David Foster Defends 34-Year Age Gap Between Him and Katharine McPhee

There's a song in Katharine McPhee's heart! The American Idol alum and David Foster were friends for years before they were spotted getting cozy in Malibu in May 2017.

"When Kat talks about David, her face lights up. She's really so happy. They're actually so sweet together," a source exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2017. "They aren't hiding it anymore. … David is really charming. The age difference might seem substantial to some, but they are really cute together and it makes sense."

Less than one year later, Us confirmed in July 2018 that the pair were engaged. The duo's whirlwind romance came as the music producer was finalizing his divorce from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Yolanda Hadid. Meanwhile, McPhee had recently ended her two-year relationship with Scorpion costar Elyes Gabel. Ahead of their own romance, the Waitress star had Foster play the piano at her first wedding to Nick Cokas, whom she split from in 2013 after six years of marriage.

The following year, the twosome exchanged vows in London in June 2019.

"A year ago today I married the love of my life. Thank you for always loving me and inspiring me in all aspects of my life," McPhee wrote via Instagram in June 2020, celebrating her first wedding anniversary. "I love you. Here's to the future! (Oh and happy anniversary to the other love of my life – this dreamy dress! thank you @ZacPosen!!)."

The following month, Foster gushed about his wife, telling Us exclusively, "She's really magical and able to float in and out of all the family dynamics. It's amazing to watch because that's a huge talent — being able to navigate my life."

Us confirmed in October 2020 that the Smash alum was expecting her first child with Foster, who has five daughters from his previous relationships.

One day later, McPhee seemingly confirmed the pregnancy news while talking about alcohol on her Instagram Story. "Thank you, Aperol Spritz," the Country Comfort star said in the video, showing off the liquor gift. "I won't be drinking this anytime soon, wink, wink. But, I'm very excited! Who's coming over for an Italian-inspired cocktail?"

The duo welcomed their son four months later. "Kat McPhee and David Foster are the proud parents of a baby boy," the Los Angeles native's rep told Us in February 2021. A source added, "Everything went well. Mom and baby are healthy."

Snoop Dogg Sued for Alleged Sexual Assault Ahead of Super Bowl Gig

Snoop Dogg has been accused of sexual assault and sexual battery by an alleged former employee, Us Weekly can confirm.

An unnamed woman filed the Wednesday, February 9, complaint against the "Gin & Juice" performer, 50, in California. According to court documents obtained by Us, the alleged victim claims that she was sexually assaulted and battered by the rapper (real name Calvin Broadus). She is seeking damages to "redress the injuries" that she supposedly suffered.

The plaintiff allegedly worked for the Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party alum, per the court docs, which state, "Defendant SNOOP held supervisory authority over Plaintiff, controlling various tangible aspects of Plaintiff's employment, including the ability to hire and fire Plaintiff."

The Jane Doe, who is a model and dancer, previously performed with the musician and his codefendants — including Donald Campbell, Gerber & Co, The Broadus Collection, Casa Verde Capital and Merry Jane Events — for "several years," even accompanying them on tour.

According to the docs, a "private mediation" took place on Tuesday, February 8, and finished the following morning. However, the discussion was "unsuccessful," with the Joker's Wild host allegedly calling his accuser a "gold digger" in an Instagram post "immediately after the mediation ended." The suit drew a connection to a previous dispute between the Grammy nominee and makeup artist Kylie Bell, claiming that the social media message was "threatening" future legal action.

Bell previously sued the California native for sexual assault in December 2005, alleging that he and his associates raped her after a 2003 taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live! The musician, for his part, filed a preemptive suit against her for extortion, denying the claims. Both lawsuits were eventually dropped after Bell noted in a statement that the matter had been "amicably" resolved.

In the paperwork filed on Wednesday, the anonymous accuser's attorney expressed his concerns that the Coach Snoop star will countersue "for extortion just as he did to Kylie Bell in an effort to intimidate her."

The "Drop It Like Its Hot" performer — who is set to perform at the Super Bowl LVI halftime show on Sunday, February 13 — has yet to publicly address the allegations. However, the plaintiff's lawyer, Matt Finkleberg, noted his client's desire for a jury trial.

"Snoop Dogg has a long history of criminal activity. Reportedly, he is an admitted former 'Pimp.' Throughout his life, he reportedly publicly threatened and intimidated women including Gayle King, Iggy Azalea, and other women who accused him of rape, and most recently our client," Finkleberg noted in a statement to In Touch on Wednesday. "We believe, trust and stand with our client and we are confident a jury will too. We take great pride in representing our courageous and brave client who refuses to be silenced and intimidated any longer."

Lori Harvey Gushes Over Michael B. Jordan on His Birthday: ‘My Love!’

Feeling the love. Ever since Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey confirmed their relationship via Instagram, the pair has consistently professed their love for one another.

The model confirmed her relationship with the Black Panther actor in January 2021 with a pair of tagged photos on Instagram. At the time, the Friday Night Lights alum posted dark and grainy photos with Harvey that looked as if they were about to kiss. The Tennessee native also posted snaps of her new boyfriend at the same location with an emoji heart caption.

The couple first sparked romance rumors after they were spotted at the Atlanta and Salt Lake City airports together in late 2020.

Since becoming an official couple, Jordan and Harvey have continued to post romantic and steamy snaps together yet they do prefer keeping the majority of their personal lives private.

"I think we're both very private people naturally. So we just decide, if we take a picture or whatever it is, do you want to post this? Do we not?" the beauty entrepreneur told Bustle in June 2021. "We know there are people that love and support us and want to see us. So [we want to] give just enough, but keep the majority of it just for us. We're trying to find a balance."

Harvey dished in the interview that she met her current boyfriend a "few years ago" through mutual friends. "I think we met out, just in passing,” she added, noting that she remembered thinking he was "cute" and "super humble.”

The model is the adopted stepdaughter of Steve Harvey, and her famous family approves of the Creed II star as a boyfriend. "First of all, let's be clear about something," the Family Feud host told Jimmy Kimmel in February 2021. "He is a nice guy. I like him, I'm pulling for him. He's a great guy. I met his father and everything, but that was a lot."

Before the couple got together, the former competitive horseback rider was previously linked to Sean "Diddy" Combs and his son Justin, race car driver Lewis Hamilton, rapper Trey Songz and musician Future. Meanwhile, the Parenthood alum has previously been linked to model Cindy Bruna, actress Kiki Layne and YouTuber Catherine Paiz. Rumors also swirled that he dated his Black Panther costar Lupita Nyong'o in 2018, but he revealed they were just friends.
