Emily Ratajkowski Offers Rear View In Bikini

Emily Ratajkowski put her famous backside on show in a stunning Instagram share promoting her best-selling Inamorata line earlier in the pandemic. The Blurred Lines star, now a Big Boss Girl via her popular swim, lingerie, and clothing line, was topping up her tan in a figure-flaunting bikini back in 2020, stunning her Instagram followers with her supermodel figure and likely shifting plenty of her celeb-adored bikinis.

The photo posted to the Inamorata Instagram came with EmRats shot from behind and on a poolside deck amid sunshine and greenery. Bronzing her buns, Emily went slightly retro, posing back to the camera and in a criss-cross and backless bikini boasting thick and ribbon-like ties. Sunlight poured all over her as she wore her dark locks swept up.

As Emily highlighted her catwalk queen body, a caption from Inamorata kept it short and sweet, reading: "Coming soon." Over 60,000 likes have been left, including one from fellow bikini lover Vanessa Hudgens.

EmRata has since featured in a March 2020 bikini snap, this seeing her go near dental floss on the fabrics as she modeled the "softest" bikini "ever" for a new launch.

Meanwhile, Sunset beach shoots from the Cayman Islands have been showing the Versace ambassador stunning in Mosaic and Mesh Collection dresses while right on the sand.

NBA Rumors: Knicks Could Acquire Zion Williamson For Obi Toppin, Alec Burks & Four 1st-Rounders In Proposed Trade

The New York Knicks would be one of the most active teams on the trade market in the 2022 NBA offseason. After suffering a massive disappointment in the 2021-22 NBA season, the Knicks are expected to be more aggressive in improving their roster around franchise cornerstone RJ Barrett.

With their collection of young players and future draft assets, the Knicks would be in a solid position to engage in a blockbuster deal should a superstar becomes available on the trading block this summer.

Potential Offseason Trade Target - Zion Williamson

One of the dream trade targets for the Knicks is Zion Williamson of the New Orleans Pelicans. In a recent article, James Piercey of NBA Analysis Network came up with a hypothetical blockbuster trade idea to enable the Knicks to acquire Williamson from the Pelicans this summer.

In the proposed trade scenario, the Knicks would be sending a trade package that includes Obi Toppin, Alec Burks, a 2022 first-round pick, a 2023 first-round pick, a 2024 first-round pick, and a 2026 first-round pick to the Pelicans in exchange for Williamson.

Why The Pelicans Would Make The Trade

The proposed blockbuster trade would only make sense for the Pelicans if Williamson expresses his desire to leave this summer. Williamson is yet to demand a trade, but during the 2021 NBA offseason, rumors were circulating about his unhappiness in New Orleans.

By sending him to the Knicks, the Pelicans would be receiving a young and promising big man in Toppin, a veteran sharpshooter in Burks, and four future first-round picks.

With the team less likely to consider a full-scale rebuild after losing Williamson, the Pelicans may consider moving Toppin and some of the future first-round selections in a separate deal to acquire a win-now player who complements Brandon Ingram.

Knicks Get Another Young Star

Giving up Toppin and four future draft assets would be a tough move for the Knicks, but it would be worth it to acquire a player of Williamson's caliber. Before entering the league in 2019, most people considered Williamson a generational talent.

He may have dealt with numerous injuries in the past years, but when he's 100 percent healthy, he's still one of the most promising young players in the NBA. His potential arrival in New York is expected to boost their performance on both ends of the floor, giving them a prolific scorer, rebounder, on-court facilitator, and defender.

Zion Williamson Would Welcome A Trade To Knicks

Williamson is yet to demand a trade from the Pelicans, but he would definitely be intrigued by the idea of being traded to the Knicks this summer. Williamson's interest in playing for the Knicks has been one of the worst-kept secrets in the league.

In 2019, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reported that Williamson was hoping that the Knicks would get the No. 1 overall pick so they could draft him.

Williamson talked about how much he loves playing in New York earlier this season.

“New York is the Mecca of basketball," Williamson said. "I love playing here. I played here in college, and this is my first time playing here in the pros. This atmosphere, whether they're cheering for you or booing for you, it's amazing. Honestly, I think outside of New Orleans, obviously, I think this might be my favorite place to play outside of New Orleans. I can't even lie to you, can't lie to you."

The home was initially listed for $8,995,000 in November but eventually sold for $7,995,000 in January. However, Logan still made some profit from the sale as he purchased the opulent property in 2017 for $6,550,000.

Like his younger brother, Jake Paul, Logan declared his departure from Los Angeles – at least for the time being. The YouTube star highlighted California laws as the primary reason for his departure. He said the state's taxes are outrageous but also expressed restlessness and a desire to begin a new chapter as other reasons.

NFL Rumors: Josh McDaniels Doesn't Want To Replicate The 'Patriots Way' In Las Vegas

The Las Vegas Raiders made one of the biggest moves on the NFL's HC carousel. They lured Josh McDaniels away from the New England Patriots to try and spark some life to their new-look offense.

But even if some expected McDaniels to replicate Bill Belichick's ways in Vegas, the former Broncos' HC has some plans of his own.

McDaniels Is Creating His Own Culture, Says Duron Harmon

Per newcomer Duron Harmon, McDaniels isn't trying to copy the so-called 'Patriots Way' and is trying to build a new culture and identity in Vegas:

“He’s trying to create a culture that is not the ‘Patriot Way,’” Harmon said on Good Morning Football. “He’s said it over and over again: ‘We are the Las Vegas Raiders.’ But the thing is, how he wants it done, he’s going to need people who have done it that way before.”He's Trying To Turn The Culture Around

The Raiders have had serious character issues over the past couple of years. Starting with Jon Gruden and going all the way to the roster, which is why McDaniels wanted to bring in some veterans that could turn the narrative around and keep it all football:

"It's crystallized for me. I'm clear in the vision that I have for this role for this job, for this team and I'm going to be myself. I think that's really important for me and our organization going forward."

The AFC East is set to be a bloodbath next season. But even if he doesn't want to do things 'The Patriots Way', McDaniels sure learned a trick or two from Belichick.

Anna Kendrick’s Hollywood career has been flying high with significant roles in films like Up in the Air, Twilight, Pitch Perfect, and Into the Woods, along with Oscar, Emmy, Tony, and SAG Award nominations. Now she’s almost literally flying high above Los Angeles after buying a Hollywood Hills home with sweeping views of the mountain and San Fernando Valley.

The 36-year-old actress and singer plunked down almost $7 million for the elegant one-story property, which sits on .33 acres at a very private cul-de-sac in a celebrity enclave near Briar Summit Hiking Trail and Runyon Canyon.

The lavish property, which sold for $6,999,000, boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms and affords a lot of privacy thanks to high walls and hedges, along with a modern surveillance system.

Inside the 4,884-square-foot home, which was designed by New York- and Los Angeles-based firm Studio Tim Campbell, you’ll see “high ceilings, imported French oak floors, and Euroline steel doors and windows,” according to the listing on Hilton & Hyland's website.

The white ceiling is punctuated with dark wooden beams, the vast windows let a lot of sunshine in, while French doors lead out to the yard and pool/spa area that features a large deck with an incredible view, a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, and a lawn, all of which give off a resort-like vibe.

Master Suite

Kendrick’s master suite has glass walls and doors opening out to the pool area and yard, while the main bathroom is elegantly done up in gray marble with dual sinks and gold fixtures. Speaking of former owners, Howard isn’t the only famous person who has lived in the beautiful Hollywood Hills property. Built in 1958, it was bought by actress Mila Kunis in 2008, and she lived there for six years before selling it just before she got married to Ashton Kutcher. In turn, the man who bought the house sold it to Howard just three months after acquiring it from Kunis.

The property sits in a celebrity-favorite community, and Kendrick’s famous neighbors include Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante and Swedish pop star Tove Lo, according to Dirt.
