The British singer-songwriter has been making headlines galore for wrapping up 2021 with bikini action - currently, in St. Barts, the "Prisoner" hitmaker has been making it a PARTY and inviting her 76 million+ Instagram followers to join her.

The photos come as Dua makes headlines for seemingly being single, this following a 2-year relationship with boyfriend Anwar Hadid. "Dua and Anwar were together for a long time and so they still have mutual friends on both of their sides," a source tells Hollywood Life.

Hot-off-the-press, the source added that these friends "think there's absolutely a chance they'll get back together."

Simone Biles Gets Ahead Of Holiday 'Hardships' With Her Mental Health App

Olympic Gold Medalist Simone Biles reminded fans to take care of their mental health ahead of the holiday season. Taking to Instagram two days before Christmas, the 24-year-old gymnastics superstar shared a video with her 6.8 million followers promoting her mental health app, Cerebral.

Biles, who won a silver and bronze medal at the 2020 Olympics last year but largely made headlines for bowing out, first launched the app back in October, going on The Today Show and NBC News to say she's taken on the role of Chief Impact Officer aside from investing in Cerebral.

Opening Up On Instagram

Clad in a dark hoodie with her loose waves tumbling over her shoulders, a fresh-faced Biles appeared before the camera to record a holiday message that prioritized mental health.

"While it's a time for celebration, there are also hardships that can come with the holidays," she spoke candidly into the camera, with fans able to recognize she knows where she's coming from.

"Remember the holidays are about spending time with your loved ones," Biles continued, adding: "If you need some extra support this season, check out Cerebral."

Fans Show Their Love

In the caption, Biles gave out more details about the services that Cerebral provides, stating the app offers "online therapy, counseling, and medication management."

"Taking care of your mental health is so incredibly important and that's why I've partnered with @getcerebral," she wrote, encouraging followers who struggle with their mental health to "please reach out for help."

Surely enough, many were responsive to her message, with the video racking up close to 370,000 views.

"It's so fab to have role models like you spread the good word of normalising [sic] conversations about mental health. Thank you so much," one person commented on the post.

"Thanks for being so inspiring and brave," the gymnast was told.

"As you check on others, please take care of yourself! My family is such fans of you and the gymnastics journey. But also fans of this new journey. Merry Christmas and HNY," wrote a third follower.

Speaking Up On The 'Today' Show

Biles, who officially launched Cerebral months after her withdrawal from the Tokyo Olympics last year, first spread the word about the new app on NBC's Today show on October 21. Joined by Cerebral CEO Kyle Robertson for an emotional interview, the four-time Olympic gold medalist opened up about her mental health battles, revealing she has turned to family for support after testifying before Congress about the abuse she and her former teammates endured from disgraced doctor Larry Nassar.

"I'm trying to navigate my own unique mental health journey as everybody is," shared Biles, who said she partnered with Cerebral "not only to help myself but also to help other people."

"I know it's scary to start your mental health journey but it's worth it," she told viewers. "We support you regardless of what you're going through um but you're going to get through it and you're going to be a better version of yourself."

Managing Past Trauma

Biles, who is one of the most decorated gymnasts of all time, also spoke candidly about how the past trauma and abuse affected her performance at the Tokyo Olympics.

"My body and my mind allowed me to suppress all of that stuff for so many years, for as long as it could take, and as soon as we stepped on the Olympic scene, it just decided it couldn't do it anymore, and it cracked, and that's what happened," she said on NBC News, per Rollingout.

"That's why taking care of your mental well-being and your mental health is so important so that something like that doesn't happen," she added.

Biles, who at the time was headlining the Gold Over America Tour, explained how important getting help has been for her.

"Getting the mental health therapy that I need has been really relieving for me especially being on the road and being on tour. So I'm really happy to have such a great app to help out with that."

Kelly Clarkson said goodbye to her astonishing Tennessee estate in late April 2021 after four years on the market and several price slashes. Sprawling on over four acres of land, the expansive 20,121-square-foot Hendersonville mega-mansion became home to The Voice coach 10 years after her 2002 American Idol win, with the 39-year-old singer, actress, and TV personality first putting it up for sale in 2017 for $8.75 million.

Since then, Clarkson, who purchased the property in 2012 for $2.86 million together with her now-estranged husband Brandon Blackstock, cut down the price a few times, asking for $7.5 million last January. Demi Lovato is meeting 2022 in an introspective mood, as they revealed in an Instagram Story posted on January 1 what their New Year's resolutions are. The 29-year-old pop star, who has lived through more drama and trauma in a relatively short time than most people do their whole lives, listed four goals for 2022, and they're all about self-love, acceptance, and compassion.

This comes a week after Lovato posted a clip on Instagram showing off their new buzz cut. Apparently, their #freshstart is more than just a hair change. See the details below.

Things Aren’t Perfect But…

The Disney Channel alum began their post by admitting and accepting that things aren't perfect in their life right now. In spite of that, they expressed confidence that they're in the correct place and going in the right direction. "Today I don't feel my best," they wrote. "But I know who I want to be and where I want to go."

The OK Not to Be OK singer had a drug overdose in July 2018 that almost killed them but made an incredible comeback beginning in 2020.

On Joy And Body Image Issues

Next, Lovato revealed the first of their New Year's resolutions, namely, "I want to devote more time to traveling and things that bring me joy." Well, that sounds like all of us.

For their second resolution, the singer and actress wrote, "I want to accept myself at every size," which is brave considering their very public on-and-off battle with body dysmorphia and eating disorders for much of their life in the spotlight (and also considering that most people want to lose weight instead of just accepting it).

Appreciating Work

Lovato's next New Year's resolution said, "Appreciate my work regardless of success" though we honestly don't think the Sorry Not Sorry singer has any problem when it comes to success. The past year has been a good one for them considering that everything almost came to an end not too long ago.

In 2020, American gymnast Suni Lee was an average teenager who hadn't envisaged how her life would change over the course of a year.

In 2021, she became the first Asian-American to represent the United States of America in the Olympics.

And she not only fulfilled her dream by participating in a prestigious sporting event, but she also bagged a gold medal for her country.

Besides that, as a member of the Hmong community, she serves as a source of inspiration for many young people who belong to underrepresented groups.

Lee's newfound fame has changed her life in many ways, and now she is seeking a balance between her old self and celebrity status.

Humble Beginnings

Suni – whose real name is Sunisa – started gymnastics at the age of seven.

According to the South China Morning Post, the 18-year-old began by practicing in her home's backyard as a kid, but when her father saw her immense talent, he decided to get her enrolled in professional gymnastics schools.

Since it had always been a dream for Lee to complete in the Olympics, polishing her skills through vigorous training was imperative to her success.

However, she belonged to an immigrant, middle-class family, so spending more up to $1,000 a month for training sessions was not easy for Lee.

Nonetheless, members of the Hmong community fully supported her through fundraising as she became a local celebrity for them.

The Success

According to MPR News, after practicing at a gymnastic school in Minnesota throughout her childhood, Lee became a gymnastic elite at the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic program in 2014, when she was just 11 years of age.

In 2017, Lee's phenomenal performance took her to the roster of the junior national team. The very next year, the star athlete won 3rd place in the all-around at Junior Nationals.

In 2019, Lee added yet another feather to her cap by winning a silver medal in the all-around at the national championships. Meanwhile, she stood first in the uneven bars category.

The same year, she won her very first gold medal at the world championship along with team USA in Germany.

In June 2020, she grabbed the silver medal and was placed behind American superstar gymnast Simone Biles in the all-around at nationals.

The year 2021 was a year of constant accomplishments for Lee. First, she finished in the top two at the Olympic trials to make her way to Tokyo.

And when Biles withdrew from the Olympics, Lee took over and won a silver for the country. She also won a gold in the all-around and became the fifth consecutive American woman to win the title.

That's not all, but she also brought home a bronze medal from the Olympics after competing in the uneven bars event.

Celebrity Status

Ever since Lee splendidly performed at the Olympics and made the United States proud, she has earned country-wide acclaim.

According to Brainerd Dispatch the event has "vaulted her into an entirely new sphere."

A management group now handles all her affairs, including photoshoots, business interests, public appearances, and interviews.

Per the publication, Lee is going to be super busy this year as she has signed deals with several big companies, including Facebook, Amazon, GK Elite leotards, and VinFast, among others. She was also chosen as 2021 Star Tribune Sportsperson of the Year.

Speaking about her newfound fame, which is seemingly quite overwhelming for her, Lee said: "I have to put on a professional face whenever I'm in public. It can be really hard. Sometimes, I just want to be out with my friends, and people are constantly taking pictures and videos of me."

Striking A Balance

Despite having a very hectic schedule and being in the limelight all the time, the young athlete is trying to strike a balance between her celebrity status and her old self.

According to Brainerd Dispatch, away from the glitz and glam of being an Olympic gold medalist, there is one place where Lee says she can be herself: the gym.

Jess Graba, Lee's club coach at Midwest Gymnastics in Little Canada, has said that despite being an Olympian, she is not being too hard on herself by setting unrealistic expectations.

"She gets to fail once in a while. She won the Olympics after years of work, and she doesn't need to come right out and win again. She's starting the process of what the next few years will look like," he said.

Graba continued: "We're trying to slow her down. She's so competitive, so driven. But she's also young, and she just has to work through some stuff."

Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons is one of the NBA superstars who are expected to be moved before the 2022 NBA trade deadline. Despite the Sixers' earlier efforts to convince him to stay, Simmons looked determined to leave the City of Brotherly Love. The former No. 1 pick may have disappointed in the 2021 NBA Playoffs, but he's currently receiving strong interest from teams that need additional star power on their roster.

One of the most intriguing suitors of Simmons on the market is the Los Angeles Lakers.

Proposed Four-Team Trade Involving Ben Simmons

In a recent article, Lee Tran of Fadeaway World suggested a way that the Lakers would be able to acquire Simmons from the Sixers this season. The hypothetical deal won't only be involving the Lakers and the Sixers, but also the Indiana Pacers and the Detroit Pistons.

In the proposed four-team trade scenario, the Lakers would get Simmons and Jerami Grant, the Sixers would receive TJ Warren, Caris LeVert, and Jeremy Lamb, the Pacers would obtain Russell Westbrook, Matisse Thybulle, a 2022 first-round pick, and a 2026 first-round pick, and the Pistons would land Talen Horton-Tucker, Malik Monk, a 2024 first-round pick, and a 2028 first-round pick.

Ben Simmons & Jerami Grant Boost Lakers' Offense & Defense

Trading Westbrook, THT, and future draft assets for Simmons and Grant would be a no-brainer for the Lakers, especially if they are serious about returning to the NBA Finals and winning the NBA championship title this season. Simmons and Grant may not be as accomplished as Westbrook, but they are considered solid two-way contributors in the league.

Their potential arrival in Los Angeles is expected to improve the Lakers' performance on both ends of the floor. Aside from addressing their need for more scoring help, Simmons and Grant could also help them regain their status as the best defensive team in the NBA.

Trade To LA Lakers Would Benefit Ben Simmons

Though he won't have his own team in Los Angeles, Simmons would definitely be intrigued by the idea of being traded to the Purple and Gold. On the Lakers, the former No. 1 pick would have the opportunity to join forces with LeBron James and Anthony Davis, the two biggest clients of Rich Paul of the Klutch Sports Group.

Aside from having a realistic chance of winning his first NBA championship title, being mentored by James and Davis could help Simmons regain his confidence and return to the right path to becoming a legitimate superstar in the league.

Why Sixers, Pacers & Pistons Would Make The Trade

Though they won't be getting an All-Star, the proposed four-team trade would still be worth exploring for the Sixers. LeVert and Warren would give the Sixers two reliable shot-creators who fit the timeline of Joel Embiid.

For the Pacers, the potential deal would allow them to become a more competitive team in the Eastern Conference while acquiring assets that they could use if they decide to rebuild.

Demi Lovato Opens Up About Addiction, Says They Are Not ‘California Sober’ Anymore

American singer Demi Lovato is not only well-known for their charming voice and super-hit songs, but they are also popular for opening up about their experience with addiction, overdose, as well as rehabilitation.

Demi was first introduced to drugs in 2009 when they were just 17 years of age. And in early 2021, they had revealed that they were now "California Sober," a statement that did not settle well with fans.

The First Attempt

As reported by Glamour, Demi was introduced to drugs for the first time in 2009, when they were just 17-years-old.

Despite their mother always warning them about the harmful effects of drugs, the "Heart Attack" singer succumbed to peer pressure and tried cocaine.

"I was with a couple friends, and they introduced me to it. I was scared because my mom always told me your heart could just burst if you do it, but I did it anyways. And I loved it," the publication quoted them as saying.

Rehab Journey

In 2010 — when Lovato was 18 — they had a physical altercation with a female backup dancer after which they decided to enter a treatment center for the first time as they were undergoing a stressful period in life.

According to Glamour, the singer had developed eating disorders and was involved in self-harm. A year later, they were out of rehab but could not get rid of drugs.

"I was sneaking [cocaine] on planes, sneaking it in bathrooms, sneaking it throughout the night—nobody knew," they had said. "I was either craving drugs or on drugs."

Demi continued struggling with substance abuse and alcoholism until 2012, after which they decided to be sober.

Sobriety And Relapse

According to Glamour, Demi got enrolled into a Los-Angeles based sober house in 2013. During the next five years, they struggled with staying sober but announced in 2017 that they had accomplished their sobriety goal.

However, in July 2018, Demi had a relapse and was rushed to a hospital for an apparent overdose. A month later, they vowed to fight against the menace of drugs.

"I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery. The love you have all shown me will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side. I will keep fighting," the singer had said.

In early 2021, Lovato took to their Instagram page and informed fans that they were now "California sober," meaning that they occasionally indulge in marijuana and alcohol.

'California Sober'

According to Cleveland Clinic, the term "California Sober" refers to a person who is partially sober as they cut out certain addictive substances but and replace them with substances that are, in theory, less harmful.

As Cheat Sheet reported, Demi had said: "I really don't feel comfortable explaining the parameters of my recovery to people, because I don't want anyone to look at my parameters of safety and think that's what works for them because it might not."

Sober, Sober

Ever since Demi revealed they were "California sober," the discovery did not settle well with their fans.

According to Cheat Sheet, many celebrities also called the singer out for their choice of words regarding sobriety.

Following the backlash, Demi took to her Instagram account in December 2021 and revealed that they have now decided not to be "California sober" anymore, adding that they have now decided to be completely sober.

"I no longer support my 'California sober' ways. Sober, sober is the only way to be," they had said.

NBA Rumors: Three Potential Trade Destinations For Buddy Hield

Since the 2021 NBA offseason, rumors have been swirling around veteran shooting guard Buddy Hield and his future with the Sacramento Kings. Hield may remain an official member of the Kings' roster in the 2021-22 NBA season but after they attempted to trade him last summer, it's crystal clear that they no longer consider him part of their long-term future.

If they realize that they don't have what it takes to reach the playoffs this season, the Kings are highly expected to explore moving Hield and other veterans before the 2022 NBA trade deadline.

Why The Kings Should Trade Buddy Hield

In a recent article, Jon Conahan of ClutchPoints explained why the Kings would strongly consider getting Hield out of Sacramento.

"It's not because he's necessarily a bad player, it's because the Kings are loaded at the guard position," Conahan wrote. "They have De'Aaron Fox, Tyrese Haliburton, while also having Davion Mitchell. It wouldn't make much sense for them to keep him around because there's really not a ton of room for him to play and with the return that he could get, it would make a lot of sense from the King standpoint to get rid of him."

Hield may not be an All-Star but once he becomes officially available on the trading block, several teams are expected to express a strong interest in adding him to their roster. Here's a list of teams that may consider trading for Hield before the 2022 NBA trade deadline.

LA Lakers Finally Land Buddy Hield

The Lakers almost acquired Hield from the Kings in the last offseason, but a deal failed to materialize after they decided to pursue Russell Westbrook. As of now, the Lakers must be regretting their decision to choose Westbrook over Hield. Though he's not as accomplished as Westbrook, he would undeniably be a much better fit with LeBron James and Anthony Davis in Los Angeles.

Sharing the floor with an elite three-point shooter like Hield would make it easier for James and Davis to penetrate the basket or kick the ball out when they are trapped by the opposing team's defense.

Buddy Hield Joins Sixers

Another aspiring contender that could express a strong interest in acquiring Hield from the Kings is the Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers may be slowly finding their way back to the top of the Eastern Conference, but they obviously need more star power around Joel Embiid to have a realistic chance of reaching the NBA Finals and winning the NBA championship title this season.

Aside from improving their floor-spacing, Hield would also give the Sixers a very reliable scorer, rebounder, and playmaker. This season, he's averaging 15.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 2.0 assists while shooting 38.4 percent from the field and 36.9 percent from the three-point range, per ESPN.

Buddy Hield Returns To New Orleans

Hield isn't only expected to receive trade interest from aspiring contenders, but also from rebuilding teams that want to speed up their timelines. According to NBA Analysis Network, among the young teams that could pursue Hield before the 2022 NBA trade deadline is the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Pelicans would be an intriguing landing spot for Hield as they were the team that selected him as the No. 6 overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft. In his potential return to New Orleans, Hield could take the role as the third fiddle behind the Pelicans' young superstar duo of Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson.

Jung didn't tag her location, but fans don't care where she is. The actress, who gained 15 million IG followers in just three weeks last year, quickly gained a like from model Thylane Blondeau, with fans sending plenty of love. HoYeon had, in late 2021, sparked concern over her weight as her shrinking frame was showcased on social media, and she's since revealed that she has, indeed, lost weight - she said she had no time to eat while promoting Squid Game.

Louis Vuitton Picks Her

Announcing her join with Kardashian-adored label Vuitton last year, Jung stated: "I'm honored to kickstart my acting career with Louis Vuitton, which I've worked with throughout my modeling career. I'm looking forward to the partnership as a global ambassador for the brand."

LV's Creative Director, Nicolas Ghesquière, meanwhile, said: "I immediately fell in love with Hoyeon's great talent and fantastic personality, and I am looking forward to starting this new chapter of the journey we started at Louis Vuitton a few years ago."

Modeling With Acting?

HoYeon also fronts American fashion giant Calvin Klein. When Teen Vogue asked her about juggling both modeling and acting, she showed her ambitious edge, replying:

"I hope I can do both but, physically, I think if I got a role or a new series came in, then I'd have to focus on the shooting. At that moment, I don't think I can do modeling at the same time as acting, but, if I don't have a time [where I need to be shooting], then I could do modeling. I could manage. I'm a very flexible person!"

HoYeon Jung unexpectedly became the breakout star of Netflix's Squid Game series. She may not have been the lead star but she definitely stole the show.

The first-time actress, who started out as a model, gained international fame after the success of the dystopian Korean series, which became the most watched show on the streaming platform.

HoYeon's fame is largely because of her charm and beauty but also because of the likeable character she portrayed. Did HoYeon Jung play the best character in the series?

Playing Kang Sae-byok, Player 067

HoYeon shared in an interview with Vulture that she learned a lot from Player 067.

"The biggest lesson that Sae-byeok has taught me is that people are stronger when they live for others and with others, rather than chasing after their individual interest. That's the biggest personal change that I went through," HeYeon said.

Aside from her portrayal of the character, the story arc of the North Korean refugee also easily captivated the audience.

Was Sae-byok The Best Character?

However cynical Sae-byok was in the beginning, she ended showing her vulnerable side in the later episodes.

The young defector was doing everything she could for her family and not just for selfish reasons, unlike most of the other characters in the game.

"I started writing a diary of the character," Jung explained, "all of the days she had to go through, the day she arrived in South Korea, the day she lost family members to the fire. As I wrote her daily diaries, I was able to build Sae-byeok's outlook within myself, as well as her facial expressions."

HoYeon Jung's New-found Fame

While the model was already a rising star in Korea, her performance as Sae-byok earned her a bigger audience. She quickly gained millions of followers on Instagram and is now a global ambassador for Louis Vuitton.

Given her popularity and her experience on the runways, there will surely be more fashion projects lined up for this beauty, regardless of her participation in the upcoming Squid Game sequel.

What's Next For Squid Game?

Squid Game creator Hwang Dong-hyuk recently closed a deal with Netflix, confirming two more seasons for the show.

Although HoYeon's fate for the upcoming seasons is still unclear, since her run has ended in the first one, it is likely that she could still make an appearance in the form of flashbacks. A backstory of her journey crossing the border would definitely be interesting to see.

HoYeon has previously said that she is more than happy to reprise her role. Fans theorize that Sae-byok could still be alive, so there is also a possibility that the show will be continuing her story.
