WWE Rumors: Ric Flair Joins The Becky Lynch-Charlotte Flair Feud, Is 'Nature Boy' Back?

This is starting to become a very heated rivalry between two women that came up in WWE together. When They both debuted on the main roster they were even teaming together and while they made good partners they made much better rivals. The real-life heat between Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch is really starting to reach a boiling point now as we approach Survivor Series in just a few days. At some point during their match, things could get too real for the world of pro wrestling and a real brawl can easily break out between the two at this rate.

Becky Lynch's Star Power Rises

Becky Lynch has gone on record several times saying she no longer speaks to or trusts Charlotte Flair. She has felt even more disrespected by Flair ever since their belt exchange on SmackDown a few weeks ago went off the rails and led to some real-life issues backstage. Becky is poised to be the next megastar in the women's division for the WWE and she may potentially feel held back by Charlotte as well. This match is a real opportunity to make Lynch an even bigger star. She is already a huge star as it is.

Charlotte Flair May Leave WWE Soon

It seems like the fairy tale dream world of Charlotte Flair's job in the WWE has been wearing off since her husband asked for a release around WrestleMania season this year. Not too long after, her father, Ric Flair, was released and issues have arisen backstage. Stories of her being an issue to work with and her also wanting to leave the company have been a major hot topic lately. Now with the fallout involving Becky Lynch, which led to her being actually restrained by security and forced to leave the building, it could be the straw that broke the camel's back and she may leave sooner rather than later.

Will Ric Flair Return To WWE?

Following Becky Lynch's scathing promo, which was directed at Charlotte Flair, on Monday Night Raw, Charlotte's father the legendary 'Nature Boy' Ric Flair has seemingly gotten involved in this feud. Nobody knows for sure if Flair's involvement is something that was set up by the WWE that will lead to his return or a complete shoot as real issues continue to come to the surface. Flair was the center of controversy himself recently after the Darkside of the Ring episode aired featuring the infamous plane ride back from a European tour all the way back in the early 2000s, during which Ric Flair had to be 'baby sat' as a result of his in-flight disorderly behavior.

The Fallout

The potential fallout from the situation could go multiple different ways as of right now, but most likely a resolution to these issues is going to end with Charlotte Flair leaving the company and Becky Lynch becoming the new dominant force in the WWE women's division. 'The Man' is likely going to win several more titles in the WWE while Charlotte will probably go onto Impact or AEW and bolster Impact Wrestling's already great women's division or bolster AEWs growing women's division. Either way, it has brought a lot more interest to a stale WWE product this year.

WWE Rumors: Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch At Wrestlemania 38?

Becky Lynch has seemingly called out one of her oldest rivals in the WWE. Despite her ongoing feud with Charlotte Flair that is set to culminate at this year's Survivor Series pay-per-view she already has her eyes looking ahead towards Wrestlemania season as she has called out Ronda Rousey to return at Wrestlemania 38. However, it is very unlikely that Rousey returns to the ring as it has been over two years, nearly 3 in fact since we have seen the rowdy one inside a WWE ring. However, if she did return this match would be an instant classic waiting to happen

Rousey's Exit

Ronda Rousey was one of the most high profile acquisitions the WWE ever made. Fresh off yet another UFC loss, Rousey made her debut at the end of the royal rumble pay-per-view in 2018. She would only stick around for about a year or in the WWE only wrestling 33 matches but she would go on to win the Raw women's title on one occasion. In 33 total matches she only lost to one of them being a tag team match in which she did not take the fall and the second one being her final match which is a triple threat at Wrestlemania 35.

Becky Lynch's Rise To The Top

That loss in the triple threat at WrestleMania 35 is what launched the legend of Becky Lynch as she became 'Becky Two Belts' as she captured the Raw and SmackDown women's championship on the same night from Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey in a triple threat match that was the main event WrestleMania. It has been like lightning in a bottle ever since Becky Lynch remained on top of the company before and after her maternity leave.

Rousey's Return

There have been rumors swirling in almost every event since Rhonda left, of her impending return. But now it could be the first time it's actually picking up steam as she was called out by Becky Lynch for a match at Wrestlemania 38. A full three years since her last match in the company. If she were to return, setting up this mega match with Becky Lynch could be one of the highlights of WrestleMania this year. They would have absolutely no problem tearing the house down in front of a hot crowd. The hard part of it is just trying to figure out how to get the match set up in a story line.

How It Would Happen

If the return and match were to happen the seeds would certainly have to be planted at January's Royal Rumble event where they can either have Rhonda as a surprise entrance or come out again just like she made her debut after the match and stare the winner down. No matter how WWE would plan to set the matchup in place, one thing for sure is it has crazy potential to be one of the best women's wrestling matches of all time. If they don't make the match at the Rumble it could be done the next night on Monday Night Raw.

Johnny Depp's Private Island Has Beaches Named After His Kids

Johnny Depp's private island in the Bahamas is a slice of Caribbean heaven. Called Little Hall's Pond Cay, it spans 45 acres of sheer natural beauty, with the 58-year-old star once dubbing it the most "pure and beautiful" place he'd ever been.

"I don't think I'd ever seen any place so pure and beautiful. You can feel your pulse rate drop about 20 beats. It's instant freedom," the former "Sexiest Man Alive" told Vanity Fair in 2009.

Sanctuary

Located in the Exumas archipelago about 60 miles from the nation's capital of Nassau, Depp's private Bahamian island sits right next to a wildlife sanctuary. Its surroundings are part of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park protected area and are home to a variety of species.

While Depp jokingly told Variety he wanted to become "Ruler of the Exumas" and get Guinness on tap on the island, Little Hall's Pond Cay is a sanctuary of sorts to himself as well -- and the Hollywood's star "great escape."

"Escapism is survival to me," he told the publication.

Beaches Named After His Kids

The 45-acre island boasts six white sandy beaches, each named by Depp for something near and dear to his heart. Two of them are named after his children, Lily-Rose, 22, and Jack, 19, whom the star shares with ex-girlfriend Vanessa Paradis, 48.

Another beach is named after Vanessa, of whom Lily-Rose is the spitting image.

The actor and musician has dubbed one of the beaches Gonzo in honor of the late author Hunter S. Thompson, with whom he was close friends. Gonzo beach features glass tables with Thompson's face etched into them, Page Six is reporting.

One beach bears the last name of Depp's friend and mentor Marlon Brando, whose opinion reportedly weighed into Depp's decision to buy the island.

Bought In 2004

Depp purchased Little Hall's Pond Cay in 2004, after first coming across it the previous year while filming Pirates of the Caribbean. According to Forbes, the movie star paid $3.6 million for the island, which originally had no infrastructure.

Within the first five years, Depp built a "ranch-style house with a stunning 360-degree view," shelling out an additional $8 million on a yacht to ferry him to and from the island.

It's also been reported that the actor went eco-friendly with the build, making the ranch solar-powered.

The Charlie and the Chocolate Factory star primarily visits the island to decompress but he's certainly not isolated there. Other celebrities also own islands off the coast of Nassau, including Eddie Murphy and David Copperfield.

Domestic Incidents

While it's been 17 years since Depp acquired the island, Little Hall's Pond Cay was recently in the media amid the actor's ongoing drama with ex-wife Amber Heard, 35, and his libel trial against The Sun.

Back in July 2020, the island's estate manager, Tara Roberts, claimed at the trial that the island had been the scene of a domestic incident between Depp and Heard in 2015, during which Heard allegedly assaulted and "repeatedly berated" Depp.

The Aquaman actress gave her own testimony of another incident that allegedly occurred there in August 2014, claiming that Depp slapped and kicked her while he was detoxing from drugs.

The former spouses hosted their 2015 wedding on one of the island's beaches, per Page Six.

Alexandra Daddario Recreated 'White Lotus' Scene With Sydney Sweeney

Alexandra Daddario was recently featured in the debut season of HBO's The White Lotus.

As viewers of the hit series well know, the Mike White-created comedy drama followed a series of people vacationing at a resort in Hawaii and Daddario was one of these people.

On the show, she depicted a character known as Rachel, a journalist and new wife of Jake Lacy's character, Shane Patton.

Daddario was a well-liked cast member of the show and one particular scene has stood out in the minds of fans.

Daddario's Most Memorable Scenes

In a report shared by Cinema Blend, it was noted that one of Daddario's most memorable scenes aired on The White Lotus earlier this year.

In the scene, as the outlet explained, Daddario was seen spending time at the Hawaii resort before a group of teenagers began making fun of her.

Never one to be outdone, Daddario, or rather her character, Rachel Patton, quickly turned the tables on the young haters and stripped down into a bold white two piece Swimsuit.

Creating A Scene At A Louboutin Dinner

After stripping down, Daddario's character made her way to some water, where she continued to make it known that she was far from intimidated by the teens.

Fast forward several months and Daddario found herself at an event, where she took the opportunity to recreate the iconic White Lotus scene with her co-star, Sydney Sweeney.

As Cinema Blend shared, Daddario and Sweeney were attending a Louboutin Dinner to celebrate the InStyle Awards when the impromptu recreation of said scene went down and was filmed for Instagram.

'White Lotus' Theme Song Included

In her Instagram video, Daddario, who was wearing a super-sparkly, long-sleeved minidress, walked over to Sweeney, who was reading a magazine with her feet propped up on a couch, and sat beside her as she awkwardly situated her dress.

Daddario then waved and smiled at her co-star as Sweeney appeared to be completely uninterested in a potential conversation.

Daddario even included the memorable theme song of The White Lotus series in the background of her video as she attempted to get Sweeney's attention.

No Bikini Strip Down

Daddario did a great job in recreating the infamous scene from The White Lotus, but surely to the dismay of her many admirers on Instagram, she didn't actually strip down to a bikini to show off her figure this time around. Instead, she stayed in her sparkly mini.

In the comments section of Daddario's Instagram post, many of her fans and followers praised her for the recreation while others said they hoped she would return to The White Lotus for season two.

How Six Green Bay Packers Players Ended Up in 'Pitch Perfect 2'

If you went to see Pitch Perfect 2, the 2015 follow-up to the debut film in 2012, you likely recall an unexpected scene featuring several Green Bay Packers players. But how did their roles come about?

According to a report, their cameos actually came into fruition on Twitter through Elizabeth Banks, the wife of producer Max Handelman.

"We had heard online that there were a number of pro athletes who were big fans of Pitch Perfect," Handelman told PEOPLE in December 2020.

David Bakhtiari Took a Chance With Elizabeth Banks

"We came to learn that the primary fans were these Green Bay Packers," he continued.

As he explained, his wife followed David Bakhtiari, an offensive lineman, on Twitter and ultimately, Bakhtiari reached out to the actress and comedian, requesting he and his buddies be put into the then-upcoming film.

"He subsequently direct messaged her and said, 'We are massive fans and would love to do anything in the movie we could.' Elizabeth said, 'That's really funny, you should talk to my husband who's a huge football nerd.' David and I started talking from there," Handelman recalled.

Clay Matthews and T.J. Lang

Because Handelman and Banks wanted to make the film franchise's iconic riff-off scene even more memorable as they embarked on the second installment, they felt it would be a good idea to move forward with Bakhtiari's suggestion and ultimately, linebacker Clay Matthews, offensive linemen T.J. Lang, Don Barclay, Josh Sitton, and quarterback Aaron Rodgers' younger brother Jordan were brought aboard to create what came to be a famed moment.

"I think it shocked everyone. That's really them singing and dancing," Handelman said.

Packers Better Than Expected

"They learned their choreography literally the night before we shot. What was amazing about them, they kept saying to us, 'Don't worry. We're taking this super seriously. We're professional athletes. This is what we do. We want to look really good,'" Handelman shared.

"I don't think anyone expected them to be as good as they were until we saw them on the day," he added.

During a chat with Packers.com, via Bustle, Lang looked back on their casting.

"A lot of determination by Dave to set the whole thing up – determination-slash-desperation, because he was at it quite a bit trying to get a hold of the producers to get us in the movie...shockingly, they actually let us in after all his desperate tweets and phone calls and emails. It was fun," Lang said.

Nervous at First

While appearing on The Rich Eisen Show, via CBS, actor Skylar Astin said the Packers "approached it kind of like they were going out of the tunnel for a big game, which was very exciting. They were so pumped up about it. They were very nervous at first."

He also said that while Matthews was "reluctant at first" to do his trademark flex celebration amid the scene in Pitch Perfect 2, he later learned that doing so was actually Matthew's idea.

One of the potential targets for the Lakers before the 2022 NBA trade deadline is veteran small forward Jerami Grant of the Detroit Pistons. In a recent article, Eric Pincus of Bleacher Report included the Grant-to-Lakers trade on their list of "ridiculous" blockbuster deals that could actually work.

In the proposed trade scenario, the Lakers would be sending a package that includes Talen Horton-Tucker, Kendrick Nunn, and Wayne Ellington to the Pistons in exchange for Grant and Rodney McGruder. If Detroit doesn't intend to reinvest as the rebuild continues, Weaver could choose to go in a different direction," Pincus wrote. "Horton-Tucker hasn't played for most of the year (thumb injury), but he's a young, aggressive scoring guard on a friendly contract."

How Selena Gomez Started

Ever since she was a kid, Gomez already knew that she wanted to be a star.

Battling Health Issues

Despite the challenges, Selena remains to be such a hard worker. She is not only a singer and actor, she is also a producer.

She founded July Moon productions and released impressive projects with Netflix including 13 Reasons Why and docu-series Living Undocumented. One of her latest ones is a cooking show with Hulu titled Selena + Chef, which features the star learning to cook with chefs over a remote set-up.

Future projects under the same production company that Gomez will be starring in include biography movie In the Shadow of the Mountain and psychological thriller Dollhouse.

Aside from her production company, Selena also founded makeup line Rare Beauty. Along with the brand, Gomez also launched the Rare Impact Fund, which aims to raise $100 million to make mental health services accessible to all.

Queen of Pop to the rest of the world, Madonna goes by the name of mom to six people. The 63-year-old star has two biological children -- Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon, 25, and Rocco Ritchie, 21 -- and four adoptive ones: David Banda, 16, Mercy James, 15, and twins Estere and Stelle Ciccone, 9.

While Madge isn't the only celebrity to turn to adoption, it wasn't smooth sailing for the pop icon as she strived to expand her family following birth complications due to placenta praevia. In her case, it was precisely her celebrity status that posed the most hurdles, with a Malawi judge even deeming her an "unfit mother" when she went through the process back in 2009.

The "Material Girl" hitmaker, who often shares endearing snaps of her brood on Instagram, opened up about her adoption struggles in a compelling essay for Harper's Bazaar. Keep reading for the full story.

Facing Criticism

When Madonna decided to adopt her first Malawian child in 2006, she went into it with an open heart.

"I decided that I had an embarrassment of riches and that there were too many children in the world without parents or families to love them," she wrote in her 2013 essay for Harper's Bazaar.

The superstar, who shares daughter Lourdes with personal trainer Carlos Leon and son Rocco with ex-husband Guy Ritchie, detailed she applied to an international adoption agency and "went through all the bureaucracy, testing, and waiting" as everyone else signing up for the process.

However, the singer and actress faced heavy criticism when she adopted her son David, describing the backlash as "a real low point in my life" in the candid article.

"I could get my head around people giving me a hard time for simulating masturbation onstage or publishing my Sex book, even kissing Britney Spears at an awards show, but trying to save a child's life was not something I thought I would be punished for," she wrote. "In any case, I got through it. I survived."

Adoption 'S**t Storm'

Madonna, who met David at an orphanage in Mchinji when he was barely one year old, recounted all the stumbling blocks she had to overcome before she could finally take her new son home.

"I didn't know that trying to adopt a child was going to land me in another s**t storm. But it did," she shared. "I was accused of kidnapping, child trafficking, using my celebrity muscle to jump ahead in the line, bribing government officials, witchcraft, you name it. Certainly, I had done something illegal!"

Not Allowed To Adopt Because She Was Divorced

Things weren't any easier the second time around, with Madonna facing a major roadblock in the Malawian legal system when she applied to adopt Mercy in 2009.

"When I adopted Mercy James, I put my armor on," the pop icon, who confessed her first adoption was "an eye-opening experience," said in her essay. "I tried to be more prepared. I braced myself."

The star went to great lengths to be united with her new daughter and saw her first application in May that year get rejected by the Malawian High Court. While it was reported that the adoption fell through because she wasn't a resident in the country, Madge revealed wasn't allowed to adopt because she was divorced.

'Unfit Mother'

Determined to bring Mercy home, Madonna fought the country's legal system, re-appealing later that summer. The star, whom the Supreme Court of Malawi eventually granted the right to adopt the little girl on June 12, 2009, detailed the obstacles in her path before the adoption was finalized.

"This time, I was accused by a female Malawian judge that because I was divorced, I was an unfit mother," she said. "I fought the supreme court, and I won. It took almost another year and many lawyers. I still got the s**t kicked out of me, but it didn't hurt as much. And looking back, I do not regret one moment of the fight."

Despite the many tribulations, her family is now a tight-knit bunch who relishes every moment spent together. As for Madonna, she's walked away with a valuable lesson.

"One of the many things I learned from all of this: if you aren't willing to fight for what you believe in, then don't even enter the ring," wrote the megastar.

Her twin daughters Estere and Stelle were also adopted from Malawi.

The rumor mill is once again churning about Selena Gomez and her supposed crush, Marvel dreamboat Chris Evans.

Fans have been speculating the pop star, 29, and the Avengers actor, 40, were courting as early as September. While nothing has been confirmed as of yet and the rumors even appeared to subside for a while, people are now talking that there definitely might be something between them.

Fans have been shipping Selena and Chris hard ever since it was first reported that the Captain America star followed the Texas-born singer and actress on Instagram. The news was broken on September 24 by a few Twitter fan accounts, and the internet has been going crazy about the two ever since.

Photos of Selena and Chris leaving the same studio in Los Angeles on October 1 only served to fuel romance rumors, and when the duo was later spotted leaving the same restaurant Twitter became convinced they were an item.

When the host mentioned that Chris' brother Scott Evans was the bartender on the show one week earlier, she replied: "Really? Last week? Maybe it's meant to be."

What's Happening Between Them?

There's no doubt that Twitter is rooting for these two to hook up, but not everything is as clear as day in the whole Selena-Chris matter. For one thing, there appear to be some inconsistencies in the story, with some fans noting that the photos circulated on the internet in early October might have been photoshopped and aren't actually real, per Just Jared.

According to Collin Helwig of Fansided's Valley of the Suns, the Suns could improve their second unit by helping the Brooklyn Nets and the Dallas Mavericks facilitate a blockbuster trade centered on All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving. In the proposed trade scenario, the Suns would receive Jalen Brunson and James Johnson, the Mavericks would get Irving and Dario Saric, while the Nets would acquire Kristaps Porzingis and Elfrid Payton.

If the trade becomes a reality, Helwig believes it would help the Suns, Nets, and the Mavericks in filling up the needs to improve on their roster.

Suns Land Two Solid Backups

Though they would not be getting the best player in the deal, the Suns would be adding two solid veteran role players in Brunson and Johnson. With the way he's playing right now, Helwig believes that Brunson would be an upgrade over Payton as Chris Paul's primary backup in Phoenix.

"Playing as a point guard, but with the Mavericks running their offense through Luka Doncic, Jalen Brunson finds himself under odd circumstances in Dallas right now," Helwig wrote. "Currently averaging career highs with14.7 points, 4.7 assists, and 5.0 rebounds per game, he looks terribly undervalued out there, and makes for a fantastic upgrade from Elfird Payton."

Mavericks Acquire Legitimate Star To Pair With Luka Doncic

The proposed three-team blockbuster trade would fulfill the Mavericks' dream of pairing the face of the franchise, Luka Doncic, with a legitimate superstar. There would definitely be some questions regarding Irving's fit with Doncic since both of them need the ball in their hands to maximize their full potential on the court. However, once they find the perfect chemistry, Helwig believes that the duo of Irving and Doncic would improve the Mavericks' offense "exponentially."

Irving would give the Mavericks one of the league's best clutch scorers, as well as an incredible playmaker and an elite three-point shooter. Last season, he averaged 26.9 points, 4.8 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 1.4 steals while shooting 50.6 percent from the field and 40.2 percent from beyond the arc, per ESPN.

Nets End Drama Surrounding Kyrie Irving

Meanwhile, the proposed trade deal would be worth exploring for the Nets if Irving continues to refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and the drama surrounding him started to become a major distraction for the team. By sending him to Dallas, the Nets would be acquiring a floor-spacing big man in Porzingis and a veteran point guard in Payton.

While Payton is only expected to come off the bench, Nets head coach Steve Nash could explore using Porzingis as Kevin Durant's frontcourt partner in the 2021-22 NBA season.
