Erin Andrews Reveals Her Favorite Tom Brady Story Didn't Even Come On The Field

Some of us, regular people, dream of having the access to top-tier athletes some broadcasters have. Fortunately for Erin Andrews, she doesn't have to dream.

Andrews' remarkable career has helped her build strong bonds with NFL players off the gridiron as well, getting to know them and their families and taking a glimpse of how they really are when the cameras aren't around.

But even among the plethora of superstars she's met through the years, Tom Brady still stands on a tier of his own.

Andrews' Family And Brady Shared A Moment In Montana

In the latest episode of her podcast, Erin Andrews admitted that her favorite Tom Brady story didn't even come on the field. It was in Montana, with the legendary gunslinger throwing passes at her husband and hanging out with her dad:

“One of the coolest moments off the field with Tom Brady was this past summer, we’re in Montana,” Andrews said, per the New York Post. “My dad came to visit, and it was the final day Tom was throwing before he had to leave, and I said, ‘Dad, do you want to go watch Tom throw? Do you want to go meet him?’ And he said, ‘Let’s go do it.'”Brady Needed An Assistant

Andrews admitted that she had a little too much to drink the night before. But when Brady reached out in need of her help, she shook off the hangover and got to business with no hesitation:

“Tom said, ‘EA, I need you,’ and I said, ‘For what?’ And he goes, ‘You gotta shag balls, girl, I don’t have anyone out here,'” she continued. “I just thought to myself, ‘I know how competitive he is. If I don’t line these footballs up correctly, if I don’t bring them back at the right time.' My husband would catch the ball, he would throw it to me, I would put it in the bag. Kaley Cuoco was the cutest Minnie Mouse in a recent Instagram share honoring her close friend and Flight Attendant co-star, Zosia Mamet. Celebrating the Mad Men and Girls alum's 34th birthday on February 2, Cuoco posted a slideshow of their precious times together, kicking off the fun with a selfie of them twinning in mouse ears.

The Big Bang Theory star, 36, gushed over her bestie in the lengthy caption and had fans swooning over friendship in the comments.

Cuoco dazzled in sequined iridescent mouse ears, while Mamet rocked a black-and-white polka-dot set.

Scrolling through the upload, fans also got to see the besties making funny faces at the camera as they grabbed lunch, hung out on set, and twinned in hilarious PB&J T-shirts. Shots of them hugging and laughing together were served in abundance, along with a snap wherein they stuck their tongues out while posing next to their trailers.

Also of note were their matching beaded necklaces with colorful unicorn pendants, which the pair wore almost in every shot. Cuoco referenced the quirky jewelry in her caption, revealing they stood for the pet name they call each other.

Cuoco was not stingy with the praise, penning a long message of appreciation for her BFF. Calling the lady of the hour a "princess unicorn fairy," she wished her a happy birthday, saying: "Iam [sic] so grateful you danced your way into my life and have never left. You deserve the entire world."

The 8 Simple Rules star lavished her friend with compliments, writing: "The kind, hilarious, sweet, empathetic, adorable, genius way about you, truly touches everyone you meet."

Sharing the post one day after her touching tribute to her late dog, Norman, Cuoco continued: "I’m not sure what my life would look like over the last few months, if you weren’t around telling me to go to work, and that it’s gonna be ok…"

Showered with affection by her bestie, Mamet took to the comments to send the love right back. "@kaleycuoco I LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING," she wrote in all caps, trailed by a string of hearts and unicorn emoji.

Fans were just as touched by Cuoco's sweet tribute, giving props to their friendship.

"Friends like that don’t come along that often in life," said one person.

Known for their close bond both on- and off-screen, Cuoco and Mamet regularly grace each other's Insta feeds. The dynamic duo has often opened up about their on-screen relationship and the incredible chemistry between their respective characters, Annie and Cassie. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter in June, Mamet revealed how that close bond originated during their first chemistry read.

"I was pretending to be on my phone in the audition room, and Kaley walked up and bopped me on the nose, which wasn’t in the script, and I immediately swatted her hand away like, 'Don’t do that.' I always say that, in that moment, Annie and Cassie were born," Mamet told the magazine.

"It was this immediate spark of chemistry between the two of us… We both just have this great sense of play and we adore working together," she added.

Donald Trump Has A Message For Joe Rogan

UFC commentator, comedian and host of The Joe Rogan Experience, Joe Rogan, came under fire earlier this month when he interviewed medical professionals opposed to coronavirus vaccine mandates.

Just as that controversy was about to blow over, video clips of Rogan using the N-word began circulating on social media, with liberal and progressive activists urging Spotify to remove his podcast.

Rogan apologized for using racial slurs, noting that he was simply quoting other people. He also vowed to to interview pro-vaccine guests as well.

Former President Donald Trump is now weighing in on the controversies.

'Stop Apologizing'

In a statement issued via donaldjtrump.com, the former commander-in-chief urged Rogan -- whose podcast is one of the most popular in the world -- to "stop apologizing" to those who are trying to destroy his career.

"Joe Rogan is an interesting and popular guy, but he's got to stop apologizing to the Fake News and Radical Left maniacs and lunatics," Trump said.

"How many ways can you say you're sorry? Joe, just go about what you do so well and don't let them make you look weak and frightened. That's not you and it never will be!" he added.

Rogan Supported Sanders In 2020

Rogan, a self-described progressive, supported Independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in the 2020 presidential election.

The comedian endorsed Sanders after the democratic socialist appeared on his podcast to discuss his candidacy.

But once Sanders dropped out of the race, Rogan said he would rather vote for Trump than for Biden, claiming that Biden should not be in charge of the country because he is suffering from cognitive decline.

Trump Vs. Biden

As The Inquisitr reported at the time, Rogan said on his show that Biden can't "handle anything."

"You're relying entirely on his cabinet. If you want to talk about an individual leader who can communicate, he can't do that. And we don't know what the f**k he'll be like after a year in office," Rogan said.

Sanders then faced intense pressure to disavow Rogan's endorsement, but never did so.

Rogan's Podcast Is Staying On Spotify

Spotify’s Chief Executive Officer Daniel Ek has refused to cave to pressure, saying that Rogan's podcast will not be removed from the platform.

"I do not believe that silencing Joe is the answer. We should have clear lines around content and take action when they are crossed, but canceling voices is a slippery slope," Ek said, as reported by CNBC.

However, the CEO apologized to company staff.

"There are no words I can say to adequately convey how deeply sorry I am for the way The Joe Rogan Experience controversy continues to impact each of you. Not only are some of Joe Rogan’s comments incredibly hurtful — I want you to make clear that they do not represent the values of this company," he said.

Texans GM Says Brian Flores' Lawsuit Didn't Impact Hiring Of Love Smith

The Houston Texans made a somewhat shocking move by hiring Lovie Smith to be their next head coach.

While Smith has done more than enough to get the nod and was already a big part of the organization, the timing of his hiring raised some eyebrows around the league, as it came right after Brian Flores sued the NFL for racism in hiring.

Flores' Lawsuit Didn't Impact The Texans' Decision

Flores' lawyers claimed that the Texans didn't hire him because of his decision to sue the league. But, according to GM Nick Caserio, that was far from the truth and had nothing to do with his decision:

“Part of my responsibility was to spend time with as many quality candidates as possible, and Brian was one of those,” Caserio said, per The Athletic. “As it pertains to the individual lawsuit … there were conversations with Brian after that took place, so it didn’t really affect the process at all.”Smith Will Put Together A Staff Of 'Young, Black Coaches'

Even Smith admitted that he didn't know he was a candidate until he got the job. Now, he'll try to put together a staff with up-and-coming Black coaches so they can also get a chance somewhere down the line:

“You can kind of tell when guys are playing, the ones that could become good coaches, and I kind of encouraged that,” Smith said. “And people in positions of authority throughout — head coaches, general managers — you got to be deliberate about trying to get more Black athletes in some of the quality control positions throughout your program. If you get that, they can move up."Smith Thinks Diversity In Coaching Will Increase

Smith thinks that it goes beyond checking boxes and just conducting interviews with minority coaches to comply with the league's policies:

“It’s not just about interviewing a Black guy. It’s about having a whole lot of guys to choose from who look like me," Smith added. "And it’s not just about talk. If you look at my staff, that’s what I believe in, and then letting them show you exactly who you are. That’s how we can increase (diversity in coaching).”What About Deshaun Watson?

But figuring out the coaching staff is just one of the many things Smith needs to do. For starters, they don't even know who's going to start at QB next season and the Deshaun Watson situation is still unclear.

Watson reportedly wanted to play for Brian Flores but now that he's off the table, will he bury the hatchet and reconsider his stance, or does Smith's hiring change nothing? I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

All-Star Break Can't Come Soon Enough For The Lakers, And LeBron James Knows It

The Los Angeles Lakers just can't catch a break. Once again, they failed to keep up with a contending team and fell to the Milwaukee Bucks at home.

While there's no shame in losing to Giannis Antetokounmpo and the reigning champions, the Lakers' lack of defensive effort and poor offensive execution continue to raise concerns for Frank Vogel's team.

LeBron Knows The Lakers Aren't A Contender

When asked about whether the Lakers could compete with the top-tier teams in the league, a visually upset LeBron James admitted that they're not a good team right now:

“It tells me we ain’t on their level,” James said, per The Athletic. “I mean, I could have told you that before the game. Do I think we can reach the level where Milwaukee is right now? Um, no. Is that what you wanted to hear? No.”Russell Westbrook Is Frustrated With Not Playing

Westbrook was spotted trying to comfort both LeBron and Anthony Davis after the game. When asked about that conversation, he voiced his frustration for not being on the court in crunch time:

“I told them I wish I could help them,” a disgruntled Westbrook said. “Unfortunately, I wasn’t in the game to be able to help them and that’s why I’ve, why I came here to be able to help them out. Launching the Perfecting Leave-In conditioner in October, Aniston spoke to Harper's Bazaar about the new LolaVie drop, which followed the brand's debut product, a shine-boosting detangling spray called the Glossing Detangler.

"I wanted our first couple products to be multifunctional, like a Swiss Army knife," she told the magazine, adding: "They simplify my hair routine on top of delivering better manageability and reducing breakage from styling."

Breaking down her haircare routine, the Cake star shared: "With my hair type, I'm able to use the Glossing Detangler first right out of the shower and comb through. Then I layer on the Perfecting Leave-In and style."

Her Hair-Care Routine

Aniston, who spent five years developing the brand, shared more of her simple at-home hair-care routine in an interview with Allure last year: "[My hair routine is] basically washing and conditioning it, putting the detangler on, brushing it through, putting it up in a towel for ten minutes, and then I either blow it out or let it dry naturally."

Talking about her personal hair-care needs, the actress said she loves "a really good detangler because my hair has gone through so much thrashing," noting that she prefers products that "have many jobs in one," such as heat protection and shine, "so it's time-efficient."

Getting into details about how she first started the LolaVie brand, Aniston revealed: "I had been involved in another hair company years ago, and that's where I got the bug of getting to go behind the scenes of how you [choose] ingredients and the process of development and marketing and all of that."
