CJ Perry In Bikini Celebrates WWE Friendships

Former WWE superstar Lana, now known as C.J. Perry, is a fiercely loyal friend, and you can tell from the way her people rally around her despite her dramatic exit from the franchise. This weekend, she attended fellow wrestler and friend Alexa Bliss' wedding alongside some of her colleagues-turned-friends, and it was an emotional moment for her.

C.J. penned a lengthy note (as is characteristic of her) saying how much she missed her friends from WWE and couldn't wait to link up again. That's not the first time C.J. has shown love to those she considers family.

Last year, C.J. shared a 7-slide picture duet with WWE Canadian wrestler Aliyah showing off their curvy toned bodies. The older athlete's bikini was a low cut top with high-rise bottoms highlighting her slim waist and toned abs. The ladies twinned in sexy bikinis and protective hats, with C.J. posing in red and Aliyah in Pink.

Liv Morgan is a constant recipient of C.J.'s love and after reading the lengthy appreciation note on her (C.J's) birthday, we understand why. Liv stayed by the 37-year-old throughout the tumultuous times she spent in WWE. She wrote to Liv, Mandy Sacs, Sonya DeVille (Mandy's bestfriend) and Kayla Braxton saying she couldn't explain how much she missed them.

She also wrote,

In one of her numerous posts, Berry let out the steam of the previous week in parties with workouts. She showed off rigid abs in a fitness Friday short clip shared with her 7.7 million fans.

Fitness Is A Lifestyle

An effective way to encourage people to embrace fitness workouts is to show the results achieved from practicing them, which was part of what 'Fitness Friday' entailed. The award-winning actress showed the hard-earned results of her abs workout after her usual workout routine.

In a short video she posted on Instagram, the star removed her resin waist slimmer and revealed impeccable rigid abs. It served as a source of motivation for ladies who already had children to engage in her abs workout routine, which was focused on the abdomen. 

Rigid Abs On Display

 In another of the fit goddess #fitnessfriday posts, she displayed her impeccable abs to her fans after a boxing workout routine. Boxing has been part of the actress's workout routine for over a decade now, and it has surely proved useful. Wearing a black tank workout top and black leggings, the movie star's toned abs were on full display. Her fans took to the comment box, singing praises of the actress's workout body. In one of her 'Fitness Friday' posts, she showed her "not so conventional ab exercises" that have helped shape the abs. Though the actress enjoyed the general fitness workout, she still tried to put more effort into the midsection to maintain a perfect abs shape. 

5-Move Ab Workout

The 5-move ab workout the mother of one practiced most included a crescent moon hand walk with pushups and was to be repeated three to five times. The second entailed a foam roller palm roll-out which she did for thirty to sixty seconds. Followed by a foam roller knife-hand roll-out done for another thirty to sixty seconds. After that, a single-arm isolation plank was performed for thirty to sixty seconds. The last move was a lateral crawl sandbag drag which was repeated five to ten times. These exercises challenge the core and strength of the abs.

Jackie Goldschneider tried ice cream for the first time in decades on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. And after the show, she opened up about her ongoing struggles with her eating disorder.

Jackie Goldschneider Is Making Progress

Jackie Goldschneider took a major step in her recovery from an eating disorder on Tuesday's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey: She ate ice cream with her husband, Evan Goldschneider, and their kids.

While looking back at the outing on an episode of the RHONJ: After Show on April 5, Goldschneider said that because she didn't know how many calories are in ice cream, she hadn't eaten it.

“I’ve never had ice cream because I don’t know how many calories are in it and it’s too much and it doesn’t fit into my day," she explained.

Ice Cream Was Anxiety-Inducing For Jackie Goldschneider

According to Goldschneider, there was "a lot of anxiety" around ice cream. But, because she was able to share a special moment with her kids, eating the dessert made her feel "very normal."

"It also made me feel like, ‘Oh God, maybe I can reverse some of the damage that I might have already done.’ So there was a lot wrapped up in that moment. It wasn’t just as simple as me eating ice cream," she shared.

As fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey may have seen, Evan informed his wife on the show that their children had taken notice of her unhealthy eating. And, right away, Goldschneider broke down at the thought of the negative impact she was having on them.

I’m doing a lot but it’s good," she shared. "I just, I worry about my body because I was so rail thin for so long. It’s weird for me to not see my ribs every time I take my shirt off. I got some meat now!"

Gabrielle Union, currently starring in Disney's reboot of Cheaper by the Dozen, is more than just an actress. She is also an entrepreneur, a mother, and a wife. She recently sat down with children's author Jessica Curry Morton to discuss the trade-offs and anxieties that come with being a working mother.

A 'Normal Family'

When Union married NBA star Dwayne Wade in 2014, the two had already been dating for several years. She became a stepmom to Zaya, who is now 14, Zaire, who is 20, and Xavier, who is 7. Three years ago, she and Wade became parents to Kaavia, born via surrogacy. Wade has full custody of his children, but Union plays a prominent role in their life as a mother.

Despite Wade's impressive income, Union decided to keep working after her marriage. As reported by Scary Mommy in April of 2021, her stepkids wanted to be a "normal family" and pressed her to be a stay-at-home mom.

A Passion For Work

Union describes her feelings toward her work life as passionate, and there is no doubt that she loves to work. She sat with her kids, following their request that she quit working, and explained to them that she needed her work in her life but that it did not take away from her love of being their mother.

From that point on, she has strived to be there as much as possible while still starting companies and working on-set. Union has branched into fashion, skincare, and now baby products. This year, she also announced the launch of a new company, Proudly, which specifically addresses the needs of brown and black children.

In her interview with Jessica Morton Curry, Union also noted the necessity of work for her and her family. She supports three households besides her own and so does not "have the luxury of not working and just being...present".

Finding Balance

Maybe finding a work-life balance is a myth, especially for a woman like Union. But her family is her priority, so when she began working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, she assumed she would see more of them. Nothing could be further from the truth. Union has discussed her Zoom meeting schedule, saying she is often on Zoom calls from 9 am to 7 pm.

At the end of the day, despite her exhaustion, she still participates in bedtime routines like stories, baths, and snacks. For her, working from home has taken a larger toll on her home life than her regular work routine. Nevertheless, she finds ways to spend time with her children every day.

Maintaining her marriage comes down to date nights and working together as a team. Every Saturday night is reserved for dates, which might involve getting together with friends or driving a golf cart to see their neighbor, Kim Kardashian. Sometimes they stay home, drink wine, dance, and remember to enjoy each other. As Union said, "We just try to find each other."

Finding Her Village

While maintaining her career, Union has learned to rely on her "village", which for her consists of family members and nannies. Her younger sister lives with Union, Wade, and their kids. She also relies heavily on all her sisters, mother, mother-in-law, and niece. As she said, "it's all hands on deck" to ensure the children in her family are tended to and guided properly.

Her decision to rely on a nanny or multiple nannies was met with some criticism from her father and onlookers. Union asserted that there is no shame in hiring someone well-qualified and trained to be in childcare.

She makes a valid point, and no mother should feel shame in hiring help or needing help. As Union strives to be a successful mother and a successful businesswoman, she proves to be a solid model for all women.

Lindsey Vonn Flaunts Toned Legs In Spain

Retired Olympic Gold Medal skier turned businesswoman Lindsey Vonn is out and about a few weeks after her minor knee surgery. The 37-year-old took a break from Instagram posting to take care of her injured knee when the pain became unbearable and is now recovering, according to her latest Instagram posts.

She shared pictures showing her ziplining and carrying on her regular exercises, albeit with a leg brace and other assistance. Following her last progress report, Lindsey continued her scheduled activities, including hosting the annual Laureus World Sports Award, organizing a fundraiser for her foundation, and celebrating Rolex's chairman.

Hosting In A Thigh-Skimming Dress

Lindsey's dress to the premiere event of the Worlds Sports Awards had a small slit teasing a hint of her long-toned legs. Although the athlete isn't ready to go all out like before (probably because of healing scars on her knee), she stayed true to her fun and flirty style in the grey wrap dress.

Physiotherapy Going Well

Because of the knee surgery, Lindsey can't do as many rigorous exercises as she used to for now, but she's not staying latent. The athlete indulges in controlled squats and stationary cycling to improve flexibility in her knee joint while strengthening the muscles around the area.

She checked into a wellness center that's in charge of her full recovery for physiotherapy and based on her recent back-to-back posts. It's safe to assume she's more than halfway through her treatment if not fully recovered.

Intense Leg-Day Workouts

Before her surgery, Lindsey did a lot of lower body exercises using multiple leg workout equipment like Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Inner and Outer Thigh Machines, and Seated Leg Curls.

She also added non-equipment routines, Wall Ball squats and lunges for strength. Lindsey acknowledges that leg workout is hard work, but she loves the challenge and eventual result. How else would she rock those thigh-high and knee-high slits so confidently?

The Lindsey Vonn Foundation

The Lindsey Vonn Foundation supports little girls' dreams by contributing financially to their lives through scholarships. Lindsey announced that the fundraising Gala returns on May 20 at Goldener Hersh in Deer Valley this year.

Dani Elle Speegle Flaunts Shredded Thighs In Hot Shorts

CrossFit Athlete Dani Elle Speegle is famous for winning the second season of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's Titan Games and her massive tone thighs, a.k.a. Quads. The 28-year-old joined CrossFit as an alternative to remaining active after a back injury derailed her gymnastics dreams.

Since she switched careers, Dani has remained one of the most famous CrossFit models adored worldwide for her insanely curvy yet toned body. She shares pictures online with her almost one million followers showing her training sessions and BTS scenes for ads.

Showing Big Quad Energy

The CrossFit athlete showed off her massive quads doing a floor exercise in tiny shorts and a top paired with an oversized cropped pullover. Dani's muscles pulsed against her thick black socks as she pulled on the hanging rope causing it to contract. It also worked her shredded abs and biceps though the pullover covered her upper body revealing only her defined belly. "We got BQE over here," she wrote.

Dani's Workout Routine

Dani works out for 3-4 hours about 5-6 times weekly, leaving two days for rest before resuming her routine. She prefers strength exercises to build her muscles and add to her "Big Quad Energy." The CrossFit athlete also adds isolation and conditioning movements for flexibility, agility, and resilience during the competition.

Dani does deadlifts, double under, and calorie rows to build her thigh muscles and leg strength. Although she has a background in track sports, running events aren't at the top of her list of favorite CrossFit Games. Best CrossFit Shoe reported her lifting stats as 295 lbs. back squats, 220 lbs. Clean and Jerk, 205 lbs. snatch, and 30 maximum pull-ups.

Dani Loves Active Sports

The Titan Games champion played active sports as a child, including soccer, gymnastics, and track and field. She told Heriot-Watt University that she'd been an athlete all her life before indulging in CrossFit Games. She also said she loves "fitness and pushing her limits." Once there's anything adventurous and challenging that involves being active, Dani is game to get involved, and that's why she attends boot camp and fitness retreats.

A Gymnast At Heart

By the end of this year's CrossFit Opens quarter-finals, Dani placed 6th in North America and 14th Worldwide, although her individual rank wasn't as impressive, with a 24th place finish.

She still uses some of her gymnastic days' training during her exercises, like when she did a handstand split for her ad with Trugrit Fitness.
