Holiday Photos! Inside Stars' Easter and Passover 2022 Celebrations

Posted: 17 Apr 2022 05:45 PM PDT

A hoppy holiday! Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Josh Gad and more stars showed off their festive Easter and Passover celebrations over the weekend.

The 45-year-old Voice coach, for his part, surprised his wife on Sunday, April 17, when he arrived at their festivities dressed as a pink rabbit.

“Happy Easter everybody. You’re welcome," Shelton captioned an Instagram video walking down a hallway, accompanied by his two dogs.

The "Hollaback Girl" songstress, 52, couldn't stop laughing in the footage before replying in the comments section, "Thank u 😊."

Stefani reposted the same clip onto her page, calling the country crooner "the Easter blakey" instead of the more traditional Easter bunny.

Easter — the celebration of Jesus' resurrection — fell on the same dates as the Jewish holiday of Passover this year. Passover, which commemorates the Hebrews’ liberation from slavery in Egypt, began at sundown on Friday, April 15.

"Doing Jewish things together since 1984. Happy #Passover," Gad, 41, captioned a Friday Instagram selfie with friend Seth Gabel.

Gabel, for his part, provided insight into their seder, commenting, "Live update: Josh just found a way to tell the story of Passover to the children and somehow bring it around to referencing the ark of the covenant from Raiders of the Lost Ark."

Mindy Kaling — who welcomed son Spencer in September 2020 — shared a rare snap with both the infant and her eldest daughter Katherine "Kit", 4, on Sunday.

"Even my Hindu family is in awe of the power of Easter," the Mindy Project creator, 42, tweeted at the time. “Also, it's one of the only times it's socially acceptable to match clothes with your kids, which, as you can I see, I did. Happy Easter and lots of love to everyone!"

Kaling previously welcomed Kit in December 2017 and has been gushing about her motherhood journey ever since.

"I'm in a privileged position because I have help, you know, and I know that's not the case for all American women," she exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2019. "I'm a single mom, but I have the means to have help. It is what it is! … I work incredibly hard. It's like, work hard, play hard. I definitely work [harder] than I play. And so, I think that's not bad. I think that I have never gotten anything easily and that's OK! If I can set that example for her to work hard like I did, I think I'd be happy."

So Hoppy Together! How Celebrity Couples Celebrate Easter Through the Years

Posted: 17 Apr 2022 03:30 PM PDT

Hoppily ever after! John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, Prince William and Duchess Kate and more celebrity couples have dutifully given fans a glimpse of their memorable Easter celebrations through the years.

Legend donned a full-body rabbit costume to surprise daughter Luna and son Miles during the holiday in April 2021. While Luna knew the Voice coach was under the mask the whole time, she enjoyed dancing with her dad in costume. Her mom, Teigen, also enjoyed Legend's special outfit.

"My bunny," the Cravings founder captioned an Instagram snap at the time, sitting on Legend's lap as he held two bottles of alcohol.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, for their part, frequently attend annual Easter Day church services alongside other members of the royal family. Additionally, they annually team up to give their three children — Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis — special celebrations at home once they return.

"They don't allow George, Charlotte and Louis to have chocolate and sweets every day, so it was a real treat," a source exclusively told Us Weekly in April 2021, noting that the twosome — who wed in April 2011 — organized an Easter egg hunt and helped their little ones bake a chocolate cake covered in mini-Cadbury eggs.

The royal duo also wished their followers a happy celebration with an Instagram video of a chocolate egg that had "Happy Easter" scrawled on the front in frosting.

"Wishing you all a safe and happy Easter 🐣," a post on Will and Kate's official Instagram account read at the time.

While many stars opt for a festive party or a solemn church service, Britney Spears and Sam Asghari kicked off their 2021 holiday plans in the gym.

"Happy egg hunting! Starting the day with a great workout 💪🏽," the Iran native, who proposed to the "Circus" songstress in September 2021, captioned an Instagram video of the pair's workout routine.

After the pair's gym session, Spears changed into a cropped floral peasant blouse and a pair of white shorts, which she rocked again one month later.

"Remember when we all celebrated Easter last month ⛪🙏🏼😮 ???? Well … after eating some chocolate 🍫🥚 I decided to put this little white ensemble on 💁🏼‍♀️✨," the Crossroads actress joked via Instagram in May 2021.

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, for their part, celebrated their first Easter after their December 2018 nuptials with his parents.

"Happy Easter from ours to yours," the Quantico alum — who welcomed a baby girl with the Jonas Brothers musician via surrogate in January 2022 — captioned an April 2019 Instagram photo. In the snap, the spouses held a pair of Easter baskets alongside family matriarch Denise Jonas.

Olivia Wilde Sweetly Supports Harry Styles During His Epic Coachella Set

Posted: 17 Apr 2022 01:20 PM PDT

From coworkers to so much more! Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles took fans by surprise with their whirlwind romance, which began when they met on the set of Don't Worry Darling.

The duo made headlines when they were photographed holding hands at Styles’ manager’s wedding in January 2021. A source exclusively told Us Weekly at the time that the twosome sparked a connection when they started working together.

Harry and Olivia had chemistry almost instantaneously on set," the insider said. "It was only a matter of time before they got together.”

Wilde’s romance with the British singer came two months after she split from fiancé Jason Sudeikis and three months after Styles joined her film. Sudeikis and the Booksmart director, who were together for over a decade, share two children: son Otis and daughter Daisy.

When reports of the relationship first emerged, a source told Us that Styles was not the reason for the House alum's split from the Ted Lasso star.

“Harry did not break up an engagement,” the source said.

Although Styles didn’t come inbetween Wilde and Sudeikis, the new couple still tried to keep their relationship quiet on set in the beginning.

“Olivia and Harry were able to keep their relationship under wraps for a bit before it became public knowledge,” an insider told Us in January 2021. “They were very careful about it and even sleuthy at times, although the small group of people who were on set with them every day eventually figured it out.”

The psychological thriller, which revolves around a housewife in the 1950s, also stars Florence Pugh, Chris Pine, Gemma Chan, KiKi Layne and Nick Kroll.

After filming wrapped in February 2021, Wilde joined Styles in London, where they enjoyed some time to themselves.

“People tend to respect people’s privacy in London, so they probably feel comfortable walking around by themselves and don’t feel like they need a bodyguard,” an insider told Us in April 2021.

The duo were “spotted at local pubs” during their London getaway.

“They were walking close to each other and had their arms linked together,” added an insider, who bumped into the duo on one of their casual strolls. “They seemed very couply and cuddly with one another.”

The couple's romance continued to heat up, with the Life Itself actress openly supporting her beau's music and film careers. She "obviously" watched his Eternals appearance, which she noted via an Instagram comment, and even danced — along with her kids and his mother, Anne, — at various "Love on Tour" concerts.

"Olivia was nonstop dancing on the floor at Harry's show at Madison Square Garden," an eyewitness exclusively told Us of Wilde's attendance at the musician's October 2021 tour stop in New York City.

February 2021
As filming for Don’t Worry Darling started to wrap, the New York native took to social media to celebrate her cast. "Little known fact: most male actors don’t want to play supporting roles in female-led films," Wilde wrote via Instagram in February 2021. "The industry has raised them to believe it lessens their power (i.e financial value) to accept these roles, which is one of the reasons it's so hard to get financing for movies focusing on female stories. No joke, it is harrrrrd to find actors who recognize why it might be worth it to allow for a woman to hold the spotlight." She continued: "Enter: @harrystyles, our 'Jack.' Not only did he relish the opportunity to allow for the brilliant @florencepugh to hold center stage as our 'Alice,' but he infused every scene with a nuanced sense of humanity. He didn't have to join our circus, but he jumped on board with humility and grace, and blew us away every day with his talent, warmth, and ability to drive backwards. 👊 #dontworrydarling." Styles was cast alongside Emma Corrin in My Policeman — and PDA-filled pics from set sent fans into a frenzy. However, an insider told Us that Wilde didn't mind at all. “[Olivia’s] not bothered by Harry's on-camera romance with Emma. This isn't the first time she's been in a relationship and had to deal with her partner kissing other actresses,” the source shared in May 2021. “If anything, she's excited about his role in the film and thinks he's doing an amazing job. Plus, she's confident in their relationship as they're going very strong!” Shutterstock (3)
July 2021
"Olivia's really smitten by Harry,” an insider exclusively told Us after the couple were spotted packing on the PDA on vacation in Italy. “He makes her really happy. It's like he's brought out this giddy side of her. The thing that works for them is that they don't hide their relationship from the public. They don't care who's around watching them pack on the PDA." ROGER WONG/INSTARimages.com; Jean-Marc HAEDRICH/SIPA/Shutterstock
July 2021
"Olivia and Harry have an ease to their relationship, they love and support each other, but also let each other be free and work on their own," a source told Us about the duo's strong connection. The insider also noted that Wilde and Styles have been in "constant communication when they’re not together" amid separate professional projects. "Both of them respect the other's work and never want to get in the way of each other," the source added. Shutterstock (2)

After Styles dropped the first single from his third album, "As It Was," fans were quick to parse through the lyrics for clues. Some listeners were convinced the bridge hinted at his romance with Wilde with the line, "Leave America, two kids follow her," which fans believed was a reference to Otis and Daisy.  While discussing the inspiration behind the track, Styles gushed to SiriusXM's The Morning Mash Up that he felt "really happy at the moment," which had a positive effect on his songwriting. "I feel like it's the first time I feel like I'm kind of making music and putting music out from a real place of kind of personal freedom," he said. Beretta/Sims/Shutterstock; Rob Latour/Shutterstock

Love Is Blind's Kyle and Deepti Attend Coachella Amid Romance Speculation

Posted: 17 Apr 2022 12:45 PM PDT

A second chance at love? Kyle Abrams and Deepti Vempati didn’t end up with their respective fiancés on Love is Blind, but the pair may have found love outside of the pods.

After the construction worker confessed that his “biggest regret” was not proposing to Deepti during the season 2 reunion, fans of the Netflix reality show began speculating that a romance was blossoming between the two contestants. “I should have tried harder for [Deepti],” Kyle said at the time. “I love her so much, she’s the best. And I wish I saw what was right in front of me and that’s my biggest regret. I’m sorry.”

Though his declaration of love surprised viewers, Deepti wasn’t particularly shocked by the depth of his feelings. “A lot of people don't know that Kyle and I had a really deep connection in the pods,” Deepti told New York Magazine in March 2022. “He was my No. 2 person, so it wasn't out of the blue. We do have this foundational bond. It was heartwarming and so sweet to hear.”

As for their relationship, she continued: “The speculation is hilarious. We're playing with [fans] a little bit, but it's funny. Kyle and I have such a beautiful friendship.”

Kyle, for his part, fueled the romance rumors around the same time, posting multiple TikTok videos of him spending time with the information data analyst. In early March, he shared a clip from an event, panning over to reveal Deepti standing behind him before he smiled at the camera. The day after, Kyle posted a video from a Chicago Fire soccer game featuring a hand that appeared to belong to his fellow contestant.

In the pods, Deepti accepted a proposal from Abhishek "Shake" Chatterjee before calling it quits on their wedding day on the finale. The veterinarian earned a great deal of backlash for repeatedly admitting during the experiment that he didn’t find his then-partner physically attractive — including from Kyle, who accused him of “wast[ing] such a good opportunity” with her.

“There's a lot of things that he said that he didn't say to my face and [things] I've heard from other cast members," Deepti told Us Weekly exclusively in February ahead of the finale. “I just don't have room for anybody in my life that doesn't see me in the best way. And who could even think those types of thoughts, I guess. I knew what I had to do [on our wedding day]. No one should have doubts about me, and I deserve the best. So, it's, like, if you're not gonna be able to offer it for me, then there's no chance I'm staying.”

While it’s unclear whether Kyle can offer Deepti the things she’s looking for in a relationship, the duo has teased that they might be more than friends.

Keep scrolling to see everything they have said about a potential post-show romance:

Deserving the Best
"I knew what I had to do," Deepti told Us ahead of the Netflix series’ finale in February 2022 about her decision to end things with Shake. "No one should have doubts about me [on our wedding day] and I deserve the best. So it’s, like, if you’re not gonna be able to offer it for me, then there’s no chance I’m staying." Adrian S. Burrows Sr./Netflix
His Biggest Regret
"I have a huge regret. Biggest regret is I should have asked Deepti to marry me," Kyle admitted during the reunion, which aired in March 2022. ”That's what I learned the most [from the experience]. I f—ked up." Ser Baffo/Netflix (2)
Looking Back at Everything
Kyle reiterated those thoughts in a conversation with Us, revealing that if he could do the experiment over again, he would make different choices. “I think I would have tried harder with my two other loves," he said in March 2022. "I felt like I gave up on one person in particular, and I should have tried way harder. It’s a huge regret of mine, actually." Patrick Wymore/Netflix
Figuring it Out
Amid speculation that she and Kyle had begun dating, Deepti told Elite Daily that the pair were "figuring it out" in the real world. “Not a lot of people know that we had a really strong connection in the pods," she said. "I was really struggling to pick between Shake and Kyle. We’re just trying to figure it out. There’s a lot on our plate right now. We’ll see what happens." Patrick Wymore/Netflix
“Peas in a Pod”
On the day the reunion was released, Deepti posted a behind-the-scenes photo with Sal Perez and Shayne Jansen wearing matching blue ensembles, joking that they were "blue peas in a pod." In response, Kyle — who was posed with his arms around his costar — joked that he "did not understand the assignment." Adam Rose/Netflix; Courtesy of Deepti Vempati/Instagram
Did Deepti Find Love?
Three days later, Deepti posted another photo from the reunion, this one featuring all of the contestants who attended, with the comment "Oh, but I did find love." Kyle posted a teasing comment in response, writing simply, "Did you?" Courtesy of Kyle Abrams/TikTok
An Unexpected Feud
After Shake accused Kyle of being a "serial cheater" ahead of the reunion, Deepti revealed that she wasn't sure why her ex-fiancé was so upset with their costar. "Kyle has never done anything to Shake," she told E! News. "Kyle and I were close, so I don't know if that's where it stemmed from, but he knew that we were close this entire time, so it's nothing new for him. It was confusing to me just like the rest of the world, honestly." Adam Rose/Netflix
Still Hanging Out
During a March 2022 appearance on the "We Have the Receipts" podcast, Deepti said that she and Kyle have remained friends since the show wrapped. "Kyle and I hang out all the time, even before reunion," she explained. "He's, like, my best friend. So, I don't know, we'll see where it goes." When cohost Lauren Speed-Hamilton noted that friends often become lovers, Deepti replied: "That's the best way, build a friendship first. Let's see if it goes anywhere. We'll see how it goes." Ser Baffo/Netflix
A 'Beautiful' Thing
“It’s just really beautiful,” Love Is Blind cohost Vanessa Lachey exclusively told Us in March 2022 of the pair’s potential rekindled romance. “It's back to the pods, you know, and this is part of the experiment [that] continues on after the show. So, the foundation is the emotional connection and [Deepti] did have a connection with [Kyle]. And then you add in the layers of the physical world and … your families, your friends, your jobs, your background and that actually worked in their favor.” She added: “I think it's exciting to already know you have that connection then to continue it in the real world, after the show is wrapped, that's a beautiful thing.” Courtesy of Netflix
Brunch Sighting
In March 2022, a fan spotted Kyle and Deepti out and about in Chicago. In a video shared via TikTok, a woman stepped out of a restaurant to let the duo know that there was no wait at the restaurant they'd just walked by. "Let me buy you guys a mimosa!" she said. After a quick conference, the twosome turned around and walked back, seemingly taking the woman up on her offer. Courtesy of awkvanmills/TikTok
Playing Coy
The twosome were spotted leaving West Hollywood hotspot Craig's together in April 2022 and expertly avoided giving a straight answer about their relationship status. When asked by TMZ whether they were "boyfriend and girlfriend," Kyle replied with a laugh, "Great question." He went on to joke that he and Deepti might "consider" marriage down the line before the pair got into their car. A source told Us at the time that the reality stars were still "just friends." Coachella Kisses! Hannah Godwin and Fiance Dylan Barbour Attend 2022 Festival

Posted: 17 Apr 2022 11:50 AM PDT

Another Bachelor Nation success story! Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour went searching for love on Bachelor in Paradise, but the real paradise began when they found each other.

Godwin joined season 6 of the ABC reality show in the summer of 2019 after striking out on Colton Underwood‘s season of The Bachelor. Barbour, for his part, previously competed for the affections of Hannah Brown on season 15 of The Bachelorette.

The couple’s relationship had a rocky start with Godwin first showing interest in Blake Horstmann, who even flew to her hometown to see her a week before Paradise began filming. Godwin later sparked a connection with Barbour but ended up kissing Horstmann multiple times in front of him.

Eventually, Godwin chose Barbour and the twosome got engaged at the end of the season. At first, the couple had a long-distance relationship between Godwin’s house in Los Angeles and Barbour’s home in San Diego. However, they found themselves unexpectedly living together amid the coronavirus quarantine.

"Luckily, we're both easygoing so being trapped together in sweats all day with my BFF isn't a bad day," the Bachelor alum told Us Weekly in March 2020. Barbour added, "It makes us want to live together and puppy fever is through the roof."

The pair’s time in self-isolation also helped them discover new things about each other. "I've learned that Dylan has zero fear when it comes to expiration dates on food," Godwin said at the time. "Pretty sure we used two-year-old mustard the other day. Honestly, not too bad!"

Barbour, meanwhile, stumbled upon the social media influencer’s favorite food. "I didn't know Han liked banana pancakes till I made them the other morning," he said. "Now, they're on my regular breakfast menu."

Four months later, Godwin shared that she wasn’t sure if they would have issues living together, but the former beauty pageant contestant was pleasantly surprised.

"Although we have a good balance in our relationship, you never know what type of roommate someone will be until you actually live with them for a long period of time," she said in July 2020. "Luckily, Dylan has been an awesome roommate and we really balance chores out well. We're also good at giving each other personal space when we need it, too!"

Godwin told Us that the coronavirus quarantine made her want to move in with Barbour as soon as possible. "Getting to spend more time in San Diego has definitely made me realize how much I love it and getting to spend more time with Dylan makes me realize how much I love coffee in bed every morning,” the reality star said at the time. “We are definitely on the hunt for a bigger San Diego place that we can both call home!” Marion Curtis/StarPix for Kensie/Shutterstock

Godwin told Us that they aren't "rushing" their wedding plans because of the coronavirus pandemic. "So, the wedding planning journey I put to a little bit of a pause just with COVID and everything," the Alabama native said at the time. "And we're trying to wait to see what the state of the world is going to be in the next year or two. So, for now, I'm Pinterest boarding it and saving photos and we're talking about it and getting excited about it. But, I think that'll just make it even more special when we're able to actually have our big fun day." Shutterstock

"People get so, like, angry," the model joked in an interview with E! News, explaining why she and her fiancé haven't yet tied the knot. "They're like, ‘When's the wedding already? What's taking you forever?' ... We're chillin’. I think why we've been kind of cool with just chillin’ is because, like, we have a mortgage together. It's funny how people get so angry. One day we'll give it to them and they'll be really excited, hopefully." Barbour chimed in, revealing the pair were eyeing a spring 2023 wedding date. "It takes 12 months to plan a wedding, but we're not gonna get married in the winter," he said. "We did look at venues. We have a planner." Marion Curtis/StarPix for Kensie/Shutterstock

From launching your website and app (and it literally being on the top trending charts) to walking in NYFW, it’s been a privilege to watch you accomplish your goals, and I know you’re just getting started. “We were planning on maybe doing, like, a romantic date night or something like that [for Valentine's Day], but scratch that because I think we might have to last minute move into our new house, which we’re so excited about,” Godwin exclusively told Us on February 11 at the Revolve x H. Wood Group “Homecoming Weekend” party. “It’s a real world [date]. We’ll be able to eat our food, all of that … we’re really excited." Barbour, for his part, teased a special gift for his fiancée: “I think what I’m going to do is a lot of love. Coachella Cuties! Katie Thurston and John Hersey’s Complete Romance Timeline

Posted: 17 Apr 2022 11:35 AM PDT

Even Katie Thurston didn't know what she was promising when she declared her Bachelorette ending was a "first" for the franchise.

After appearing on season 25 of The Bachelor, which aired in early 2021, ABC named the Washington native their season 17 star. She subsequently started filming in Palm Springs and met 30 contestants, including bartender John Hersey. She sent the California native home during week two of the competition.

Blake Moynes, who originally competed on season 16 of The Bachelorette in 2020, joined the cast when there were 14 men remaining. The Canada native admitted that he reached out to Thurston while Matt James' season was airing and felt like they would have a connection. After two of Thurston's top four quit — Greg Grippo and Michael Allio — she gave Moynes her final rose, sending home Justin Glaze.

Thurston and Moynes' proposal aired on the August 2021 finale of The Bachelorette. The twosome told Us Weekly at the time that they weren't in a rush to move in together as they navigated their post-show future. By October, she admitted to Us that the twosome were "winging" things as Moynes traveled to Africa for work.

"The short version is we're figuring it out. We don't know. This is very new to us still. I'm just focusing on myself, he's focusing on him, and if we work doing that, great. If not —” Thurston told Us before trailing off backstage at Whitney Cummings' comedy show.

Days after the performance, Thurston and Moynes announced their engagement was over. She subsequently told her Instagram followers that the twosome "owe it to each other to step away" from their relationship because it wasn't working.

"We were together for six months [and] Blake and I are very level-headed and mature, and we communicate very well on our thoughts," Thurston told fans on October 31, 2021. "And we just both knew if this was how our first six months was as a couple, going forward it was going to not be in our best interest for our happiness to stay together."

Moynes, for his part, admitted things haven't "been easy" for him as he returned to social media post-split on November 9, 2021. Later that month, Us broke the news that Thurston was seeing Hersey. Her rep later confirmed the news via a statement: "It's known Katie and John became close friends post-season. John has been there for her through all the major changes in her life, and they are excited to explore this newly found romantic connection."

Scroll through for a complete timeline of her relationship with Hersey:

March 2021
During night one of Thurston’s season, which filmed in March 2021, she admitted that Hersey was her “type” when he walked out of the limo. By week two, however, she sent him packing.   ABC/Craig Sjodin
Summer 2021
In May 2021, Thurston nearly ran into Hersey at a San Diego beach with friends. “John is surfing on this exact beach — very, very randomly, a rose floats by in the water. And he's like, ‘That's incredibly strange.’ … Just a very strange occurrence,” the duo’s mutual friend Stephen Lovegrove later recalled on Us’ “Here for the Right Reasons” podcast in September 2021. “He surfs, he goes home, we take photos, we get ice cream, we go home. And later that afternoon, John sees from Katie's account, all these photos go up and realizes as he was surfing with this random rose floating by, he was literally 100 feet away from the Bachelorette, who he had just filmed this season [with]. It was such a random coincidence that we didn't find out about till a long time later.” During that trip, Thurston was also spotted at Duke’s in La Jolla, where Hersey was a bartender. As her season aired in summer 2021, there was a fan theory that she got back together with Hersey due to the photos from the bar. “Through all of that speculation, at some point, I reached out to John and made a joke about I hope you and Katie are doing so well,” Lovegrove told Us. “And anyway, our friendship was born out of all of that. But yes, the Duke’s trip that threw off every spoiler page by total accident happened in the midst of the now-infamous San Diego trip [that sparked the love triangle with Alana Milne, Chris Conran and Jessenia Cruz on Bachelor in Paradise], as well.”   ABC/Craig Sjodin
August 2021
Despite his early departure, Hersey was always team Thurston, defending her after she accused finalist Greg Grippo of gaslighting her during their messy split on an August episode. “I watched [Monday] night's episode and was shocked by some of the behavior I witnessed, namely the words and body language exhibited by Greg,” Hersey wrote via Instagram Stories at the time. "Watching these actions get defended (and therefore normalized) strikes me as extremely unhealthy and a step in the wrong direction.” He added: "An individual can be a good friend to some while simultaneously being harmful to others in another relationship. Friendship cannot be an excuse to blindly defend someone's behavior.” ABC/Craig Sjodin
September 2021
After moving to San Diego, Thurston continued to spend time with Hersey amid her long-distance relationship with Moynes. She previously told Cummings that Moynes was OK with her hanging out with her former suitor. “He’s not intimidated by anything. I’m actually really close friends with John Hersey, which is a week two guy from my season, which I think most men would be like, ‘Well that’s kind of weird,’ but [Blake’s] just like, ‘Do your thing, whatever,’” Thurston said on the September 30 episode of the comedian’s “Good For You” podcast. Image Press Agency/NurPhoto/Shutterstock
October 2021
After spending the month apart amid his work trip to Africa, Thurston and Moynes reunited and announced their split on October 25, 2021. “It is with mutual love and respect that we have decided to go our separate ways. We are so grateful for the moments we shared together and the entire journey that has unfolded this year, but we ultimately have concluded that we are not compatible as life partners, and it is the most caring choice for both of us to move forward independently,” the twosome wrote via Instagram at the time. “We ask for kindness and privacy as we both navigate this transition. Both of us will forever want the best for one another and ask you to please support us in our decision.”   ABC/Craig Sjodin
November 2021
Social media began to speculate about Thurston’s relationship with Hersey after she shared a picture of the flowers she received following her split from Moynes with a note that read: “These are not romantic flowers. These are happy flowers. Because I do not want you to be… I want you to be happy.” Bachelor Nation was convinced that the note was from Hersey. Three days later, Thurston posted a throwback video on November 7 of “the first time I saw John since filming.” She then hinted that fans weren’t on the right track by sharing Polaroid photos with him, writing, “Y’all getting wild in my DMs."   Courtesy Katie Thurston/Instagram
November 2021
Thurston began her “12 Days of Messy” challenge in mid-November, dedicating Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” to her former fiancé. On the final day of assigning songs for her exes, she dropped a video with Hersey set to “Begin Again.” Us broke the news on November 23 that Thurston is dating Hersey. The lovebirds packed on the PDA in a TikTok video just hours after Us confirmed their romance on November 23. The pair hit the red carpet for the second time at the 2021 People's Choice Awards. After the ceremony, Thurston revealed that Hersey wore the same suit he was wearing during the episode of The Bachelorette where she sent him home. "I mean, we had to reverse that bad juju," she joked in an Instagram Story. "So, we're good now." On the red carpet, Thurston gushed about how she's "the happiest" she's been in a long time. “It’s very easy to just enjoy and live my life — and that’s kind of what we’re doing. We’re not holding back for anybody," she exclusively told Us at the event. “We’re in the honeymoon phase right now. He was my best friend before, so I think that’s what makes it, honestly, the best.” Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

"I could have never dreamt up what this year had in store for me. I am both in awe of, and extremely grateful for the circumstances that brought us together," Hersey gushed via Instagram while celebrating his girlfriend's birthday. "And thank goodness you dumped me on national television, or else we could have never gotten to where we are now. Falling for you was the best decision I never had a say in, and I couldn't be happier. Cheers to another year around the sun- happy birthday beautiful girl!!" Thurston replied in the comments, "❤️ I sure do love you." Kayla DeLaura

"My heart danced in a way that was new. A crowded room but felt like us two. Some talk about Cupid or love at first sight. I never understood until that very same night," Thurston wrote in an Instagram poem during the couple's first Valentine's Day together. "Your eyes, that smile, you energized my soul. You ignited my world, leaving me whole. Once you found a rose floating at sea. I can’t help but think we were always meant to be."   Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

"It is mind boggling to think that it has been exactly 1 year since this evening. Contrary to what @thekatiethurston says, I’d absolutely have believed I could be right here in this moment," Hersey wrote alongside a photo of his departure from The Bachelorette, referring to Thurston's previous comments earlier that month. "Thank you to all of you who have joined me in this journey this past year. I am so grateful to have been surrounded by such a supportive and positive community. With so many adventures on the horizon, I can’t wait to bring you all along!" His girlfriend replied in the comments section, "Sorry to all the bachelor brackets we f--ked up. We owe you one 😂." Putting the rumors to rest? After ASAP Rocky was the subject of cheating allegations during girlfriend Rihanna's pregnancy, the pair showed that they are still going strong despite split speculation.

Rihanna, 34, and Rocky, 33, were photographed arm-in-arm arriving at the airport in Barbados on Friday, April 15, according to photos obtained by TMZ. The expectant "Diamonds" songstress donned a colorful, strapless dress as she held hands with and cuddled up to her beau.

The pair were the subject of breakup rumors one day earlier after reports alleged that the New York native had cheated on Rihanna with Amina Muaddi, a designer for Fenty. While the couple — who announced earlier this year that they are expecting their first child — have yet to address the speculation, Muaddi fervently denied the allegations.

"I've always believed that an unfounded lie spread on social media doesn't deserve any response or clarification, especially one that is so vile," the fashion designer wrote via her Instagram Story on Friday. "I initially assumed that this fake gossip — fabricated with such malicious intent — would not be taken seriously. However in the last 24h I've been reminded that we live in a society that is so quick to speak on topics regardless of factual basis and that nothing is off limits. Not even during what should be one of the most beautiful and celebrated times in one's life."

She concluded her lengthy social media statement: "While Rih is continuing to live her serene, best dressed pregnancy life and I go back to my business — I wish everyone a beautiful Easter weekend."

Us Weekly previously broke the news in February 2020 that the Oceans 8 star was "hooking up" with Rocky before they officially confirmed their romance nearly one year later. The twosome announced Rihanna's pregnancy with a stylish maternity shoot in January as their relationship continued heating up.

"ASAP is obsessed with Rihanna and feels he has never loved her more than when she's pregnant," a source exclusively told Us in January. "They're both very excited to be parents. … Rihanna has wanted to be a mother for many years now and she's so thrilled it's finally happening."

While the happy couple have been excitedly preparing for their new arrival, the Barbados native has been vocal about her motherhood journey.

"I wouldn't say [we were] planning [to start a family]," she revealed during her Vogue cover story, which was published earlier this week. "But certainly not planning against it. I don't know when I ovulate or any of that type of s–t. We just had fun. And then it was just there on the test. … I called him inside and showed him. Then I was in the doctor's office the next morning and our journey began."

She continued: "I'm certainly not gonna let [not being married] get in the way of me being a mom. They're going to teach me more than I could ever teach them. And I want them to go for it. I want to see who they are in the world, who they become. Because I'm just here to keep them on the rails — a passenger as much as the driver."

’Alias’ and Beyond! See Jennifer Garner Through the Years

Posted: 17 Apr 2022 10:00 AM PDT

Jennifer Garner became a household name thanks to her starring role on Alias. In the two decades since, she’s played a variety of unforgettable parts in beloved projects.

Even in the early days of her career, Garner had a big vision for what Alias could become. “I hope this show is included with all of the shows that have celebrated strong women [in TV history],” she told Entertainment Weekly in November 2005. "To me, what's mattered about this character is how much she's struggled to hold on to her humanity in the middle of this weird world that she lives in and how incredibly hard she works at doing the right thing when that isn't always cut-and-dried."

When she was first cast as Sydney Bristow on the ABC series, Garner was “very Southern and obsequious,” as she told The Hollywood Reporter in March 2021. However, the role completely changed her both personally and professionally.

“She was learning languages, scaling buildings and fighting with muscles I don't know that she'd ever used before, and she was proud of her bruises,” J.J. Abrams, who created the spy thriller, said in the same interview. “And it's funny because she was married to Scott Foley, who was away doing a movie when we were making it, and by the time we were done, I remember thinking, ‘Oh, my God, Scott's going to come home to a different spouse.'”

The Once Upon a Farm cofounder followed up her stint on Alias with another iconic role in 2004’s 13 Going on 30. In the film, Garner played Jenna Rink, an insecure teenager who wishes to be “30, flirty and thriving,” only to wake up the next day as an adult magazine executive.

She celebrated the movie’s legacy in April 2019 while reflecting on its 15th anniversary. “Fifteen years ago today #13GoingOn30 made her debut, directed with ❤ by our beloved Gary Winick 😇 and a clutch of loving, hardcore producers (3 brilliant women—before it was cool to be led by women!),” Garner wrote via Instagram at the time.

Sharing several clips from the beloved “Love Is a Battlefield” dance party Jenna has with her teenage neighbors, the Love, Simon actress honored the lasting impact that 13 Going on 30 and her performance has had on women everywhere. “I loved my day with this slumber party crew: they danced with abandon and reminded me of the power of just saying yes—to being in a group, to vulnerability, to wearing a bra over your clothes,” she continued. “Imagine if every 13 year old girl had an opportunity to dance and feel beautiful like the girls in this film.”

Garner concluded: “I feel so, so lucky to have had the experience of making this joyful movie. And even luckier to be part of something that, all of these years later, can still make people … smile.”

After welcoming her three children with ex-husband Ben Affleck, Garner took a step back from the spotlight in order to focus on her family, but has no intention of giving up acting any time soon. "It's a very hungry, greedy career and a very unforgiving one,” the Valentine’s Day star told The Hollywood Reporter in March 2021. “And for someone who has chosen family way more often than I probably should have, I can't believe I'm still here."

Keep scrolling to see Garner’s life and career through the years:

1980s
Garner was born in Houston, Texas, in April 1972, though her family soon relocated to West Virginia, where she spent her childhood and teenage years. The actress' childhood was shaped by her mother. "My mom grew up really poor in Locust Grover, Oklahoma, on a farm," Garner said during an appearance on the PBS' "Tell Me More" in October 2020. "I think my mom was so poor, it's just unbelievable that she managed to leave. As a matter of fact, when I moved to New York after college, my mom said, 'Jennifer, no matter what you do, it will never be as big of a deal as it was for me to leave that farm.'" After graduating from Denison University in 1994 with a B.F.A. in theater, Garner worked in summer stock theater productions and in TV movies before landing her first major role on Felicity in 1998. While working on the show, she met Foley, and the pair tied the knot in 2000. However, they separated just three years later and their divorce was finalized in 2004. Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock
2001-2006
In 2001, Garner landed the lead role of Sydney Bristow in Alias. Over the course of the show's five-season run, she was nominated for four Golden Globe Awards (she won Best Actress in a Television Series — Drama in 2002), four Emmys and two Screen Actors Guild Awards, winning once in 2005. In addition to earning a great deal of critical acclaim, Alias also turned Garner into a household name. “I couldn’t walk two feet without people stopping me to tell me how much they loved the show. I can still remember the shock of it," she told The Hollywood Reporter in March 2021. Touchstone Tv/Kobal/Shutterstock
2003
After starring opposite future husband Affleck in 2003's Daredevil, Garner played the lead role in the sequel, Elektra. "It's such a shame, honestly, because once Kevin [Feige, president of Marvel] took over everything there was elevated: the writing, the direction, the comedy inside of the stories they were telling. And I did not have that experience," she told THR in October 2021. Doane Gregory/20th Century Fox/Marvel Ent/Regency Ent/Kobal/Shutterstock

Garner starred as Jenna Rink in one of her most iconic films, 13 Going on 30. "We had the sweetest time," Mark Ruffalo, who played Jenna's best friend Matty, told Entertainment Tonight in April 2019. "[Jennifer] was a big star then but I was kind of just starting out. She was just so lovely. ... We were making this really sweet movie that had a great message for young girls. We were all sort of coming into our own in that moment." Columbia Tri Star/Kobal/Shutterstock

After taking a break from acting following Violet's birth, Garner returned to the big screen with a critically-acclaimed performance in Juno. "Scripts like this don’t come around that often," she told Entertainment Weekly in September 2007. "What happens in this movie forces the character to open up bit by bit. I think she just wants this baby, and she thinks the way to go about it is to be as appealingly Leave It to Beaver as possible. And she just forgets to add the human being in there." 2013
Garner began work on Dallas Buyer's Club in 2013, just months after welcoming son Samuel, which was her first big project after shifting her focus toward motherhood. "My boobs were freaking out. It was bedtime and we were doing some scene that was supposed to be light and I started crying and I was like, 'I have to quit. I have to go home and be with my kids. I just can't do this anymore,'" she recalled during an October 2021 interview on "Tell Me More." It was costar Matthew McConaughey who convinced Garner not to drop out of the film, and he made sure that she had regular breaks to pump. "From then on, whenever I needed to, I would give him a high sign and I would go take care of it. He said, 'You can do both. You've got it. You can do it,'" she recalled. "How much do I love that guy? I know, a lot." Eric Charbonneau/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

2015
Affleck and Garner called it quits in June 2015 after 10 years of marriage. "The truth was, we took our time, we made a decision, we grew apart,” the Argo director revealed on The Howard Stern Show in December 2021. “We had a marriage that did not work. This happens. It is somebody I love and respect, but to whom I should not be married any longer. And then we said, ‘You know what? We tried. We tried because we had kids.’” Since their split, the pair have made an effort to amicably coparent their three children. "Things come up between them, but they are committed to doing the best they can for the kids," a source told Us Weekly in February 2020. "They want to be the best parents they can for the kids. If they have differences, they keep it to themselves and don’t let it have an impact." Matt Campbell/EPA/Shutterstock
2017
As a result of her work with the charity Save the Children, Garner testified in front of Congress in 2017 to urge lawmakers to fund preschool and education programs for children living below the poverty line. "Poverty dulls the senses, it saps hope, it destroys the will," she said in her testimony. "Somebody has to tell their story above all the noise. Poverty is silent, but I can’t be."  Courtesy of MediaPunch/Shutterstock
2018
Garner cofounded the organic baby food company Once Upon a Farm in 2018. Some of the fruits and vegetables used in the products are grown on the farm her mother's family has owned for centuries in Oklahoma. In March 2019, it became the first organic, refrigerated baby food to be available for purchase on the WIC low-income family program. The same year, she began dating businessman John Miller. Prince William, Duchess Kate Bring George and Charlotte to Easter Service

Posted: 17 Apr 2022 07:23 AM PDT

Hopping into the holidays! Members of the royal family gathered for their annual Easter service without their matriarch, Queen Elizabeth ll, on Sunday, April 17.

Prince William and Duchess Kate celebrated with their eldest children: Prince George, 8, and Princess Charlotte, 6. (The couple also share Prince Louis, 3.) During Sunday's service, George and Charlotte donned coordinating blue looks — which matched their parents — as they were spotted entering mass at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. During the elementary schoolers' first official Easter appearance, they also had the chance to meet one of the chapel's clergymen.

The Duke of Cambridge, 39, and the Duchess of Cambridge, 40, wished their Instagram followers a joyful celebration, as well. The twosome — who married in April 2011 — shared a “Happy Easter” card on their Story.

Last year, unable to participate in their customary Easter practice with the queen amid the coronavirus pandemic, William and Kate, opted to spend the 2021 holiday conducting an Easter egg hunt for their little ones at their country home in Norfolk, England.

According to Buckingham Palace, the 95-year-old queen's Easter weekend is typically "privately spent with family." However, the COVID-19 pandemic has kept the royals from fully gathering since 2019.

Days before the family's Easter gathering — sans the queen — Elizabeth spent time with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who paid a visit to her Windsor Castle residence on their way to the Invictus Games in The Netherlands. The reunion marked the first time Harry, 37, and the Suits alum, 40, returned to the U.K. as a couple since their 2020 step back from their royal duties.

While her majesty spent time with Harry and Meghan in the days leading up to the holiday, she missed her Maundy Thursday tradition. Pre-pandemic, the queen has traditionally spent the Thursday before Easter traveling to different cathedrals across the U.K. to hand out coins in recognition of contribution to community and church.

This year, however, the monarch did not participate in the tradition. Her eldest son, Prince Charles, and his wife, Duchess Camilla, took her place. This was only the fifth time the queen has missed the service in her 70-plus years on the throne.

While Harry and Meghan's pre-Easter visit with the queen was The Bench author's first time back across the pond since settling in California, Harry has been in his native country on multiple occasions, including to attend the funeral of Elizabeth's husband, Prince Philip, in April 2021. However, the BetterUp CIO was not at the family's memorial for the late Duke of Edinburgh last month.

"It's disappointing [because there] doesn't appear to be any serious reason why he can't be there," royal expert Robert Jobson exclusively told Us Weekly in March. "He's going to a Holland for the Invictus Games shortly afterwards."

Ahead of the service, the Duke of Sussex sought a judicial review of a home office decision, claiming he was unable to personally fund police protection for his family while traveling abroad. The Sussexes stare son Archie, 2, and daughter Lilibet, 10 months.

"Security cannot replicate the necessary police protection needed whilst in the U.K.," Harry's team said in a January statement. “In absence of such protection, Prince Harry and his family are unable to return home."

The Duke of Sussex, 37, spoke at the opening ceremony of the international sporting event at The Hague in the Netherlands on Saturday, April 16. “When I talk to my son, Archie, about what he wants to be when he grows up, some days it's an astronaut. Other days it's a pilot. A helicopter pilot obviously,” he said as the Meghan Markle, 38, was spotted chuckling in the audience.

Kwazii is an adventurous cat who wears a pirate outfit on the British children’s series (which the California-based family can enjoy via Netflix when they’re stateside).

“But what I remind him is that no matter what you want to be when you grow up, it's your character that matters most,” the Archewell Foundation cofounder told the Invictus Games participants, all of whom are wounded, injured or sick veterans. “And nothing would make his mum and me prouder than to see him have the character of what we see before us: YOU.”

The England native continued, “You as a community have overcome immense challenges, and together, you are healing and teaching the world as you go. And you as individuals are people of substance, of resilience, of strength, and of heart. You have the heart of Invictus.”

He concluded, “Your collective stories will be woven into the history books, and for that we thank you. We thank you for cementing in us the unwavering knowing that with courage, you can overcome anything.”

The speech came a day after Us Weekly confirmed that the parents of Archie and Lilibet, 9 months, secretly visited Queen Elizabeth II. A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed on Friday, April 15, that they stopped in the U.K. before their Invictus Games appearance. The couple stopped by Windsor Castle to spend time with the 95-year-old monarch.

It was the first time Meghan visited the royal family since she and her husband stepped down from their roles as senior royals in 2020. The pair moved to Montecito, California, amid the coronavirus pandemic, making it risky to travel. While Harry returned to his native country to attend Prince Philip's funeral in April 2021 and to unveil a statue of his late mother, Princess Diana, on the grounds of Kensington Palace in July 2021, Meghan did not accompany him amid Lili’s birth in June 2021.

Mom’s night out. Kylie Jenner attended sister Kendall Jenners 818 Tequila party on Friday April 15, where she met up with some of her besties — including Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) — to kick off Coachella weekend.

“Kylie was dancing with bestie Stas [Karanikolaou] and happy to be out with Kendall and friends,” an eyewitness tells Us Weekly exclusively.

Kendall, 26, hosted the party for her brand with Zack Bia (who also served as DJ), John Terzian and other friends. The invite-only event was hosted in La Quinta, California, at the 39-acre Merv Griffin Estate, where 818 Tequila is the official spirit partner for the weekend.

It was a rare night out for the Kylie Cosmetics founder, 24, has been a homebody since the birth of her new baby boy in February. (The little one’s name has not yet been revealed since Kylie and Travis Scott announced that Wolf was no longer the moniker they’d use.)

While celebrating at the 13-bedroom compound — which was also the site for Revolve Festival and the Bootsy Bellows After Party presented by REVOLVE and The h.wood Group — the young mom got a chance to catch up with her pals, including Karanikolaou, Jaden Smith, Fai Khadra and Harry Hudson in addition to the Biebers.

The “Peaches” singer was a surprise performer on the first night of the 2022 Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival in Indio, California, just a few miles from La Quinta. After joining Daniel Caesar on stage, Justin and Hailey headed to Kendall’s party.

“Justin and Hailey were cute,” the insider tells Us, noting that they were seen “dancing to tunes” and “kept by each other's sides” for most of the night. The husband and wife were also seen sharing a kiss.

Don’t expect many photos from the event, though. The ultra-private affair had no official photographers.

Kylie and Kendall, however, were sure to share a few snaps via their Instagram stories. The younger sister gushed over the mini bottles of her sibling’s alcohol. The runway model shared a short video of the Life of Kylie star kissing a bottle of 818 Tequila Añejo and later posted another quick clip of Bia and Terzian at the DJ booth.

The makeup mogul’s night out comes one month after she attended the Sunny Vodka Launch Party in Los Angeles in support of her friend Karanikolaou. "[Kylie] looked fantastic and was in great spirits," an eyewitness told Us after the March 16 party.

One month later, Kylie’s schedule is jam-packed with way more than a party appearance. The Kardashian-Jenner clan had a big weekend after the premiere of Hulu’s The Kardashians on Thursday, April 14. Not only were they supporting Kendall’s tequila and enjoying sets at Coachella, but Kris Jenner also planned a family Easter celebration. The momager, 66, had tables full of food for her loved ones and plenty of holiday-themed arts and crafts for her 10 grandchildren.

Friends First! Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando’s Relationship Timeline

Posted: 16 Apr 2022 04:00 PM PDT

Something to sing about! Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando's relationship is heating up.

The two musicians were first romantically linked after they were spotted dancing at Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party special in January 2022. During the broadcast, which she cohosted with Pete Davidson, Cyrus sang a new track titled "You," which many fans believe is about Morando.

“I got some baggage / Let’s do some damage / I am not made for no horsey and carriage / You know I’m savage / You’re looking past it," the lyrics read. "I want that late-night sweet magic / That forever lasting love / But only if it’s with you."

Several weeks later, an insider told Us Weekly that the duo were in a "new relationship."

"They're still getting to know each other at the moment," the insider said in March 2022. "They're having fun and have been spending a lot of time together."

The source added that the pair, who have a six-year age difference, are "very compatible with each other."

Cyrus' relationship with Morando came after her romance with Cody Simpson ended in August 2020.

"For right now, two halves can't make a whole, and we're individually just working on ourselves, becoming the people that we want to be," she said via Instagram Live at the time. "Like everybody else at this age, we're just deciding who we want to be with our lives, what we want to do with our lives. And so, don't make it some drama story if next week we hang out and we're getting pizza. We've been friends for 10 years, and we're going to continue to be friends. Just don't make it something that it is not."

The Hannah Montana alum was previously married to Liam Hemsworth. The pair exchanged vows in 2018 after dating on and off for a decade. Their relationship, however, ended for good less than one year after the nuptials. Their divorce was finalized in 2020.

"There was too much conflict," Cyrus told Howard Stern in 2020 about the split. “When I come home, I want to be anchored by someone. I don’t get off on drama or fighting.”

Katie and John! Hannah and Dylan! Bachelor Nation Couples Take Coachella 2022

Posted: 16 Apr 2022 02:09 PM PDT

Having the time of their lives! Several of Bachelor Nation's most illustrious couples partied it up at Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.

"Feelin like a kid this weekend 🎡✌🌈," Katie Thurston, who served as the lead for The Bachelorette season 17, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, April 16, alongside a selfie with boyfriend John Hersey.

"So pretty," Jade Roper, who is married to her fellow Bachelor in Paradise season 2 alum Tanner Tolbert, replied via Instagram comment.

Thurston, 31, met the California native, 27, on the ABC series before sending him home during the second week. After a whirlwind engagement and subsequent breakup with Blake Moynes, the former bank marketing manager confirmed her romance with Hersey in November 2021.

"We're good, really," the Washington native exclusively told Us Weekly one month later, proclaiming she was the "happiest" she's been in a long time. "It's very easy to just enjoy and live my life — and that's kind of what we're doing. We're not holding back for anybody. We're in the honeymoon phase right now. He was my best friend before, so I think that's what makes it, honestly, the best."

Thurston and her bartender beau were not the only Bachelor Nation fan-favorites to hit up the Indio, California, music festival. Amanda Stanton, for her part, attended the event alongside her fiancé, Michael Fogel.

"We back," the Now Accepting Roses author, 32, captioned a series of Instagram Story slides on Friday, April 15. In the social media uploads, the twosome — who got engaged in December 2021 — packed on the PDA and listened to main stage performances by the likes of Justin Bieber and Harry Styles.

Stanton, who appeared on season 20 of The Bachelor, shared another snap with her man on her social media page which caught the attention of several other Bachelor Nation alumni.

"ICONIC," Victoria Larson, the self-proclaimed queen of season 25, commented. "I think my fave part is the Dior bag 🌸 🌺. And anyone who says you're too old is jealous of your outfit and your man thank you."

Hannah Ann Sluss, for her part, added: "Stunning 😍."

Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour — who got engaged during season 6 of Bachelor in Paradise — also enjoyed the Day 1 shows.

"Love," the Alabama native, 27, captioned a Story pic on Friday from the venue.

Kissing at Coachella! Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz Pack on the PDA

There are only three things that are certain in life: death, taxes and celebrities coupling up at the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Since the ever-growing multi-weekend event was cofounded in 1999, A-list couples such as Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, and Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford have headed to the deserts of Indio, California, to bask in the sunlight and take in good music from some of the biggest names in pop, rock, rap, electronic and indie music, among other genres.

Coachella has also been known to spark a new relationship or two, perhaps most notably Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott. The couple embarked on a whirlwind romance after linking up at the festival in April 2017 shortly after her split from Tyga. Within weeks, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum was pregnant with her first child with Scott, a daughter they named Stormi.

"Coachella was one of the stops on his tour," Jenner would later explain to GQ magazine in her and the rapper's August 2018 cover story. "So he said, 'I’m going back on tour — what do we want to do about this?' Because we obviously liked each other. And I was like, 'I guess I'm going with you.'"

The Kylie Cosmetics founder and the “TKN” performer welcomed their second child, a son, in February 2022.

Another star who always clears her schedule for Coachella is Vanessa Hudgens, who attended fun-filled music sets with her then-boyfriend, Austin Butler, for several years. The pair split after nine years together in January 2020, right before the festival went on a two-year hiatus amid the coronavirus pandemic. Hudgens moved on with athlete Cole Tucker later that year.

When Coachella returned in 2022, Hudgens traveled to the desert with gal pals as her new beau had prior commitments. Tucker played several baseball games as the shortstop for the Pittsburgh Pirates while the Princess Switch star watched artists such as Justin Bieber, Phoebe Bridgers and Harry Styles.

"I feel like Coachella is such an amazing place to express who you are and what you are into and push the boundaries a little bit," the High School Musical star raved to Us Weekly in March 2019.

Scroll down to see the cutest celebrity couples — some of whom are sadly no longer together — who have attended the music festival through the years!

Fitness Model Kathryne Padgett Spotted With Alex Rodriguez: 5 Things to Know

Posted: 16 Apr 2022 01:35 PM PDT

Fitness friends. Nearly than one year after Alex Rodriguez split from ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez, he has been spotted with Kathryne Padgett.

The former New York Yankees athlete, 46, was photographed driving his red Porsche convertible IN MIAMI with Padgett, 25, on Tuesday, April 12, in snaps obtained by E! News. They attended a Minnesota Timberwolves game on Wednesday, April 13, and they were spotted working out in Miami on Thursday, April 14, in photos published by the New York Post.

Their recent outing was not the first time the pair had been spotted together. A source previously told Us Weekly in January that the duo were casually hanging out as platonic pals after they were first spotted together earlier that month.

The pair's connection has continued to spark speculation after the VCP Ventures cofounder claimed a photography credit on one of her Instagram snaps from earlier this month.

"Happy Opening Day ⚾," Padgett captioned an April 7 snap at Oakland Coliseum. Rodriguez replied, "👏."

While the fitness model appeared solo in the social media upload, one of her followers had asked Rodriguez if the shot was a result of his photography skills. He succinctly replied, "Yes."

Neither the retired athlete — who shares daughters Natasha, 17, and Ella, 13, with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis — nor Padgett have further addressed their relationship status. Rodriguez, for his part, has been single since his split from Lopez, 52. (They dated for nearly two years until he popped the question in 2019.)

"We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so," the sports broadcaster and the Marry Me star said in a joint statement to Today in April 2021 amid their breakup. "We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another's children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support."

The "On My Way" songstress has since moved on with her past love Ben Affleck, whom she reconnected with in May 2021. The pair got engaged earlier this month with a giant green diamond. Rodriguez, for his part, subtly reacted to the proposal news on April 10.

"It's a great time in sports," broadcaster Michael Kay said during ESPN 2's Sunday Night Baseball show, sitting beside the father of two. "You have a new Masters champion, NBA playoffs are about to start, baseball is in full swing, people getting engaged. I mean, it's a happy time in the world."

Rodriguez chimed in: "Happiness and world peace is what we're looking for."

Congrats! Phil of the Future's Raviv Ullman Is Engaged

Posted: 16 Apr 2022 01:10 PM PDT

Ready to walk down the aisle! Several celebrity couples took their love to the next level in 2022 by getting engaged.

Josh Duhamel popped the question to Audra Mari in January after two years of dating. The actor was previously married to Fergie from 2009 to 2019, and the exes share son Axl, whom they welcomed in August 2013.

"They are both really good people and committed to their son, but they are too different to make it work," a source told Us Weekly in September 2017 shortly after the duo confirmed their split.

Fergie opened up in October 2017 about calling it quits with Duhamel. "It wasn't my plan," she said on The Wendy Williams Show at the time. "I wanted to stay married forever."

A year later, the Las Vegas alum hinted at his desire to remarry. "I want to have more kids in the next few years. So it's more about finding someone young enough to have kids," he explained on the "Armchair Expert" podcast in December 2018. "It's not as if I'm out there just trying to f–k anything. That's really not who I am. I'm trying to find a girl that I can be with and have a family with, you know?"

Duhamel also reflected on his failed romance with Fergie at the time. "Ferg and I had a great relationship. I love that girl and I always will. Unfortunately, we didn't work, but I will always have her back and she is the mother of my baby," he shared. "She's awesome. So I'm just trying to find somebody. That's kind of what I'm looking for."

After the Transformers star posted on social media about his betrothal to Mari, the former Black Eyed Peas member wished her ex-husband well. "Congrats!!!" she commented via Instagram, adding six green heart emojis.

Jeremiah Duggar, meanwhile, announced his engagement to Hannah Wissmann in January. The news came three months after the pair revealed their courtship.

"Never been so happy. Never felt so blessed!!" the 19 Kids and Counting alum gushed via Instagram in October 2021. "Getting to know each other has been one of the greatest joys of our lives! We are excited to start sharing our story with all of you and to see what God has in store for our future. #mygirlfriend."

Duggar's famous family congratulated him and his fiancée on their engagement via social media. "Good lookin' couple right there," Jessa Duggar replied.

Travel Pics! The Bachelor's Clayton Shows Susie His Hometown on Road Trip

Posted: 16 Apr 2022 11:49 AM PDT

A cross-country romance! Clayton Echard finally brought girlfriend Susie Evans home in the middle of their road trip from Arizona to Virginia.

"Had to take Suze back to the hometown," the season 26 Bachelor, 28, explained in a Friday, April 15, Instagram Story video. "On the football field back where it all started, baby! Oh, Eureka [High School] Wildcats! Never gets old, never gets old."

Before the twosome made it to his Missouri hometown on Friday, they kicked off their first official road trip from his primary residence in Scottsdale, Arizona, en route to her hometown in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

"Our first stop on this cross country trip — Moab, Utah," the wedding videographer, 28, captioned a TikTok video several hours earlier. In the montage clip, the pair sat in their car and kissed for the camera before taking in the mountainside sights along the way.

The former football player initially connected with the Virginia native on season 26 of The Bachelor, which aired earlier this year. Evans eventually left the show ahead of the March finale after learning that Echard had been intimate with both Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia. The University of Mizzou grad later admitted that he was the most interested in Evans and sent Windey, 31, and Recchia, 26, home to rekindle their romance. (Windey and Recchia were named joint leads of season 19 of The Bachelorette, which is currently filming.)

"We've talked about it and we know from here on out, like, this is a relationship in the real world where you never know — anything can happen and we're aware of that," Echard exclusively told Us Weekly in March of his relationship with Evans. "We're gonna give this every chance that we can. We love each other. And as of right now, we're both very, very happy. But relationships take effort. They are hard at times. And so we know that there's gonna be those moments that lie ahead. There's never any guarantee in life, but with all that being said, I am incredibly happy to be with her. I'm so excited to be able to just go get dinner, to go hiking, do all these things with her, travel."

While the twosome blissfully made plans for their future, Echard was the subject of cheating allegations earlier this month. TikTok user Sasha Narang alleged on April 9 that she hooked up with a former Bachelor, who was still dating his final pick, after meeting at a bar in New York City. The former orthopedic sales rep, and Evans, strongly denied her claims, noting that he was at a gym in Arizona at the time of the alleged encounter. (Narang has since apologized for her accusations, explaining that she did not hook up with Echard but an impersonator.)

"People that make these false accusations should be held accountable," Echard wrote via Instagram Story at the time. "Trying to gain clout by ruining a relationship is embarrassing and extremely immature."

'Seinfeld' Alum Liz Sheridan Dead at 93

Posted: 16 Apr 2022 10:45 AM PDT

Always in our hearts. Hollywood mourned the loss of icons such as Betty White and John Madden in the final days of 2021 — and unfortunately, 2022 also came with celebrity deaths that have fans reeling.

The sports world lost a football great in Dan Reeves who passed away on January 1. The 77-year-old Georgia native appeared in nine Super Bowls during his career — winning once as a player and once as an assistant coach.

As one of the winningest coaches in the league's history, his loss was felt near and far. "The football world lost a heckuva coach and man today in Dan Reeves," former Denver Broncos quarterback John Elway said in a statement on January 1. "Dan was a winner and I owe a lot to him. My heart goes out to Pam and the entire Reeves family."

One day later, the Christian music industry lost a beloved musician Jay Weaver. His former Big Daddy Weave bandmate and brother, Mike Weaver, confirmed his passing following COVID-19 complications. Jay was 42.

"Thank you so much for all your prayers for my brother," Mike said in a statement on January 2, after Jay was hospitalized with the virus a few days prior. "You have walked with him through a huge fight, and I'm so sorry to bring this news but I'm also excited to celebrate where he is right now. My brother Jay went to be with Jesus just a couple hours ago due to complications due to COVID-19 on top of everything else that he already had going on."

He continued: “The Lord used [Jay] in such a might way out on the road for so many years … I believe even though COVID may have taken his last breath, Jesus was right there to catch him. My heart’s broke for my family, but we all just really wanted to thank you for walking with us through so much for so long.”

On January 5, the Korean film world mourned the death of a young star in Kim Mi-soo, who passed away at age 29.

"Kim suddenly left us on January 5," the late performer's agency, Landscape Entertainment, said in a statement translated by the publication Korea JoongAng Daily. "The bereaved are deep in their sorrow at the sudden sadness. Please refrain from reporting false rumors or speculation so that the family can mourn in peace."
