Hailey Bieber Impresses Celebs In Cheeky Polka-Dot Bikini

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 09:24 PM PST

Hailey Bieber standing in boots and polka-dot bikini bottoms while on a beach has big-time impressed her celebrity friends. The supermodel and wife to "Peaches" singer Justin Bieber is fresh from an Instagram update showing off her killer swimwear body, although there was a slight wintry vibe as she stood in a cozy fall sweater while flaunting her rear.

Hailey was shouting out Superga in a stunning and windswept beach shot, one showing off her gorgeous smile - the model figure wasn't hidden, though.

Hailey Bieber Stuns In Polka-Dot Bikini

Scroll for the shot, one gaining over 1.3 million likes in under 24 hours. Hailey, married to hubby Justin since 2018 and sparking pregnancy rumors at this year's Met Gala, posed shot from behind and turning around at just the right moment as she smiled. All hair blowing in the ocean breeze and standing on sandy shores, the YSL face killed it while in blue-and-white, polka-dot bikini briefs, also donning a striped sweater and white boots.

Those Celebrity Likes

Taking to her caption, Hailey wrote: "@superga_official @supergausa #Superga #SupergaLovers."

Quickly topping comments was TikTok star Addison Rae, who wrote: "YOUR BODY IS BEAUTIFUL." Supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, meanwhile, sent out a peach emoji and a heart-eye one, with Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin also dropping by to leave a like.

The post comes as Hailey makes headlines for fronting Victoria's Secret as the lingerie brand ups its revival game. Hailey had posed in undies six days ago to shout out the brand, with husband Justin leaving heart emoji.

On Marrying Justin Bieber At 21

2018 marked Canadian pop icon Justin announcing he has a "wife" after the two tied the knot in a low-key courthouse wedding. Nobody was expecting it, and Hailey has since opened up, telling Elle:

"We'd have conversations when we were younger, [and] we always knew if we ever do get back together, it will be with the intention of getting married." She added:

"We used to say that to each other and talk about that. I don't think it was that surprising for us. I don't know if I ever thought it would be that soon. I didn't think I'd be getting married at 21."

Babies...?

The model continued: "I always used to think in my head, 'Oh, if Justin and I ever get back together, we'll be a little bit older and it'll be later in life,' and God was like, 'Yeah, that's really funny because here's you at 21.'"

Hailey has, this fall, made headlines for shooting down Justin's plea to "squish out a nugget" - while he seemed keen to start a family in the next year, Hailey didn't seem too sure. Here's her Insta for the latest.

'World's Most Beautiful Girl' Thylane Blondeau Rocks Plunging Bralette For New Gig

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 09:23 PM PST

Thylane Blondeau, the world's "most beautiful" girl is in her underwear and earning cash from it. The 20-year-old French sensation and 2021 Fendi #Peekaboo face has been making headlines this year as her profile rises, with her new gig seeing her front lingerie brand Etam.

Earlier this week, a photo of the blue-eyed beauty popped up on Etam's Instagram, and it was belted jeans, '90s vibes, and a skimpy bralette as Thylane stunned the camera all over again. Check it out below.

Getting Her Etam On

Scroll for the photo. Blondeau, recently in the news for stunning snaps as she sunbathed in swanky Monaco, was photographed indoors - possibly in a hotel room - and backed by elegant striped wallpapers and a regal bust and gold-crested wall frame.

Posing as she rested an arm on a marble-topped dresser, the No Smile founder stunned while in a semi-sheer and plunging white bralette with cute frill detailing. Flashing her rock-hard abs, Thylane also sported acid-wash jeans and a two-toned belt in red and blue.

The Cacharel ambassador, all parted lips and defined brows, wore warming bronzer and a nude lip, with the shot also showing off her golden tan. A caption from Etam, in French, spoke to its Francophone audience, telling fans to rediscover their signature "dentelle" lace Panama.

A little English followed as Etam added: "@thylaneblondeau shines in our Pana lace bra." Quick to leave three heart emoji in the comments was Blondeau herself. Fans, meanwhile, eyed up everything from the lingerie to the belt. More photos after the snap.

What's The Pay?

Thylane also shared the photo to her stories, adding to her influencing portfolio. Pay on Instagram correlates with following, although stories may well earn less as they only remain live for 24 hours. Per experts at Vox:

"Influencers with up to 1 million followers can get $10,000 [per post], depending on the platform, and 1 million followers and up, you're getting into territory where they can charge $100,000. Some can even get $250,000 for a post!"

Thylane boasts 4.7 million Instagram followers.

Celebs Following Her

Thylane has a full-blown celebrity status in her native France, although she's picking up Stateside, too. Her Instagram is now followed by a rising number of celebrities, not limited to actress Bella Thorne and reality star Lisa Rinna, plus the Bravo star's 20-year-old model daughter Amelia Hamlin. Also subscribed is former Vanderpump Rules face Stassi Schroeder.

Thylane, meanwhile, has her eye on Hollywood as she follows supermodels Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner, plus Kendall's makeup mogul Kylie Jenner. For more from Blondeau, check out her Instagram.

Emily Ratajkowski Opens Up About The Cost Of Fame

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 12:57 PM PST

Emily Ratajkowski opened up about the cost of fame in a candid essay from her new book, _ My Body_. In the essay, titled "Transactions," the supermodel details a series of encounters with shady men and talks openly about the "indecent proposals" she faced at the beginning of her career.

An excerpt of the essay was published over the weekend by The Guardian, with Ratajkowski announcing the feature on social media.

"This essay chronicles my uncomfortably ambiguous transactions with wealthy men," she wrote on Instagram on Saturday, adding: "It also details the way I learned to withhold judgement [sic] of the women who take advantage of these kinds of interactions."

Details below.

Paid To Hang Out With Wealthy Men

Titled "Crooks, creeps and indecent proposals," the Guardian article aims to unravel the cost of fame for young models on their road to professional affirmation, as gleaned from Ratajkowski's personal experience. In the essay excerpt, the model, actor, entrepreneur and writer recounts a couple of episodes in which she was paid to hang out with wealthy men who -- as The Guardian puts it -- "were desperate to be seen with women like her."

Her tales describe being paid $25,000 to attend the 2014 Super Bowl with Jho Low, the Malaysian billionaire at the center of the 1MDB scandal, and introduce the reader to the dubious world of party promoters who "wrangle models" for the company of their clients.

"They always start the nights off with a big dinner, so that girls who aren't making much cash come for a free meal," Ratajkowski reveals in the essay, through the words of a fellow model.

‘Free’ Trip To Coachella

In another episode, Ratajkowski gives a disturbing account about being offered "a free trip to Coachella, including tickets to the festival, a place to stay and a ride out to the desert in a limo bus."

"Just the year before I'd driven there with my best friend and spent two nights sleeping in my Nissan with the seats laid flat, parked in a hotel lot. It had been fun, but now I could be in the VIP section and the front row at the concerts," she writes, adding: "The prospect made me feel grown up."

Ratajkowski held nothing back as she detailed being offered drugs and the lewd glances she and other models were given by men in their 40s who had invited them there.

"I could not sleep that night. I'd felt safer sleeping in my car in a crummy hotel parking lot," she wrote. "We'd been wrong. This was no free ride."

Clubbing With 40-Year-Old Men

Prior to the Coachella experience, Ratakjowki recounts being invited to clubs to party with older men "around the age of 40." At the time, she and the other models involved in the story were around 19 and 20.

"At the club, the men kept offering us cocaine, which they snorted with their backs to the dancefloor. They ordered bottles of alcohol that arrived with sparkling flames, grabbed our bodies and fed us shots, sang along to the music and pumped their fists in the air.  "

In her Instagram post about the Guardian article, the supermodel, who is now 30, also shared a few bikini snaps of herself taken by the modeling agency around that time, given below.

The essay also describes being eyed by a prince in a Jacuzzi while in her bikini, and asked: "What do you want to change about your body? Like, what's the thing you're hung up on?"

The Super Bowl Story

Returning to the Super Bowl story, Ratajkowski details how her services had been acquired for several hours during the game, as well as an afterparty she didn't know about.

"I asked when it would be OK to leave," she wrote, noting that her then-manager, who had accompanied her as a chaperone, wanted them to stay "a few more hours."

"I'd been reminded: I was not free to come and go as I liked. I was on the clock," she continued.

Wanting Male Validation

Elsewhere in the book, Ratajkowski does a candid introspection about wanting male validation and "the dangers of being desired," as reported by CNN Style.

"I wasn't just famous; I was famously sexy, which, in many ways, felt gratifying," she writes in an essay titled "Blurred Lines," after the Robin Thicke song and music video that propelled her to fame in 2013.

Speaking to CNN Style, Ratajkowski explains: "For me, this book was about talking about the moments where women can be very vulnerable, and the power dynamics that are often concealed. That's what I really would like to see: more of a conversation around those power dynamics."

Carving Out Control

My Body also details several instances of sexual assault throughout Ratajkowski's modeling career and speaks of the industry's unhealthy obsession with weight loss, detailing how she only started to get work after dropping 10 pounds in a week due to a bad bout of stomach flu.

"I've found ways to carve out control where I can, and that's been really helpful to me," the Inamorata Woman owner told CNN Style. "The industry really teaches you that you're replaceable, and that the less agreeable you are, the less likely you are to be hired. That felt very scary when I was a young model doing it for money. But the other thing is that I'm in a different position. Now, I'm not an unknown model."

Ratajkowski: 'I Am Complicit'

Throughout the book, Ratajkowski delves into the double-edged nature of capitalizing on her body and image, exploring both the feelings of empowerment and vulnerability that come with it.

"I mean, I am complicit," she explained. "But I also think it's a mistake to shame a young woman for wearing a tight dress because she wants to be noticed by someone powerful. I don't think that we should continue to criticize women for saying, 'This is how I can succeed and capitalize off of my image or my body.' That is an extension of the same misogyny I've seen so much in my life. We are all complicit."

Turpin Teen Details How She Saved Siblings From Abusive Parents

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 12:47 PM PST

David and Louise Turpin imprisoned and tortured their 13 children for years, until 2018, when authorities were able to arrest them and press charges.

Both were sentenced to life imprisonment with the possibility of parole after 25 years, with investigations revealing that their kids were kept in complete isolation from the outside world, severely beaten, chained, physically and sexually abused.

Jordan Turpin and Jennifer Turpin, two of David and Louise's children, recently sat down for an extensive interview with ABC News' Diane Sawyer -- and Jordan explained how she saved her brothers and sisters.

Jordan Turpin Speaks Out

On January 14, 2018, after careful planning, Jordan was able to escape her home and call 911.

Her 12 siblings remained at the house, where they were being held captive by their parents -- some of them were even chained.

"I was actually on the road," she explained to Sawyer, "because I didn't even know about the sidewalks."

"You're supposed to be on the sidewalk, but I'd never been out there," she said.

Jordan had no idea where she was, but the dispatcher was able to track her location from the GPS on her cell phone.

911 Call

"I just ran away from home. And we have abusing parents," is what Jordan told the dispatcher when they picked up.

Jordan then explained how she and her siblings are being abused.

"They hit us. They like to throw us across the room. They pull out our hair. They yank out our hair. My two little sisters right now are chained up," she told the dispatcher.

The call lasted for about 22 minutes, until a deputy arrived at Jordan's location. David and Louise were in handcuffs less than two hours after that.

Making The Call

When she escaped, Jordan was shaken up, confused, and scared for her life. She was barely able to talk.

"My whole body was shaking. I couldn't really dial 911... I think it was us coming so close to death so many times. If something happened to me, at least I died trying," Jordan told Sawyer, recalling how her parents abused her.

"Mother, she choked me. And I thought I was going to die," she said.

ABC's two-hour 20/20 special about the Turpin family airs November 19.

Turpin Children

According to The Sun, the Turpin children ranged from two to 29 years old when their parents were arrested.

Though Jordan and Jennifer are now sharing their stories with the public, other children have not done the same. Their whereabouts, age, and other information has not been released.

Adult Turpin siblings reportedly live in Southern California and are still adjusting to "traditional lifestyles after years of abuse and imprisonment at the hands of their parents."

"They're all happy. They are moving on with their lives," Riverside County Deputy District Attorney Kevin Beecham said last year.

Packers' Aaron Rodgers Admits To Getting Emotional In His Return To Lambeau

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 09:43 AM PST

Everybody's talked about the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers since the offseason, but not always for the best reasons.

The future Hall of Famer drew plenty of negative attention for his stand-off with the franchise and rift with GM Brian Gutekunst, reportedly trying to force his way out of the team.

Then, when things were finally going their way and nothing off the field was supposed to be a distraction, Rodgers tested positive for Covid-19, fueling controversy for lying to the press over his vaccination status.

Rodgers Says He Was 'Misty' In The Win Over Seattle

Rodgers said that he didn't know whether the fans at Lambeau Field will boo him after that incident.

So, when he finally got the chance to suit up again, he admitted to being a little 'misty' and emotional throughout the game:

"Good to be back with the guys, good to be back at home, good to be on the field, really," Rodgers told ESPN. "The most emotions from the whole night was probably walking off the field after the game. It definitely got me a little misty."

Rodgers Says He Won't Take The Game For Granted

There's been plenty of speculation regarding Rodgers' future, with some analysts believing that this will be his final year at Lambeau Field.

Rodgers was emotional in his return to the gridiron and claimed to reminisce on the great moments he's lived as a member of the Packers:

"It was good to feel those types of emotions and good to be back with the guys," Rodgers said. "I just don't take these things for granted, walking off the field as a winner. It's fun beating that squad. We've had some battles over the years. Just walking out with Preston [Smith], who I have so much love and appreciation for, and then hearing that type of response from the crowd -- it was a little extra special today."

Packers Have A 'Championship-Level Defense', Says Rodgers

The legendary quarterback lauded his team's effort after shutting down Russell Wilson for the first time in his career.

The Packers' defense continues to step up and get better by the week, limiting some of the most explosive offenses in the league:

"That was championship-level defense, for sure," Rodgers said, as quoted by Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. "I mean, the last three games, playing against three stud quarterbacks, holding Arizona to 21, Pat and the Chiefs to 13 and then shutting out Russell and the Seahawks tonight, it's an amazing three-game stretch. So I'm really, really happy for Joe and his staff. He's got a great staff, they do a great job and there (are) guys within that scheme who are glue who've been really, really important to the success."

The Kings In The North

Now, the Packers continue to march in sole possession of the first spot in the NFC North.

They'll head to Minneapolis next weekend for a divisional clash against Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings looking to widen the gap between them and the rest of the division.

Even if they didn't land Odell Beckham Jr. as expected, that defensive unit plus Aaron Rodgers behind center make the Packers the team to beat out of the NFC. It's Super Bowl or bust at Lambeau.

Patriots Rumors: 'Mac Jones Is Better Than Tom Brady,' Says Former NFL Star

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 09:40 AM PST

It didn't take long before Bill Belichick found his guy.

Just a year fresh off Tom Brady's departure, the New England Patriots drafted Mac Jones out of Alabama and, thus far, he looks tailor-made for the franchise.

Jones won the starting job over Cam Newton even before the start of the season. His work ethic and constant improvement have made him a fan favorite already, and he's getting better and more comfortable by the week:

"I think just practice, doing the little things right," Jones told Boston.com.

Mac Jones' Fans

Jones has turned a lot of heads during the first 10 weeks of his NFL career.

Even Julian Edelman - one of Brady's best teammates and closest friends - had to give him his flowers after watching him dominate the Cleveland Browns:

"The kid is dealing," tweeted the Pats legend.

Jones was, in fact, dealing. He threw for 198 yards and 3 touchdowns and completed 19 of his 23 passes (82.6%), leading the Patriots to a 24-7 lead at after just two quarters.

Better Than Brady

Unsurprisingly, that led to plenty of reactions around social media.

In fact, former NFL player Ryan Clark went as far as to say that Jones has proven to be better than Tom Brady was when he took over the starting spot:

"[Mac Jones] is as good as Tom Brady, or probably better than Tom Brady was, when he became the QB of the New England Patriots," Clark said on Get Up ESPN. "And the team around him is playing well right now, too. We're seeing a team that can mess around and go to the Super Bowl like I said, and it's all because of the way this dude is playing."

Jones Leads All Rookie QBs

While it's still way too early to tell how his career will fare and whether he'll be as good as Brady, Jones has been the best rookie QB this year and it's not even close.

His season stats of 2,333 yards, 13 touchdowns, 7 interceptions, and 69% completion percentage may not seem that impressive to the naked eye.

However, he's getting more comfortable as the weeks go by and his numbers are trending up at an alarming rate for the rest of the league.

Don't Sleep On The Patriots

The Patriots are now riding a 4-game winning streak and sit at a 6-4 record, trailing the Buffalo Bills by just half a game for the top spot in the AFC East.

Their defense is playing at a championship level again and their offense is starting to get more fluent and comfortable.

It's a long shot and they still need to get past the Bills twice to think about winning their division. But if someone knows what it takes to do it, that's Bill Belichick.

Johnny Depp Could Lose Jack Sparrow Role for Future 'Pirates of the Caribbean' Films

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 09:36 AM PST

Johnny Depp's ongoing drama with ex-wife Amber Heard, who accused him of abuse following a brief but troubled marriage years ago, could cost him his role in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Following the first five films of the fantasy series, including Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, fans are wondering what season six will hold for Depp.

Sixth Film

In an interview with Collider in May 2020, producer Jerry Bruckheimer, who worked on all five of the series' films, admitted that when it comes to the sixth installment of the popular franchise, there are still lingering questions about a number of issues.

"We're working on a draft right now and hopefully we'll get it shortly and give it to Disney and hopefully they'll like it," Bruckheimer said of the future film. "We don't know. We've been working on it for a little bit."

Not Yet Confirmed for 'POTC 6'

As for Depp's potential future with the film franchise, Bruckheimer didn't have any solid information to share, which seems to hint that he is not yet tied to the upcoming movie.

"The one we're developing right now, we're not sure quite what Johnny's role is going to be," he said. "So, we're going to have to see."

Because of Depp's past involvement in the films, it seems unlikely that he wouldn't yet be tied to the new film, although they likely are in the pre-production phase.

Abusive Claims

According to a report from Inside the Magic, Depp has continued to be locked in a bitter battle, with outrageous accusations, with his former spouse, actress Amber Heard. And, because of the claims of violence against him, Disney may want to distance themselves from the actor and remove him from all future installments of their kid-friendly Pirates of the Caribbean films.

As the outlet also noted, however, Depp has not officially been found guilty of any of Heard's claims against him.

'POTC' Spinoff in the Works

In addition to having not yet been tied to the upcoming sixth film of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, Depp also does not seem to have any role in the series' future spinoff.

In June of last year, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Margot Robbie was set to star in a female-fronted film written by Birds of Prey writer Christina Hodson.

The outlet also confirmed that Pirates of the Caribbean producer Jerry Bruckheimer would be working alongside Hodson on the new film.

Eagles News: Jalen Hurts Finally Thriving Thanks To Key Adjustment

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 09:30 AM PST

Just a couple of weeks ago, several NFL insiders talked about how Jalen Hurts wasn't the right guy to lead the Philadelphia Eagles' franchise to success.

Most mock drafts had the Eagles trading up in the first round to get a new franchise quarterback, with Pittsburgh's Kenny Pickett and UNC's Sam Howell as the two most likely candidates.

Fast-forward to today, and the second-year pro out of Oklahoma may have turned that narrative around, finally showing glimpses of the star QB he can be.

Helping Hurts

Head Coach Nick Sirianni deserves a lot of credit for Hurts' recent breakout.

He finally realized that he needed to rely on his running game to open up more space for Hurt's dual-threat skill set.

The Eagles have totaled 626 rushing yards over their past three games, winning two out of three for the first time in Siriannis' tenure:

"We just want to do what we think is best for us to win each football game and that always starts with what you think you do well first," Sirianni told the media, per The Score."And then it goes into the team's scheme that you're playing and their players. We've known we've had a good offensive line the whole time. We've always wanted to get the run game going to help Jalen (Hurts) be more successful as a quarterback, because that takes some of the pressure off him."

Hurts' Development

The head coach had a lot of praise for Hurts and how he led their offense in the Eagles' 30-13 win over the Broncos. He was poised, comfortable, and turned several broken plays into big gains:

"He just gets better every day," Sirianni said, as quoted by Bleeding Green Nation. "He truly exemplifies the getting one percent better every day. Getting a little bit better every day, and he just continues to get better. So, he just did some really good things in that game."

Finally Blossoming

Hurts had the best half of his young career in the NFL and was confident and in control from start to finish.

Overall, the second-year pro finished the game with 16 completions on 23 attempts, 178 yards passing, two touchdowns, and one interception. He added 14 rushes for 53 yards, including a huge 31-yard gain.

While those numbers aren't exactly impressive, it's the way he's handled himself and read opposing defenses makes people believe that he might turn out well after all.

Don't Count The Eagles Out

The Eagles are currently sitting at a mediocre 4-6 record but they're far from done.

They trail the Carolina Panthers (5-5) by just one game for the third Wild Card spot in the NFC, and they've already beaten them this season.

Moreover, the Eagles have the easiest remaining schedule in the NFC.

They're slated to face the Saints, Giants (x2), Jets, Washington Football Team (x2), and Cowboys; so it's still way too early to count them out of the postseason.

Maybe, a playoff berth is just what Hurts needs to silence his doubters once and for all.

Kyle Rittenhouse Trial: Judge Tells Jury To 'Disregard' Trump And Biden's Opinions

Posted: 16 Nov 2021 09:28 AM PST

Kyle Rittenhouse wounded one and killed two people in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in the summer of 2020 and is currently on trial. He claims to have acted in self defense.

The trial has polarized the nation along partisan lines, with liberals condemning Rittenhouse and calling him a white supremacist, and conservatives defending his actions.

Former President Donald Trump and his successor, Democrat Joe Biden, have both weighed in on the case.

The jury, which began deliberations on Tuesday morning, was told to disregard their opinions.

Judge Schroeder

Before dismissing the jurors, Judge Bruce Schroeder explicitly told them that they must "disregard the claims or opinions of any other person or news media or social networking site."

"You will pay no heed to the opinions of anyone, even the president of the United States, or the president before him," Schroeder stressed, as reported by The Independent.

Schroeder's apparent attempts to depoliticize the trial come amid intense criticism that he is biased in Rittenhouse's favor and antagonistic toward the prosecutors.

Biden On Rittenhouse

Biden never explicitly called Rittenhouse a white supremacist, but in September 2020 he posted a video clip to social media that showed Rittenhouse carrying the AR-15 rifle he used to kill two and wound one person.

"There's no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night," Biden tweeted alongside the video.

Biden's comments resurfaced last week, when the shooter's mother Wendy Rittenhouse said that the Democrat doesn't "know my son," who is "not a white supremacist."

Trump On Rittenhouse

Trump, on the other hand, stated on several occasions that Rittenhouse acted in self defense.

"You saw the same tape as I saw, and he was trying to get away from them. I guess it looks like and he fell and then they very violently attacked him and it was something we're looking at right now and it's under investigation," he said at a press conference in August 2020.

"I guess he was in very big trouble. He probably would have been killed. But it's under investigation," the Republican added.

Kyle Rittenhouse Verdict

The jurors might make their decision as early as today, and some legal experts believe Rittenhouse is all but certain to be declared not guilty.

In a column for the Chicago Sun Times, Mark Brown wrote that he would be "shocked if he's convicted of anything more than a weapons charge."

"If I were a member of that jury, I expect I would reluctantly vote to acquit Rittenhouse of the most serious homicide charges based on the evidence that he was acting in self-defense," Brown wrote.
