have moments of tension? Did we have disagreements over the custody? Was stuff difficult for us? Did we get angry? Yes,” Affleck said. “But fundamentally it was always underpinned with respect. I knew she was a good mom. I hope that she knew that I was a good dad. I was. I had to get sober — I knew that too — and I acknowledged that. I said, ‘You’re right. I’ve got to quit drinking.'”

Garner, for her part, has yet to publicly comment on the interview. Earlier this year, Affleck moved on with Jennifer Lopez, whom he was previously engaged to from 2002 to 2004. He told Stern that it "crossed my mind” not to rekindle the relationship over the inevitable public interest in the pair.

“My responsibility to my children is the highest responsibility. I don't want to do anything that is painful or destructive to them if I can help it," he said. "My life affects them. Me and their mom are celebrities. That is hard. That is a cross to bear.”

Moore was previously married to Ryan Adams from 2009 to 2016. She accused him of being psychologically abusive in a February 2019 New York Times exposé, which also included six other women's allegations of emotional abuse and sexual misconduct against him. The "New York, New York" singer, 47, apologized in July 2020, writing in a letter published by the Daily Mail that he was "fully accountable for [his] harmful behavior."

The A Walk to Remember actress revealed in her May 2019 Michigan Avenue cover story that she was "not apprehensive at all" about opening up her heart again after her divorce from Adams.

"I knew, even before I met Taylor, I would love again, and I would get married again, and I would have a family. And all the things I always hoped for and wanted, I still believed were out there and possible," she explained at the time. "Not to say that I didn't have my own grief and pain and trauma to tend to, deal with, overcome and heal from, but it never affected how I feel about love."

Moore raved over her unique connection with Goldsmith in November. "I'll never get over whatever magic brought us into one another's lives. You met me at such a broken time and never skipped a beat," she gushed via Instagram. The Challenge's Kaycee Details Nany Relationship, Finale Decision With CT

Posted: 15 Dec 2021 07:35 PM PST

Warning: This story contains spoilers from the Wednesday, December 15, finale of The Challenge: Spies, Lies and Allies.

A Big Brother champ becomes a Challenge champ! Kaycee Clark took home the title of The Challenge: Spies, Lies and Allies winner during the Wednesday, December 15, finale, after crossing the finish line with C.T. Tamburello.

'The Challenge' Couples Who Are Still Going Strong

The duo, who won $500,000 each, were then given the chance to share any amount of their winnings with the second or third place teams. Ultimately, they gave $100,000 to runner-ups Tori Deal and Kyle Christie, as well as $100,000 to third place competitors, Emy Alupei and Devin Walker.

“So [CT and I] were on the same page. He was trying to feel me out, I was trying to feel him out,” Kaycee, 33, told Us exclusively on the latest episode of the “Watch With Us: Challenge Edition” podcast. “He’s already won — that with his fifth time — and I’ve already won Big Brother. So we were just going back and forth on, ‘OK, how much do we give them?’ CT would say, ‘It’s kind of, like, you can’t pick a favorite child. You’ve got the second [place], you’ve got the third place. You can’t give one more than the other.'”

She noted that because she knows what it’s like to lose, it was important for her to share the wealth — literally.

“We all got to the end and it wouldn’t feel right to take all the money,” the reality TV star explained. “My first season on The Challenge, I got second for the girls, I got $0. My second season I got fourth because of an injury and got $0. I just know how it feels because you work your ass off for months and to make it to the end, it’s the most devastating thing not to get anything for going through hell.”

'The Challenge' Controversies Through the Years

That said, if the finalists were different people, Kaycee’s decision may have been different.

“If it was someone that, like, I hated or someone that did me dirty throughout the game, do I give them money? I mean, maybe I’ll give them $15 [or] $25? I don’t know,” she laughed. “I’m trying to think now if I was in that position, I probably would still give, you know, a good chunk of it.”

For the athlete, the money wasn’t the only thing she got out of this season. Although she and Nany González came into season 37 very close, their bond only strengthened during the show — despite having to go head-to-head on the finale, something Kaycee said was “hands down” the hardest part of the entire season.

“I honestly didn’t know what to do,” Kaycee said of the finale competition. “At that very moment, I was like, ‘I want her to continue and win, and I’ve already won Big Brother … I know she can finish strong and do this.’ It was just going back and forth. It was, it was one of the hardest things I had to like go through, trying to make that decision.”

Overall, however, the couple got through it and are in a great place.

“When you can actually have someone in the game that you fully trust and someone that you can lean on, someone that you can talk to about like life and just kind of get your mind away from the game and how just stressful it is, it makes a huge difference,” the California native shared with Us, noting that there were “tough times” but the couple also stayed positive and reminded each other this is just a “temporary’ situation.

Now, Kaycee and Nany, 32, live together and are still focusing on strengthening their connection even further.

“In the house, it’s different. You can build that relationship in there, but going in the outside world, there’s so many other distractions, like, can you withstand everything that goes on in real life? And we’ve been doing great,” the former football player told Us. “We’re so alike in so many ways and it just worked out perfect.”

In November, Nany opened up via Instagram about wanting to have a family sooner rather than later, saying she believed the time was right and asking her followers for advice on IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment.

“We’ve discussed it, and we’re getting older,” Kaycee explained to Us. “Time is ticking, but we throw it out there, here and there, but also, we’re gonna be smart about it. We’re not gonna just jump into whatever. Of course, there’s talk out there, but I guess we’ll see. Stay tuned!”

“I’ve spent the last six years being so focused on my career,” the 25-year-old actor told People on Wednesday, December 15. “I want to take a break and focus on starting a family and figuring out what I want to do outside of this world.”

The England native, who went public with his and costar Zendaya‘s romance in the summer of 2021, has always loved the idea of being a parent. In fact, he said he would have become a teacher had he not gone into acting.

“I love kids. I can’t wait to be a dad — I can wait, and I will, but I can’t wait," the Onward actor explained. “If I’m at a wedding or a party, I’m always at the kids’ table hanging out."

The Devil All the Time star pointed to his own dad as a "great role model," noting that he thinks he gets his love of kids from him.

Holland first appeared as Peter Parker and his alter ego Spider-Man in 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming. He then portrayed the superhero in 2019's Spider-Man: Far From Home and reprised the role in the upcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home, which hits theaters on Friday, December 17.

“I’ve loved every minute of it. I’ve been so grateful to Marvel and Sony for giving us the opportunity and keeping us on and allowing our characters to progress. It’s been amazing,” the Avengers: Infinity War actor said of his time in the red and blue suit. “And that’s why for me, I don’t want to say goodbye to Spider-Man — but I feel like we might be ready to say goodbye to Spider-Man.”

While Holland hinted that the 2021 Spider-Man film might be his last, producer Amy Pascal previously said that he would be coming back for a fourth installment.

"This is not the last movie that we are going to make with Marvel – [this is not] the last Spider-Man movie," Pascal, 63, told Fandango on November 29. "We are getting ready to make the next Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland and Marvel."

Earlier that month, however, Holland commented on his time as the web-slinging hero, telling GQ, "Maybe it is time for me to move on.” The Cherry star is the third Spider-Man star in the franchise history following Tobey Maguire who did three films and Andrew Garfield who appeared in two.

The Billy Elliot actor teased that he wasn't sure what his future holds, adding that he'd be "very content with just being a stay-at-home dad, and producing a film here and there." Holland noted that after shooting the upcoming AppleTV+ series The Crowded Room, he could change his mind.

"Or I might do Spider-Man 4, 5 and 6, finish when I'm 32, and never make another. I'm not sure what I want to do," he told GQ in November.

Zendaya, for her part, told E! News in July that the cast was treating Spider-Man: No Way Home as the last of their three films as a unit.

"Normally you do three movies and that's pretty much it," the former Disney Channel star, 25, said at the time. "So I think we just were all absorbing and taking the time to just enjoy the moment, being with each other and being so grateful for that experience."

After years of denying that they were anything more than just friends, Zendaya and Holland were spotted packing on the PDA in the Lost City of Z actor's car in July. They have remained somewhat private about their relationship but have given fans a glimpse at their romance while promoting their latest Spider-Man film.

"Zendaya and Tom started off as really great friends and stayed that way for a long while before things turned romantic," a source exclusively told Us Weekly in July. "They both challenge each other and balance each other out."

While the "Fight the Power" musician noted that "only them two know" their relationship best, he expressed his gratitude to join their circle.

"They just invited me into the circle, but I really don’t know the full [story]," he recalled to the outlet. "And plus, besides, that’s Kim and Pete, man. I would rather them tell about their situation than me. But I’m grateful to them that they gave me the opportunity to be the first to publicize the picture with both of them together."

After the King of Staten Island star and the KKW Beauty entrepreneur connected during her SNL hosting debut in October, the pair sparked dating speculation one month later. In November, the pair made headlines after they celebrated the New York native's birthday with the "Harder Than You Think" performer and Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner — all wearing matching pajamas.

"FLAVOR FLAV::: celebrating my adopted son Pete Davidson's birthday wit the legendz @kimkardashian and @krisjenner 🥳🎂🎊👑⏰," Flav captioned a November 17 Instagram post. While the pair have yet to publicly confirm their romance, a source previously told Us Weekly that their newfound bond has helped her relax amid her divorce from estranged husband Kanye West. (Kardashian and West announced their split in February though the "Heartless" rapper, 44, has continually asserted he's hopeful for a reconciliation.)

"The past few years of Kim's life have been super intense a lot of the time, so this is a real positive transition for her," an insider told Us in November. "She's learning to move past day-to-day stresses and focus on the fun and sexy things."

The Dancing With the Stars alum — who shares North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, with West — have already gotten the stamp of approval from other celebrity friends about their relationship.

"I think we all were [surprised]," Kenan Thompson, who costars with Davidson on SNL, exclusively told Us at the People's Choice Awards on December 7. "It kind of came out of left field, but I don't know. It's nice to see love if it can last. If they're happy, I'm happy. I don't really know their business like that, but I know they're two both seemingly great individuals. Like, I know Pete a lot more. That's my little bro, so, as long as he's good, I'm good."

Even the stars want answers! Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian‘s recent outings have raised eyebrows among both fans and fellow celebrities.

The duo first connected when Kardashian, 41, hosted Saturday Night Live on October 9. In one of the sketches, the reality star locked lips with the Set It Up actor, 27, while they were imitating Jasmine and Aladdin, respectively.

Several weeks later, Kardashian was spotted holding hands with the Guy Code alum while riding a roller-coaster at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California. Travis Barker, Kourtney Kardashian, Stephanie Shepherd, Harry Hudson and other friends also tagged along for the fun-filled trip.

While some fans were convinced sparks might be flying between the KKW Beauty founder and the Meet Cute actor as they went on to spend time together in New York City, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that the twosome “are just friends right now.”

According to the insider, “No one really knows what is going on with Kim and Pete. … Things could turn romantic.”

The California native filed for divorce from Kanye West in February after nearly seven years of marriage. The estranged pair share children North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2. Before she was linked to Davidson, Kim had some concerns about getting back into the dating world amid her divorce.

“She’s not focused on dating at the moment but actually worries that guys will not want to date her because of how public her relationship was with Kanye,” an insider told Us in June. “She also knows how hard it is to build trust with someone, so she thinks it’s going to take time before letting someone into her private life. It was easy with Kanye because they were friends before so they had years’ worth of trust.”

Davidson, for his part, most recently sparked a whirlwind romance with Phoebe Dynevor. Us exclusively confirmed in April that the pair were dating after they were spotted getting cozy in the U.K. one month prior. They attended their first event as a couple in July during the Wimbledon tennis tournament, but by the following month, they had split.

“The distance put a strain on the relationship and it made it hard to maintain,” a source exclusively noted in August, adding that Davidson and the Bridgerton actress, 26, “had a great time while they were together.”

"When it comes down to Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian, first of all, to me, that is family, you know what I'm saying," the Public Enemy rapper told Entertainment Tonight in December 2021 after celebrating Davidson’s birthday with the couple. “The whole night I was so honored to be in their presence. … When it comes down to Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian's relationship, only them two know it best. They just invited me into the circle, but I really don't know the full [story]. And plus besides, that's Kim and Pete, man. I would rather them tell about their situation than me. But I'm grateful to them that they gave me the opportunity to be the first to publicize the picture with both of them together." Broadimage/Shutterstock
Drew Barrymore
The actress addressed Davidson and Kardashian's relationship on the November 15 episode of The Drew Barrymore Show. "I love how you put it Ross," she told panelist Ross Mathews. "I love how you call it 'the relationship we didn't know we needed.'" Barrymore called their handholding with interlaced fingers the "second base of handholding" and voiced her confusion about West's comments about wanting to get back together. Ultimately, the Flower Beauty founder and her panelists concluded that the relationship will be a great story line on the Kardashian family's new reality show. "Hulu is happy," Barrymore said. Emily Ratajkowski
During a November 9 appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, the supermodel explained Davidson's appeal. "He's got the height," she said. "Obviously, women find him very attractive." She didn't comment on whether her friend Kim is dating the comedian, who was a guest during the same late-night episode, but the My Body author noted that she mostly finds herself defending Davidson to men — not women. "Guys are like, 'Wow, what's that guy got?' I'm like, 'He seems super charming, he's vulnerable, he's lovely,'" Ratajkowski continued. "His fingernail polish is awesome. He looks good! ... Good relationship with his mother." Kristin Callahan/Shutterstock
Dr. Phil
The TV personality weighed in on the rumored romance during an appearance on E! News’ Daily Pop on November 9. "Oh, I think they're dating,” he said, to which cohost Morgan Stewart asked, "Hooking up for headlines or really, really dating?" Dr. Phil questioned why people can’t do both, explaining, "That doesn't mean you can't monetize your relationship. Why not monetize your relationship, if it's good for both of them, right?" Bethenny Frankel
The Real Housewives of New York City alum has doubled down on her theory about the comedian, tweeting on November 3, “Years later, I still maintain that Pete Davidson shoots diamonds out of his penis. ... Ed Sheeran
The "Shivers" singer, who performed on the November 6 episode of SNL, weighed in on the rumors on SiriusXM's The Morning Mash Up several days later. "I don't know the ins and outs of that [situation]," he told the hosts, calling Davidson "a very cool guy." As the radio personalities continued to speculate, Sheeran had the final say. "I feel like people's private lives are called private for a reason," he said. "Why do we care? It's their life." Brian J Ritchie/Hotsauce
Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager
The Today cohosts attempted to dissect the pair's body language at the amusement park, with Kotb joking, "Their fingers were interlaced, which is a clue." While Kotb appeared to be on the fence about whether a romance could be brewing, Hager was more convinced. "She's in New York, they're going to dinner. Something has to be going on," she said on November 4. "Something is going on! She has children in L.A. She is in New York going to dinner with him. I heard it was two nights in a row." Fortune Feimster
"I honestly didn't believe the Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian dating rumor until I just read she went to Staten Island," the Champions alum tweeted after the twosome's trip to Davidson's native borough. "Even I know you don't go there to just see a friend." MediaPunch/Shutterstock

Celebrity Deaths in 2021: Stars We've Lost

Posted: 15 Dec 2021 03:31 PM PST

It's never easy to say goodbye. Larry King, Christopher Plummer and Cecily Tyson are among the celebrities who died in 2021, leaving those in their wake heartbroken.

Dustin Diamond died on February 1 at age 44 after a battle with stage IV small cell carcinoma. "He was diagnosed with this brutal, relentless form of malignant cancer only three weeks ago. In that time, it managed to spread rapidly throughout his system; the only mercy it exhibited was its sharp and swift execution," his rep told Us Weekly in a statement at the time. "Dustin did not suffer. He did not have to lie submerged in pain. For that, we are grateful."

The actor's Saved by the Bell costars paid tribute to him after news of his death. "I'm deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dustin Diamond, a true comedic genius. My sincere condolences to his family and friends," Mark-Paul Gosselaar told Us in a statement. "Looking back at our time working together, I will miss those raw, brilliant sparks that only he was able to produce. A pie in your face, my comrade."

Mario Lopez, meanwhile, wrote via Instagram: "Dustin, you will be missed my man. The fragility of this life is something never to be taken for granted. Prayers for your family will continue on."

Tiffani Thiessen echoed Lopez's sentiments in an Instagram post of her own. "I am deeply saddened by the news of my old co-star @realdustindiamond passing," she captioned a photo of Diamond. "Life is extremely fragile and it's something we should never take for granted. God speed Dustin."

Later that month, fans lost an iconic figure in Christopher Plummer, who died at age 91. "Chris was an extraordinary man who deeply loved and respected his profession with great old fashion manners, self deprecating humor and the music of words," his longtime manager said in a statement to Us on February 5. "He was a National Treasure who deeply relished his Canadian roots. Through his art and humanity, he touched all of our hearts and his legendary life will endure for all generations to come. He will forever be with us."

The Oscar winner's Sound of Music costar Julie Andrews honored him after his death. "The world has lost a consummate actor today. And I have lost a cherished friend," the actress told Us in a statement. "I treasure the memories of our work together and all the humor and fun we shared through the years. My heart and condolences go out to his lovely wife Elaine, and his daughter Amanda."

The reality star's sibling Shannon confirmed to Us Weekly on Wednesday, December 15, that Hitch died on Tuesday, December 14, while in the ICU of a hospital in Florida. She said that he was not vaccinated against the virus, and his family did not believe he had any preexisting conditions. She claimed that he died from complications of coronavirus and possibly other factors too.

“He was surrounded by family as he died,” Shannon told Us. “He will be missed by his family and many friends and fans whom he adored.”

Hitch starred on season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé, which aired in 2014. He met Cássia Tavares via Facebook while she was in an online relationship with his friend. After she and his pal called it quits, she began dating Hitch. Despite their age difference (she was 23 at the time, while he was 38), Tavares moved to the United States and lived with Hitch and his father.

The former couple separated in 2017 and filed for divorce in January 2018 after he was charged with domestic battery. The charges were later dropped.

"I tried everything last year to save whatever we thought we had," Hitch told Starcasm in January 2018. "We saw and hung out with the likes of Jim Brickman, Johnny Mathis, Christopher Cross, Bill Engvall, Michael Bolton and Steve-O. … [We] saw concerts like Foreigner, Green Day, Matchbox Twenty, Nickelback, Counting Crows and Daughtry."

Hitch claimed at the time that he and Tavares, now 30, also traveled to try to rekindle their romance. "Around her birthday I took her to Melbourne, Florida, for an Army Couples retreat, but nothing worked," he said. "She flipped a switch and that was it. There was nothing I could do."

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner: The Way They Were

Posted: 15 Dec 2021 01:54 PM PST

What once was. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner had one of Hollywood's longest enduring love stories before they eventually called it quits after 10 years of marriage.

The Argo director and the 13 Going on 30 star met in 2001, sparking a romance after Affleck and then-fiancée Jennifer Lopez ended their engagement. After a whirlwind relationship, Affleck and the West Virginia native wed in June 2005, six months before welcoming daughter Violet. Daughter Seraphina and son Samuel arrived in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and the actors announced their separation in June 2015.

"After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce," the now-exes explained in a statement at the time. "We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to coparenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding."

The duo, whose divorce was finalized in October 2018, have since been candid about their emotional split.

"The truth was, we took our time, we made a decision, we grew apart," Affleck revealed on The Howard Stern Show in December 2021. "We had a marriage that did not work. This happens. It is somebody I love and respect, but to whom I should not be married any longer. And then we said, 'You know what? We tried. We tried because we had kids.'"

The Good Will Hunting star told host Howard Stern that he believed the former couple "would have ended up at each other's throats" had they stayed married, noting at the time, "Both of us felt like, 'We don't want this to be the model that our kids see of marriage.'"

Five years prior, the Alias alum shared her perspective on adjusting to life as coparents instead of partners.

"I didn't marry the big, fat movie star. I married him and I would go back and remake that decision," Garner told Vanity Fair in March 2016. "I ran down the beach to him and I would again. You can't have three babies and so much of what we had. He's the love of my life. He's the most brilliant person in any room, the most charismatic, the most generous. He's just a complicated guy. I always say, 'When his sun shines on you, you feel it.' But when the sun is shining elsewhere, it's cold. He can cast quite a shadow. … It's not Ben's job to make me happy. The main thing is these kids — and we're completely in line with what we hope for them."

Following their split, the Massachusetts native dated Lindsay Shookus from 2017 to 2019, moving on with his Deep Water costar Ana de Armas from March 2020 to January 2021. Months later, he rekindled his romance with Lopez — whom he was previously engaged to between 2002 and 2004.

Garner, for her part, was first linked to businessman John Miller in 2018Us Weekly broke the news in May 2021 that the pair reconciled after splitting the previous August.

"Jen and John are serious," a source exclusively revealed five months later. "They are totally set on a long-term future together. They've taken their time to get this committed. John and Jen are in similar places in their lives and can relate to raising kids after a divorce. They're on the same page and understand where things stand."

A proud aunt. Prince Harry may be on the outs with some members of the royal family, but his aunt Sarah Ferguson has nothing but nice things to say about him.

Speaking about her nephew, 37, during a Tuesday, December 14, appearance on the Italian TV show Porta a Porta, the Duchess of York, 62, said she’s pleased that he’s found joy with his wife, Meghan Markle.

"The most important thing — and I know [Princess] Diana, if she were here, would say that — is they are very happy,” the Her Heart for a Compass author said. “And [Meghan] makes him very happy. And I love to see that little boy that cried at the funeral to have happiness now."

The Duke of Sussex was just 12 when his mother died at age 36 in an August 1997 car crash. At her funeral the following month, Harry and his brother, Prince William, famously walked behind her coffin during the procession.

"Sharing the grief of my mother's death with the world … I was so angry with what happened to her,” he said during a May episode of his Apple TV+ series, The Me You Can't See. “And the fact that there was no justice at all.” He added that he "didn't want the life" of a public figure at the time, because “nothing came from that.”

Though Harry and Meghan, 40, are still dealing with the aftermath of their January 2020 decision to step down as working members of the royal family, Ferguson has never wavered in her support for the couple. When the Suits alum faced allegations of plagiarism about her children’s book, The Bench, earlier this year, the What I Know author — herself a prolific writer of kid lit — came to her defense.

"To sit down and work hard to write a book, in any genre, should be supported and respected," she told the Daily Mail in May.

Meghan said at the time that the book was inspired by a poem she wrote about Harry’s relationship with the pair’s son, Archie, now 2. The duo also share daughter Lili, 6 months.

Ferguson has also expressed her gratitude to the couple for inviting her to their wedding. She famously did not attend the April 2011 nuptials of William, 39, and Duchess Kate.

“It was very kind of them," the philanthropist told Good Morning Britain of the Sussexes in November 2018, adding that it was "quite extraordinary" to hear supporters cheering for her when she arrived at the ceremony. "I can't thank them enough for doing that because it was nerve-wracking. … I sort of looked around like, 'Are they doing that for me?' Then someone went 'Fergie,' and it was the old Fergie back."

Garner, 49, was all smiles while running errands with her son, Samuel, 9, on Wednesday, December 15, in photos obtained by Page Six. The 13 Going on 30 star enjoyed a cup of coffee during her Los Angles outing, one day after her ex-husband, 49, candidly addressed the ups and downs of their marriage.

“That was part of why I started drinking alcohol — I was trapped,” the Argo director revealed on an episode of The Howard Stern Show on Tuesday, December 14. “I was like, ‘I can’t leave because of my kids, but I am not happy. What do I do?’ What I did was drink a bottle of scotch on the couch, which turned out not to be the solution.”

The Oscar winner admitted that it took some time for them to call it quits as they started to grow apart in their relationship, adding, “We had a marriage that did not work. This happens. It is somebody I love and respect, but to whom I should not be married any longer.”

Affleck noted that he “would probably still be drinking” if he stayed in his marriage to Garner, saying, “And then we said, ‘You know what? We tried. We tried because we had kids.'”

The pair originally met on the set of Pearl Harbor in 2000 and tied the knot five years later. Affleck and Garner, who also share daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 12, called it quits in 2015. The California native previously reflected on how he dealt with the fallout of their marriage.

“Did we have moments of tension? Did we have disagreements over the custody? Was stuff difficult for us? Did we get angry? Yes,” he said. “But fundamentally it was always underpinned with respect. I knew she was a good mom. I hope that she knew that I was a good dad. I was. I had to get sober — I knew that too — and I acknowledged that. I said, ‘You’re right. I’ve got to quit drinking.'”

Jessica Chastain and More Stars Show Off Their 2021 Holiday Decorations

Posted: 15 Dec 2021 12:30 PM PST

Making spirits bright! Candace Cameron Bure, Joanna Gaines, Bindi Irwin and more celebrities couldn’t wait to get into the holiday mood — they started decorating as soon as Halloween ended.

"It's the most wonderful time of the year!!! It's happening, people!!!" the Full House alum, 45, wrote via Instagram on November 10, sharing a video of herself putting up her fake tree at home. "The tree is up 🎄and the decorations are just getting started! Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 🍁 and Merry Christmas 🎁! Don't try to stop me!"

Gaines, for her part, decorated a special tree with 3-year-old son Crew in early November to mark the start of the season. She also shared a few highlights of Christmas past via her Magnolia blog to get fans just as excited for holiday festivities.

"Our family's tradition of gifting ornaments each year began with [my husband] Chip [Gaines]'s mom, Gayle. The first year that Chip and I were married, I wanted to decorate our Christmas tree based on a specific color story — and decided it would be an all-blue theme," Joanna, 43, wrote in a recent blog. "That same year on Thanksgiving, Gayle gifted us a bright red Radko ornament. Truthfully, I hesitated putting it on the tree because I knew it would throw off my color theme. It makes me laugh now, but at the time I thought, 'Where am I going to put this?'"

The Magnolia Network cofounder noted that she ultimately decided to put her mother-in-law's gift on the tree, which led to their family's tradition of giving each other ornaments as pre-Christmas gifts.

"What I learned to love was this: Though that ornament stuck out in stark contrast to my blue tree, that bright red ornament told a story," she added. "Not only was it a heartfelt gift from Chip's mom, but the ornament signified our first Christmas together, and that made it worthy of the spotlight."

This year, Joanna opted to add a few specialty ornaments to her Magnolia collection that help tell the stories of her own family — including a Sriracha sauce bottle for 15-year-old daughter Ella, who "puts it on everything," according to her mom. Along with Ella and Crew, Joanna shares children Drake, 16, Duke, 13 and Emmie, 11, with Chip, 46.

Kris Jenner and More Celebs Who Use Their Influence to Give Back

Posted: 15 Dec 2021 12:16 PM PST

Giving back! It's impossible not to take notice of the large number of stars who have shown their passion for being charitable.

Over the course of her career, Angelina Jolie has shown just how much she cares about the lives and well-being of others. After helping to support the efforts of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the Maleficent actress was named a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador in 2001.

In 2006, she launched the Maddox Jolie-Pitt Foundation with now-estranged husband Brad Pitt. The organization helps provide aid to humanitarian crises globally. Us Weekly confirmed in 2010 that the former couple made a $1 million contribution to Doctors Without Borders.

Jolie previously told The Telegraph in 2012 why being charitable makes her feel good. "What are we in this world if we can't be of use to others in some way," she explained at the time. "It's a happier life. I had a wonderful mother and I learned a lot about women through her. I have great daughters who teach me a lot about the strength of women and little girls. And I've met amazing people around the world who've inspired me and taught me to be better."

Beyoncé's charitable deeds have also not gone unnoticed. She even has a BET Humanitarian Award win and DoSomething.org's Most Charitable Celebrity title to prove her good will. Not only has the "Formation" singer used her platform to speak out against injustice and social issues, she has also founded the BeyGOOD initiative.

Through BeyGOOD, the Grammy winner has worked alongside UNICEF to bring clean water and sanitation to the East African country Burundi and helped provide mobile coronavirus testing to Houston's Black community. In April 2020, her organization pledged to donate to mental health charities amid the coronavirus pandemic.

"BeyGOOD recognizes the immense mental and personal health burdens being placed on essential workers during the COVID-19 pandemic," a statement on her website read. "In our major cities, African-Americans comprise a disproportionate number of workers in these indispensable occupations, and they will need mental health support and personal wellness care, including testing and medical services, food supplies and food deliveries, both during and after the crisis."

Shawn Mendes, for his part, has worked with organizations including DoSomething.org and the American Red Cross to help combat worldly issues. He also founded the Shawn Mendes Foundation in 2019, a non-profit that aims to inspire his fans to create positive change.

"For a long time, I've wanted to find a way to amplify the causes that my fans and I care deeply about, and to help make the voices of our generation heard," the singer said in a statement, per Rolling Stone. "My goal in launching the foundation is to work alongside my fans, and do everything I can to help provide them with a platform that inspires positive change, and empowers young change-makers."

Ayesha Curry Is 'So Proud' of Husband Steph's NBA Victory

Posted: 15 Dec 2021 11:59 AM PST

Though they quickly became one of Hollywood’s most powerful couples, Stephen and Ayesha Curry's love story had a humble beginning.

The NBA star was 15 years old when he and the Seasoned Life author, then 14, met at church in North Carolina. Though they've both since admitted they were fond of each other at a young age, it wasn't until years later that they would reconnect as adults and give romance a shot.

"I always had my eye on her, but I got a little shaken, for sure," Stephen previously told Parents Magazine of their teenage years.

Fast-forward a few years, and the Golden State Warriors point guard finally got the chance to pursue the then-aspiring actress while on a trip to Los Angeles, where she was living. During his East Coast visit for the ESPY Awards, Stephen and Ayesha spent the day together as just friends, and they later turned romantic.

The couple tied the knot in July 2011, and despite being in their early 20s, they knew it was meant to be.

"I was 23; she was 22. But I knew I had found the right woman and I wanted to start a life with her," the athlete told Parents.

Following their nuptials, Ayesha put her acting career on hold after finding out she was pregnant with their daughter Riley.

"She was a borderline honeymoon baby," Ayesha explained of how quick things changed for their family. "So that became my next move. I struggled with that for a while."

While Stephen's NBA career began to take off, Ayesha found her calling in the culinary world, opening restaurants around the United States, writing cookbooks and even hosting game shows, including Family Food Fight. Whether it be regular season games or championships, Ayesha is often in the crowd cheering her hubby on, while he does the same for her in her endeavors.

The couple later welcomed daughter Ryan and son Canon.

MAFS’ Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner’s Relationship Ups and Downs

Posted: 15 Dec 2021 11:58 AM PST

Relationships are hard work — something Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner have freely admitted throughout their marriage.

The couple were introduced to one another during the first season of Married at First Sight in 2014 and committed themselves to spending the rest of their lives together. Otis had previously searched for love during season 16 of The Bachelor in 2012 and on season 3 of Bachelor Pad.

In August 2021, the Wifey 101 author described “a heated call” she and Hehner had with their couple’s counselor, which “ended [with] us holding each other & trying to figure out our next steps TOGETHER.” After eight years of marriage — and plenty of challenges along the way — the duo agreed they were “not giving up on each other,” she wrote via Instagram.

“I will fight for my family! I mean, sometimes more than they even want me to…🙈😆⁣,” Otis added at the time. “But right now, I’m fighting for my marriage. For my children. For ME.🙏❤⁣.”

The Chef’s Connection host and her husband share daughter Henley Grace and son Hendrix Douglas. Their road to parenthood wasn’t easy, however, with Otis suffering multiple miscarriages. In 2016, she lost son Johnathan 17 weeks into her pregnancy and it “tore [her] world apart,” she recalled five years later.

“I looked at my baby who was so broken & bruised,” she wrote in a July 2021 Instagram tribute, marking what would have been her firstborn’s 5th birthday. “It was like all that was stolen from him-from me-was laid bare for me to see. I instantly felt like I failed him bc of choices I made way before he was born.”

While pregnant with Hendrix in 2020, the New York native was “so nervous” that she might have an early delivery following her past fertility struggles. She previously told Us Weekly exclusively that she “totally” planned to tell her kids about how she fought for her family.

“I mean, one day [Henley’s] going to ask … and I’ll explain it to her,” Otis said in November 2019. “How, I don’t know. But I have time to think about it. We’ll take it day by day. … So many people have had to mourn in private because it’s so taboo to talk about.”

Focusing on expanding their family took a toll on the pair’s romantic life, they revealed on their “Hot Marriage, Cool Parents” podcast. “I don’t feel like having sex, because I’m frickin’ depressed,” Otis said in September 2020 as she worked through postpartum depression. “I don’t feel sexy, I don’t feel hot; I’m anxious, I’m insecure.”

Hehner was “the most patient man in the world” while they took a break from the bedroom, his wife noted. “I’m shy and scared. I also didn’t have postpartum depression after [our daughter],” she continued. “I can’t explain it, the way I feel. It’s not OK, and I’m trying to figure it out.”

"I don't feel sexy, I don't feel hot; I'm anxious, I'm insecure," Otis said during an episode of her and Hehner's "Hot Marriage, Cool Parents" podcast, revealing the reason their sex life hit a snag. "It's not that I don't love my husband immensely and it's not that I'm not attracted to my husband. It's that I'm not attracted to myself and that I'm depressed." The couple "turned a corner" after celebrating their daughter's 4th birthday. "Expecting one person to be your EVERYTHING is obvs silly. Thank God for quality therapists!" Otis wrote via Instagram after the bash. "Ours helped us see that we've been relying on each other to 'check all of our boxes' to meet all of our needs.⁣ ... "A lot of people don't see the work put in behind the scenes. I personally can't imagine a life without Jamie, without this family and I know how great it is and how great it can be and how much we can grow," Hehner told E! Otis admitted in a candid Instagram post that she and her husband "have always kept divorce on the table as an option," but they haven't needed to go down that road yet. "I'm beyond thankful & blessed they arranged me to be married to @doughehner 7.5 years ago  ," she added. "Not only did I get everything I asked for, but he doesn't give up easily, he's willing to listen AND he began couples therapy w me. ... We are CHOOSING each other. We are choosing to stay married....and not just for the kids. For us..." Courtesy of Jamie Otis/Instagram

The pair took a break from trying to conceive baby No. 3, Otis wrote via Instagram, explaining, “Our life is crazy chaotic, and I want to slow down and build up our marriage first. Us broke the news that Otis and Hehner planned to move into an RV while they worked on their relationship. “We are hoping that by decluttering & simplifying our lives we will be able to strengthen our marriage & focus on what’s most important in life: family & love,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. Otis revealed exclusively to Us that she thought Hehner was cheating on her after finding women’s underwear in her closet that did not belong to her. “It put me over the edge ‘cause I was like, ‘What?’ And I traveled a lot for work and whatnot and so, I was like, ‘Is this something?’” she explained. “But I mean, I had just been on a girls’ trip and we all shared the same laundry.” She ultimately decided that her husband or their nanny likely put the undergarment there “while I was away for work not realizing that it wasn’t mine.” However, Otis indicated that her assumptions hurt Hehner. “I mean, imagine being told that your wife thinks you're cheating and you haven't done that. … That's a tough thing that we're still kind of working through,” she added. Jamie Otis: I Thought Doug Was Cheating After Finding Women’s Underwear

A simple misunderstanding? Jamie Otis went into detail about her marital woes with husband Doug Hehner, revealing that she previously worried he was cheating on her.

"My husband tends to just — I don’t wanna say disappear, but kind of, like, he’ll go grocery shopping for, like, four hours. And I’m like, 'What are you doing at the grocery store for four hours?'" the Married at First Sight alum, 35, exclusively told Us Weekly on Tuesday, December 14, while promoting her family's YouTube channel, Hanging With the Hehners. "I became very insecure. Just, like, our sex life hasn’t been what it was before. Like, even before two kids. I should say even after one kid, we were OK, but now it’s like, holy crap."

Otis divulged that she became even more suspicious of Hehner, 38, after she found women's underwear in her closet that did not belong to her.

"A good sex life is important to both of us, and we’ve never been shy about that with each other. And I know that we haven’t necessarily had the best sex life in comparison to our old sex life, so I just started getting really insecure that maybe he was cheating," she continued. "Then, I found a pair of underwear in my closet that were not mine, and it put me over the edge 'cause I was like, 'What?' And I traveled a lot for work and whatnot and so, I was like, 'Is this something?' But I mean, I had just been on a girls' trip and we all shared the same laundry."

Otis explained that her doubts about the misplaced undergarment did damage.

"It was in my underwear pile. I was like, 'This is not my underwear,' and my husband — thank goodness — he helps do the laundry and whatnot and we had a nanny at the time, and so one of them must have put it there while I was away for work not realizing that it wasn’t mine," she told Us. "My therapist was like, 'Do you think your husband would’ve done that?' But your mind is racing and you’re feeling insecure. I definitely went there, and I was like, 'Jeez, I think my husband cheated on me,' and … I mean, imagine being told that your wife thinks you’re cheating and you haven’t done that. … That’s a tough thing that we’re still kind of working through."

Otis and Hehner tied the knot in March 2014 after meeting on season 1 of Married at First Sight. They are the parents of daughter Henley, 4, and son Hendrix, 19 months. She revealed in May that the couple were going through a "rough patch."

Us broke the news in October that the reality stars were moving into an RV amid their issues. While Otis told Us on Tuesday that Hehner was not "on board" with the plan at first, the change of scenery has been good for them.

"The great thing about small spaces is that you really can’t escape each other," she said. "Then you actually communicate more and maybe you happen to see an emotion on someone’s face that you wouldn’t have caught if you were passing [by]."

Otis has been frank in the past about trying to avoid getting divorced, but the duo have known it was a possibility since they met. "We’ve gone into our marriage, like, day one saying, 'It’s OK if we decide to get a divorce,' because at that time, we were complete strangers," she told Us. "Seven and a half years later, we would still have a very friendly divorce if that ever happened because people can change and grow, but we’re trying so hard to change and grow together — not only for each other, but for our children."

Despite the pressure they once felt to stay together after the show, the TV personality joked that she always knew Hehner would survive if they split early on: "My husband would’ve been fine if I had divorced him because he’s such a great guy and all the girls were lining up for him."

Lala Kent Feels ‘Disposable’ Amid New Details in Randall Emmett Drama

Posted: 15 Dec 2021 11:23 AM PST

Breaking up is hard to do — but that hasn't stopped Lala Kent from speaking her truth about her split from former fiancé Randall Emmett.

The Vanderpump Rules star, 31, revealed during the Wednesday, December 15, episode of her "Give Them Lala" podcast that she feels "disposable" after her split from the 50-year-old movie producer.

"Every day I find out something new that makes me feel [like], 'Lala you were so disposable the whole time. You meant nothing. … You were a possession, a shiny object and nothing more,'" she said. "And I have to be OK with that."

Kent explained that Emmett — whom she refers to throughout the episode as "he whose name we shall not mention" — treats everyone as if they are "nothing more than just a possession and that … makes me sick daily."

She continued, "To learn the things that I learn and try my best to just keep my f–king mouth shut for my daughter, not say a word about what I know, it can become torturous. And I have to sit and say, 'The universe will do its thing.'"

Us Weekly confirmed in November that Kent and Emmett had called off their engagement after three years. "Randall did not want to split but it was Lala's decision," a source exclusively told Us on November 3. "The trust is gone. He's been trying to win her back."

Rumors that the pair, who share 9-month-old daughter Ocean, had split started spreading in October after Kent removed every photo of Emmett from her Instagram. Days later, she "liked" a meme about the film executive allegedly cheating on her.

Earlier this month, Kent addressed the cheating allegations against her ex for the first time since he was spotted with two women at a Nashville hotel in October.

"I found out about the pictures of his name we shall not mention and the Nashville girls," she said during the December 1 episode of her podcast. "[And] I decided on October 20th, the day of my book signing, that I was going to change my tattoo from ['Rand'] to 'bRand new.'"

She called the update to her body art a "vibe," gushing, "It’s just such a fun thing to say, 'Like, I’m brand new' … and it’s in my handwriting — and I am brand new."

On Wednesday, Kent admitted that each new thing she learns about her ex is "like a punch in the gut" — but she's trying her best to stay positive about the future.

“[The breakup] is not going to take me out. I’ll be damned," the Bravo celebrity told her listeners. "The universe will do its thing. The universe always reveals people’s truths.”

Keep scrolling to see what else she said about how she's feeling after ending her engagement:

Protecting Her Daughter
Kent’s number one priority is to “protect Ocean Kent at all costs” she said during Wednesday’s podcast. “The only truth I feel that existed in my relationship was me and my daughter Ocean,” she admitted later in the episode. “That is where the truth ended. That is a hard pill to swallow.” Courtesy Lala Kent/Instagram
Helping Other Women
The reality TV star also believes that it is her “job” to help other women find their independence from bad partners. “I can't unsee and unhear what I've seen and what I've heard,” she said of the stories listeners have shared with her about their own breakups.Kent even teased that she may decide to follow Kim Kardashian’s lead and become a lawyer. "One of these days I may pull an Elle Woods and be like, ‘F–k it, we're going to law school,’” she noted early in the episode. “I'm really into that, really into that,” adding that she “would be a savage” in the courtroom. Learning to Trust Again
“There are moments [where] I sit here and say, 'How can I go out into the world and trust anybody ever again?'” the Give Them Lala author admitted through tears. “But it's important for me to learn how to do that because I know that there are a lot of women out there that are going through the same thing that I am and it's not right. I have to fight for them. I have to fight for Ocean.” Gregory Pace/Shutterstock
The Biggest Lie
Kent spilled the tea on her engagement ring, which she found out was not worth nearly as much as Emmett claimed it was. “When I went to my jeweler to have him look at it … we were laughing our asses off. Rolling,” The Row actress revealed. “Of course, this jeweler will give me in the teens for what I was told was $150,000,” adding, “When you sit here and the s–t just keeps piling up, you just gotta laugh."For her, the fake diamond became a symbol of just how deceitful her ex was — but she wasn’t surprised. “It just was like, ‘Wow there's not one piece of the five years I was with this person that has been truthful and honest,’” she said.Kent made it clear that she’s not interested in keeping the jewelry. “If I'm allowed to get rid of it, that's what I want to do,” she said. “I don't want this thing in my home. It's bad juju.” Shutterstock
OK on Her Own
While the Utah native hopes to find love again in the future, she admitted that she is “so OK on my own and by myself. … I dig it and I am fulfilled. I use my little vibrator if I need to. I'm good. I do not need a dude — financially, mentally, emotionally. … I just want to feel safe.” Rob Latour/Shutterstock
What Disgusts Her Most
Kent said that she has gotten DMs from women who are angry that Emmett would continue to use Ocean’s photo as his profile picture online amid rumors that he used social media to hook up with other women.“I was, like, ‘Gross.’ I don't even know what other word to use,” she said. “That sweet little innocent girl. That's disgusting.” Eric Charbonneau/Shutterstock(2)
