Olympian Mikaela Shiffrin In Bikini Says "Memories Are Nice"

Olympian Mikaela Shiffrin had a tough go at the Winter Olympics, but before that unfortunate competition, she enjoyed the warmth of summertime. The 26-year-old spent so much time surfing the beach, doing handstands with her brother, and lounging in the pool with her new sister-in-law.

Mikaela Serves Bridesmaid's Duty In A Bikini

Last year summer, Mikaela joined the bridal party at her brother's wedding, and one of their activities was a day at the pool. The Olympian wore a powder blue bikini with a silver pendant and bridesmaid's sash. You can tell from the photo dump that she enjoyed her time with family, and as she said, "memories are nice."

Happy To Be Back Home

Mikaela still gets her respect as a champion skier in the USA, and she joined other Olympians - Snowboarder Chloe Kim and Figure Skater Nathan Chen - for a Grubhub ad. After a hard day's work, the group showed off some of their favorite meals. Mikaela's go-to meal is a plate of Carbonara pasta.

Thanking The Team USA Staff

Despite her poor performance at the Olympics, Mikaela penned a sweet message to TEAM USA's staff, thanking them for their efforts behind the scenes. She showed enthusiasm for the upcoming World Cup in Europe at the end of her post.

"I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who has shown us all so much support during this Olympics, and ESPECIALLY to all of the staff with @teamusa and the @usskiteam who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to provide the best possible environment for us to live, train, and compete during these weeks. We are so very grateful for all that you do🤍."Message To People Who Receive Hate "I truly believe that if you try to address the haters by hitting the haters, it really only continues to spread hate, and it doesn't even fix the problem. Mikaela says her address to "haters" was intended for people who experience hate in their daily life. She advised that they should Go For their Goals and keep doing their thing without paying the detractors any mind because they don't deserve any energy.

2022 Sag Awards Ambassador Alexandra Daddario stepped out in figure-hugging dresses this weekend, showing off her toned physique. The 35-year-old wore two similar yet different outfits to the Ambassador's dinner and the main event, and she commanded attention both times. As we've learned over the years, it doesn't matter how modest Alexandra chooses to dress; she would always stand out in a room. You can't ignore her bubbly personality or icy blue eyes.

First, she attended the Ambassador's dinner in a maxi mono-sleeve bodycon red dress. The low-cut number exposed her creamy skin and toned arms clad in golf Goddess cuffs. Her natural brown hair fell in waves to the sides of her face, framing her chubby cheeks and signature bright red lipstick. Alexandra was in obvious high spirits at the event despite the terrifying encounter she had earlier in the week. She stood tall in her satin red heeled sandals as she smiled into the camera's lens. According to her Instagram post, she owes her bright face to Kate Somerville, who treated her to a last-minute facial.

The Main Event

Next, Alex showed up in a demure mock-neck black dress for the main event. The midi sweater-material dress hugged her curves from top to bottom, and she wore a chunky black bangle and her engagement ring, which was bold enough to brighten her outfit. Alex stood tall in black pointed toe kitten heel shoes. Instead of the wavy curl she wore to the Ambassador's dinner, the 35-year-old Percy Jackson alum straightened her brunette hair into a bob. Also, she ditched her famous red lipstick for her second signature color - nude - letting her bright blue eyes do the talking!

2022 SAG Awards Ambassadors - Alexandra Daddario And Ross Butler

On Feb. 15, Alex announced via her 21 million-plus following Instagram account that the Screen Actors Guild Awards would honor her and Ross Butler as the ambassadors for the 28th Annual show. The Guild chose Alex and Ross for their contributions to humanitarian and public services.

It would be almost impossible to talk about fitness without mentioning Serena Williams, one of the greatest of all time in the history of tennis.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion is known for her amazing on-the-court talent. Also, she has a gorgeously stunning body that is the envy of many. On a regular basis, Serena drops photos of her flaunting different parts of her toned body.

Her fans cannot seem to get enough of her body nor have they stopped wondering how she maintains her impressive figure.

Got It From Her Mama

One of the most intriguing body parts of the 40-year-old tennis star is her toned thighs and legs. Serena knows this and never stops putting them on display. 

On April 7, 2021, the tennis star uploaded photos of her and her daughter, Olympia, standing at a poolside in matching pink-colored bodysuits. Serena's bodysuit had "The Shady One" written on it, Olympia's had "Wild Child" on it. 

Besides the similar poses and outfits mother and daughter wore, It was hard not to notice their shiny toned thighs. Many fans noticed this and gushed over Serena and Olympia's legs. They left comments about how Olympia looks just like her mom and has inherited her legs.

Serena's Workout Routine 

Given how stunning her figure is, one expects Serena to have a love for the gym. However, the tennis goddess revealed that the gym is not her favorite workout place. The four-time Olympic gold medalist said she follows a strenuous workout routine only during tennis training sessions to maintain a healthy body. 

Her basic workout routine includes a 10-minute warm-up session followed by arm workouts, boot-beautiful burnout and core, and leg workouts. 

"My Philosophy Is To Eat To Live" 

During an interview with Women's Health, Serena was asked about her diet and revealed that she eats to live and not necessarily because she enjoys eating. She also said she barely eats breakfast because she often just forgets or is too busy getting Olympia ready. However, when she eats, she usually takes a lot of greens and fruits. 

Serena Williams Looks To Social Media For Diet

Interestingly, Serena looks to social media for dinner inspiration. She revealed that she goes on Instagram to search for new recipes to try out. 

"I get inspired by what I see on Instagram and love making it,"  Serena said.

Pasta Is Only For Training Days

The tennis goddess needs plenty of energy due to her career. She revealed that she never wants to have pasta again because she has had to have it too often because of her career. 

"The only time I eat pasta is when I'm playing/training. Usually, you'll never see me eating pasta otherwise. Cause I feel like I've had to eat it so much in my career. It's just like, I never want to see pasta again," Serena said.  ]]>

Olympian Aly Raisman In Bikini Shares Traumatic Bullying Experience

Aly Raisman stripped down to her bikinis to bring awareness to body positivity and share an important message to her followers.

The Olympian took to Instagram to share her experience with being body-shamed and bullied in middle school. The heartbreaking experience left her almost traumatized and ashamed of her body, but the athlete fought back with loads of self-love and confidence.

Body-Shamed For Her Muscles

In the Instagram photo, Raisman can be seen wearing a brown bikini from Aerie. With her long hair down and barely any makeup on, the athlete's vulnerability was captured in the photo.

In the caption, Aly opened up about middle school memories that hurt her deeply. She started by declaring her love for gymnastics, then went on to say that bullies made her question herself and want to hide her muscles.

"When I was in fifth grade, a few boys in my class told me my muscles were gross and I looked like I was on steroids. They began running around the playground calling me "roids." I walked away with my head down, fighting back tears," Raisman wrote.

No To Body-Shaming

She continued with a reminder to everyone to use their words kindly.

"I wanted to write this post to remind you all to be kind to one another and remember your words are powerful... I also hope we can work together to educate young boys and girls about the damage of body shaming and the impact it has on body dysmorphia."

Raisman's body positivity message also included a nod to partner brand Aerie, who spreads self-love inspiration by not retouching any of their photos.

Proud Of Her Body

Her determination to succeed and love for her craft helped her push through the tough times. Now, the six-time Olympic medalist is not afraid to show off her muscles and be the "boss of her own body."

To show just how comfortable she is in her body now, Raisman celebrated International Women's Day by reposting her Sports Illustrated nude photo from the #MeToo issue in 2018. The artistic image features Aly's sans clothing and empowering words written on her skin.

In the Instagram post, the ex-Olympian highlighted the importance of self-love. She also made a call for men to be more helpful to women's plights.
