Jennifer Lopez's Intense Workout And Diet For Killer Abs

Age is nothing but her number. And for Jennifer Lopez, it truly is. Jennifer has truly kept fitness at the front of her career since her "fly girl" days in the 90s. Although much of her career has revolved around dance, there's much more that has gone into her physical activity and nutrition. Find out how Jennifer Lopez maintains a dream body at her current age of 52.

She Is Very Meticulous

It's all in the little for Jennifer. One of her trainers, David Kirsh, expressed in a Vogue interview that Jennifer has always combined fitness and wellness very well together. “Jennifer is meticulous about her eating, sleeping, and generally about everything in her life,” he said.

David mentioned that she is keen on getting the proper rest and recovery since their workouts are very high-paced and energized. He said: “We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full-body, core, and lower body into her workouts—they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me. You say, ‘we’re going to do this, and she’s like, ‘great!’,” he says.

She Keeps Pushing Herself

She workouts until everything hurts - literally. Just ask her trainer. Dodd Romero, her second trainer, told Us Weekly, that while their personal training sessions last for an hour four to five times a week, they make sure they hit different body parts each time. He said, "we’ll go until everything’s sore." She is also a fan of combining cardio sessions with her strength training.

She Is Just As Disciplined With Her Eating

Her former trainer, Tracy Anderson, has shared with People, that Jennifer never eats anything that is processed and opts for things that are organic. She shared that Jennifer incorporates greens like spinach and kale and avoids sides like carrots and corn that have higher amounts of starch and sugars. Jennifer also includes essentials like oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa, and sweet potatoes into her meal plan.

Her go-to, however, always has to include protein. Jennifer always begins her day with egg whites and always has meals that include a source of white meat. But she never does any extreme dieting. "Throughout the years I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier diet," she told People, "I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself."

She Keeps Her Workouts Intense

Dodd Romero shared in an interview a preview of what her workouts look like. For her lower body workouts, they always include the following: Supported lunges with dumbbells into weighted rope crunches, single dumbbell sumo squats into hanging leg raises, weighted leg presses into calf raises, seated leg extensions into weighted lying leg curls, and weighted hip thrusts into calf raises.

She Does It For The Right Reasons

Jennifer shared with InStyle how and why the inspiration behind working out has changed for her throughout the years. She said: “In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now. It’s not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn’t take me as long as it did in the past. I do it more for my health than I do for looks, which is funny. When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better!”

On August 22, 2021, Silvana took to her Instagram page to post an up-close picture of her in a multicolored bikini and holding a white surfboard under her arm. She left nothing to spare as the bikini bra put her cleavages on display. Silvana accessorized her look with black sunglasses and a silver necklace and looked dashing as she posed.

The star surfer put her toned tattoo body on display as she donned another multicolored string two-piece bikini in a picture she shared on January 29, 2020. It was a back view photo of her sitting on the beach sands and facing the ocean. Her wet black tresses rested on her back as she observed the beautiful scenery.

Body On Display On A Training Day 

In November 2019, Silvana delighted her fans with bikini pictures of herself while training. She captioned the post, "Objective of today's training was to improve rowing speed and increase endurance in arms and legs. Nothing but joy with this little girl🤪🏊‍♂️♀️."

In the photo, she was clad in a multicolored one-piece swimsuit. The first slide was a picture that showed her stepping out of the pool. The other slides were photos of her with friends and short videos of her practicing in the water.

When she leaves her apartment, Angela Childs' true battle begins. The film, directed by the Academy Award-winning director Steven Soderbergh, thus takes the viewer on her pursuit for justice.

All About 'KIMI'

The HBO Max film is one that has to be watched with close attention to properly understand but will be enjoyed after watching. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film has a 91% rating amongst the review of 104 critics that are positive, with an average rating of 7.50/10.

The critic's consensus reads, "A housebound thriller with a 21st-century spin, KIMI finds director Steven Soderbergh in crowd-pleasing form -- thanks in no small part to an outstanding performance from Zoë Kravitz". Along with the title acting from Zoë Kravitz, it also stars Byron Bowers and Betsy Brantley among her title character.

Denise Richards Admitted Her Relationship With Sami Was Strained Last Month

The Irish actress debuted a new hairstyle at Paris's Miu Miu Fall/Winter Collection runway. She showed up wearing a V-neck buttoned powder blue sweater with Miu Miu printed in white all over and a micro mini wolf tooth skirt. Her exaggerated hairstyle had the cameras clicking with its full bangs, high bun, and neck-length bob all on one head.

Penelope dedicated her award to the mothers in Ukraine experiencing a war while worrying about their children. She delivered her acceptance speech with a shaky voice from welled-up tears in her eyes.

Penelope's award week is a Chanel affair as she wore a thigh-skimming pink tweed mini dress from the Spring/Summer Collection. Though her black peep-toe sandals and bright red toenails paint remained the same, she switched up her nail paint into a blush pink hue to match her dress.

The button-up gown with pockets sat on her body perfectly alongside the shoulder purse she paired with her shoes.

Penelope attended the luncheon with her Director Pedro Almodovar and husband, Javier Bardem. Together, she and Pedro have set records with Parallel Mothers sweeping more than ninety percent of the categories she's nominated in, and it's even more impressive that she's earned every major nomination for her role as Janice.

Winning Couple

If they win, Penelope and Javier would be the first couple to clinch two Oscars in one event. Attending the Oscars on the 28th as nominees must be an achievement in itself for the happy couple. They've both expressed their respect for each other's crafts; however, that's not enough to clinch the ultimate prize at the night's end.

They're in stiff competition with Javier facing Denzel Washington, Will Smith, Benedict Cumberbatch, Andrew Garfield, and Penelope against Jessica Chastain, Olivia Colman, Nicole Kidman, and Kristen Stewart.

Jameela Jamil Slams Kim Kardashian For Her Business Advice

Jameela Jamil had some harsh words for Kim Kardashian after the reality TV star and SKIMS mogul offered her “best advice for women in business” in an interview uploaded to Variety’s YouTube channel on March 9. Kim, along with her mother Kris and sisters Khloe and Kourtney, sat down with Variety to talk about their careers and businesses, and she dispensed some brutal tips that didn’t sit well with the Good Place actress.

'Best' Advice

The almost seven-minute video on Variety’s YouTube channel showed the four Kardashians talking about their work, show, and businesses – i.e. the usual stuff. But when it came time to give advice for working women, Kim let out the words that are now causing a social media storm.

“I have the best advice for women in business,” the billionaire entrepreneur said. “Get your f*cking ass up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days.”

Shortly after, Jamil came up with her own expletive-laced post(s) in reply to Kim’s “business advice.”

'Nobody Needs To Hear Your Thoughts'

“I think if you grew up in Beverly Hills with super successful parents in what was simply a smaller mansion… nobody needs to hear your thoughts on success/work ethic,” Jamil initially wrote on Twitter, reacting to Variety’s tweet about the interview. “This same 24 hours in the day sh*t is a nightmare. 99.9% of the world grew up with a VERY different 24 hours,” she continued.

First Twitter, Then Instagram

Later, she shared the Twitter exchange on her Instagram page with a lengthy caption saying,

“Not the day after IWD… They are a super impressive family of businesswomen and are products of a ridiculously good start and a genius manager in their mother as well as their own hard work and personal sacrifices. Plus a LOT of photoshop and a decision to not care about misleading people about their beauty claims whilst never disclosing how much secret work goes into their appearances… that they make most of their money from. And a huge amount of money made from questionable diet/detox products and waist trainers.”Serial Kardashian Critic

Jamil, a serial Kardashian critic, wasn’t done yet. She continued her rant, “They shouldn’t be asked about their secret to success. They shouldn’t answer those questions. It’s all obvious to everyone, and I hope nobody holds themselves to the standards of people who were raised by millionaires.”

The English actress then offered her own advice to Kardashian: “Just take the money, use it for good and chill the f*ck out when lecturing others about grind and hustle. And learn how to brag without putting others down who have less.”
