Hailey Bieber In Skintight Spandex Shows Off Alo Yoga

Hailey Bieber has been marching streets in a killer Alo Yoga look and proving she's always gym-ready. The 25-year-old supermodel and wife to "Yummy" singer Justin Bieber continues to favor the brand now fronted by pal Kendall Jenner - Hailey was photographed by the paparazzi earlier this month, and the outfit was both sporty and stylish. In fact, the outing came with Hailey joining E! star Kendall - the two are besties from their nights out to their Pilates sessions. Check it out below.

Stuns In Alo Yoga Look

Scroll for the photo. Hailey was in West Hollywood and photographed near cars. The Jimmy Choo face had ditched her stilettos for something far more comfortable - she'd opted for a skintight and tan pair of black-accent leggings from Alo Yoga, pairing the sporty lowers with an Isabel Marant zip-up sweater that retails for $428.

Photos also showed Bieber having removed her sweater - here, the blonde opted for a black sports bra. Going for a footwear look hubby Justin would approve of, the catwalk queen donned a pair of beige Giaborghini slides retailing for $450, plus Saint Laurent shades - she's the face of the luxury French designer. Anyone wondering how Hailey stays in shape only needs to see the never-ending stream of photos showing her hitting the gym, but she's opened up.

“I used to be a ballet dancer so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it’s very elongating,” Hailey said on the Women's Health Going For Goal podcast. “A lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance." Also digging Pilates is 42-year-old reality star Kourtney Kardashian.

What She Feeds Herself

Hailey comes with an appetite - her recent bikini shot shouted out donuts. The pizza lover is, however, super-healthy, having told Elle:

"On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie. Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don't really eat a lot of gluten so I'm trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons."A Little Gluten-Free Never Hurt

Olympian Kristen Santos Flaunts Toned Legs Doing Lunges

Olympic short track speed skater Kristen Santos, 27, crashed on her final run during the just-concluded Winter Olympics, derailing her dreams of getting one of the coveted medals. While it was a sad event, she's forgiven herself for a mistake that was beyond her control and decided to look positively at the future possibilities of her career henceforth.

Ready To Take On The Olympics

Before the devastating crash that ended her Olympic medal dreams, Kristen put in so much work at the gym. The short-track speed skater worked out her legs in an intense weighted lunges routine. She used a KT Tape for support as she leaned one leg on her workout bench while pulsing down on the other knee. A mere look at Kristen's small frame wouldn't betray the immense strength the speed skater wields.

You can see her muscles contract and relax from her tiny sports shorts and loose-fitted tee-shirt. Kristen appears to be a stickler for rules as she observes Covid-19 protocol and does her set in a grey nose mask.

Working Those Thighs And Glutes

Weighted lunges aren't the only exercise the 27-year-old engages in to build leg strength and stamina. Last summer, Kristen attended Bike Camp at Utah to train her thigh muscles and glutes.

When she wasn't riding her bicycle uphill, Kristen ran track in short spandex shorts and TEAM USA tank top with her hair tied in a low ponytail. She had high hopes for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics like many athletes this year; unfortunately, it wasn't her year to clinch a medal.

It's a good thing that's not all that defines her, as she's earned Gold Medals at other competitions.

Heartfelt Message To Fans

Kristen made peace with her fourth-place finish due to the unfortunate crash on her last run two weeks ago. Regardless of the disappointing turnout, the 27-year-old is looking forward to a more positive year and putting the past behind her.

"Not gunna lie, being in medal position going into the last lap and crashing is absolutely heartbreaking, especially when you know you had more to give. And while 4th place hurts, I’m trying to channel this girl right here who knows she’s strong and has all the power in the world to medal in her next race."Still A Star

Last fall, Kristen won two Gold Medals at the Short Track World Cup in Japan. It was her first-ever win at the 1000m distance women's race, and we look forward to her winning more medals and world cups.

Being an ambassador of such a fashion powerhouse has its perks because the actress hasn't missed once on the carpet, and her most recent look isn't any different. Penelope wore a maxi dress from the Chanel Resort 2022 collection.

Penelope's black and white entrance was a vision to behold as her maxi dress commanded attention on the carpet. The floral Chanel print dress had so much going, yet it wasn't overwhelming. First, the schoolgirl flap in plain black stood out, accentuating her long neck devoid of any necklace. Then, the flared sleeves covered her slender arms, barring any need for a piece of hand jewelry. So, the only accessories she wore were dropping chandelier earrings and a black clutch purse. The graphic prints on her dress consisted of the fashion house's name - CHANEL.

Although her dress covered her feet, Penelope wore black peep-toe velvet platform heels with ankle straps. She also painted her toes a bright red to add a sultry pop of color to her monochrome outfit. So for every stride she took, you could catch a glimpse of the sexy hue through the front slit on her maxi dress. The velvet sandals were also from Casa Chanel, same as her chandelier earrings. There's no doubt Penelope is a Chanel lady through and through.

Besides being the greatest shooter of all time, Stephen Curry has made a name for himself for being one of basketball's biggest entertainers.

His laid-back personality is only topped by his skills, and there's no wonder why they call him the 'Baby-faced Assassin'.

Curry Stole The Show In His Home State

But don't let Curry's calmness and easygoing personality fool you. He was a man on a mission from day one and boy, did he deliver.

Curry had the eyes on the All-Star MVP trophy from the start and he got it by a wide margin, sinking 16 of 27 three-pointers (an NBA record) en route to 50 points, two shy of the All-Star Game record.

'It Was A Perfect Ending,' Says Curry

Curry, an Akron native, wanted to put on a show on his birth state, and even though he fell short of the all-time record, he was glad that hometown hero LeBron James could also have his moment of glory:

"Yeah, I told him on the court after the game it was kind of a perfect ending," Curry said after the game. "I was chasing that extra two or three points. I think DeMar [DeRozan] hit a big shot, and then [James] came out and hit the game-winner.

James hit the game-winner but Steph won MVP anyways, which is why he thinks it was a perfect ending for a couple of local kids who went on to become superstars:

"It was kind of a perfect ending," Curry explained. "Obviously, I got the MVP; I played well the whole night. He hit the game-winner. All the history of our series and the Akron ties, and all that kind of going into how the night went, so it was pretty -- can't really draw it up any other way. Given his history and how the Golden State Warriors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers three times in four years, it wasn't surprising to see that some local fans booed Curry and his wife Ayesha. Then again, they did also applaud him when he won All-Star Game MVP honors.

Notably, Curry took to Instagram to thank the fans for... well, everything:

"Shooters shoot!! S/o to Cleveland for the boos…and then the love," Curry wrote. "Amazing weekend and @kingjames with the Game winner. Something in that Akron water. An incredibly special trophy in the birth state… Humbled and Honored."

Curry raised nearly $110,000 for the local community with his 50-point explosion in the All-Star Game, so it's cool to see that even despite their history, fans from 'The Land' still were able to show him some love. This is bigger than basketball.

It's no secret that professional athletes spend a lot of time training. For Olympians who are always on the road, having food that's yummy and ready to eat is important.

Mikaela Shiffrin's Go-To Food

Olympic champ Mikaela Shiffrin shared an ad partnership with food delivery service Grubhub on her Instagram account. In the short clip, the athlete shared how much she appreciates the service, and also revealed her go-to meal.

"I spend almost 10 months of the year competing or training on the road... my go-to meal is always carbonara," Shiffrin said.

She continued to say that getting her meals on time is extremely important to her. With a busy schedule, it's definitely a must to have cooked meals always accessible.

Pasta Lover

It's not the first time Shiffrin declared her love for pasta. In fact, she loves it so much, you can see it written on her Insta bio.

In a previous post, she also showed off her cooking skills for a worthy cause - Carbonara Day! Swapping her skis with an apron, Mikaela played chef briefly to cook her favorite carbonara to celebrate the special day.

"Back home in Colorado, just in time for #CarbonaraDay! As you know, I love pasta. And I love carbonara of course. But what I love most is to cook it for someone else 😉," she captioned the pic above.

Chloe Kim's Go-To Meal

In the same Grabhub ad, Chloe Kim also spoke about her own go-to food.

"There's nothing like the feeling of coming home...," Kim said in her bit as she sits comfortably on her couch to eat her choice meal - tacos.

"Tacos.. whenever!" Kim said. "I just feel whole again," she finished, then takes a bite of a delectable-looking churro.

Relatable Food Choices

Food definitely does more than just nourish the body, it also brings comfort and the feeling of being home.

You would think that these highly trained and health-conscious athletes would have complex, sophisticated, or uber-healthy meals as their go-to foods. But, their food choices are surprisingly simple and homey, which just makes them even more likable.

Aside from Shiffrin and Kim, the vid also features figure skater Nathan Chen, who chose spaghetti and meatballs as his go-to meal.

'Damn, He Really Ain’t Coming Back': Damian Lillard Gets Candid About CJ McCollum

It's the end of an era for the Portland Trail Blazers. After years of sharing the backcourt, Damian Lillard will have to play against his lifelong friend and partner CJ McCollum.

The Blazers kicked off their roster overhaul by letting go of Robert Covington and Norman Powell and put the cherry on top of the sundae by sending McCollum to the New Orleans Pelicans.

For years, insiders around the league speculated about this possibility, as it seemed like they had already peaked. But not even Lillard was ready for this to happen.

It Was Tough To See McCollum Go

When asked about it, the All-Star guard claimed that it was quite a tough pill to swallow. He always knew it was a possibility but seeing it come to fruition was a completely different story:

“That ---- was tough to deal with, bruh, I ain’t gonna lie," Lillard said on The Draymond Green Show. "You know when you know something could be coming and you know that it’s a possibility, but when it happens it’s different, like damn! Erin Andrews Reveals Her Preferred Destination For Aaron Rodgers

Now that we've got Tom Brady's retirement out of the way, Aaron Rodgers' future is the biggest story in the NFL offseason.

Everybody's speculating about the Green Bay Packers' star's next move, whether he'll retire, force a trade or stay at Lambeau Field for at least another season.

No one, not even him, seems to know for sure what's his next step going to be, and that includes his good-old friend Erin Andrews.

Andrews Wants Rodgers To Stay In Green Bay

But even though she doesn't have an inside scope or any leverage in Rodgers' decision whatsoever, Andrews still has a preferred landing spot for the reigning NFL MVP: And that's Green Bay, Wisconsin.

"Green Bay. I don’t want him to leave the NFC and I don’t want him to leave Green Bay. It’s good business for FOX," Andrews told The Spun when asked about her perferred destination for Rodgers.Andrews Was Sorry For How The Packers' Season Ended

The Packers once again knocked on the door of the Super Bowl but fell short of their goal. Even Andrews, who was watching from the sidelines, thought this could finally be their year:

"They have been very close and I’ve been there for basically all of their losses like in the NFC championship a few years ago," Andrews added. "You hate it for them. I really thought we were going to see them in the NFC championship."She Thinks Rodgers Can Win Somewhere Else

Andrews acknowledges that Rodgers could still find success somewhere else at this point in his career. But even though he could be tempted to follow Tom Brady's steps, he can't picture him somewhere else:

"Tom Brady opened the door for these star players to say, ‘look, I realize I don’t have a lot of time left," Andrews explained. "I want to go win, let’s go win where I can.’ Can Aaron do that? I’m sure he can. Do I selfishly want him to do that? No. I want him to stay in the NFC so I can continue to cover him. Rodgers and Andrews starred in a controversial moment this season, as she broke the league's health and safety protocols to hug him and drew plenty of backlash on social media:
