CrossFit Athlete Samantha Briggs In Bikini 'Ponders 2022 Goals'

CrossFit athlete Samantha Briggs gained prominence in 2013 when she won the competition naming her the fittest woman on Earth. The English athlete has since qualified six more times and finished Top 5 four out of those times.

Ahead of the Wodapalooza games last month, she spent some time relaxing in the pool in Mexico. In a black bikini, the 2013 CrossFit champion flaunted her famous biceps (no jokes, her Instagram handle says @bicepslikebriggs).

Going Out In A Splash

After a refreshing trip in Mexico, Samantha, 39, ended her trip with a giant splash! She wore a two-piece bikini with a patterned bottom and tied her hair in a messy bun as she jumped into the clear pool. The CrossFit athlete closed her nostrils with her right hand before fearfully (we can tell from the body language, thank you) taking the plunge.

Pondering 2022 Goals

Like everyone on New Year, Samantha spared some time contemplating her plans for 2022. According to her Instagram caption, she likes to reflect on the previous year and count her blessings before analyzing the parts of her life that need improvement.

Samantha claims her goal every year is the same, "to be the best I [she] can be in any given moment." She then throws an open question for her fans, asking about their goals, to which she receives five replies.

However, one curious fan mentioned her scenery, asking where she was since she looked "relaxed" sitting by the pool. It's not everybody that can casually flaunt chiseled abs and biceps, but Samantha Briggs isn't everybody.

Happy Feet Time

We get a clearer view of Samantha's absolutely insane ripped body and her leg tattoos - one is on her thigh and the other on her lower limb. She also has a small ink on her right tummy that we can see as she reclines on her muscled arms.

Although Samantha is in the same location, this picture is from another day (or the same day, we can't tell for certain) because she wears a different bikini bottom. Unlike the splash video's stripped pants, it is plain colored like its top.

Another feature is Samantha's favorite toe spacer that she uses to "make [her] feet feel happy."

Olympian Tara Lipinski Flaunts Killer Legs In Tokyo

Figure skater Tara Lipinski has been traveling and turning heads right from Tokyo streets. The 39-year-old former athlete and 1998 Olympic champion continues to make headlines despite being retired - for fans, seeing Tara pushing 40 is also a bit of a shock as she looks closer to 25. In 2021, the Philadephia native posted a stunning street snap of herself in a gorgeous floral minidress, and it was a big hit with the Instagram fans.

Stuns On Tokyo Streets

Scroll for the photos. Tara had gone for a classic Insta-fit showoff as she posed on a suburban street sidewalk and backed by green bushes. The blonde had opted for a leg-flaunting and summery minidress and multicolor floral prints, also wearing gold strappy high heels and gazing downwards for a feminine finish. The 1997 World Champion sent out a soft smile, plus luscious blonde locks worn down.

Taking to her caption, Tara wrote: "Getting down to the wire here in Tokyo and it was time to pull out one of my favorite dresses. Really didn’t want to take this one off after work! 💛🌻 Oh. And a big announcement coming at you on The Today Show this morning!"

Tara was, of course, in Tokyo for the 2020 Olympics - retired Olympic athletes making appearances at the delayed event also included 32-year-old gymnast Nastia Liukin.

Tara was already retired when she made "skater booty" headlines in 2016, this as Elle profiled the star and got all the info on her diet and exercise routines. The Goldbarre founder, who has a deal with gym chain Equinox, revealed:

"I skated my whole life and had a training program laid out for me on a daily basis that kept me in shape. When that ended, I was always just looking for a workout that could keep the line in my body as strong as it did on the ice."

How Often She Works Out

Reminding fans that she stays active, Tara continued: "I love working out and when I'm home. I try to do four to five days a week. I love the feeling of walking out of a class. That's just an addictive feeling for me. I'm pretty lucky that one of my best girlfriends is a barre teacher. She will come over a lot and we will just set up our yoga mats by the pool."

Rue And Jules Planned To Run Away Together

Going into the finale episode of Euphoria season one, most fans expected to see Rue, played by Zendaya, and Jules, played by Hunter Schafer, run away together. However, as viewers now know, spoiler alert, that didn't happen. And instead, Zendaya's struggles with addiction began spiraling out of control in the most tragic of ways.

Rue Suffered A Drug Relapse On 'Euphoria'

After a failed plan to take her and Jules' relationship to the next level, Rue tragically relapsed after three months of sobriety.

From the looks of it, Zendaya's split from Jules really took a toll on her and the shock of leaving her as they planned to start a life together led her back to her life vice, which creator Sam Levinson once called his own.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Levinson explained his thought process while looking back at the season one plot twist.

Sam Levinson Wanted To Capture The True Essence Of Addiction

"I was writing as we were shooting, and I knew where Rue was headed and I knew what was going to happen, but it felt like in some ways seeing her relapse felt dark to me in a way that doesn’t fully encapsulate the cycle and the madness of addiction — how you’re thrown back into it and thrown out of it and it’s dizzying and at times beautiful but also really f-cking terrifying," Levinson, who struggled with his own addiction years ago, explained. "It just felt like that was the right decision emotionally for the piece, so I had written it in there and it came down to the planning and coordination of it."

The End Of 'Euphoria' Season 1 Was More Emotional Than Even The Creator Expected

During the interview, Levinson made it clear that Ryan Heffington was a big help when it came to bringing Rue's darkness to life with his choreography, which "is just absolutely magnificent and beautiful."

After giving a special credit to Heffington, Levinson went on to say that the end of the season moment in which Rue was seen by a mountain was even more emotional than he planned.

"I think the idea is in the back and forth of Rue getting shoved towards this mountain of bodies and the metaphor of that, and what it means to be an addict and also the people that we’ve lost to addiction and being pulled up that mountain. It came together in a way that was more emotional than I ever anticipated," he admitted.

'The Godfather' Slated For Theater Return In Honor Of 50th Anniversary

The Godfather will hit theaters later this month for a limited time.

Paramount Pictures Confirmed The Theater Return

Earlier this month, Paramount Pictures confirmed that The Godfather, which was initially released in 1972 with famous faces including Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, and James Caan, would be returning to movie theaters for a limited time in honor of its 50th anniversary.

According to a report from Variety, the award winning firm will hit Dolby Cinema and AMC theaters on February 24 and be released in 4K Ultra HD and digital on March 22.

The outlet also confirmed to readers that the film will be seen in a restored version.

Francis Ford Coppola Directed The Restoration

All three of The Godfather films, including The Godfather Part I, The Godfather Part II, and The Godfather Part III, were restored with the direction of Francis Ford Coppola. And, amid the announcement of the film's theater return, Paramount Pictures released a trailer to fans.

According to the report, the restoration of the films was no easy feat. In fact, it required a whopping 5,000 hours of work, including 1,000 hours of color correction and 4,000 hours of stain and tear repairs.

What Was 'The Godfather' About?

As longtime followers of The Godfather trilogy well know, the films chronicled the rise and fall of the infamous Corleone family, which was headed by Vito Corleone, played by Marlon Brando. The films also featured the journey his youngest son, Michael, played by Al Pacino, as he went from a hesitant outsider to the family to a mafia boss who was 100 percent dedicated to the family business.

Francis Ford Coppola Is Excited For The Theater Return

In a statement, via Variety, director Francis Ford Coppola said that he is extremely proud of the popular trilogy and noted that working on the films took up a large portion of his life.

“I am very proud of ‘The Godfather,’ which certainly defined the first third of my creative life,” he stated. “With this 50th anniversary tribute, I’m especially proud of Mario Puzo’s ‘The Godfather’,’ Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone’ is included, as it captures Mario and my original vision in definitively concluding our epic trilogy."

“It’s also gratifying to celebrate this milestone with Paramount alongside the wonderful fans who’ve loved it for decades, younger generations who still find it relevant today, and those who will discover it for the first time,” Coppola concluded with his statement.

'Vanderpump Rules' Is A Spinoff Of 'RHOBH'

In 2013, following years of success with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Bravo launched a spinoff based out of the SUR Restaurant, which is owned by Lisa Vanderpump, who appeared on RHOBH for its first nine seasons.

The spinoff, Vanderpump Rules, began airing in 2013 and wrapped its ninth season at the end of January 2022 (via IMDb).

While 10th season is not yet promised, season nine ended on a season high with the kickoff of its two-part reunion (via TV Deets).

'Married To Medicine' Has A Similar Format

Married to Medicine, which began airing in 2013, just as Vanderpump Rules, is shot in a similar fashion to the Real Housewives franchise and also follows a group of women. However, rather than chronicling the lives of housewives, this series follows doctors and the partners of doctors.

The cast includes Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Toya Bush-Harris, and Dr. Jackie Walters, and previously included Mariah Huq.

'Shahs Of Sunset' Follows Wealthy Persian-Americans In L.A.

Shahs of Sunset is another Bravo show that Real Housewives fans will likely enjoy, as it follows a group of wealthy Persian-Americans living in the Los Angeles area.

The series was created by Ryan Seacrest and began airing in 2012 with cast members, including Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi, Reza Farahan, Asa Soltan Rahmati, Sammy Younai, and Mike Shouhed. But Rahmati and Young are no longer featured.

A 10th season of the series is expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime in mid to late 2022 with Destiney Rose and Nema Vand.

'Relatively Famous: Ranch Rules' Is A Newer And Younger Option

This E! series follows a number of children of famous people, including Taylor-Ann Hasselhoff, Harry James Thornton, and Myles O'Neal, the children of David Hasselhoff, Billy Bob Thornton, and Shaquille O'Neal, respectively, as they attempt to live on a farm and tend to the requirements of maintaining such a property.

Needless to say, not everyone can "rough it" as well as others. And, when it comes to getting along as a group while trying out this new lifestyle, the cast doesn't always mesh.

That said, there are times that the cast does mesh. In fact, in clips from the show, some of the men and women have been caught making out with each other.

Olympian Lea Bouard In Bikini Shares Her Love For Coconut Water

Lea Bouard proves time and time again that she's a beach girl through and through. In the thick of the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020, all activities stopped, including competitive skiing, and everyone had to quarantine for some months. Lea made a big decision to pack up and jet to Mallorca, Spain, for those bittersweet few months, and she claims it was the best decision she'd ever made.

"Two and a half month ago I took the best decision to do my quarantine time on the Mallorca Island!!"

She also shared words of encouragement for her fans during those trying months. Well, we got tons of bikini and bathing suit pictures too so it was a win-win for us.

Sipping Coconut Water

Lea bared sturdy abs in an ivory shade string bikini as she enjoyed a fresh coconut drink. The infinity swirl of her bra covered her boobs while the string bikini pant highlighted her toned physique, and you can tell she had an athletic summer getting exercises from everyday Island activities.

"I will miss drinking my coconut under the Mallorca sun the whole summer, but I can't wait to get back to training for this winter," she wrote as she prepared to leave the Island in anticipation of the 2021-2022 Winter Games.

No More Surfing

The Olympian took up surfing as one of her favorite pastimes during her semi-vacation but took a mandatory break when snowfall in the Alps covered Annecy Lake. Instead, she shared a back view of her body, flaunting her bra-length wavy hair with gold highlights from the sunlight. Lea's white bikini from behind had two parallel strings framing her toned back as she sat in a pink makeshift sarong and matching white face cap.

Helping Out

You know her as an Olympic champion, but Lea was a waitress during Summer 2020! She shared her experience with her Instagram followers, also expressing her frustration over her inability to ski professionally.

"What the reality actually is: I've been working everyday as a waitress and I put all my energy into it to be the best for everybody's soul. I went from intensive training almost every day to once a week, and f*ck I miss it because for me training is like a drug and I don't feel comfortable in my body right now because I don't feel powerful."

Although we understand Lea's frustrations, and take nothing away from her very valid feelings, we can't help but gosh over her shredded abs in this snakeskin print bikini.

Feeling Free

The 25-year-old (then 23) revealed that the vast seas and skies made her feel small hence free. It's a common feeling for people in-tune with nature to feel insignificant compared to the diverse flora and fauna of the world.

Wearing head-to-toe Demna Gvasalia Balenciaga outfits finally paid off for reality TV star turned business mogul Kim Kardashian. The fashion house unveiled the 41-year-old as the face of its brand on Feb. 1 alongside other famous names like Justin Bieber, and Isabelle Huppert. It was kind of obvious when Kim started wearing mainly Balenciaga outfits six months ago. If nothing gave it away, her iconic MET Gala head-to-toe incognito jersey dress turned meme should've been the hint. Anyways, congratulations to the new face of Balenciaga 2022.

Balenciaga made an informed creative decision to capture Kim (and her other signees) in her element. Let's look at the styles Kimmy wore for her grand announcement.

Balenciaga unveiled Kim Kardashian in a black skintight long-sleeved top, matching leggings, and sock booties. The Spanish actress made multiple appearances on hotshot magazines last year including Variety. While her message is interesting we can't help being distracted by her plunging neckline braless dress. The 47-year-old dropped our jaws with this ethereal cover photo, and we're living for it.

Penelope stuns in a floor-length cream dress with a plunging neckline displaying her mounding bosoms. The smocked bodice cinches her tiny waistline connecting to a flowing skirt which she hikes up. Sitting in a contemplative pose, Penelope places her right hand under her chin, then the left sits on her laps akimbo.

The 355 actress crosses her left leg over the right American-style baring slender legs. She styles her brunette hair in a messy sideswept wave, keeps her makeup neutral, and completely foregoes accessories. With a face like that, we'd get keep it simple too.

Hidden Gem

Nested away in the last slide is a picture of Penelope looking like the goddess she is in a green dress. Its bodice is similar to the cover photo's dress style except it adds a statement broach in the middle. The push-up cups once more prop her cleavage as the waistband cinches her already tiny waist.

This green dress has a flowing skirt too with a delectable thigh-high slit highlighting her toned legs in nude platform heels. Still wearing her brunette hair in a messy wave, (only now we can see golden highlights thanks to the sun's reflection) Penelope holds it back with her right hand. She also neglects to wear any other jewelry except a simple ring, and the broach on the bodice.

Actors On Actors

After a successful outing with Variety last October, Penelope Cruz once more teamed up with the magazine for an Amazon Studio's special event - Actors on Actors. She had a virtual interview with British actor Benedict Cumberbatch talking about their craft particularly Imposter's Syndrome, colleagues, and directors.

During the interview, Penelope reminisced on all the times she worked opposite her husband Javier Bardem. The actress emphasized she doesn't recommend working with your spouse often but once in a while is great especially if they're good at their craft.

Old Friends

The interview went smoothly as the old friends (Penelope and Benedict) showered each other with praise on their performances in recent films. Benedict Cumberbatch stars in The Power of the Dog which also earned critical acclaim like Penelope's Parallel Mothers.

Olympian Lindsey Vonn In Bikini Declares Her Vacation Type

Every hard worker deserves break time doing something they love, and ex-Olympic skiing champion Lindsey Vonn took one for herself. The 34-year-old takes to the beach and ocean to unwind after a stressful period. We can't say which of its elements appeal to her the most - Is it the open water or the bikinis that flaunt her gym-defined body? It could be both, after all, but whichever it is, we don't mind seeing this beauty in swimsuits all year long.

Once A Pro, Forever A Pro

In this red three-piece swimsuit, Lindsey is a dream as the red bra highlights her creamy light skin flawlessly. The design has two whimsical strings connecting a V-neckline above her bra cup and a similar style on the bottom of the bikini. She accentuates her sturdy abs with the V-string waistband on her full pant. You can only see the top, though, because Lindsey covers her lower body with a matching sarong tied diagonally.

She styles her blonde hair in a messy ponytail and covers her eyes with a big framed black sunglass. Like the pro she is, the retired Olympic skier balances on a narrow line with one foot while holding an Island drink in one hand. Apparently, this is her "kind of Vacation."

Working Out The Fruity Cocktails

A girl's got to stay fit no matter her location, and that's what the Olympic champion did. After a content week indulging in fruity cocktails and other vacation treats, Lindsey works it out on the beach. Wearing a white sports bra and black mini-shorts, she stretches her back muscles and burns the fat in her abs.

She styles her hair in two fishtail braids while doing equipment-assisted pull-ups and pushups. Lindsey's routine is intense because she does it all suspended mid-air instead of the traditional ground laying style.

Lindsey Learns Kiteboarding

If there's one thing Lindsey Vonn will do, it's try out new things. Since professional skiing is over for her, the ex-Olympian channels her energy towards new and exciting sports like surfing, and in this case, Kiteboarding.

She cited Neruda in her caption, expressing that "I [She] needs the sea because it teaches me [her]." Well, that's a good mindset to have because it means she'll age in wisdom.

Word To The Haters

Some people find her bikini pictures offensive in a not-so-strange turn of events because she's "old" (as if). Well, if you think that way, here's a special message from Lindsey to you,

Goldie Hawn’s Relationship History: From Gus Trikonis To Kurt Russell

Goldie Hawn has been with Kurt Russell for so long that it’s easy to forget she was in other relationships, too. The 76-year-old Hollywood icon is famous not only for her long and epic career in entertainment but also for having one of the most enduring romances in the business.

Gus Trikonis

Gus Trikonis is an American actor and dancer who appeared in the 1961 musical film West Side Story as Indio, a member of the Sharks gang. He and Hawn started dating in 1966 and got married on May 16, 1969 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The union didn’t last long, however. They separated on April 9, 1973, although the Oscar-winning actress didn’t file for divorce until 1975, after she got engaged to the person who would become her second husband (see below). Hawn and Trikonis’ divorce was finalized in June 1976.

Bill Hudson

The Cactus Flower star met Bill Hudson, a musician with the band Hudson Brothers, in 1975 during a flight from New York to Los Angeles. On July 3, 1976, just a month after her divorce from Trikonis was granted, she married Hudson in Takoma Park, Maryland. They had two children together, Oliver in 1976 and Kate in 1979, but Hudson filed for divorce on August 15, 1980, which was finalized in March 1982.

It was not a friendly breakup and their two children have spoken openly about being estranged from their father.

Other Relationships

The Private Benjamin actress has had two marriages that ended in divorce as well as one great and long-lasting love (see below) but it’s also worth noting she’s had several other relationships, both real and rumored, that the public may not know about. These boyfriends include actor Mark Goddard, singer Spiro Venduras, stuntman Ted Grossman, Swedish actor Bruno Wintzell, Italian actor Franco Nero and French actor Yves Rénier.

But it was her romance with Kurt Russell that has really captured the world’s attention.

Hawn and Russell fell in love in 1983 while filming Swing Shift and have one son together, Wyatt, who was born in 1986. Though they never married, their relationship has been one of the strongest in Hollywood, spanning almost four decades.

Speaking about their decision not to make it official, Hawn said, “[W]e have done just perfectly without marrying. I already feel devoted and isn't that what marriage is supposed to do? So as long as my emotional state is in a state of devotion, honesty, caring and loving, then we're fine…I like waking up every day and seeing that he is there and knowing that I have a choice.
