NBA Rumors: Buddy Hield To LA Lakers In Proposed Three-Way Deal Involving Pacers & OKC Thunder

The Los Angeles Lakers would be one of the most active teams on the trade market in the 2022 NBA offseason. After failing to qualify for the playoffs in the 2021-22 NBA season, the Lakers are expected to be more aggressive in improving their roster around their veteran superstar duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis. The season is still far from over, but the Lakers are already being linked to several quality players who could become available on the trading block this summer.

Resuming Pursuit Of Buddy Hield

One of the most realistic trade targets for the Lakers this summer is veteran shooting guard Buddy Hield of the Indiana Pacers. The Lakers have been rumored to be interested in adding Hield to their roster since the 2021 NBA offseason. Before they acquired Russell Westbrook from the Washington Wizards last summer, the Lakers were heavily engaged in a trade discussion with the Sacramento Kings involving Hield.

Had they made a different decision about trading for Westbrook, Hield would have been an official member of the Lakers' roster in the 2021-22 NBA season.

Proposed Three-Team Trade

As of now, it's crystal clear that the Lakers made a huge mistake when they chose Westbrook over Hield. Luckily for them, Hield is expected to be available on the trading block once again this summer. In a recent article, James Piercey of NBA Analysis Network suggested a three-team blockbuster trade that would send Hield to Los Angeles.

In the proposed three-team deal, the Lakers would get Hield, the Pacers would receive Luguentz Dort, Derrick Favors, Kendrick Nunn, and Stanley Johnson, and the Oklahoma City Thunder would obtain Talen Horton-Tucker, a 2023 second-round pick, and a 2024 second-round pick.

Buddy Hield Improves Lakers' Floor Spacing

Hield would be a great addition to the Lakers. He may not be an All-Star, but his potential arrival in Los Angeles would bring the much-needed improvement in terms of floor spacing and boost the Lakers' performance on the offensive end of the floor. Aside from being an elite three-point shooter, he is also a very reliable scorer and a decent playmaker.

This season, Hield averaged 15.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.8 assists while shooting 40.6 percent from the field and 36.6 percent from beyond the arc. With his ability to excel in an off-ball capacity, he won't have a hard time making himself fit with ball-dominant superstars like James and Davis in Los Angeles.

Why The Pacers & The Thunder Would Make The Trade

If the proposed three-way deal becomes a reality, it won't only benefit the Lakers, but also the Pacers and the Thunder. For the Pacers, the suggested trade would allow them to unload Hield and the $39 million that he's owed over the next two years while acquiring a talented three-and-D wingman who perfectly fits the timeline of Tyrese Haliburton in Dort.

As compensation for helping the Lakers and the Pacers facilitate the trade, the Thunder would get another young and promising player that they could develop in Horton-Tucker and add two future draft assets to their collection.

After they suffered another huge disappointment in the 2021-22 NBA season, Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard is once again expected to be the subject of trade rumors in the 2022 NBA offseason. The Trail Blazers may have said countless times that they have no intention of trading Lillard and undergoing a full-scale rebuild but if they won't show him a clear path to title contention, most people believe that the six-time NBA All-Star may consider finding his way out of Portland this summer.

Warriors Form Superteam With Damian Lillard

Once Lillard expresses his desire to leave, the Trail Blazers would be forced to listen to offers for him on the trade market. One of the most intriguing landing spots for Lillard is his hometown team, the Golden State Warriors. In a recent article, James Piercey of NBA Analysis Network included the Warriors on the list of title contenders that could create a "superteam" by trading for Lillard this summer.

The Warriors may already be considered a serious threat in the Western Conference but if they add Lillard to their core of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green, Piercey believes that Golden State would become a matchup nightmare to every NBA team next season.

Proposed Warriors-Blazers Blockbuster

Even if he demands a trade, interested teams would still be needing to pay the king's ransom to convince the Trail Blazers to let Lillard go. Luckily for the Warriors, they have a plethora of trade assets that they could use to engage in a blockbuster deal this summer. According to Piercey, the Warriors could offer the Trail Blazers a trade package that includes Andrew Wiggins, James Wiseman, Moses Moody, and future draft picks in exchange for Lillard.

If the trade becomes a reality, it would help the Warriors and the Trail Blazers in filling up the needs to improve on their roster.

Warriors' Offense Could Become Unstoppable

Lillard would still need to make certain adjustments in his game to make himself fit on a team with multiple All-Stars. However, once he builds chemistry with Curry, Thompson, and Green, the Warriors could become unstoppable on the offensive end of the floor next season. Lillard would give the Warriors a prolific scorer, a great playmaker, and an elite three-point shooter. This season, the 31-year-old superstar averaged 24.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 7.3 assists while shooting 40.2 percent from the field and 32.4 percent from beyond the arc.

Trail Blazers Get Ready For Full-Scale Rebuild

The proposed blockbuster deal would be a no-brainer for the Trail Blazers, especially if Lillard is no longer interested in being the face of the franchise. Instead of keeping a disgruntled superstar on their team, the suggested trade would enable them to trade Lillard for three young players in Wiggins, Wiseman, and Moody and future draft assets that they could use to add more talented prospects to their roster.

Wiggins, Wiseman, and Moody could join forces with Anfernee Simons and Nassir Little and form the core of the next title-contending team that the Trail Blazers will try to build in the post-Dame era.

Margaret Josephs Got A Table Of Food Dumped On Her

After going to bat with Margaret Josephs during a cast meal amid their Real Housewives of New Jersey cast trip to Nashville, during which she dumped food and drink on Marge, Teresa Giudice, and her fiancé, Luis Ruelas, were allegedly asked to leave the group's vacation house.

According to a report from All About the Real Housewives, Tamra Judge, who previously starred on The Real Housewives of Orange County and will soon be seen on the second season of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip, shared the news on her and Teddi Mellencamp's podcast, Two T's in a Pod.

The 'RHONJ' Encounter Was Described As A 'Production Nightmare'

While reflecting on the encounter between Giudice and Josephs on last week's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Judge described the dispute as a "production nightmare."

“First thing I thought was this is a production nightmare, sh-ts flying, and they’re trying to capture it with the cameras, yet producers are trying to make sure no one is getting hurt.  They are trying to pull [Teresa] out, and somebody’s trying to pull [Margaret]. [All while] trying not to get in front of the cameras,” she explained. “[It’s] a production nightmare. And you get in trouble for that.”

'RHONJ' Producers Allegedly Requested Teresa Giudice And Luis Ruelas Vacate The Vacation Home

After Giudice acted out aggressively towards her Real Housewives of New Jersey castmate amid their dispute over claims made about Ruelas' past, producers supposedly asked the couple to leave.

However, while Giudice and Ruelas ultimately were seen doing so, Judge claimed to have been told that they did not do so "willingly."

They "were asked to leave by producers, which I can totally understand [because] I thought, ‘How the hell,’ no, there’s no way she’s leaving on her own,” Judge revealed. “Production asked them to leave. I heard she put up a big fight; she didn’t want to leave. [Teresa] thought that Margaret should leave.”

The mother of one is currently making waves on Twitter with a clip from her new reality TV series with her family, The Kardashians on Hulu making rounds.

She also clapped back at critics who had so much to say about how she raises her daughter. Some people were unhappy seeing her carry True on the premiere day saying the four-year-old was too old for that.

Introducing GOOD Swim

Khloe's two-piece nude GOOD SWIM bikini hugged her tan skin while the sand made an imprint on her glutes down to her lower limbs. Her toned abs sunk deep as she arched her back, threw her head back, and soaked in the sun. She accessorized her outfit with gold jewelry pieces including a big hoop earring pair, a thin chain necklace, and a waist chain.

Poor Consumer Review

Khloe released GOOD American Swim last year as a capsule collection featuring solid colored bikinis and one-pieces. Unfortunately, it met with poor reception from the consumers who complained about its cheap fabric and poor fitting. They claimed it exposed too many private bits and wasn't worth the money. Hopefully, the next capsule collection would take all complaints into account.

The Kardashians On Hulu

The first episode of The Kardashians, Hulu aired on April 14 and like every Kardashian event, it's already gotten people chattering. During the press promo, Khloe told USA Today that she's become numb to the pain even though it never gets easier.

"When you're hurt so many times, your reactions, your responses to the same thing happening over and over again—there is a numbing sensation to it."

It showed Khloe's first reaction to hearing Tristan Thompson had yet another baby on the way. They discussed his cheating scandal from 2018 and how they planned to work through it until Tristan went and did it again and again.

Photoshop Fail

Another Khloe news makings its rounds through social media is a photoshop fail. The reality TV star said, "Welllppp I f**ked this one up. Anyways….. let’s focus on something else 😂 Our show airs in a few days," when fans caught her in the act. She replaced Stormi's picture at Disneyland with True's image lying that the 4-year-old visited Disneyland to celebrate her birthday.

It clearly doesn't make any sense that Khloe did that but she offered no explanation only deflecting from the issue.

In the cover photo of her upload, Tara is hanging upside down by an aerial silk fabric attached to a bamboo pole. She had her legs stretched out in a perfect middle split and her hands were grabbing her toes.

Tara also performed another aerial trick on the second pic, where her back was stretched out and one leg was folded, imitating a bow pose.

Like most retired athletes, Tara still likes to keep a healthy and active lifestyle. Her toned body and flexible legs are proof that she has taken care of herself well even after retirement.

One of Tara's go-to exercises is Pilates. The popular workout has several benefits, including improved flexibility, increased strength, and enhanced muscle tone.

Tara has spoken about how much she loves the workout, saying it has been great for both her body and mind.

Her hair loss from In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment inspired her to revive the brand, and it's been a success since.
