It’s about that time again for catfights and shade and the Real Housewives of New Jersey return to our screens. Before the big day, however, Melissa Gorga shared a BTS look of her interview outfit, and the 42-year-old is an absolute stunner in Pink. Teasing her 2.4 million Instagram followers, Melissa asks if they’re ready for the grand premiere, also declaring her love for the color.

Pretty In Pink

The Envy by MG founder sat pretty in a hot pink latex minidress, hugging her curves and highlighting her toned legs. The lowcut neckline revealed ample cleavage as she crossed her right leg over the left and clasped her hands on her thighs.

Melissa wore neutral-toned makeup and styled her hair with gold highlights in a long brown body wave. Swiping through her photo dump, you can see her expression go from ecstatic to curious, meaning we’re in for another ride this season. The ladies are about to deliver drama how we like.

‘I like Pink… Are you ready for season 12! #RHONJ Only 8 more sleeps,” she wrote on Jan. 24, meaning the premiere hits our screens on Wed., Feb. 2.

Her fellow costars, friends, and fans admired Melissa’s dress in her comment section. Christine Quinn called her a “Barbie,” Snooki asked if she was 21, disguising herself as double her age, and Dolores Cantania said, “I love this look.” Other fans said, “Best interview look yet!” “I love this look for you, Melissa!! Barbie Girl in a Barbie World!”

As expected, there were a few minor negatives, like one fan accusing her of excessive cosmetic surgery. They wrote, “What on earth has happened to you? You were always my fave because you looked naturally beautiful.”

Kate And Oliver Hudson Made A Joint Appearance To Promote Their Podcast

Kate Hudson and her brother, Oliver Hudson, appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last week to promote their podcast "Sibling Revelry." And during the appearance, they discussed looked back on their childhood with mom Goldie Hawn.

It all began after Colbert questioned the two of them about how they plan to parent their children differently than they were parented as kids.

"For me it was about letting them fall down, letting them have their experiences and not... not over-parenting," Oliver explained, via YouTube.

Oliver Hudson Agreed His Parents Went Easy On Him

"It's like, we know that you are doing bad things but we're going to let you do some bad things so you can... [at] five and 15," Oliver continued.

He then told a story about something that happened after he got his first car.

"So I got my car at 16 years old. There was this hairpin turn. It was a weekend into my license and I overcorrected and I smashed into the curb. I went sideways. So now I had to come up with a story and I really thought about it. 'There's a one-way street on Broadway in L.A. and a car bumped into me and I had to get out of the way.' They knew I was not telling the truth but they appreciated that I came up with this story and really thought about it so they gave me that credit all the while knowing that I am absolutely full of [it]," he laughed.

Kate Hudson Believes Brother Oliver Got Away 'With Everything'

"This was only Oliver's experience. He got away with everything. I never got that privilege," Kate said in response, via TooFab. "Because I'm the middle child. So like, Oliver was the golden child. Oliver gets away with everything."

"Do you agree that mom loves him more?" Colbert wondered after hearing Katie's claims.

But Kate wouldn't go that far.

"Well, love is a difficult... I wouldn't say love, but definitely the favorite," Kate explained, as Oliver agreed. "And mom will be like, 'How can you say that?' And I'm like, 'All actions point to him.' It is kind of sad. It's sad."

Kate went on to reveal that Oliver actually moved back in with Goldie, claiming that his house is being renovated. However, according to Kate, she's not so sure about Oliver's living arrangement.

Annie Thorisdottir says Sundays are the best day of the week to recharge, and she's right. After a long week hustling to make ends meet at whatever profession, then turning up on the weekend, it's excellent to rejuvenate on Sunday. The CrossFit athlete partnered with TyrSport to bring the perfect swimsuit for sporting activities to her fans.

Sundays Are For Recharging

The open-back one-piece branded swimsuit allows fluid movement as the athlete goes about her daily activities. It's skintight preventing unnecessary chest movement that can get in the way of a successful weight lift. Also, the pant leaves her thighs free to contract and relax as she does her squats.

"Sunday is a day to recharge. I make it a priority to spend time with family and make some time to tend to my body and mind," she writes in her caption.

Annie shares her light workout and relaxation routine in the following few lines. "I try to find time to do 20min of zone 2 work, 20 – 30min of mobility, and 20min of sauna – and ending with a cold plunge before Freyja wakes up," she writes. Thankfully she has a good partnership with TYR to get the perfect swimsuit for her plunge.

Getting Back In Shape

The yummy mommy also flaunts her shredded abs in a two-toned blue bikini that's functional yet fashionable. The sports bra has an aqua border framing a navy bodice, as the strap forms into a cross back. The bikini bottom also has an aqua double strap border framing the navy blue triangular part.

Looking at her body, you can hardly tell the Cross-Fit athlete is a mother of one. She credits her incredible physique to protein shakes, green powder, and creatine. Annie takes her relaxation days and light recharge workouts seriously as she swims in the open water wearing a skimpy black bikini. Mike Lindell Receives Lavish Praise From Donald Trump

Pillow magnate and conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell is still fighting to prove the 2020 election was rigged for Democrat Joe Biden.

Lindell's efforts are not going unnoticed by former President Donald Trump, it seems.

At a rally in Texas over the weekend, Trump made sure to praise Lindell, his business acumen in particular.

At one point during the rally, Trump thanked conservatives who stood by him after he was replaced by Biden and Lindell, who was in attendance, was one of them.

As reported by Mediaite, Trump thanked the MyPillow CEO for sponsoring conservative events and spending money on television advertisements.

"Now you’re selling everything. He’s no longer the pillow man now he’s selling everything!" Trump said as he pointed to Lindell, prompting the enthusiastic crowd to chant "We love Mike!"

'Greatest Buyer Of Ads'

"I think he’s the single greatest purchaser of advertising I’ve ever seen," Trump continued, showering Lindell with more praise.

"I said, Mike, I don’t care how many pillows you sell, and now you’re selling slippers, and sheets, you’re selling everything. I said, I don’t care, you can’t afford that much advertising," the former president said.

"You’re the greatest buyer of ads I’ve ever seen. And a lot of other good things, too, by the way."Mike Lindell's Ads

Trump also pointed out in his speech that Lindell often purchases ads on Fox News, and cracked jokes at the network's expense.

"I think, you know what he does? He waits until the show is just ready to go on, any empty slot, he says, 'I’ll give you two-hundred for it,' to Fox. 'I’ll give you two hundred.' They’ll say ‘no we want three,' he said, 'nope, I’ll go two-oh-one,'" Trump joked.

In late 2021, Lindell had a falling out with Fox News because the channel refused to air his election conspiracy theories.

In the end, the pillow magnate went back to advertising on Fox -- but since then his ads have been free of conspiracy theories.

Conspiracy Theories

But Lindell is still promoting bizarre conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, and even some Republicans have urged him to change course.

Most recently, as Newsweek reported, top GOP officials in Idaho sent a cease-and-desist letter to Lindell over his claims about voter fraud in that state -- which Trump won.

In the letter, Idaho's Secretary of State Lawerence Denney and Attorney General Lawrence Wasden, demanded that Lindell "promptly remove all false statements about Idaho's elections" from his website and "refrain from making similar statements in the future."

Donald Trump Admits He Wanted Pence To Overturn Election

Contrary to former President Donald Trump's claims, there is no evidence that the 2020 presidential election was rigged for Democrat Joe Biden.

But Trump continues to claim the race was rife with fraud -- and now, he appears to be taking his anger out on former Vice President Mike Pence.

Trump Blasts Pence

In a statement that was released via Twitter, Trump claimed Pence had the authority to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

"If the Vice President (Mike Pence) had 'absolutely no right' to change the Presidential Election results in the Senate, despite fraud and many other irregularities, how come the Democrats and RINO Republicans, like Wacky Susan Collins, are desperately trying to pass legislation that will not allow the Vice President to change the results of the election?" the former president asked.

"Actually, what they are saying, is that Mike Pence did have the right to change the outcome, and they now want to take that right away," he added.

Admission

In issuing this statement, Trump effectively admitted that he wanted his vice president to subvert democracy and overturn the results of a legitimate election, according to GOP Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois.

As CNN reported, Kinzinger -- who is on the House committee that is investigating the January 6 riots at the Capitol -- described Trump's statement as an admission of guilt.

"This is an admission, and a massively un-American statement. It is time for every Republican leader to pick a side... Trump or the Constitution, there is no middle on defending our nation anymore," he the congressman said.

Pence Had No Authority

What Trump said in his statement, according to Democratic Rep. Zoe Lofgren of California, is that vice presidents -- and not the voters -- get to pick the commander-in-chief.

By that logic, Lofgren added, current Vice President Kamala Harris has the authority to override the will of the electorate and pick Biden's successor.

Legal experts have repeatedly stressed that Pence had no authority to overturn the 2020 election.

Pence, for his part, has seemingly tried to distance himself from Trump. In June last year, he said he was "proud" to certify Biden's victory.

'He'd Do It All Again'

Republican Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney is also of the opinion that Trump admitted to subverting democracy.

"Trump uses language he knows caused the Jan 6 violence; suggests he’d pardon the Jan 6 defendants, some of whom have been charged with seditious conspiracy; threatens prosecutors; and admits he was attempting to overturn the election," Cheney wrote on Twitter.

"He’d do it all again if given the chance," she warned.

You know her as the fittest woman of 2015 – 2016, but Katrín Davidsdottir wants to add The Little Mermaid to her resumé. The CrossFit athlete shared some of her vacation moments in Hawaii, including a frame-worthy shot of herself splashing in the open sea. Picture the scene where Ariel emerges on the rock for the first time in the Disney Classic, and then you can see Katrín’s post even before loading your Instagram.

Seriously though, Halle Bailey is lucky the live-action casting director chose her before the CrossFit athlete’s post. (Just Kidding.) However, if Disney ever wants a remake of the remake, we have the perfect candidate for them. Disclaimer: we can’t guarantee her vocal ability!

It’s Olympic season once this February, and the champions are lacing their boots, fastening their boards, and getting all sports gear ready to dominate. Before the action begins, let’s take a moment to revisit some of our favorite off-season moments.

Safari Vibe

Olympic jumper Tara Davis enjoyed her off-season with her Paralympic champion boyfriend, Hunter Woodhall. The 22-year-old spent her break surrounded by beaches and pools as she flaunted her shredded abs and ultra-toned physique in a leopard print bikini bra and complimentary safari print two-piece.

The neutral tone of Tara’s shorts and open button set accentuated her chocolate skin as the sun shone its rays on her. The Olympian’s vibe is visibly safari vacay as she covers her eyes with a brown lens sunglass and styles her hair in golden brown braids.

Pretty Fun Off-Season

Tara wears minimal makeup highlighting her natural cheekbones. Team Tomdaya! As Tom Holland's romance with Zendaya has continued to heat up, Drew Barrymore is looking back at the couple's journey to love.

"@tomholland2013 I remember meeting you what was it? 2011? And I was so captivated by you," the Drew Barrymore Show host, 46, captioned a throwback snap of the twosome via Instagram on Saturday, January 29. "And I had just watched your movie and we were meeting about a project I was going to direct and I truly thought you were the most impressive and incredible person as well as such an extraordinary talent!"

In her post, Barrymore praised the 25-year-old Spider-Man: No Way Home star as she watched him "grow up" and "fall in love with the greatest women @zendaya and become our hero!"

"From Spider-Man to the greatest dancer in Billy Elliot and @lipsyncbattle And now you will play Fred Astaire hopefully ??? There is nothing you can't and won't do," the 50 First Dates star added in her social media note. "I remember this moment. And I woke up and saw it on @tomhollandupdates and I didn't know there was a record of this pic! It was like every time I see you, I remember this moment and now I have record of it too! I send you and your lady the very best! As always, I am cheering you on!!!!!!"

While the England native and the Euphoria star, 25, have played coy about their relationship, they first confirmed their romance after they were photographed kissing in July 2021.

"Zendaya and Tom started off as really great friends and stayed that way for a long while before things turned romantic," a source previously told Us Weekly at the time. "They both challenge each other and balance each other out."

Since then, the twosome's bond has strengthened as they costarred in their third Spider-Man flick together, supported one another's career milestones and hung out with their partner's family.

"Zendaya and Tom are in the best place they could be right now," a second insider exclusively told Us in December 2021. "Going public with their relationship has made them even more strong and confident in their relationship."

While the pair prefer to keep their love life to themselves, the Disney Channel alum couldn't help but gush over the Uncharted actor last year.

"There are many things, obviously, that I appreciate," Zendaya told InStyle about her beau in October 2021. "In an actor way, I appreciate that he really loves being Spider-Man. It's a lot of pressure — you take on the role of a superhero wherever you go. To the little kid who walks by, you are Spider-Man. I think he handled that so well. Seeing him at work, even though he's not a Virgo, he is a perfectionist. … [He] can make anybody feel comfortable and have a good laugh and a good chat. A good chat — I sound so British."

Taking a stand. After the likes of Neil Young, Joni Mitchell and Nils Lofgren urged Spotify to remove their music catalogs amid rising misinformation regarding the coronavirus pandemic on the streaming platform, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are sharing their thoughts on the subject.

"Since the inception of Archewell, we have worked to address the real-time global misinformation crisis," a Sunday, January 30, statement from a spokesperson of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex read. "Hundreds of millions of people are affected by the serious harms of rampant mis- and disinformation every day."

The message continued: "Last April, our cofounders began expressing concerns of COVID-19 misinformation on its platform. We have continued to express our concerns to Spotify to ensure changes to its platform are made to help address this public health crisis. We look to Spotify to meet this moment and are committed to continuing our work together as it does."

The 37-year-old England native and the 40-year-old Suits alum's note comes shortly after the 76-year-old "Harvest Moon" crooner, urged the streaming platform to remove his music in light of their partnership with Joe Rogan's "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast. (Rogan has been accused of spreading false information about the ongoing pandemic and vaccine efficacy via his recorded episodes.)

"Please immediately inform Spotify that I am actively canceling all my music availability on Spotify as soon as possible," Young explained in an open letter via his website earlier this month, per Variety. "I am doing this because Spotify is spreading false information about vaccines — potentially causing death to those who believe the disinformation being spread by them. … I want you to let Spotify know immediately today that I want all of my music off their platform. They can have Rogan or Young. Not both."

Shortly after the Canada native — who since swapped his back catalog solely to Amazon Music — shared his letter, Mitchell supported his claims.

“By allowing the propagation of false and societally harmful assertions, Spotify is enabling its hosted media to damage public trust in scientific research and sow doubt in the credibility of data-driven guidance offered by medical professionals," the "A Case of You" songstress, 78, wrote via a Friday, January 28, open letter on her website. "This is not only a scientific or medical concern; it is a sociological issue of devastating proportions and Spotify is responsible for allowing this activity to thrive on its platform."

While neither Rogan, 54, nor Spotify have addressed these allegations, the royal couple — who previously inked a multi-year deal with the platform to host their "Archewell Audio" podcast — have been outspoken about advocating for the COVID-19 vaccine since the onset of the public health crisis nearly two years ago.

"Since this pandemic began, we've been talking to the experts about how we can do our part," the military veteran previously explained during a September 2021 appearance at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City. "This week, we sat with independent health leaders to further understand how we get closer to vaccine equity and ending this health crisis, but we're battling more than a virus alone. This is a battle of misinformation, bureaucracy [and] lack of transparency."

He noted at the time: "My wife and I believe the way you are born should not dictate your ability to survive."

Getting attached to your costars is common in Hollywood — even if they’re not human. Throughout the years, many stars have grown so close to the animals that they share the screen with that they want to take them home, and sometimes they do just that. In other instances — we’re looking at you, Bradley Cooper — stars bring their pets along to join them in front of the camera.

Sophie Turner is among the many celebs who fell in love with their canine costars. After direwolf Lady's untimely death on Game of Thrones, the Mahlek Northern Inuit dog named Zunni was left unemployed and homeless. However, Turner had bonded with her so much on set that she jumped at the opportunity to adopt her.

"Growing up I always wanted a dog, but my parents never wanted one," she revealed to Coventry Telegraph in 2013. "We kind of fell in love with my character's direwolf, Lady, on set. … We knew Lady died and they wanted to rehome her. My mum persuaded them to let us adopt her.”

Meanwhile, after Justin Theroux rescued pit bull Kuma, he was determined to get her onscreen. He did just that in Disney+’s remake of Lady and the Tramp. “You blink, you might miss her, but she’s in the pound scene,” he said on Good Morning America in October 2019. The activist also shared his dog’s “thoughts” on the role on his Instagram account.

“Hey guys, it’s me Kuma… Soooo… it’s me and my Dad’s LAST day working on @ladyandthetramp … this project and this Part (Pound dog #1, which is temporary bc @disneyplus promised me a real character name) anyway, this part rrrrealllly took it out of me (I’m method, which I know has been tough on everyone, so thank you) but I am VERY excited to show you all of my hard work,” Theroux captioned a photo of Kuma in the recording studio. “I’m gonna take a week off to reconnect with myself before i start the Oscar slash awards push or whatever blah blah… so may not be posting much. Peace and Love to all my fans, without you i would be nothing.”

Lily Collins, for her part, relocated to Paris to film Netflix's Emily in Paris and was able to bring her faithful pup, Redford, for the duration of filming.

"You know what's funny, France is so welcoming with dogs in that you can bring them everywhere [to] restaurants, anywhere," the To the Bone star revealed during a January 2022 appearance on the Kelly Clarkson Show. "I mean, he's a human, let's be real. So, Charlie [McDowell, her husband] brought him over on his first international flight."

Alicia Witt Opens Up About Grief After Her Parents' Death: 'My Aching Heart'

Opening up. Less than one month after Alicia Witt's parents were found dead in their home, the actress is getting candid about her grieving process.

"If I could wrap my arms around all of you — I would," the Walking Dead star, 46, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, January 29. "Thank you to every one of you who has reached out with such love since my last post. Your words, your empathy and your kindness have all been deeply felt — please know I’ve read them all ."

Witt continued in her post: "Thank you to the many, many, many of you who have shared your extremely personal stories with me — your similar situations to the one I experienced/am still going through. This brings me to tears all over again. My aching heart feels so grateful to know that we are, all of us, not alone in this specific pain."

The I Care A Lot actress noted in her social media upload that finding common ground with others in similar heartbreaking situations provided her with "solace and unity" and that "some balm of deeper healing could come from such a thing."

She concluded her message: "I am sending you so much love, and I see you, and you are definitely not alone. "

The "Still Sorry" songstress' parents, Robert and Diane Witt, were found dead in their Worcester, Massachusetts, home in December 2021. There were 87 and 75, respectively.

"It still doesn't feel real," Alicia broke her silence about her loss on Tuesday, January 25. "It's been a month since I got scared, not having heard back from them, and called to have them checked on. Waiting, phone in hand, praying fervently that the next call would be from them, angry I'd gotten someone else involved. Knowing as soon as I heard the detective's voice on the other line that they were gone. Knowing I would never hear their voices again. Beginning the rest of my life of finding them on the breeze, in a song, in a dream."

The Exorcist alum added at the time: "I am deeply grateful for the gift of having been able to quietly travel to Worcester earlier this month for a beautiful service and burial, to mourn and to celebrate them in total privacy. … Thank you, also, to all those who have reached out with your memories about my parents. They were brilliant educators, deeply kind, curious, intuitive, wise, young at heart, funny — there will never be enough adjectives to describe them."

Shortly before Christmas late last year, Diane and Robert were found unresponsive after a relative performed a welfare check on the couple. When local police arrived on the scene, they found no signs of noxious gases. Since then, the pair's deaths were subject to an investigation according to Telegram & Gazette, which noted that there were no signs of apparent trauma. The local newspaper noted that freezing temperatures, a malfunctioning furnace and old home could have contributed to the duo's deaths.

Purr-fect pets! Taylor Swift, Kate Beckinsale and more of Hollywood’s biggest stars have one serious obsession with their furry feline friends.

The "Lover" singer has never been shy about her love for her pets, Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson, named after some of her favorite fictional characters. While speaking with TIME in April 2019, the Grammy winner admitted that the “most influential factor” in her life is her cuddly kittens. “I have cats. I’m obsessed with them,” she said at the time. “They’re just a real joy to live with. I love my cats so much that when a role came up in a movie called Cats, I just thought, ‘I’ve got to do this.'”

Though the 2019 movie adaptation of the famous Broadway musical didn’t make a major splash with viewers, Swift teased that working on the film was her “calling in life” and said she jumped at the opportunity to learn “how to be as much like a cat as I possibly could” with her costars.

Later that month, the Nashville native opened up about how she came to adopt her third cat, Benjamin Button, on the set of a music video. “[They] handed me this tiny cat and he just starts purring and … he looks at me like, ‘You’re my mom, and we’re going to live together.’ I fell in love. I looked at Brendon [Urie] and he’s like, ‘You’re going to get the cat aren't you?'” she said during an Instagram Live.

Despite their past “Bad Blood,” Swift’s obsession with kittens is one thing she has in common with fellow cat lover Katy Perry. The “I Kissed a Girl” singer confirmed in April that her darling pet Kitty Purry had passed away.

“Kitty Purry crawled through my then-boyfriend's window 15 years ago, fully pregnant and seeking shelter,” Perry wrote via Instagram at the time. “Kitty, thanks for the cuddles and companionship along the way. Big thanks to my brother David and @garethwalters for being great co-parents. #kittypurryforever.”

How Much Could Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Spend on U.K. Security?

A pretty penny! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could potentially pay a hefty fee out of their own pockets for top-tier security in the U.K., according to royal expert Richard Aitch.

“It’s very difficult to put a figure exactly on it,” the director of operations for Mobius International Security told Us Weekly exclusively earlier this month. “The cost for a personal protection officer from the [Metropolitan Police] has been estimated to be around £100,000 a year.”

The security expert noted that the cost could “considerably” fluctuate “over time” with the addition of other expenses, including flights and accommodations abroad. The couple’s children — son Archie, 2, and daughter Lilibet, 7 months — also factor into the fee.

“What may appear as a wish on paper is far more in reality, and the costs can certainly be quite huge,” Aitch told Us.

Harry, 36, issued a statement earlier this month regarding his fight to secure proper protection for his family in his home country following his 2020 royal exit and subsequent move to California. He and the Suits alum, 40, funded their own security team after settling down in North America.

“That security cannot replicate the necessary police protection needed whilst in the U.K.,” the statement added. “In absence of such protection, Prince Harry and his family are unable to return home.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced in January 2020 that they intended to step down from their senior royal duties. According to his statement, Harry offered to personally pay for U.K. security for his family during conversations with Queen Elizabeth II and other royals — but didn’t get approval.

“The U.K. will always be Prince Harry’s home and country he wants his wife and children to be safe in,” the statement concluded. “With the lack of police protection, comes too great a personal risk. Prince Harry hopes that his petition — after close to two years of pleas for security in the U.K. — will resolve this situation.”

According to Aitch, Harry’s is a “very difficult” and “unprecedented” situation that will likely require the deliberation of a royal committee.

“This committee decides on who receives protection by the police, and if they do receive it, what capacity does appear,” he told Us. “Their responsibility is to make a determination on security provision to members of parliament, such as the prime minister, the foreign office minister, the home secretary and so on, in addition to members of the royal family.”

Aitch also noted that “not all members of the royal family receive protection,” apart from the senior royals. Harry’s decision to step back from his senior responsibilities complicates the issue of protection.

“At the end of the day, the members of royal family provide a service to the people. They have loyal duties to undertake, and by virtue of that, the U.K. taxpayer then funds the protection for that service,” Aitch continued. “He has relinquished his royal duties, he no longer provides a service to the U.K. people, right? And therefore in the eyes of the government, the question is why then should the U.K. taxpayer pay and fund his personal security? … And that his fully understandable.”

However, Aitch acknowledged that the potential dangers Harry and his family could find themselves facing haven’t changed since stepping away from the royal spotlight.

“The subject of cost shouldn’t be focused on whether [or] how he provides a service to the people or not alone. By virtue of the fact that he is a senior member of the royal family, he is exposed to a wide variety of serious threats, and the risks to those threats have increased since his departure from the royal family,” Aitch added. “The fact he no longer receives police protection [means] his risk to threats have certainly spiked.”

Buckingham Palace has yet to issue a formal response to Harry’s statement. Earlier this month, however, royal expert Kristin Contino told Us that the queen, 95, has been put in a difficult spot.

“[It’s] hard for her, as a grandmother, to not really be able to intervene,” she claimed. “She’s [not] going to go up against the government and say, ‘Well, you know, you need to give him security.’ … People can see both sides in this situation.”

“You find little ways,” the 76-year-old country superstar exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, January 26, while promoting her new Dolly Parton x Duncan Hines line ahead of its March launch. “Like last year on his birthday, I dressed up in my Playboy bunny suit, made him breakfast and [ran] around in that for a little while.”

“You know, most people can keep a marriage [going strong] if you make a little effort,” the “Jolene” songstress said. “Some people just get slouching and lazy and about stuff that ain’t important, like leaving the toilet seat up. And if that’s the worst thing you’ve to worry about, you’re already in trouble.”

Parton and Dean, 79, tied the knot in 1966. While Parton said that “feeding him good” generally keeps her husband, ultimately she and Dean just have a “good time” together.

“We’re the perfect partners,” the 9 to 5 star told Us. “We both have great sense of humor. … We’re able to, like, solve any problems and any situation, making a joke about it and not letting it get too heavy, but we respect each other and we like each other. We lucked up, let’s put it that way.”

The “Here You Come Again” singer likes to celebrate her decades-long love story on Valentine’s Day by wearing “some little fun” outfit and showering Dean in presents. “I always wear some heart-shaped something and I always get him several Valentine's cards,” Parton revealed. “You know, cause when you start looking for cards, you find so many and you want ’em all.”

The Grammy winner added that she always looks out for sweetheart candies around February 14, telling Us, “Throughout the day, I’ll throw him a different one.”

Even when it’s not Valentine’s Day, the Songteller author demonstrates her love for Dean and their friends in the kitchen.

“When I’m in the kitchen, I’m able to be cooking anything,” she said, adding that — “whether it be fried chicken or chicken and dumplings" — she has a soft spot for classic Southern dishes. And of course, you always have to have a good cake or something sweet to end a good meal.”

Inspired by her love of Southern cooking, the Steel Magnolias star is teaming up with Duncan Hines to launch her very own Dolly Parton x Duncan Hines line of cake mixes and frostings in March. While the baking collection kits — which feature flavors like banana pudding and coconut cake — are currently sold out, Parton shows off her prowess in the kitchen as often as she can.

“I’m the better cook, but [Carl] actually can cook pretty good,” the philanthropist told Us, adding that “every once in a while” she’ll let her husband lend a hand. “I’ve been gone so much [that] he had to [learn to] cook, but he actually does pretty good. Dealing with the past. Janet Jackson addressed the major highs and lows throughout her life in Lifetime’s Janet — and that includes her weight struggles over the years.

"I'm an emotional eater, so when I get stressed or something is really bothering me, it comforts me. I did Good Times, and that's the beginning of having weight issues and the way I looked at myself,” Jackson, 55, shared in Part 2 of the new A&E documentary, which premiered on Saturday, January 29. "I was developing at a very young age and I started getting a chest, and they would bind it so I would look more flat-chested."

Amid her personal issues with her body, Janet recalled how her brother Michael Jackson would allegedly call her “names” as a joke.

"There were times when Mike used to tease me and call me names. Pig, horse, slaughter hog and cow,” the five-time Grammy winner claimed. "It wasn't out of malice on his part at all. Brothers tease sisters, sisters tease brothers and it was just fun and funny. But, then there was somewhere down inside that would hurt when you have someone say 'you're too heavy' even if it was out of love, it affects you.”

Janet’s relationship with Michael, who died at age 50 in 2009, is one of the topics that was explored from her perspective in the doc.

"Janet has enjoyed immense success but also seen incredible tragedy. She has endured a tumultuous private life in the face of extraordinary public scrutiny,” the official synopsis for the film stated. "With no stone left unturned, Janet Jackson lifts the lid on her private life for the very first time and reveals the most intimate moments of the star ever caught on camera."

The singer previously opened up about how her brother’s legacy has continued to prosper since his passing, telling The Sunday Times in June 2019, "I love it when I see kids emulating him, when adults still listen to his music. It just lets you know the impact that my family has had on the world. I hope I'm not sounding arrogant in any way — I'm just stating what is. It's really all God's doing, and I'm just thankful for that."

Janet also spoke out about the infamous 2004 Super Bowl halftime show when Justin Timberlake exposed her breast during the live broadcast. This was the first time she discussed the performance after previously being blacklisted.

Timberlake, 40, broke his silence about the incident after the “Framing Britney Spears” documentary pushed his past relationship with Britney Spears back into the spotlight.

“I am deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of turn, or did not speak up for what was right. I understand that I fell short in these moments and in many others and benefited from a system that condones misogyny and racism,” he wrote via Instagram in February 2021. “I specifically want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson both individually, because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed.”

Timberlake referenced a “larger conversation” that needs to happen about inequality in their industry.

“The industry is flawed. It sets men, especially white men, up for success. It’s designed this way,” he added. "As a man in a privileged position, I have to be vocal about this. Because of my ignorance, I didn’t recognize it for all that it was while it was happening in my own life but I do not want to ever benefit from others being pulled down again. … I care deeply about the wellbeing of the people I love and have loved. I can do better and I will do better.”

Another side of the story. Janet Jackson spoke out about her famous Super Bowl performance with Justin Timberlake for the first time since 2004.

“Honestly, this whole thing was blown way out of proportion,” Jackson, 55, opened up about the incident during Part 2 of her Janet Jackson. documentary for Lifetime. “And, of course, it was an accident that should not have happened, but everyone is looking for someone to blame and that’s gotta stop. Justin and I are very good friends and we will always be very good friends.”

The Indiana native noted that she and Timberlake, 40, had spoken “just a few days ago,” and that they both “have moved on and it’s time for everyone else to do the same.”

The “Rhythm Nation” singer has avoided discussing the subject since the immediate aftermath of the halftime show in February 2004. As viewers remember, the former ‘NSync member brought the Poetic Justice star out as a surprise guest during his headlining performance. In the final moment of the show, Timberlake ripped off part of Jackson’s costume, leaving her right breast mostly exposed.

On the night of the Super Bowl, both performers reacted with surprise before the broadcast cut to commercial, but in the following days, there were many conflicting reports about whether the so-called “wardrobe malfunction” — seen by more than 150 million viewers — was really an accident.

At the time, Jackson shouldered most of the blame for the viral moment, which partly inspired the creation of YouTube. “The decision to have a costume reveal at the end of my halftime show performance was made after final rehearsals,” she said in a video statement released one day after the performance. “It was not my intention that it go as far as it did. I apologize to anyone offended — including the audience, MTV, CBS and the NFL.”

“[Justin and I] talked once and he said, ‘I don’t know if I should come out and make a statement, and this or that, or say something,'” the Grammy winner told her brother Randy Jackson in 2018, which aired during Saturday’s episode of the documentary. “I said, ‘Listen, I don’t want any drama for you, they’re aiming all this at me. So, I said, ‘If I were you, I wouldn’t say anything.'”

She continued at the time: “A lot of it I didn’t see, but obviously, you couldn’t get away from it because it was everywhere: People wishing ill of you, people coming up to my brothers and saying things, wishing I was put away. … It can take its toll on you emotionally, so I just stayed focused on my work, stayed close to friends, stayed in touch with family and that was enough for me to pull through. When you have everyone whispering about you and the majority of it is not favorable, that can pull you to a different place.”

Though both the “If” singer and Timberlake were scheduled to perform at the 46th Annual Grammy Awards later that month, only one of them did. CBS, which aired both the Grammys and the Super Bowl, later said that both musicians were told they could only appear at the awards show if they apologized on-air. The “Mirrors” crooner agreed, but the network claimed Jackson did not.

While Timberlake’s solo career continued to flourish, Jackson faced some of the lowest points yet in her professional life. Her album Damita Jo, released the month after the Super Bowl, became her first album since 1984 not to hit No. 1 in the United States.

One decade after the performance, former Federal Communications Commission chairman Michael Powell admitted that the controversy over the incident was overblown. “It all turned into being about [Janet],” he told ESPN in January 2014. “In reality, if you slow the thing down, it’s Justin ripping off her breastplate.”

The halftime show became a topic of conversation again last year after the release of “Framing Britney Spears,” a documentary in the FX series The New York Times Presents. After the episode’s release, Timberlake issued a public apology to both Britney Spears and Jackson.

She's nonstop! The Bachelorette alum Ali Fedotowsky has learned to balance her everyday parenting routine with her work responsibilities — and she exclusively invited Us Weekly to tag along for a typical day in her life.

Fedotowsky, 37, typically kicks off her busy day with a cup of coffee before getting her two children — Molly, 5, and Riley, 3, whom she shares with husband Kevin Manno — off to school. Once her little ones get home, it's all about spending time as a family.

"We love to play," she told Us. "My kids and I like to create together."

The Nashville resident originally appeared on season 14 of The Bachelor in 2010 before becoming the season 6 lead of The Bachelorette. At the time, she accepted a proposal from Roberto Martinez, but they eventually split in November 2011.

"It is so difficult. I hated being the Bachelorette. And that's the truth," the reality TV personality previously told Us in March 2020 while reflecting on her ABC experience. "I am beyond grateful. Like, my life would not be what it is today. If I wasn't on that show, I wouldn't have the platform I have. I wouldn't have the amazing community around me. I wouldn't have met my husband, wouldn't have my kids, like, I'm so beyond grateful for The Bachelorette. But I hated my experience."

She noted at the time: "I found it very hard to date people that I knew I wasn't going to end up with. Like, I walked into night one of The Bachelorette knowing my top two guys. … That's why people who get the first impression rose are always in the top two or three. You know your attraction to somebody right away."

Fedotowsky married the radio DJ, now 38, in 2017, one year after welcoming daughter Molly. Son Riley joined the family in 2018. Since becoming parents of two, the pair have navigated the highs and lows of their marriage.

"People always say that what I have with my husband is 'too good,' nobody wants to hear about it," the blogger told Us in January 2020. "Like, 'No one wants to hear about your perfect marriage!' Our marriage is not perfect. Nobody's marriage is perfect. But maybe that's why we need to do a podcast because people looking in think it looks perfect, but let's peel back the veil a little bit."
