Jennifer Garner and her boyfriend, John Miller, just hit a major milestone in their relationship. “John's kids finally met Jen's kids,” an insider exclusively tells Us Weekly of the 13 Going on 30 star, who celebrated her 50th birthday with a food drive on Saturday, April 16. “Lots of kids and family were invited, including John's kids, his parents, his brother and his [brother’s] wife.” The Alias alum shares daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13, and son Samuel, 10, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, from whom she split in 2015 after 10 years of marriage. Miller, for his part, shares two children with his ex-wife, Caroline Campbell. “They all had friends there,” the source adds of the Juno actress and her beau. “It was casual and easy.” Us broke the news in October 2018 that Garner had been seeing the CaliGroup CEO for six months. "Jen brings out the best in John, and he is the happiest he has probably ever been,” an insider told Us at the time. “It's a loving, healthy relationship.” Less than two years later, however, the duo called it quits. “He was ready for marriage and she just couldn't commit," a source told Us in August 2020. "They parted on very amicable terms." Within nine months, however, the duo decided to give their romance another shot. “Jen and John are back on,” an insider revealed in May 2021. “It started up a few weeks ago.” While the couple are happily reunited, they’re still taking things slow, which is one reason why their children hadn’t met before this past weekend. "They have been keeping their kids separate from their relationship for a long time, but now plan to incorporate their kids more,” a source told Us in September 2021. One month later, another insider revealed that the pair’s friends think an engagement could be on the horizon. “They are totally set on a long-term future together,” the source explained. “They've taken their time to get this committed." After finalizing his divorce from Garner in 2018, Affleck, for his part, has since moved on with Jennifer Lopez. The Argo director, 49, and the Hustlers star, 52, rekindled their romance in April 2021 after originally dating from 2002 to 2004. Earlier this month, the “Get Right” songstress confirmed that she and Affleck are engaged for the second time after calling off their wedding in September 2003. Shortly after Lopez broke the news of their second engagement, an insider told Us that the Oscar winner gave Garner and his family a heads-up before he popped the question. "His whole family knew a little before [the announcement]," the source explained, adding that the newly engaged duo "waited a few days before sharing the news" with the world. | Everything to Know About Blac Chyna’s Lawsuit Against the Kardashians Posted: 18 Apr 2022 05:40 PM PDT Following Blac Chyna‘s split from Rob Kardashian, the model experienced major ups and downs with her ex and his famous family — including a legal battle that’s been ongoing for years. Chyna and Kardashian originally confirmed their relationship in January 2016. The pair got engaged after three months of dating and announced that they were expecting their first child together. Their relationship was documented for their E! reality series, Rob & Chyna, from September to December 2016. After the show was renewed for a second season, the sock designer took to social media to announce the couple’s split. Amid the on and off relationship, E! told Variety that production on Rob & Chyna would be put “on hold” in July 2017. The network noted that the spinoff had "not been in production for several months” as they plan to "follow the [Kardashian] family's lead" on what to do next. Later that year, Chyna sued the Kardashians for allegedly interfering with her reality show’s future. The rapper’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, later offered an update on Chyna’s plans to go forward with the legal battle. "Blac Chyna will seek millions in compensatory and punitive damages from Kris [Jenner], Kim [Kardashian], Khloé [Kardashian], and Kylie [Jenner] for defamation, intentional interference with contract, and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage," Ciani said in a statement to Us Weekly in October 2020. "Chyna is beyond thrilled that she will have her day in court." At the time, the lawyer claimed that Chyna's career in reality TV was "permanently damaged" as a result of the Kardashian family. Two months later, a judge ordered the production company behind Rob & Chyna, Bunim/Murray Production, to turn over any unaired footage that was shot for season 2. Chyna and Rob’s relationship made headlines again in March 2022 when the singer claimed that she didn’t receive any child support. "Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars … my reasons … morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I'm a MAMA," Chyna, who shares daughter Dream with Rob and son King with ex Tyga, tweeted at the time. Rob, for his past, pointed out that he has his daughter from Tuesdays through Saturdays while questioning his ex-fiancée’s allegations. "[I] pay 37k a year for my daughter's school," the California native wrote in an Instagram comment via the Shade Room. "I handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. Why would I pay child support? Lol." Less than a week later, Chyna offered an update on her plans to sue the Kardashian family. "I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors — the lies that were told and the damage that was done," she tweeted in April 2022. The Kardashians showed a united front on day one of the jury selection in Blac Chyna's defamation case against the group. Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian sat beside mom Kris Jenner and sister Kylie Jenner at a Los Angeles courthouse on Monday, April 18, as potential jurors were questioned before being put on the panel for the upcoming trial. The 33-year-old model was also in attendance as her lawsuit against the former Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars got underway. Rob Kardashian, who split from Chyna in 2017, was not at Monday's proceedings. The exes share 5-year-old daughter Dream. Chyna is seeking "millions in compensatory and punitive damages" from Kris, 66, Kim, 41, Khloé, 37, and Kylie, 24, for "defamation, intentional interference with contract and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage," the rapper's attorney, Lynne Ciani, told Us Weekly in a statement in October 2020. The lawsuit, which was initially filed in 2017, is pegged to the women's alleged interference with Chyna and Rob's reality series, Rob & Chyna, which was put on hold that year and never revisited. Victoria Beckham kept the party going after son Brooklyn Beckham's wedding earlier this month, ringing in her birthday on Sunday, April 17. The designer, who turned 48 on Sunday, celebrated in style with family and close friends at Miami's Sushi Fly Chicken, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. "It was an intimate setting," the insider says, adding that Victoria's family and "a few girlfriends" were in attendance. Groot Hospitality and Sushi Fly Chicken's David Grutman and his wife, Isabela Grutman, were also at the restaurant toasting with the birthday girl. The former Spice Girls singer enjoyed the night out with her husband, David Beckham, and three of their four children: Romeo, Cruz and Harper. Their eldest son, Brooklyn, 23, and his new wife, Nicola Peltz, were missing from the bash after getting married on April 9 in Palm Beach, Florida. Victoria's party was extra special with an eight-tiered cake that featured different photos of the fashionista and her loved ones. "Everyone was in a celebratory and fun mood, with Victoria’s guests gathering to take photos with her and celebrate her birthday," the source adds. After keeping her dating live under the radar, Lili Reinhart sparked romance rumors when she was spotted with Spencer Neville at Coachella 2022. The Riverdale star, 25, was photographed holding hands with Neville, 31, as they left the music festival’s Neon Carnival on Saturday, April 16. Reinhart held on tight to the actor as he led her away following the event, according to photos obtained by Just Jared. The outing comes shortly after Reinhart’s ex Cole Sprouse opened up about their relationship nearly two years after their split. Late last month, the Disney Channel alum, 29, called his past with the Chemical Hearts star “as real as it gets” during a rare interview with GQ Hype. The photographer also said the “public currency” that came with their breakup wasn’t always easy to deal with. The former couple dated on and off for three years before pulling the plug on their relationship in May 2020. | Kail Lowry, Briana DeJesus' Lawsuit Dismissed, But the Drama Is Far From Over Posted: 18 Apr 2022 04:58 PM PDT  The legal baby mama drama may be over, but the ongoing scandal continues. After nearly nine months of battling it out in court, Kailyn Lowry's defamation lawsuit against her Teen Mom 2 costar Briana DeJesus has been dismissed in the Florida native's favor, Us Weekly can confirm. "I won," DeJesus, 27, said in a statement to Celebuzz on Monday, April 18. She also shared several screenshots on her Instagram Story of her buying a clown costume and a mirror from Amazon, alluding that she was going to send the items to the “Coffee Convos” podcast host. “Alexa play ‘bitch better have my money’!” DeJesus wrote in the gift message. Lowry, 30, shared her own thoughts on the ruling in an Instagram Story statement. “While today’s ruling is unfortunate, I have to respect the judge’s decision. With that being said, I stand by my truth and the information spread about me is still not true,” she wrote. “I would like to thank my legal team for fighting for me, and I am looking forward to life after this lawsuit so I can focus my energy solely on my boys and my future business endeavors.” The mother of four, who has been feuding with DeJesus for years, filed the lawsuit against her rival in June 2021. The Pride Over Pity author sued DeJesus for defamation at the time, alleging that the Teen Mom 3 alum falsely stated that Kail physically assaulted Chris Lopez, the father of Lowry's two youngest sons, Lux, 4, and Creed, 20 months, and broke into his home. (Though Lowry was arrested after the alleged assault, the charges were later dropped. She also denied via Instagram "ever [having] been charged with breaking & entering. Ever," and maintained she never broken into and entered a home "in my life.") The judge noted in the court documents obtained by Us, “Soto's statement about ‘breaking and entering’ does not change the gist of the statement that Lowry had been arrested. It was widely publicized that Lowry had been arrested for domestic violence and Soto's comments on the issue were substantially true. The damage to Lowry's reputation, if any, had already occurred when the incident was publicized by news media.” According to the documents, the judge further claimed, "Even if the isolated statement regarding 'breaking and entering' can be considered defamatory, there is insufficient evidence to establish that Soto [DeJesus] knew the statement was false at the time it was made."  Ultimately, "as a matter of law, Lowry has not met her burden regarding the issue of malice," declared the judge. The Teen Mom 2 stars' feud first kicked off in 2017, when DeJesus began dating Lowry’s ex-husband Javi Marroquin — with whom Kail shares son Lincoln, 8. (The Pennsylvania native is also mom to son Isaac, 12, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.) Even though Marroquin and DeJesus' relationship only lasted for a few months, the drama between the Love Is Bubblegum writer and the Teen Mom: Family Reunion star was just getting started. The two not only continued to trash each other on social media, they also attempted to engage in a physical fight at one of the Teen Mom reunions. Their relationship only grew worse as the various players in the Lowry/DeJesus drama appeared on each other's podcasts. Marroquin, 29, spilled the tea on his and DeJesus’ breakup on Lowry’s "Coffee Convos" podcast in 2018. Three years later, the Hustle & Heart author invited Devoin Austin (the father of DeJesus’ oldest daughter, Nova) to be a guest on the podcast, during which he spoke about his fractured coparenting relationship with the mom of two. For her part, DeJesus — who also shares daughter Stella, 4, with ex Luis Hernandez — flew to Philadelphia to appear on Chris Lopez's podcast in 2021 in a much-discussed scene that was filmed for season 11 of Teen Mom 2. The lawsuit alone has not been without its fair share of drama. In December 2021, DeJesus sent Lowry a treadmill amid the legal war, which many fans interpreted as a body-shaming dig. "I know u are fantastic at RUNNING YOUR MOUTH SO I THOUGHT UR FEET WOULD RUN JUST AS FAST!" Briana wrote via her Instagram Story at the time. Three months later, in March 2022, the Sunshine State resident filed a motion to prevent Lowry’s legal team from being able to ask any questions about DeJesus’ sex life. (The “Baby Mamas No Drama” cohost claimed that DeJesus slept with Lopez, 28, which DeJesus has denied.) "We had to file this motion because our unilateral extensions of professional courtesy, class, and decency were not reciprocated. That’s okay," DeJesus’ attorney Marc J. Randazza explained to Us Weekly at the time. "We will conduct ourselves according to our high standards and we will let them choose their own standards for themselves.” Us Weekly has reached out for comment from Lowry and DeJesus' respective legal teams. |

Colton Underwood jetted off to Mexico to celebrate the change in his and fiancé Jordan C. Brown's relationship status earlier this month. The former Bachelor, 30, and the political strategist, 39, soaked up the sun at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for a week in early April alongside some of their closest friends. Underwood and Brown stayed at a villa on site with pals Janson Woodlee, Jacob Andary, Tyler Filmore, Paige Filmore, Johnny Sibilly and Todd Hawkins as they toasted their January engagement. The Bachelor in Paradise alum, who publicly came out as gay in April 2021, enjoyed beach time with his future husband throughout the vacation in addition to lounging by the Tamai Pool bar at the resort with their group. The lovebirds, who are "big fans" of the Mexican hotel, made time for just themselves as well with a "romantic private dinner" at The Rock, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. The pair watched the sunset as they chowed down on a variety of items, including a beet salad, poached lobster and cheesecake. The former reality star arranged a "surprise" appearance by a Mariachi band after the duo's dinner. The band "played a few songs for them and their friends joined them to sing, dance and celebrate," the insider tells Us, adding that the couple topped of their night under the stars while hanging out by a bonfire. Underwood gave fans a glimpse at the tropical vacation on April 3, sharing a series of snaps with his and Brown's friends. | Helen Mirren's Stepson Rio Hackford Dead at Age 51 After Long Illness Posted: 18 Apr 2022 03:34 PM PDT  Rio Hackford, the son of director Taylor Hackford and stepson of Helen Mirren, has died at age 51 after a battle with an unspecified illness. The late star’s brother, Alex Hackford, confirmed the news on Friday, April 15. Rio died one day earlier in Huntington Beach, California. He is survived by his wife, Libby Grace, and their two children. The Los Angeles native was an actor who starred in films including Trumbo and Jonah Hex and TV series including American Crime Story. In 2010, Rio had a small role in Love Ranch, which was directed by his father, 77, and starred his stepmother, 76. Earlier this year, Rio appeared alongside Sebastian Stan and Lily James on Hulu’s Pam & Tommy. One of his biggest credits was providing motion capture for the droid IG-11, voiced by Taika Waititi, in The Mandalorian. Rio is Taylor’s only child with Georgie Lowres, whom he divorced in 1972. The Oscar nominee shares Alex with ex-wife Lynne Littman, whom he was married to from 1977 to 1987. The Ray director has been married to Mirren since 1997. In addition to acting in various film and TV roles over the years, Rio was also the proprietor of several successful bars in New Orleans: One Eyed Jacks, El Matador and Pal’s Lounge. Their surprise visit marks the first time that Harry and Meghan have made a joint trip to the U.K. since stepping backing from their senior royal duties. The pair, who tied the knot in 2018, originally made headlines when they announced their plans to step away from their roles in 2020. They confirmed that the decision was made permanent in February 2021 and moved to Montecito, California, amid the coronavirus pandemic. The California native later opened up about how much she struggled during her time in the U.K. “I just didn’t see a solution. I would sit up at night, and I was just, like, I don’t understand how all of this is being churned out,” Meghan said in a CBS tell-all interview in March 2021, referring to the British press. “I realized that it was all happening just because I was breathing. When Janet Hubert, who played Aunt Viv on the first three seasons, left the ’90s sitcom due to “creative differences” in 1993, the “Summertime” rapper slammed his former costar during a radio interview. “I can say straight up that Janet Hubert wanted the show to be The Aunt Viv of Bel-Air Show,” Smith said at the time, per E! News. “She’s mad now but she’s been mad all along. Hannah Ann Sluss wanted to keep her relationship with boyfriend Jake Funk out of the spotlight — especially after her very public split from former Bachelor Peter Weber. “I wanted to wait to share [our relationship] with everyone because it was our decision,” the model, 25, told Us Weekly exclusively at the DIRECTV Space at the Neon Carnival on Saturday, April 16. “We’re very private and, you know, that just seems to be the best for us right now. With my past, things have been public and nothing really necessarily good has come from it, in my opinion.” She continued: “And so keeping things private and just having our own lives outside of social media [makes] it more of a true, meaningful relationship for us.”  Sluss confirmed her romance with the Los Angeles Rams running back, 24, in February when she shared videos of herself cheering him on at Super Bowl LVI. | Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller’s Ups and Downs Through the Years Posted: 18 Apr 2022 01:08 PM PDT Finding common ground. Charlie Sheen‘s relationship with ex-wife Brooke Mueller has continued to make headlines years after their split. Sheen was previously married to model Donna Peele in the ’90s before tying the knot with Denise Richards in 2002. After settling his divorce from the Bravo star in 2006, the Spin City alum moved on with Mueller, to whom he was introduced by mutual friend Rebecca Gayheart. The couple exchanged views in 2008 welcomed their twin sons one year later. They called it quits in 2010. The Emmy nominee publicly disclosed his HIV-positive status in November 2015. “It started with what I thought was this series of crushing headaches and migraines and sweating the bed,” he said during an interview with Matt Lauer. “I thought I had a brain tumor. After a spinal test, they said, ‘This is what’s going on.'” Sheen, who also shares two daughters with Richards and a daughter with ex Paula Profit, noted that he told people that he “trusted” after being diagnosed four years prior. “I am here to admit that I am, in fact, HIV-positive. I have to put a stop to this mirage of attacks of sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories that are about me that are threatening the health of so many others,” he added. “I think I release myself from this prison today.” At the time, Sheen confirmed that Richards and their daughters, Sam and Lola, are not HIV-positive. Mueller’s rep Steve Honig also clarified in a statement to Us Weekly that their sons were not infected. "Brooke has been inundated with calls from friends and family,” Honig told Us. “To put their minds at ease, Brooke can confirm that she and the boys are not HIV positive.” Through the years, Mueller’s issues with addiction prompted her to seek professional help on several occasions. Following multiple drug-related incidents, the Witchouse star voluntarily entered an East Coast treatment center in August 2019. A source told Us at the time that her children were "doing fine" as they were relocated to live with Mueller’s parents. Sheen also opened up about how his twin boys were adjusting to the major change. "Between myself and the boys' two amazing sets of grandparents, we continue to seamlessly love, shelter and protect Bob and Max from the haphazard choices and unsightly behavior their mom refuses to extinguish once and for all," he told The Blast in August 2019. "These wonderful boys need their mom, and hopefully one day soon they will finally have one. Until then, on every front, we got this." Since Mueller’s departure from the facility, the former pair have worked on coparenting their children. In April 2022, they settled their child support case after a lengthy legal battle. “Mr. Sheen and Ms. Mueller recognize together the great benefit to their children in peacefully, privately coming to terms focused on the family's overall best interests.
