| Vanessa Bryant Ordered to Turn Over Therapy Transcripts Amid Lawsuit Posted: 16 Nov 2021 05:05 PM PST Vanessa Bryant has been dealing with more than just the emotional side of losing husband Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna in the January 2020 fatal helicopter crash — she's been battling multiple legal suits since their deaths. The basketball legend died at the age of 41 on January 26, 2020, alongside his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, and seven other passengers when the helicopter they were on crashed into a hillside in Calabasas, California. The late NBA player is survived by his wife and their three other daughters, Natalia, Bianka and Capri. Following confirmation that Kobe and Gianna were among the deceased passengers in the wreck, Vanessa released a statement via Instagram about her family's heartbreak. "There aren't enough words to describe our pain right now. I take comfort in knowing that Kobe and Gigi both knew that they were so deeply loved," she wrote in January 2020. "We were so incredibly blessed to have them in our lives. I wish they were here with us forever. They were our beautiful blessings taken from us too soon." She continued, "I'm not sure what our lives hold beyond today, and it's impossible to imagine life without them. But we wake up each day, trying to keep pushing because Kobe, and our baby girl, Gigi, are shining on us to light the way. Our love for them is endless — and that's to say, immeasurable. I just wish I could hug them, kiss them and bless them. Have them here with us, forever." The following month, Vanessa sued the helicopter company for negligence and the pilot Ara Zobayan, who also died in the accident, for his role in the crash. The model later filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in September 2020 for negligence, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress after photos of the deceased surfaced despite her alleged requests to contain the scene. Amid her two court cases related to Kobe and Gianna's deaths, Vanessa was sued by her mother, Sofia Laine, for allegedly kicking her out of her home, which Vanessa and Kobe paid for ahead of his passing. The filing claimed that pilot Zobayan, who was also killed in the crash, was “negligent” and failed “to use ordinary care in piloting the subject aircraft.” The complaint alleged that the helicopter was flying at 180 mph before it collided into a hillside in Los Angeles, stating that Zobayan should have aborted the flight due to foggy and potentially blinding conditions. Broadimage/Shutterstock  According to court documents obtained by Us in June 2020, Vanessa sought substantial compensation for Kobe’s future earnings that could have equaled “hundreds of millions of dollars” in her wrongful death suit against the helicopter company and Zobayan’s estate. “As a result of Kobe Bryant’s and GB’s deaths, Vanessa Bryant seeks economic damages, non-economic damages, prejudgment interest, punitive damages, and other relief as the Court deems just and proper,” the documents read. “Although the total specific amount of personal injury damages the plaintiff seeks is TBD, Kobe Bryant’s future lost earnings equal hundreds of millions of dollars.” The filing noted that the “amount demanded exceeds $25,000.” Debby Wong/Shutterstock  Lawmakers introduced the Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant Helicopter Safety Act in June 2020. The legislation would require all helicopters that can fit six or more people to include a Terrain Awareness and Warning System, a tool to record flight data and a cockpit voice recorder on every trip. Vanessa spoke out in support of the act in a statement, saying, “I strongly urge that the United States Congress pass a federal law that would improve the safety of helicopters operating in this country. I believe there is a chance that Kobe and Gianna would still be alive today if their helicopter had been equipped with the safety equipment required by this pending federal legislation. I believe that these safety measures will save many lives.” Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP/Shutterstock  The California native filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in September 2020 over photographs taken by deputies at the accident site of her husband and daughter’s death eight months prior. The department, Sheriff Alex Villanueva and the county are named as defendants in Vanessa’s lawsuit. “The gratuitous images soon became talked about within the department, as deputies displayed them to colleagues in settings that had nothing to do with investigating the accident,” the complaint claimed. “One deputy even used his photos of the victims to try to impress a woman at a bar, bragging about how he had been at the crash site.” The filing called the department’s actions “outrageous,” claiming the release of the images caused Vanessa and her family “emotional distress and compounded the trauma” of losing Kobe and Gianna. It also alleged that Villanueva “directed a cover-up” and claimed “no fewer than eight sheriff’s deputies” at the crash site snapped photo with their personal cell phones of the deceased. “Shortly following this tragic crash, Sheriff Villanueva sponsored legislation which now makes it a crime for public safety personnel to take and share non-official pictures of this nature,” a spokesperson for the LASD said in a statement at the time. “Due to the pending litigation, we are unable to offer further comment.” Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP/Shutterstock  Vanessa reached a settlement in the lawsuit against Island Express Helicopters and the estate of pilot Zobayan in June 2021 alongside the three families of those killed in the fatal crash one year prior, according to a notice in federal court. The terms of the settlement are confidential and pending final approval by the court. “The material terms of the settlement and releases are known to the settling parties and include that the terms of the settlement are confidential,” the Los Angeles Superior Court filing stated at the time. “The settling parties are currently finalizing settlement documents, which include the necessary documentation for approving compromise of the minors’ claims.” Matt Baron/Shutterstock  Vanessa’s mom, Sofia Laine, made headlines in September 2020 after claiming in an interview with Univision that her daughter demanded she move out of her home and return the car she used. Days later, Vanessa addressed her mother’s allegations telling Us in a statement, “My husband and daughter passed away unexpectedly and yet my mom has the audacity to do an interview on TV talking negatively about me while shedding tears about a car and home that wasn’t in her name.” The model claimed that her mom removed her jewelry, emptied her apartment that she “provides” and put the furniture in storage to appear “without support” amid her allegations. “My husband and I have financially supported her over the past 20 years, and I continue to do so, in addition to her monthly alimony,” the statement continued. “Contrary to previous reports, she has not been physically present or emotionally supportive for my daughters and me after my husband and daughter passed away.” John Salangsang/Invision/AP/Shutterstock (2)  Laine filed a lawsuit against her daughter Vanessa in December 2020. According to court documents obtained by Us, Laine claimed she worked as an unpaid “longtime personal assistant and nanny” for the family and that Kobe “promised to take care of” her “for the rest of her life.” In the wake of the NBA player’s death, Laine claimed Vanessa “took each and every step she could to void and cancel all of Kobe Bryant’s promises made to [Laine]. Vanessa Bryant did not intend to honor any of the Bryants’ representations, agreements and promises at any stage.” Vanessa claimed in a statement to Us at the time that her mother is “continuing to try and find ways to extort a financial windfall from our family.” She also denied that Laine was ever a nanny to her children or her personal assistant. The partnership dated back to 2003. “My hope will always be to allow Kobe’s fans to get and wear his products. I will continue to fight for that. Kobe’s products sell out in seconds. That says everything,” she wrote in a statement via Instagram at the time. “I was hoping to forge a lifelong partnership with Nike that reflects my husband’s legacy. We will always do everything we can to honor Kobe and Gigi’s legacies. That will never change.” Nike commented on the 18-year partnership in a statement to Us, saying, “Kobe Bryant was an important part of Nike’s deep connection to consumers. He pushed us and made everyone around him better. Shutterstock (2)  Vanessa spoke in a court deposition via Zoom in October 2021 about how she learned of her husband and daughter’s deaths amid her ongoing lawsuit against the Los Angeles County sheriff’s department. In the transcript of her statement, which was later obtained by Us, Vanessa claimed it took hours for her to be officially informed that the basketball legend and their 13-year-old daughter were killed. According to Vanessa, an assistant told her of the crash, but at the time “didn’t know” whether Kobe and Gianna were OK. After attempting to call her husband, she and daughter Natalia were driven to the sheriff’s station in Malibu, California. Upon her arrival, Vanessa claimed the officers “weren’t prepared” and wouldn’t answer her when she asked about her loved ones. Once sheriff Villanueva finally broke the news of their deaths to Vanessa, she said she requested that authorities “secure the area” and preserve the dignity of Kobe and Gianna as well as the rest of the victims. “I said, ‘If you can’t bring my husband and baby back, please make sure no one takes photographs of them.’ … And he said, ‘I will.’ … I was afraid of fans or drones or helicopters getting images of my husband and my daughter and our friends,” Vanessa said at the hearing, claiming the request was not executed properly, which allegedly led to photos of her deceased being taken by police and spread around. County Sheriff’s Department, she claimed eight deputies took pictures of the scene with their cell phones and used the photos for non-investigative purposes. In the deposition hearing in October 2021, she called for “accountability” from the department and its employees. “I don’t think it’s right that I have to deal with this; that my kids have to deal with this when they get older and they become aware of what happened; that our friends have to deal with this,” she said in the virtual hearing. “I don’t think it’s fair that I’m here today having to fight for accountability. Because no one should ever have to endure this type of pain and fear of their family members. … I just don’t understand how someone can have no regard for life and compassion, and, instead, choose to take that opportunity to photograph lifeless and helpless individuals for their own sick amusement.” Vanessa is suing for negligence, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress amid her battle against the department. Joe Russo/Shutterstock  According to court documents obtained by the New York Times in October 2021, both the sheriff’s department and Vanessa’s team are fighting over the scope of witness interviews as the lawsuit against the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department prepares to go to trial. Vanessa listed a number of people in her life to attest to the emotional distress she’s experienced since the death of her husband and their teenage daughter in January 2020. The list includes Ciara, Kobe’s sister Sharia Washington, Los Angeles Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka and his wife, Kristin Pelinka, among others. According to Ciara’s lawyer, the “document requests are grossly overbroad.” The witnesses are being subpoenaed for all documents and communications related to Vanessa’s emotional distress, going back 10 years. “As we have discussed, the document requests are not overbroad,” a lawyer for the county responded in October 2021, later agreeing that witnesses would only have to turn over communications regarding Vanessa’s mental start going back to 2010. The witness scope issue is set to be resolved in the coming days, with a judge scheduling hearings for October 29 and November 5 to rule on some motions amid the long legal battle. ABC/Shutterstock  In November 2021, a judge ruled that forcing Vanessa to undergo an independent medical evaluation to determine the level of her "emotional distress" would be "untimely" as the lawsuit continued. While attorneys for the sheriff's department previously argued that the results of the psychological exam would be "not only relevant, but necessary" as evidence, Vanessa's lawyers told CNN in October 2021, "It does not take an expert — and it certainly does not take an involuntary eight-hour psychiatric examination — for a jury to assess the nature and extent of the emotional distress caused by [the department's] misconduct." Candace Cameron Bure, Joanna Gaines, Bindi Irwin and more celebrities aren't waiting until December to get into the holiday mood — they started decorating as soon as Halloween ended. "It's the most wonderful time of the year!!! It's happening, people!!!" the Full House alum, 45, wrote via Instagram on November 10, sharing a video of herself putting up her fake tree at home. "The tree is up Gaines, for her part, decorated a special tree with 3-year-old son Crew in early November to mark the start of the season. She also shared a few highlights of Christmas past via her Magnolia blog to get fans just as excited for holiday festivities. "Our family's tradition of gifting ornaments each year began with [my husband] Chip [Gaines]'s mom, Gayle. The first year that Chip and I were married, I wanted to decorate our Christmas tree based on a specific color story — and decided it would be an all-blue theme," Joanna, 43, wrote in a recent blog. "That same year on Thanksgiving, Gayle gifted us a bright red Radko ornament. Truthfully, I hesitated putting it on the tree because I knew it would throw off my color theme. It makes me laugh now, but at the time I thought, 'Where am I going to put this?'" Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson and more Harry Potter stars grew up during the course of the eight-film series, meaning they began dating — and, in some cases, settled down — with the world's eyes on them. Radcliffe was 11 when he started filming the first movie, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, in 2000. Watson, for her part, was 10, while Grint was the eldest of the trio at 12. Although Watson and Grint's characters, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, respectively, connected on screen, the actress developed feelings for another costar: Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy. "Between the ages of 10 and 12, I had a really terrible crush on Tom Felton," she explained on The Jonathan Ross Show in 2012. "We love a bad guy, and he was a few years older and he had a skateboard, and that just did it really," Watson continued. "He used to do tricks on it. He was so cool. He totally knew [I had a crush]. | Instagram Official! 90 Day's Ronald Introduces New GF After Tiffany Split Posted: 16 Nov 2021 04:22 PM PST Ready for love! 90 Day Fiancé's Ronald Smith has a new woman in his life, Lauren Fraser, three months after confirming his split from wife Tiffany Franco. "Let me introduce everyone to the new person in my life @laurenleightonfraser," Ronald, 30, captioned an Instagram video on Tuesday, November 16, with his new flame. "You picked me up when I was down!!" The South Africa native, who fans first met in during season 1 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way in 2019, called Lauren a "true pillar" for him, adding that he appreciates her for all that she is.  "You’re such a support for me and every moment with you is such a joy and a pleasure," he wrote. "I enjoy every moment, every time thank you for who you are in my life and thank you for being part of my life." Ronald also gave fans a glimpse at his new romance with a video montage with Lauren. | Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar Share Well Wishes for Josh and Anna's 7th Baby Posted: 16 Nov 2021 02:45 PM PST Another Duggar has arrived! Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar gushed over the birth of their son Josh Duggar and wife Anna Duggar's seventh child. "We are always delighted to welcome another grandchild," the couple told Us Weekly in a statement on Tuesday, November 16. "They are each a beautiful treasure from the Lord." Michelle, 55, and Jim Bob, 56, welcomed their 22nd grandchild, a baby girl named Madyson Lily, last month, but it wasn't until Tuesday that Josh, 33, and Anna, also 33, announced her arrival.  Anna shared a photo of the newborn sleeping via her Instagram on Tuesday. She noted via her Instagram Story that the little one was born on October 23 at 2:39 a.m. and weighed 7 lbs. 9 ounces and was 20 inches long. Madelyn joined Anna and Josh's six other children: Mackenzie, 12, Michael, 10, Marcus, 8, Meredith, 6, Mason, 4, and Maryella, 23 months. The baby's arrival came amid Josh's ongoing child pornography case. Josh, who is the eldest child of Michelle and Jim Bob, was arrested in April, just weeks after he and Anna announced they were expecting baby No. 7. "It's a GIRL!!!!!" Anna wrote via Instagram at the time. "We are overjoyed to announce baby seven is on the way and we can't wait to hold her in our arms this fall!" Later that month, Josh was taken into custody at the Washington County jail in Arkansas and charged with receiving and possessing child pornography. He entered a not guilty plea and was set to begin his trial in July. The 19 Kids and Counting alum filed a motion in June to extend the trial date to 2022, but a judge only granted a four-month extension. The trial is now set for November.  TLC canceled the Duggar family's spinoff series, Counting On, amid the controversy, announcing the news in June. While many of his siblings starred on Counting On, Josh and Anna left the network in 2015 after multiple girls came forward and accused him of molesting them when he was 14. "Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends," Josh said in a statement via Facebook at the time. "We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life." Josh was later involved in a cheating scandal, apologizing for being "the biggest hypocrite ever" before completing a six-month stint in rehab in March 2016. Amid his ongoing child pornography case, Anna has stood by Josh's side appearing at his September hearing where a judge denied four of Josh's five motions in the case. The former TLC personality filed a motion to suppress the photographs taken of his hands and feet at the time of his arrest and a motion to dismiss the case completely, both of which were denied. Two other motions — one to suppress the statements Josh allegedly made to federal agents during the investigation and another one to dismiss the indictment because of who was in charge of Homeland Security at the time — were also denied by a judge at the time. But the fifth motion, which is tied to suppressing evidence, wasn't ruled on. |

There is no stronger bond than that of a human and their pup — and Chris Evans and his dog, Dodger, are prime examples of this dynamic. The Avengers star, 38, first met his sweet mixed-breed boxer around the time he was filming his 2017's Gifted. He shared a video of their initial introduction to Twitter in April 2018, in which Evans — who was off-camera — approached the pen where the rescue pup was being held. The Knives Out actor says, "Hi dude," to Dodger as he bends down to put his hand out for the pup, in an effort to become better acquainted. The dog, in turn, shows his affection for Evans by licking and pawing at his hand repeatedly. Since adopting the Dodger, Evans has sprinkled several adorable posts across his Twitter profile starring his loveable pup. He's paid tribute to the pet by posting an adorable snap of the duo on International Dog Day in August 2019, and he's also shared a few videos of Dodger showing off his singing skills. The dog is even featured in the Nanny Diaries star's Twitter header photo. Evans isn't the only one to fall in love with Dodger, as fans have also carved out a place for the pup in their hearts. Netflix's 'You' Causes Hilarious Confusion for Fox News Host Posted: 16 Nov 2021 12:38 PM PST  Netflix's You caused much confusion for Fox News host Laura Ingraham — and left the internet feeling as if they were stuck in a hilarious comedy routine worthy of Saturday Night Live. On Monday, November 15, The Laura Ingraham Show did a segment dedicated to TV shows that have included “woke” story lines about COVID-19 and vaccines. The episode's featured guest Raymond Arroyo, a conservative commentator, mentioned the Penn Badgley series about a murderous stalker by name — and things went downhill from there. "I was watching an episode of You when measles came up," Arroyo, 51, said, in a clip from Monday night's show in which he attempted to reference a season 3 episode in which Joe (Badgley) and his infant son with wife Love (Victoria Pedretti) get the measles after attending a party with an unvaccinated child in their neighborhood. Ingraham, 58, immediately looked puzzled. "Wait, wait, wait," she said, interrupting the EWTN News anchor. "When did I mention measles?" Arroyo then seemed equally caught off guard, telling her, "I don't know. It was on You." However, Ingraham didn't understand that he was referring to the streaming show. She thought he was referring to her. "What was on me?" she asked. "What are you talking about?" As Arroyo tried to explain that he was referring to an episode of You, the syndicated radio host became visibly annoyed. "We never did a measles and vaccine episode," she said. "Is this a joke?" Though it may have felt like a comedy bit to viewers who watched Ingraham continue to question why Arroyo claimed that her show had done an episode about the measles when it never had, it was clearly not pre-planned. However, only one key part of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's inner circle — Stuart Smith — has been named in the alleged telemarketing scheme. Us Weekly confirmed in March 2021 that Jen and Stuart were arrested while cameras were rolling on season 2 of the series. "Jennifer Shah, who portrays herself as a wealthy and successful businessperson on 'reality' television, and Stuart Smith, who is portrayed as Shah's 'first assistant,' allegedly generated and sold 'lead lists' of innocent individuals for other members of their scheme to repeatedly scam," Manhattan U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said in a press release on March 30. "In actual reality and as alleged, the so-called business opportunities pushed on the victims by Shah, Smith, and their co-conspirators were just fraudulent schemes, motivated by greed, to steal victims' money. Now, these defendants face time in prison for their alleged crimes." Several days later, Jen and Stuart both pleaded not guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering. Court documents released in August 2021, however, signaled that Stuart may be changing his plea. "Mr. Smith is working diligently towards a resolution of his case. I am confident his case will be resolved without the necessity of a trial and I hereby request that we be excused from the August 10, 20201, hearing," Stuart's attorney wrote in a letter to the United States District Judge at the time. As Jen's October 2021 trial was delayed (seemingly due to COVID protocols) to March 2022, her arrest aired on a November 2021 episode of RHOSLC. Jake Gyllenhaal stepped out in celebration of the 11th Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards one day after Taylor Swift dropped the All Too Well short film — which is widely speculated to be about their split — on Friday, November 12. “Jake was in a good mood," an eyewitness exclusively tells Us Weekly of the Brokeback Mountain actor's demeanor at the Saturday, November 13, event hosted by luxury lifestyle publication Los Angeles Confidential magazine in the City of Angels. "He was proud to be there to present the award for sound editing to Mandell Winter." The 40-year-old star arrived by himself after the red carpet wrapped, according to the source, who noted that Gyllenhaal was "escorted" inside before presenting The Guilty's supervising sound editor with his trophy. The Donnie Darko actor, who stars as Joe Baylor in the thriller alongside Riley Keough and his brother-in-law Peter Sarsgaard, was seated at The Guilty table, the eyewitness says. Jake's sister Maggie Gyllenhaal, who is married to Sarsgaard, 50, was also seated at the same table as were some other members of The Lost Daughter film team, the insider adds. Maggie, 43, took home the breakthrough director award for her first-time role as a lead filmmaker during the night's festivities. The Nightcrawler star stepped out for the Los Angeles awards show after his name circulated in the media once again for his brief romance with Swift, 31, following the release of Red (Taylor's Version) on Friday. The rereleased album featured a 10-minute version of the Grammy winner's hit song "All Too Well," which many fans think is about Jake's whirlwind relationship with Swift in 2010. The Pennsylvania native made her directorial debut with Friday's release of the All Too Well short film, which starred Dylan O'Brien and Sadie Sink. The short film featured Easter eggs about Swift and Jake's romance, including O'Brien's beard and beanie combo which was reminiscent of the Oscar-nominated actors' look when he and Swift were an item.  The fall backdrop and reference to the "Lover" songstress' ex allegedly keeping her scarf after their split were also alluded to during the extended track and film. While Jake supported his sister and The Guilty coworkers on Saturday, Swift performed the 10-minute version of "All Too Well" on Saturday Night Live, again making fans think of Jake and his past with the songwriter. His name was trending on social media throughout much of the weekend. The "I Almost Do" singer later celebrated her successful rerelease and SNL appearance at an afterparty with some of her famous pals on Saturday evening in New York City. On March 11, 2020, the Academy Award winner shared the symptoms the couple experienced during their time in Australia, where Hanks was working on pre-production for Baz Luhrmann's Elvis Presley biopic. "We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches," the Forrest Gump actor said of he and Wilson. "Rita had some chills that came and went." On March 16, 2020, Us Weekly confirmed that Hanks and Wilson were released from the hospital. The pair, who have been married for 30 years, rented a home in Australia before flying back to the U.S. Nearly a week after Hanks and Wilson's diagnosis was confirmed, Idris Elba announced that he contracted the virus as well. He revealed via Twitter on Monday that he decided to get tested after learning that an individual he was in contact with tested positive on March 13, 2020. The day after speaking out, the English actor shared that Hanks' confession inspired him to speak about his own condition. Pete Davidson has had his fair share of famous flames but not all of his date nights have been winners. The Saturday Night Live star, 28, opened up about the importance of choosing the right location to set the mood during the Tuesday, November 16, episode of iHeartRadio’s “River Cafe Table 4” with Ruthie Rodgers. “If you go to a great restaurant, like, even if I’m a s–t date, it’s like, at least the food was great,” Davidson joked. “So she could be like, ‘Well, he paid and I ate.’ … That or a movie is so easy because [at] a movie, you don’t even have to talk.” When the host mentioned ruling out a potential partner if they’re rude to servers, the Meet Cute actor agreed. “Then immediately, in my head, I’d be like, ‘OK, never [again]. This is it,” he added, noting that his own experience working in a restaurant shaped how he treats people when he goes out. Since he rose to stardom, Davidson has been linked to a number of hot Hollywood stars, including Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley, Kaia Gerber and Phoebe Dynevor. In 2018, he was briefly engaged to Ariana Grande, who wed Dalton Gomez earlier this year. While his love life has often made headlines, the New York native previously stated that he works hard to handle his relationships with care. “I treat the person I'm with like a princess,” he told Paper magazine in November 2019. “I try and go as above and beyond as possible, because that’s what you’re supposed to do? If you’re in a relationship with someone, you’re just supposed to make that person feel as special as possible.” At the time, the Guy Code alum recognized that his “love language” can sometimes come off as overwhelming, adding, “It’s very off-putting to some. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t, and then it sometimes makes me feel bad about myself because I’m like, ‘I did all this stuff and … you didn’t care at all!’ However, his tactic has appeared to charm Kim Kardashian. The pair were spotted together at a theme park in California following her October stint on SNL and she later visited Davidson on the East Coast, joining him for pizza at a Staten Island restaurant. While the 41-year-old Skims founder has yet to publicly address her chemistry with the comedian, a source told Us Weekly earlier this month that Kardashian is “falling for” Davidson. “He makes her feel good and she’s excited to see what happens,” the insider said, adding that the reality star is “always” seen “smiling and excited” after spending time with the King of Staten Island actor. The California native filed for divorce from Kanye West in February after six years of marriage. The 44-year-old rapper — with whom Kardashian shares North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2 — isn’t happy to see his estranged wife moving on. “[He’s] trying to stay upbeat and move on with his life,” a source told Us of West, who’s been “hurting” but “wants to stay on good terms” with Kardashian for the sake of their kids. |

Miles Teller made a statement about his COVID-19 vaccine status after previous social media speculation that he is anti-vax. “Hey guys, I don't usually feel the need to address rumors on here but I am vaccinated and have been for a while,” the Whiplash star, 34, tweeted on Tuesday, November 16. “The only thing I'm anti is hate.” Online chatter about the actor’s vaccination status reached a fever pitch after he appeared in Taylor Swift‘s surprise music video for “I Bet You Think About Me,” released on Monday, November 15. Two months earlier, the Daily Mail claimed that the War Dogs star had tested positive for COVID-19 while being unvaccinated, leading to a production shutdown on his upcoming series The Offer. “Your facts are incorrect,” a publicist for the Pennsylvania native told the outlet at the time. Teller himself, however, did not comment on the report. The Spectacular Now actor’s friendship with Aaron Rodgers also increased speculation about whether he got the shot before filming “I Bet You Think About Me.” The NFL player, 37, has recently been in the hot seat for lying about getting vaccinated and later testing positive for coronavirus. Earlier this year, the Green Bay Packers quarterback claimed that he was “immunized,” but as he explained during a lengthy November 5 interview, his “immunization” did not actually involve any of the CDC-approved vaccines to prevent coronavirus. He said he presented the NFL with “500 pages of research” about his chosen immunization protocol, but the league still placed him in the unvaccinated category of players. In the same interview, he claimed that he was allergic to an ingredient in mRNA vaccines, adding that he was afraid getting the shot would cause fertility issues. (There is no evidence that any of the COVID-19 vaccines affect male or female fertility.) Rodgers returned to the football field on Sunday, November 14, after finishing his mandatory quarantine period. "A lot of emotions for sure," he said after the game when asked how he was feeling. | Derek Hough Tests Positive for COVID-19 Hours After 'DWTS' Appearance Posted: 16 Nov 2021 10:54 AM PST  Pushing through. Derek Hough has tested positive for the coronavirus ahead of the Dancing With the Stars' season 30 finale. “Even though I’ve been fully vaccinated, I’ve just been diagnosed with a breakthrough case of COVID,” the 36-year-old dancer shared via Instagram on Tuesday, November 16. “I just found out and I feel OK. I feel strong." Hough, who has been a judge on the ABC dance competition since season 29 in 2020, explained that he is "taking advice from medical professionals to get better as fast as [he] can." He is also currently in quarantine to prevent spreading the virus.  “I’ll make sure to keep you guys all updated with what’s going on," the Utah native assured his fans. "But I just want to send my love out there to all. Stay safe.” Hough didn't comment on his status for next week's Dancing With the Stars finale or whether anyone else on the show has been affected. He did, however, give fans an update on his No Limit residency in Las Vegas. "This week's shows in Vegas will be rescheduled for a date soon, stay tuned and I'll announce the new dates shortly!" he captioned his Tuesday Instagram video. "Sharing some news The Nashville alum isn't the first member of the DWTS family to test positive for COVID-19 this season, both Cheryl Burke and her dance partner Cody Rigsby came down with the illness earlier this year. Burke, 37, confirmed she had tested positive on September 27, days before Rigsby shared his positive diagnosis. As a result, the duo performed their Britney Spears-themed jazz number virtually from their own homes during the October 4 show. The pair reunited in person on October 9 after both receiving negative COVID-19 tests and completing their quarantine time.  "Grateful that we're healthy, thank you guys for all of the support over the past week and a half or 10 days, it's been truly an emotional roller-coaster," Burke wrote via Instagram ahead of her return to the ballroom in October. (One month later, they were named one of four teams that made it to the season 30 finale.) Hough, for his part, has been going back and forth from Los Angeles to Las Vegas since late September when his No Limit residency kicked off. He flew in from the desert just hours before he had to judge the Monday, November 15, semifinal for DWTS. "I barely made it in time to judge," he captioned a TikTok video on Monday, showing him running into his dressing room out of breath before the show.
