Madonna Answers Kim Kardashian's Burning Questions In 'Madame X' Q&A

Madonna is currently promoting her latest project Madame X, a concert film now streaming on Paramount+, that showcases intimate moments from the pop icon's concert.

The 63-year-old artist had an event to promote her new documentary and was put on the spot to answer some burning questions from celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande and Lil Nas X.

Kim Kardashian Asks Madonna

Hosted by RuPaul's Drag Race winners Symone and Aquaria, the event was packed with fans. Kim Kardashian sent in a question via video to ask Madonna about her old costumes.

"Do you have all of your award show and music video wardrobe and if you do, do you ever let your daughter wear any of it?" Kardashian started.

"That closet is the closet I would want to raid so badly and can I wear something one day?" she continued.

Madonna And Daughter Lourdes Leon

Madonna, who is known for her outrageous costumes on and off the stage, confirmed that her now 25-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon has shown interest in her outfits. But, it's not really the performance costumes she wants.

"Of course I have an archive.. My daughter, she doesn't wanna wear my costumes from the shows, she wants to like wear my Versace outfits from the 90s." Madonna answered.

She continued by inviting Kim to her home for some outfit bonding session.

"Kim, you are welcome. We could have like a try-on session together," she said seemingly amused by the reality star.

Keeping Her Family Life Private

While Madonna is often very candid with her fans, she likes to keep her family life private. Her kids make an appearance on her Instagram from time to time but the artist can also be protective of them.

In an interview, Lourdes once revealed that her mom is very controlling, which made her want to be independent at an early age.

"My mom is such a control freak, and she has controlled me my whole life. I needed to be completely independent from her as soon as I graduated high school."

Madonna Doesn't Spoil Her Kids Too Much

Lourdes also shared that while she may have a privileged life, her superstar mom doesn't give her handouts.

"We don't get any handouts in my family. Obviously, I grew up with extreme privilege," she said. "There's no denying that. But I think my mom saw all these other kids of famous people, and she was like, 'My kids are not going to be like this.'"

NBA Rumors: Myles Turner 'Perfect Missing Piece' For Knicks, Per 'Sports Illustrated'

The New York Knicks entered the 2021-22 NBA season with the goal of fully dominating the Eastern Conference and winning the NBA championship title. As of now, the Knicks are off to a great start, tied with the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat in the No. 5 spot in the Eastern Conference with a 7-5 record.

However, despite their impressive performance earlier this season, the Knicks are still not viewed as a legitimate title contender in the league. To have a realistic chance of capturing the Larry O'Brien Trophy, most people believe that the Knicks should strongly consider upgrading their roster before the 2022 NBA trade deadline.

Potential Trade Deadline Target For Knicks - Myles Turner

According to Ben Stinar of Sports Illustrated's Fan Nation, one of the players that the Knicks could target on the trading block is veteran center Myles Turner of the Indiana Pacers.

"The Pacers have a lot of good players all over the roster, but no true star power, and maybe it's time they think about selling high on some of their talented players," Stinar wrote. "I think the Knicks should try and bolster their team by trading for Myles Turner of the Indiana Pacers."

Myles Turner 'Perfect Missing Piece' For Knicks

Turner would undeniably be an intriguing target for the Knicks before the 2022 NBA trade deadline. He may not be on the same level as Anthony Davis, Joel Embiid, and Nikola Jokic, but Stinar thinks that he's the "perfect missing piece" on a team that is already good like the Knicks.

"He's not the kind of star that could actually carry a team by himself, but he would make everyone else's life easier on a team that is already really talented," Stinar wrote.

Myles Turner An Upgrade Over Mitchell Robinson

Though they currently have Mitchell Robinson as their starting center, targeting Turner would still make a lot of sense for the Knicks. Robinson may have managed to rejoin the Knicks this season, but his ability to stay healthy remains a major concern for the team. Having Turner on their roster would give the Knicks insurance in case Robinson suffers another injury.

Turner would be an upgrade over Robinson at the Knicks' starting center position. Aside from being a dominant force under the basket, he's also capable of knocking down shots from beyond the arc. This season, he's averaging 14.2 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 3.2 blocks while shooting 54.2 percent from the field and 44.4 percent from the three-point range, per ESPN.

Proposed Trade Package To Acquire Myles Turner

As of now, the Pacers have yet to show a strong indication that they are planning to move Turner before the 2022 NBA trade deadline. However, if they decide to trade him, they are expected to put a high asking price on Turner's head. According to Allen Settle of Fansided's Daily Knicks, the Knicks could convince the Pacers to send Turner to New York by offering a package that includes Robinson, Kevin Knox II, and a 2022 first-round pick.

Robinson would give the Pacers an immediate replacement for Turner in their frontcourt, while Knox II would provide them with another talented prospect that they could develop should they decide to undergo another rebuild.

Both Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have had very similar paths up to this point. They both seemed to rise through the ranks at the same time as part of the "four horsewomen" of NXT and WWE. Alongside Sasha Banks and Bayley they would all become the face of the WWE women's division for many years to come. Tasked with leading the so-called "Woman's Revolution" they have certainly delivered as they became cornerstones of the best women's division in all of professional wrestling. No matter what one does, the other is not far behind as they will always be intertwined and compared to each other throughout their respective careers.

Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch has carved out a pretty great career for herself over the last couple of decades in the wrestling business, having just recently celebrated the 19th anniversary of her debut match which came back in 2002. None more important than her accomplishments over the last eight years under the World Wrestling Entertainment banner. It may be fair to say she was the first WWE female talent to have somewhat made a name for herself on the independent scene before bursting onto the scene in the WWE. With the promotion, she has become a six-time world champion. At one point she even held both main roster women's titles at the same time.

Charlotte Flair

As for Charlotte Flair she has indeed lived up to her last name, as she is by far the most decorated women's wrestler to ever compete in the WWE. Given the legacy that her father left on the business, it was certainly not going to be easy, and out of her dad's three children, she is by far the most talented and most successful of the bunch. During her time with the WWE she has racked up several titles and accolades and as of right now is a record-setting 13-time world champion and will one day almost certainly break her dad's record of 16.

Current Directions

Despite both competitors' long lists of championships and accomplishments within the company, they both seem to be heading in opposite directions. Becky has flourished in her return from maternity leave as "Big Time" Becky Lynch, and still going by "The Man" moniker that has ignited this latest rise up the card for her. On the other hand Charlotte Flair has seemingly fallen out of favor with the WWE, things having started to sour around Wrestlemania earlier this year. Rumors have been buzzing that her time in the company may soon be coming to an end as she will look to join Fiancé Andrade El Idolo in AEW.

Real Life Heat

This current feud is not the first time these two have locked up in a WWE ring, however, it is the first time it may have gotten a little too real for the company's liking. Following the WWE Draft, they have a heated belt exchange on TV that is said to have gone off-script. Now Becky Lynch has come out on record to say she no longer trusts Charlotte Flair, and when these two lock up at Survivor Series there is always potential that one of them could go off the script and turn this potential 5-star classic match into a backyard brawl on global Pay Per View.

NBA Rumors: Bulls Should Sign Lonzo's Brother, LiAngelo Ball, This Season

Since the start of the 2021 offseason, LiAngelo Ball, the brother of Charlotte Hornets point guard LaMelo Ball and Chicago Bulls point guard Lonzo Ball, has been finding his way into the NBA. Earlier this summer, LaMelo tried to help LiAngelo by inviting him to the Hornets' workout sessions.

Unfortunately, though he managed to represent them in the Las Vegas Summer League, Ball was unable to secure a spot on the Hornets' roster in the 2021-22 NBA season. As of now, he remains a free agent, hoping to find a team that could give him the opportunity to play in the NBA.

LiAngelo Ball To Bulls

After failing to team up with LaMelo in Charlotte, LiAngelo could try his luck on Lonzo's current team, the Bulls. In a recent article, Ben Stinar of Sports Illustrated's Fan Ntion included the Bulls on the list of teams that he believes should sign Ball on the free agency market.

His relationship with Lonzo wasn't the only reason why the Bulls should bring LiAngelo to Windy City. Stinar believes that Ball could provide some help for the Bulls in their quest for the NBA championship title this season.

LiAngelo Ball Boosts Bulls' Depth

As of now, the Bulls don't have a deal in place for Ball but with some of their young players set to miss a long period of time due to health issues, Stinar thinks that signing him would make a lot of sense for Chicago.

"Two of their best young players (Coby White and Patrick Williams) are out for extended periods of time," Stinar wrote. "He's obviously very familiar with the team's point guard, and it would be exciting to see him play in the NBA with his brother. He would be the perfect young player to take a chance on and have for extra depth."

LiAngelo Ball Impresses In NBA G League Debut

While waiting for an NBA team to sign him, Ball is currently playing for the Greensboro Swarm, the G League affiliate of the Hornets. In his G League debut, the 22-year-old shooting guard didn't waste time to show everyone what he's got. Though he just played 24 minutes and came off the bench, Ball finished with 22 points while hitting 9 of his 13 field-goal attempts.

According to Sporting News, Ball is currently averaging 14.5 points, 1.0 rebound, and 1.5 assists while shooting 63.2 percent from the field and 55.6 percent from beyond the arc.

Other Potential Landing Spots For LiAngelo Ball

If Lonzo also couldn't get him a roster spot in Chicago, LiAngelo may consider offering his service to other NBA teams. Aside from the Bulls, Stinar also included the Indiana Pacers and the Milwaukee Bucks on his list of teams that should sign Ball this season. With the Pacers expected to undergo another rebuild, adding another young player that could develop like Ball would make a lot of sense.

Aside from giving them another talented prospect, Stinar said that bringing Ball to Indiana would provide "some extra relevance from fans and the media." Meanwhile, like the Bulls, the Bucks are also dealing with injuries and could use some help from a young scorer like Ball in their second unit.

Lakers News: Kevin Garnett Strongly Considered Teaming Up With Kobe Bryant Before Trade To Celtics

Retired NBA player Kevin Garnett is in no doubt one of the best big men in league history. In the 21 years he spent in the NBA, Garnett had made numerous accomplishments, including winning an NBA championship title in 2008, capturing the MVP award in 2004, and being named an All-Star 15 times.

One of the biggest moments of Garnett's NBA career happened in the summer of 2007 when the Minnesota Timberwolves agreed to trade him to the Boston Celtics in exchange for seven players and multiple draft picks.

Kevin Garnett Considered Joining Forces With Kobe Bryant On Lakers

In Boston, Garnett formed a "Big Three" with Paul Pierce and Ray Allen. The Celtics' core featuring Garnett, Pierce, and Allen enabled them to make two appearances in the NBA Finals and capture the Larry O'Brien Trophy in 2008. However, it was revealed that the Celtics weren't only Garnett's preferred trade destination in the 2007 NBA offseason.

According to Michael Pina of GQ, Garnett strongly considered teaming up with Kobe Bryant on the Los Angeles Lakers before he was traded to the Celtics.

"Garnett had reservations about going to play in Boston, even after speaking to Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge," Pina wrote. "That's partly because before he made a final decision, he wanted to talk with Kobe."

Why Kevin Garnett To LA Lakers Didn't Happen?

Before the Timberwolves-Celtics 1-for-7 blockbuster trade happened, Garnett revealed in his interview with Pina that he tried to contact Bryant and talked about the possibility of teaming up on the Lakers. Unfortunately, Garnett was unable to connect with Bryant since, during that time, he was touring China for Nike.

"I needed to have a conversation with him," Garnett said. "I couldn't talk to Phil [Jackson, then coach of the Lakers] or none of that. I'm not a phone guy, you know what I'm saying? But it's [Kobe], you know what I'm saying? It was just kind of water under the bridge. At least it felt like that."

Kevin Garnett & Kobe Bryant Meant To Become Rivals

Had the two connected, Garnett would have abandoned his plan to team up with Pierce and Allen in Boston and take his talent to Los Angeles. During that time, there were rumors that the Lakers already had a trade framework in place that involved Lamar Odom and Andrew Bynum. However, it seems like Garnett and Bryant were meant to become opponents on the court.

As of now, most people would agree that Garnett and Bryant were among the reasons why the Lakers and the Celtics turned into one of the biggest rivalries in league history.

One of the people who influenced Garnett's decision to join the Celtics was former NBA player Antoine Walker. According to Pina, Walker, who was selected as the No. 6 overall pick by the Celtics in 1996 NBA Draft, talked to Garnett and succeeded to convince him that Boston was where he could win.

NBA Rumors: Wizards Could Trade Davis Bertans To Suns For Dario Saric & Jalen Smith

The Washington Wizards are currently establishing an impressive performance in the 2021-22 NBA season. As of now, the Wizards are on a three-game winning streak, sitting in the No. 1 spot in the Eastern Conference with an 8-3 record. The Wizards may have parted ways with Russell Westbrook in the 2021 NBA offseason, but the blockbuster trade with the Los Angeles Lakers allowed them to acquire players that complement Bradley Beal on the court.

However, despite their early success, the Wizards are still expected to be active on the market before the 2022 NBA trade deadline.

Wizards Could Trade Davis Bertans

Though Beal isn't expected to go anywhere, there are some players on their roster that the Wizards could be looking to unload before the 2022 NBA trade deadline. Among the potential trade candidates in Washington is veteran small forward Davis Bertans. In the past months, rumors have been swirling around Bertans and his future with the Wizards.

As of now, Bertans is yet to live up to expectations from the massive contract he signed in the summer of 2020. This season, he's only averaging 6.1 points while shooting 34.2 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from beyond the arc, per ESPN.

Way To Get Rid Of Davis Bertans

Finding a team that is willing to absorb Bertans' massive salary is undeniably a tough task for the Wizards. However, it isn't entirely impossible. In a recent article, Kenneth Teape of NBA Analysis Network suggested a way on how the Wizards would be able to unload Bertans to the Phoenix Suns before the 2022 NBA trade deadline.

In the proposed trade scenario, the Wizards would be sending Bertans, a 2026 second-round pick, and a 2027 second-round pick to the Suns in exchange for Dario Saric and Jalen Smith.

Wizards Create Financial Flexibility

Swapping Bertans for Saric won't make the Wizards a better team in the 2021-22 NBA season. Saric isn't an upgrade over Bertans and as of now, he's still recovering the ACL injury that he acquired in Game 1 of the 2021 NBA Finals. However, compared to Bertans, Saric has a shorter and much cheaper deal.

Per Spotrac, Saric is only owed $8.5 million this season and $9.2 million the following year. He's set to become an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2023.

Does The Trade Make Sense For The Suns?

The proposed trade deal would be worth exploring for the Suns if they want to boost their second unit. Bertans may have been a disappointment in Washington, but a change of scenery could help him return to his old self.

"Bertans is a bit of a one-trick pony as a 3-point specialist, but he does that skill very well," Teape wrote. "He is a 40.6 percent 3-point shooter in his career and in the last two seasons with the Washington Wizards he has done it on very high volume. Adding someone like that to the roster will give Monty Williams a different look in his frontcourt as none of the Suns' current big men shoot the ball too well from the perimeter."

Pop star Miley Cyrus has learned her trade from the best of the best. The daughter of country icon Billy Ray Cyrus has been immersed in music ever since she could walk and talk, with the 28-year-old being exposed to so many great influences in her formative years now reflected in her thriving career.

While it's true that music runs in the family -- three of her siblings are also performers -- the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker has found artistic inspiration outside of the home as well.

Below are some of the rock legends that shaped her musical universe.

Stevie Nicks

Cyrus teamed up with Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks in November 2020 in what The New York Post dubbed the "cross-generational collaboration of our dreams." The duo released the "Edge of Midnight (Midnight Sky Remix)", a mashup of Cyrus' monster hit "Midnight Sky" and Nicks' iconic "Edge of Seventeen."

The collaboration came after Cyrus sampled the legendary 1981 track on "Midnight Sky," which had come out three months prior.

"@StevieNicks has always been my idol & an inspiration," Cyrus wrote on Instagram at the time. "It's an honor to now call her my friend and collaborator." See her post below!

Joan Jett

Cyrus often paid homage through the years to the Joan Jett & the Blackhearts frontwoman, covering a slew of the band's tracks, with "I Love Rock 'n' Roll" at the top of that list. She also covered a number of Jett's songs with her old band, the Runaways, including the classic "Cherry Bomb."

Last year, the duo collaborated on Cyrus' Plastic Hearts album for the track, "Bad Karma." Even more recently, they shared the stage at the Super Bowl LV pregame show, with Cyrus writing on Instagram: "@JoanJett I wouldn't be ME without YOU. Thank you for being apart [sic] of my first show back for #SBLV."

Debbie Harry

When Cyrus famously covered the Blondie classic "Heart of Glass" at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in September 2020, Debbie Harry couldn't be more proud of her live performance. The Blondie vocalist lauded her rendition on Twitter, saying it was "divine."

The live cover was so successful that Cyrus later released it for streaming.

Dolly Parton

It's no wonder that Dolly Parton has been a great musical influence in Cyrus' life. The country queen, who is her "honorary godmother," and has been there for Cyrus every step of the way, has often praised the former Hannah Montana star's musical gifts.

Cyrus paid tribute to Parton with numerous "Jolene" covers over the years, with the ladies recently pairing up for "Christmas Is" off of Parton's 2020 album, A Holly Dolly Christmas.

Billy Idol

Billy Idol was among the many rock legends featured on Cyrus' Plastic Hearts album. Their "Rebel Yell" duet at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in 2016 is equally legendary, with Cyrus covering the iconic track as early as 2012.

Idol was also one of Cyrus' guests earlier this year when she headlined the Super Bowl LV, where they performed her "Night Crawling" and his "White Wedding."

Britney Spears

Britney Spears was one of the artists that joined Cyrus for her 2013 Bangerz album -- and the one singer she was the most star-struck with. The former Disney star revealed it was her "We Can't Stop" song that brought them together, saying how much Spears loved the track when she excitedly announced their collaboration.

"I think it kind of reminded her of what she did when she was 20 and the feeling of kind of wanting to free yourself and represent so many girls, and so it was cool to be able to get her on the song," Cyrus shared. "I don't think there's any pop idol that I care about more than I care about Britney, because that was the first CD I ever bought."

NBA Rumors: Warriors Should Trade James Wiseman For 'Ready-To-Contribute Help,' Per 'Bleacher Report'

Since he was selected as the No. 2 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, rumors have been continuously swirling around James Wiseman and his future with the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors may have said on numerous occasions that they consider Wiseman as part of their long-term plan, but most people believe that his departure from Golden State is inevitable.

With the team currently in a win-now mode, there are growing speculations that the Warriors would consider using Wiseman as a main trade chip to improve their roster before the 2022 NBA trade deadline.

Warriors' Best Trade Chip

In a recent article, Zach Buckley of Bleacher Report included Wiseman on the list of the 10 best trade chips in the NBA right now. Wiseman indeed has the potential to become one of the most dominant big men in the league, but the Warriors may no longer have the patience to wait for his full development.

Instead of keeping him on their roster, Buckley believes that the Warriors should strongly consider trading Wiseman for "ready-to-contribute help."

"Curry needs more ready-to-contribute help, and Wiseman is the key to go find it," Buckley wrote. "Long-term rebuilders should be drooling over his best-case scenario, which could feature focal-point scoring and elite paint protection."

Trade Targets For The Warriors

Wiseman may have gone through plenty of ups and downs in his rookie season, he has the potential to become an All-Star in the league. Once he becomes officially available on the trading block, he's highly expected to receive strong interest from teams that have disgruntled superstars and want to undergo a full-scale rebuild.

Some of the potential trade targets for the Warriors in the deal involving Wiseman include Karl-Anthony Towns of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards, Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers, Pascal Siakam of the Toronto Raptors, and Christian Wood of the Houston Rockets.

No Rush

The Warriors don't need to rush finding a trade partner for Wiseman. Though Klay Thompson is yet to return from an injury, the Warriors are already establishing an impressive performance in the 2021-22 NBA season. As of now, the Warriors are on a six-game winning streak, sitting in the No. 1 spot in the Western Conference with a 10-1 record.

The Warriors obviously don't need help to survive in the regular season. However, when the real battle begins in the playoffs, having a fourth superstar to pair with Thompson, Stephen Curry, and Draymond Green would give Warriors more confidence in beating other powerhouse teams in a best-of-seven series.

Injury Recovery A Priority

Before the Warriors could use Wiseman as a trade chip, they would first need to make sure that he's 100 percent recovered from an injury. As of now, Wiseman is yet to play a single game in the 2021-22 NBA season. However, it may only be a matter of time before he rejoins the Warriors on the court.

According to Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area, Wiseman has already been cleared to practice last week and has no setbacks in his injury. The former lottery pick is expected to join the Warriors when they leave for their two-game road trip on November 27.

Arby's Announces French Fry-Flavored Vodka

The fast food chain Arby's made an interesting and somewhat unexpected announcement on Thursday, revealing that it is launching a French fry-flavored vodka.

The spirit will be available for $59.99 on November 18, and it will pay homage to "the flavor profiles of Arby's classic curly fries and their recently-debuted crinkle fries," according to a report from People magazine.

Several different fry-infused drinks will be available at the fast food chain for a limited time, in various states across the nation.

Curly Fry & Crinkle Fry

According to Arby's, the Curly Fry Vodka is "distilled with cayenne, paprika, onion and garlic, and preserves the distinguished and authentic flavor profile of the traditional Arby's Curly Fry."

The Crinkle Fry Vodka, meanwhile, is "a subtle tribute to its namesake, made with real kosher salt and sugar to honor the rich tradition of salted potato shapes."

In addition, Arby's and Iron Chef America winner Justin Sutherland will share a few innovative Bloody Mary recipes on social media, some of which will include mozzarella stick toppers and Horsey sauce.

Taking Things One Step Further

In a statement, Arby's chief marketing officer Patrick Schwing said that the company is launching the unusual products because it feels like the time has come to take one step further in terms of fries.

"Though we've mastered the art of drive-thru fries, we wanted to take it one step further by making them 80-proof. Being a potato-based liquor, this limited edition vodka is infused with Crinkle and Curly Fry flavor so Arby's fans who are of legal drinking age can responsibly enjoy our menu from bag to bottle," Schwing said.

Reactions

According to Fox Business, Arby's French fry-based vodka will be available in California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

But some aren't too impressed with the idea, at least according to posts on social media websites like Twitter.

Over the years, American fast food chains have introduced some truly strange items, according to BuzzFeed.

Pizza Hut, for example, introduces in the United Kingdom and the Middle East a unique pizza with 10 hamburgers added to the crust. McDonald's Japan, for example, launched in 2012 the Gracoro burger -- the patty was stuffed with shrimp, white sauce, and macaroni.

KFC, meanwhile, introduced in the Philippines in 2015 the so-called Double Dog, a hot dog with fried chicken as the bun. A year earlier, KFC Australia released the Popcorn Chicken Nacho Box.

Dakota Johnson's '50 Shades of Grey' Salary Was Surprisingly Low

Dakota Johnson gave her everything in 50 Shades of Grey but apparently, she was underpaid.

The 32-year-old actress played Anastasia Steele, a college senior who gets caught up in a dangerous BDSM affair with young magnate Christian Grey.

The story is based on the erotic books written by E. L. James. While the movie adaptation was hated by critics, receiving a 25% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, it was still a hit at the box office.

Dakota Johnson's Low Pay

The actress was only 24 years old when she did the movie back in 2015.

While the movie gave her the breakout role that catapulted her into stardom, Dakota wasn't really new to the industry. She had her first acting role when she was 10 in movie Crazy in Alabama.

According to reports, both Dakota Johnson and co-star Jamie Dornan were paid only $250,000 for the first film. This is surprisingly low, considering the movie earned over $560 million worldwide at the box office.

Renegotiated Contracts

Seeing the wide gap between their salaries and the film's profits, the co-stars renegotiated their contracts.

They demanded a huge increase for the subsequent films. The actors were paid around $1 million each and also took home some share in the profits of the films.

The success of the franchise has made stars of both Johnson and Dornan. However, being attached to the sexy films also came with challenges.

Shaking Off Mr. Grey

Jamie Dornan admitted in a GQ interview that until now, he's still trying to shake off being Christian Grey.

"Whether A Private War, Anthropoid, or Belfast or whatever comes next, the line in the press is always, 'It's the best thing he's done since Fifty Shades.' As if I am still needing to prove myself; I am still paying penance for that choice to get me back to where I was beforehand. Look, I get it, and, to be honest with you, it spurs me on. It lights a fire in me. If that means people saying, 'Oh, actually he's not that bad,' well, so be it."

Proud Of 50 Shades

Meanwhile, Dakota has once said that she was proud of 50 Shades of Grey and isn't ashamed of the role she played.

"I'm proud of Fifty Shades of Grey," Johnson told Vogue UK.

"I don't need to distance myself from that. The more work I do, the more the general public sees the different things I can do. Do I think it opened doors? Yeah. More people know my name."
