Olympian Lindsey Vonn Flaunts Killer Abs While 'Raising The Bar' Again

Lindsey Vonn shows no sign of slowing down after retiring from alpine ski racing and has instead brought the action from the snowy slopes to the gym. The 37-year-old Olympic gold medalist ended her epic sports career in 2019 but is staying in top athletic form via intense workouts.

Vonn took to Instagram recently with a post showing off what a gym day looks like for her, and her super-fit physique and boundless energy are definitely #fitnessgoals for the rest of us. See below.

‘Raise The Bar’

The athlete-turned-businesswoman’s post, which is captioned “Raise the bar…and then raise it again,” shows her in a grueling workout session with skier Bella Wright and fitness coach Ariel Belgrave. Vonn is doing side squats with a resistance band wrapped around her thighs while raising a weight plate over her head. Wright, meanwhile, is doing single-leg squats and lifting a weight plate as well, and Belgrave is doing pushups.

There’s definitely a lot of female energy and power going on here and the hashtag #HardestWorkersInTheRoom is totally on point!

Project Rock Ambassador

In her caption, Vonn also mentions the Project Rock collection, which is a brand collaboration between Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Under Armour. The ski star has had a long-term partnership with Under Armour and she was also tapped to be the first ambassador of Project Rock when it launched in 2019.

She’s wearing pieces from the collection in the video, including a pair of printed leggings and a cropped hoodie that showcases her killer abs as she lifts her weight plate.

Her Friendship With Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson

Talking to FN about her partnership with Johnson, Vonn said, “We actually started our friendship because he was on the cover of Sports Illustrated and they asked him, ‘Could anyone keep up with you in the gym?’ And he said the only person would be me — and I was like, whoa, whoa, I’m not sure that’s accurate. Anyways, I was shocked by the interview and his people contacted us and he’s really been a great friend and a great mentor since then.”

‘The Hardest Worker In The Room’

That was why when Johnson created Project Rock with Under Armour, Vonn called him and broached the idea of doing a women’s line together. “And he said, ‘You know what? That’s a great idea.’ And within like a month, we were on board,” she recalled.

Back then, Johnson announced the partnership via an Instagram post that said, “Proud to welcome @LindseyVonn as our first ever #ProjectRock Ambassador. A woman who I’ve known, admired and respected over the years. ‬The hardest worker in the room. ‬The best worker in the room.”

Based on their current performance, the Lakers obviously need a better supporting cast around the star duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis to have a realistic chance of fully dominating the Western Conference and winning the NBA championship title in the 2021-22 NBA season. Unfortunately, though they were mentioned in various trade rumors, the Lakers didn't make any deal at all.

Rob Pelinka Shares Trade-Deadline Plan With Captains

In a recent interview with reporters, Lakers vice president of basketball operations and general manager Rob Pelinka talked about their decision to stand pat at the 2022 NBA trade deadline. Pelinka revealed that they tried to engage in a trade discussion with several NBA teams with the goal of putting the Lakers in the best position to reclaim their throne this season. However, the 52-year-old front-office executive said that they didn't find a deal that would help them in the short-term and long-term.

Pelinka also claimed that the two Lakers' captains, James and Davis, were consulted regarding the potential deals, adding that they both understood why they were unable to make some of the trades.

Rob Pelinka Lied About Consulting LeBron James & Anthony Davis

However, it seems like Pelinka lied about having a conversation with James and Davis regarding the Lakers' trade-deadline plans. According to a source who spoke to Dave McMenamin of ESPN, Pelinka's statement that there was an alignment between him, James, and Davis not to make a move was "totally false."

“Now, things get interesting here, where I am told from a source familiar with LeBron and Anthony’s thinking is that that is ‘totally false,’" McMenamin said. "There was no conversation between Rob Pelinka, LeBron and Anthony Davis on Thursday. There was no go-ahead of an okay to have inaction at the deadline."

Growing Tension Between Rob Pelinka & Lakers Superstars

With their rumored lack of communication before the 2022 NBA trade deadline, it won't be a surprise if a drama has started to build between Pelinka, James, and Davis.

"And so where things stand right now, that tells me that there’s not just problems from what you’re seeing on the court, with the Lakers losing six out of eight, but there’s problems off the court between an alignment, as Rob Pelinka termed it, and his leaders on this team," McMenamin added.

Upgrading Roster Via Buyout Market

While they chose to remain silent before the 2022 NBA trade deadline, Pelinka said that they are still looking to improve their roster by monitoring the buyout market. So far, several players who are expected to reach a buyout agreement with their respective teams have already been linked to the Purple and Gold, including former Lakers point guard Dennis Schroder. However, to make room for Schroder or other free agents, the Lakers would first have to waive a player on their roster.

After a long delay, Dua Lipa finally kicked off her “Future Nostalgia” tour on Wednesday, February 9 at the FTX Arena in Miami, Florida. The 26-year-old pop star certainly did not disappoint – and we’re not just talking about her music.

As the intro to “Physical” came on, Lipa made an eye-popping entrance in a full-length chartreuse bodysuit. Then a few days later, the singer posted a photo on her Instagram, treating us to a closer look at the outfit. See below.

In the carousel post, which has racked up more than two million likes so far, the Grammy Award-winning singer is posing among concert equipment in her brightly hued lace catsuit. The chartreuse number isn’t the only sexy outfit the “Levitating” star is rocking in her “Future Nostalgia” tour. Her concert wardrobe also includes a black cutout catsuit by Mugler that will truly drop your jaws!

Casey Cadwallader, the creative director of the French fashion house, posted a clip on his Instagram of Lipa performing “Don’t Start Now” in the sizzling-hot outfit he designed. He captioned it, “@dualipa in @muglerofficial couture!!! Opening night of The Future Nostalgia Tour, Miami. Thank you to my amazing team for all of your magical work to make this possible.”

Canceled Concert Tour

The “Future Nostalgia” tour was supposed to start in April 2020, a month after the eponymous album came out. But then Covid basically put the world on hold and the concert tour had to be postponed several times. The album was a massive success, nonetheless, winning Lipa a Grammy in 2021 and prompting Rolling Stone to name her “the breakout pop star of the pandemic era.”

In September 2021, the singer announced that the tour was finally kicking off in February 2022.

Tour Schedule

The Grammy winner is taking “Future Nostalgia” around North America in February, March and April, after which she’ll be traveling around Europe until June. Shows in Latin America are scheduled for September and then Lipa is taking the shows to Australia and New Zealand in November.

Her opening acts include Megan Thee Stallion (only in Denver, Tulsa and Phoenix), Caroline Polachek and Lolo Zouaï.

Netherlands Short Track Speed Skater Suzanne Schulting just won Gold at the 2022 Beijing Olympics, defending her previous title! The 24-year-old two-time champion broke a 10-year record, finishing in 1 min. 26.514 secs, during the quarterfinals. Even though she won Gold with a longer time - 1 min. 28.391 secs, her name would remain in the record books.

According to ESPN, Schulting said, "I really wanted it. I am so happy I got it," while Associated Press News reported her saying, "I thought, 'Ooh, I really want to have that gold one." Either way, her desire was clear from her body language.

The Moment Before Gold

A few moments before the record-breaking run, Suzanne shared this short reel of herself flaunting sculpted abs in her FILA-sponsored gear. The 24-year-old tied her hair back in a ponytail, posing her skate glasses as a makeshift headband. Suzanne wore her jumpsuit without fitting her arms into the upper body, exposing her mid-riff as she packed her things and wore her puffer jacket.

"Let's GO!" she captioned, expressing excitement about the impending run, and little did we know at that moment, Suzanne was gunning for Gold. Okay, that's a no-brainer, but we didn't realize how bad she wanted it - Now we know!

When Suzanne Schulting crossed the finish line to a Gold medal in PyeongChang 2018 at 20, she broke a longtime jinx for The Netherlands. The first Short Track Speed Skating for the country was the win, thanks to Choi Min-Jeong's fourth-place finish ending China's Podium streak since 1994. It also made Suzanne the first non-Asian Short Track speed skater since the category's launch in '94.

Training Camp Before The Record Setting Run

Suzanne trained at Tenerife before going to Beijing for the Winter Olympics. During her time in the Spanish city, the two-time Gold medalist flaunted her famous abs in a black string bikini and oversize nude unbuttoned dress shirt. Months after Luis Ruelas got down on one knee in Greece and proposed to Teresa Giudice amid a cast trip with friends Dina Manzo and Dave Cantin, the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member appeared on Watch What Happens Live, where she revealed she wasn't planning to sign a prenup and felt there was no real reason why she should.

A short time later, Bethenny Frankel, who's divorce from ex-husband Jason Hoppy lasted far longer than their short-lived marriage, weighed in on Twitter.

Bethenny Frankel Didn't Like What She Heard

"I may jump through my phone if [Teresa Giudice] doesn’t sign a prenup [Andy Cohen]," Frankel wrote to her fans and followers after last week's episode of Watch What Happens Live.

As a report from PEOPLE revealed, Giudice's daughter, Gia, was also present during the WWHL episode. And, when it came to her opinion on a prenup, she didn't want her mom signing one either. That said, after Gia noted that she didn't believe Giudice or Ruelas would ever take anything from one another, Cohen stepped in.

Andy Cohen Was Also Concerned

"I know, but you put it in writing! You just put it in writing. Of course, they don't want to take anything from each other," he said.

While Giudice said she was willing to sign a prenup if Ruelas wanted to, she left many worried about her finances by confirming that she has no intention to do so.

As Real Housewives fans well know, Frankel only recently got out of her marriage to Hoppy, even though the couple parted ways nearly 10 years ago and were only married for a few years.

If anyone knows the value of a prenup, it's certainly the Real Housewives of New York City alum.

Teresa Giudice Doesn't Yet Have Set Wedding Plans

While speaking to PEOPLE in January, Giudice said she was feeling "overwhelmed" with the idea of planning a wedding.

"We wanted to go get married in Italy. We wanted to do it [there] because originally, we were supposed to get engaged in Capri," she said at the time. "But then he had to change it because of COVID. Everything he planned was going to be in Capri."

Speaking to PEOPLE Magazine ahead of his and Lisa Rinna's 25-year anniversary this March, Harry Hamlin answered a question about what he loves about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member.

“I just love everything about this girl,” Hamlin responded, according to a report from Bravo's Style & Living on February 10.

Then, when Hamlin was asked about the trait of Rinna's that he enjoys the most, he poked fun at one particular quality that is lacking.

Lisa Rinna Isn't Stellar In The Kitchen

"Not so much her cooking,” Hamlin laughed, giving a nod to Rinna's lack of expertise in the area of food.

But Rinna wasn't offended at all, noting that because she doesn't spend time in the kitchen, that was an easy dig for her husband to make.

Harry Hamlin Appreciates Their Differences

Because Rinna is such a large personality, both on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and off, many fans of the couple have wondered how they make their marriage work. However, according to Hamlin, the secret to their marital success can actually be found through their adversity.

"[The secret is] being diametrically opposite," the 70-year-old explained. "I like going up to the mountains, and her idea of camping is anything below the 10th floor of the Four Seasons."

"We'll be married for 25 years in March, and I've worked hard. So I've picked out a very nice diamond," added Rinna, 58.

Rinna and Hamlin tied the knot on March 29, 1997 and share two children together, models Delilah Belle Hamlin, 23, and Amelia Gray Hamlin, 20, who are often seen alongside them on the Bravo reality show.

Lisa Rinna Played Hard To Get

Looking back at the start of their romance in the 90s, Hamlin said Rinna certainly played the game in terms of dating and the alleged "rules" of that era.

"She played hard to get," Hamlin recalled. "The Rules (a trendy self-help guide to dating) had just come out and it was written by women, for women to teach them how to get a man. And in that book, one of the rules was, if you were called up by somebody and they asked you on a date, you had to say, 'No.' You had to wait at least a week or whatever. And I knew that she had read that book."

"So I called her up and I said, 'Do you want to come to dinner at this Italian restaurant?' and she said, 'When?' I said, 'Well, how about in an hour?' And I hadn't talked to her in months. And, she showed up and broke all the rules," he added.

During the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, cast member Lisa Barlow suffered a full-blown meltdown, as she ran around the group's residence, yelling at her co-stars and proclaiming that she's "richer" than they are.

It was truly a bizarre moment and now, days later, fans are learning what prompted the drama.

"You know, it was enough is enough," Barlow explained on the February 7 episode of the After Show. "Mary just went for me. Heather, of all people, is defending me at the dinner table. I can speak for myself. It’s nice to have people have your back every now and then so I appreciated that Heather said that and Meredith looks at me and is like, 'I’m offended by that.’ I just had enough and I’m like, ‘How is this offensive?’ So then I leave the dinner table."

Jen Shah Was Taken Aback By Lisa Barlow's Outburst

Looking back on the drama in Zion, Jen Shah said Barlow's meltdown was prompted by Meredith Marks calling out Barlow.

"They definitely got their words out," Shah shared. "[Lisa] said nobody was standing up for her. And she’s richer than all these b-tches and she does not need to be here and she’s calling John... [But] Meredith was not really saying much. She was just sitting there.”

"I’ve spent hours upon hours of conversations with her, working through issues, comforting her in times of need, things like that. So, what is your expectation?" Marks wondered. "Because it certainly isn’t ride or die loyalty or you wouldn’t be friends with Jen. And I don’t believe in ride or die loyalty anyway. I’m not asking for that. I’m just saying, what is it you’re asking for because I’m not feeling a consistency between what your expectations are and what you’re putting out yourself.”
