As the star of The Flight Attendant, Kaley Cuoco clocks many views every time she shares her workout videos on Instagram. What many people may not know is that Cuoco was a serious athlete back in the day, nearly turning professional as a tennis player before she hit the big leagues as an A-list actress. These days, she is known for her acting skills but, she is reminding fans that she still has mind-blowing body stamina as a result of her exercise routine. Kaley loves performing various cardio workouts and strength moves. One of her most popular workouts is a short 100-second jump rope workout.

According to Ryan Sorensen (Kaley’s trainer), the actress’ best workouts are those that challenge her. The more she can get out of a workout, the better, and Kaley understand that sometimes she needs a little push to serve as a motivator. Since Ryan is a friend and knows her as a person who doesn't mess around with her workout, he provides the push Kaley needs to take it to the next level. In most of her Instagram videos, she works out on various high-end cardio equipment, including a rowing machine and a stationary bike.

Are You Ready To Jump?!

Jump It Out is her new cardio workout video, and she terms it as her newest obsession during quarantine. “My newest obsession during COVID/quarantine! All you need is 20 minutes, a jump rope, and good music!” she captioned her post. In the video, she can be seen wearing a workout skirt, sports bra, and a face mask.

The video shows her jumping backward, practicing footwork, doing crisscrosses and high knees. She starts by simply jumping rope and then takes it to the next level. From there, she crisscrosses her arms and jumps forward, then jumps backward. Next, Kaley performs high knees then turns around. She repeats the same process consecutively. Watching the process, it is clear that Cuoco’s dedication to working out is paying off in a big way!

Kaley Cuoco's workout is not just about jumping a rope; but it is how she mixes it up. In another video, she performed a seriously intense workout alongside her sister Briana. She can be seen doing jumps, footwork, stair excises, jumping rope, yep, and stationary bike. Now that is dedication!

When the New York Knicks traded for Cam Reddish, fans and insiders alike felt like it was just a matter of time before the former Atlanta Hawks player broke out as the explosive scorer most thought he'd be.

But Reddish has barely seen the floor at Madison Square Garden and was even rumored to be traded to the Los Angeles Lakers ahead of the deadline.

Thibodeau Didn't Want The Knicks To Trade For Reddish

This was supposed to be a rebirth for Reddish, who struggled with injuries and inconsistency in Atlanta's stacked rotation.

But apparently, Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau didn't even want the team to trade for him, which is why he's unlikely to crack his tight, inflexible rotation:

Moreover, it doesn't seem like this is going to work as Reddish won't hesitate to express his frustration.

Russell Westbrook and Talen Horton-Tucker were often pointed out as the most likely trade candidates. However, the day went down without any news and Frank Vogel's roster looks exactly the same as it did 24 hours prior.

The Deals Didn't Make Sense, Says Rob Pelinka

The Lakers failed to strike any deals as GM Rob Pelinka didn't feel the offers that were there made any sense in the long run:

“It can’t be just a decision about what is best for today or best for what happened right after a loss,” the GM told reporters, per The Atheletic. “It has to be with the long term in mind and the short term. So we just didn’t find a deal that we felt made sense from all of those different perspectives.”Lakers Still Have Faith In The Big 3

Moreover, the front office still believes that Anthony Davis, LeBron James, and Russell Westbrook can perform at the highest level together when given enough time to develop chemistry:

And even though most insiders predicted he'd pack his bags and leave, it now seems like he and the Packers are in a good place, as he claimed to have some positive talks with the organization:

But more than that, the Nets revamped their entire roster with the additions of Seth Curry and Andre Drummond, who'll be ready to join the team right away while Simmons work his way back into game shape.

Steve Nash Is Excited For The New-Look Nets

The Nets put an end to a season-worst nine-game losing streak shortly after completing the trade. And, even though the newcomers haven't made their debut yet, coach Steve Nash is already excited about the endless possibilities they bring along:

“Excited to incorporate these new guys into our group,” Nash told the media, per NBA.com. “I think they fill needs for us and should be an exciting time for us to reset and to rebuild and to hopefully put together a really competitive and terrific team in a short period of time.”Nash Raves About Ben Simmons

Kate Beckinsale is a huge animal lover but it doesn't look like she'll be making new four-legged additions to her family anytime soon. The 48-year-old Hollywood star, who has two Persian cats, Clive and Willow, and a Pomeranian dog named Myf, recently tested the waters with a hilarious prank on her younger feline companion, surprising Willow with a poodle mask that the 4-year-old didn't take kindly too.

"So… we’re not getting a poodle," Beckinsale captioned an Instagram video of the kitty's reaction that went viral with over 2 million views.

Known for her insane pranks and quirky sense of humor, the Jolt star had followers in stitches as she tricked Willow with a fluffy white poodle mask. Approaching her on all fours as the cat lounged on a sofa back, Beckinsale was met with hostility by the unamused feline, who ended up pawing her in the face.

As she crept closer to Willow, fans watched the furry white Persian throw its paws at the poodle mask, with Beckinsale ducking down for cover and reemerging only to get kitty slapped again.

The Los Angeles Lakers were among the teams that were highly expected to be active on the market before the 2022 NBA trade deadline. With their current performance, the Lakers obviously need to improve their roster around LeBron James and Anthony Davis to have a realistic chance of fully dominating the Western Conference and winning the NBA championship title. Unfortunately, though they were mentioned in various trade rumors in the past months, the 2022 NBA trade deadline passed without a single roster move for the Purple and Gold.

Lakers GM Rob Pelinka Talks About 2022 NBA Trade Deadline

Many Lakers' fans were disappointed with the team's failure to make major roster upgrades before the 2022 NBA trade deadline. However, in a recent interview with Dave McMenamin of ESPN, Lakers vice president of basketball operations and general manager Rob Pelinka revealed that they tried engaging in trade discussions but haven't found anything that would help them improve short-term and long-term.

"We were aggressive in a lot of conversations trying to improve this team," Pelinka said. "We always want to put this team in the best position to win a championship, but ultimately didn't find a deal that had net positive effect for sort of the short-term success of the team and the long-term. And those are both things we consider."

Rumored Lakers-Rockets Trade

Days before the 2022 NBA trade deadline, rumors were circulating that the Lakers and the Houston Rockets were engaged in trade talks involving Russell Westbrook and John Wall. The Rockets have reportedly offered to swap Wall for Westbrook if the Lakers were willing to give up a future first-round pick. Unsurprisingly, the Lakers rejected the Rockets' proposal.

However, it was revealed that the two teams discussed a more interesting version of the trade. According to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, the Lakers and the Rockets talked about a deal that would send a trade package that included Westbrook, Talen Horton-Tucker, and a 2027 first-round pick to Houston in exchange for Wall and Christian Wood.

Would The Trade Make Sense For Lakers?

Surrendering a first-round pick just to swap Westbrook for Wall won't make any sense for the Lakers. Wall hasn't played a single game since last season and is also owed a huge amount of money until next season. However, the inclusion of Wood in the trade discussion made the deal interesting for the Purple and Gold.

The successful acquisition of Wood would have improved the Lakers' frontcourt. Wood would have enabled the Lakers to pair Anthony Davis with a big man who's also capable of knocking down shots from beyond the arc. Like Davis, Wood is also a great rebounder and a quality rim protector.

Lakers' Offer Not Enough For Rockets

With the team currently focused on the development of their young players, trading their veterans for assets that could help them speed up the rebuilding process would make a lot of sense for the Rockets. However, the Rockets may have thought that the trade package featuring THT and a future first-round pick wasn't enough for them to send Wood to Los Angeles. Though they chose to keep him for the remainder of the 2021-22 NBA season, the Rockets are expected to explore moving Wood again in the 2022 NBA offseason.

The JLo Beauty mogul posted a series of photos on her Instagram showing off the stunning look to her 195 million followers.

The first pic, a half-body shot, only partially reveals the dress but highlights her perfectly coiffed hair. Next is a full shot where we see the cute frock, her clutch and those gorgeous legs. Another swipe and you’ll see a headshot showcasing the superstar’s makeup look (JLo Beauty, of course). The final image is a candid shot of Lopez dabbing on some perfume.

It’s An Actual Wedding Dress

The pop diva chose an actual wedding dress (albeit a short one) for the event, a white lace number from Giambattista Valli’s first-ever bridal line called The “Love” Collection No. 1. The beautiful LWD featured long sleeves, a fitted bodice and a short, flared skirt that showcased Lopez’s super-toned legs.

The actress completed her look with bedazzled pumps by Jimmy Choo, a Dolce & Gabbana crystal clutch and a rose-motif ring and earrings by Dior.

Ben Affleck Made An Appearance, Too

Love was definitely in the air at the premiere. The movie, which is coming to theaters and streaming on Peacock beginning February 11, looks really swoon-worthy AND Lopez made a loved-up appearance on the red carpet with boyfriend Ben Affleck, who wore a black coat over a navy suit. Bennifer 2.0 was certainly giving off wedding energy in their outfits, and Affleck couldn’t keep his eyes and hands off his ladylove!

Talking to ET, Lopez said, “It's a great date night. We're super happy. What can I tell you? We're just having a good time.”

How About A Real Wedding?

All of this is making us wonder whether a real wedding is happening soon (they were previously engaged, after all). Lopez isn’t inclined to talk much about the relationship but she told Rolling Stone in an interview that it might be forever this time.

“I don't think we would have got back together if we thought [a breakup] was where it was headed,” she said. “We feel like what we found again is so much more important, and how we protect that and how we live our lives — what to share, what not to share — is the balance that we have now, the benefit of experience and the wisdom that we gained over the years.”
