Colton Underwood: Why My Fiance Jordan and I Aren’t Signing a Prenup Posted: 08 Mar 2022 06:32 AM PST ![]() When you know, you know? Colton Underwood and Jordan C. Brown may have gotten engaged less than one year into their romance, but they aren't rushing down the aisle — or to a lawyer's office to sign a prenup. The 30-year-old former Bachelor revealed on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on Monday, March 7, that he and Brown, 38, have already had serious talks about their upcoming nuptials. "Are you two going to sign a prenup?" Andy Cohen asked as Brown sat in the audience of the Bravo show. ![]() Underwood was quick to say no. "We've already had this conversation," he said. "We're in it for the long haul. I know you guys have opinions on prenups, but … we don't want to put those vibes out there." After they returned from a commercial break, Cohen informed the group that social media was "outraged" that the reality TV personality wasn't looking into a prenuptial agreement, but Underwood didn't expand on their decision. He did, however, reveal during the interview that they may have a long engagement. "It's what — three years backed up now because of COVID?" Underwood asked, referring to the wedding industry. "I want a good wedding. We need a venue and venues are backed up. We're [going big]." Underwood announced his engagement last month. He told Cohen that his parents "love" Brown and called getting engaged so quickly "a pretty easy decision" for him. "I went on a few dates and I only had to be gay, like, five minutes to understand that there was nothing better than my connection with him," he said. The Beyond the Edge star came out publicly in April 2021, one year after his messy relationship with Bachelor season 23 winner Cassie Randolph ended. "I'm happy, I'm in love and I'm in a good position," the Coming Out Colton star told Us Weekly in December 2021. "Everything as far as that goes has been pretty smooth. What was so cool too was, like, after the show was over, I didn't know what was really next. I knew that I was still coming out and I still am. So there's still things to work through right now. … The friends that I have, the support group that I have has been so helpful and impactful." |
Rom-Com Goals! Seth Rogen, Lauren Miller Detail ‘Lovely’ Work Dynamic at Home Posted: 08 Mar 2022 06:06 AM PST ![]() Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller-Rogen's writing dynamic at home is straight out of a rom-com. When not acting on screen or raising awareness for Alzheimer's disease through their Hilarity for Charity organization, you can often find the couple sitting side-by-side and brainstorming new material. Star Couples Who Shared the Screen After Marriage "It’s a really amazing thing that we do the same thing. When we talk about, you know, similar things and I think the fact that we understand what the other person does is really helpful," Miller-Rogen, 39, exclusively told Us Weekly. "I would say it’s funny, like, we'll say like, 'I'm gonna write!' 'I'm gonna write!' Then we're both sitting next to each other on the couch, both writing, but we’re not writing, we’re literally thinking. And I think it's, like, such a fun image. We're sitting there with computers in our laps kind of looking up in the air, thinking about it. But, you know, the fact that we can do this together is so lovely." Miller-Rogen has written multiple shorts and has notably starred in 2012's For a Good Time, Call… and written the screenplay for 2018's Like Father. Rogen, meanwhile, has been behind some of the biggest box office hits, including Superbad, Pineapple Express, This Is the End, Long Shot and Hulu's current hit Pam & Tommy. The couple will next be working together on the animated series Santa Inc. Celebs Who Found Best Friends in Their Costars "Seth is either the first or second person to read everything that I write. He has a [writing] partner [Evan Goldberg], so that sort of knocks me down automatically," Miller-Rogen joked to Us. "You're pretty close to the top!" Rogen chimed in. "It's great." ![]() The pair — who tied the knot in 2011 — have also bonded over their ceramic work. Rogen has since launched an ashtray collection and also features his vase creations on social media. For Miller-Rogen, her love for pottery began in high school. ‘Superbad’ Cast: Where Are They Now? "I was, like, an art kid. And then I always wanted to do it and I picked it up a dozen years ago and stopped after a few months. And then three years ago, we just were like, 'Let's get a hobby together,'" she explained. "And Seth has always been really artistic and we have that in common. And so we just started together and took one or two lessons and then joined the studio. And I don’t know, just this really great thing to do together and relaxing and meditative and creative. And we do it all the time." With their dog Zelda in attendance, of course. "She sits on a cushion," Rogen added, laughing. "It depends on the week. Sometimes we'll go in there a couple hours a day, sometimes a week will go by and we won’t do it at all because we’re just busy. We try to do it every day." In 2019, the Knocked Up actor told GQ that the process has been therapeutic for him. "It's like yoga, if you got a thing at the end," he said. "If you were doing yoga and then some object was produced at the end of it." One year later, he told The Cut that he likes producing "tangible work." ‘Freaks and Geeks’ Cast: Where Are They Now? "With movies, we spend years on them and then they're very intangible. They don't have weight, they don't occupy a physical space. You used to at least get a DVD or a Blu-Ray, and you don't even really get that anymore. I don't like to keep my own movie posters around because those are just advertising for the product, not the product itself," he explained. "I do really like being able to create an artistic expression that is a thing that I can pick up, hold, show to people. It is just so different from what I normally do which has no mass to it." |
Pregnant Sharna Burgess: Why I Don't Compare Myself to Brian's Ex Megan Fox Posted: 08 Mar 2022 05:54 AM PST Her own woman. Sharna Burgess got real about Megan Fox, shutting down the idea that she should be compared to Brian Austin Green's ex-wife. The pregnant Dancing With the Stars pro, 36, was asked how she deals with "following in Megan Fox's footsteps" via an Instagram Q&A on Monday, March 7. "Normally I wouldn't answer these types of questions but I think many women struggle with comparing themselves to a partners x [SIC]. Or to other women in general," Burgess began. "That's because society has made out that we are a bitchy and competitive gender, that we can't possibly be happy with who we are without wanting what 'she' (whoever that is to you) has. We are measured by our looks and our weight more than we are weighed by anything else. So my answer to you is simple … I don't." The ABC personality went on to call Fox, 35, "her own self and an amazing woman." "As I am my own self and an amazing woman," Burgess continued. "This notion that you 'following the footsteps' of your partners X [SIC] is dangerous. If you live by that idea then it will lead you to the same result. The relationship ending. You are a unique one of a kind woman, don't follow in anyone’s footsteps, make your own path. Create the path YOU want." Burgess concluded her message by telling her followers to "remember that women are incredible, powerful creatures," explaining: "We do not need to tear down others to make ourselves feel stronger. But helping each other, respecting each other and lifting each other up is what truly makes us unstoppable. A community of women around you is a gift. I hope that is something you realize with time." ![]() The dancer has been linked to Green, 48, since October 2020. The twosome, who went public with their romance that December, announced earlier this year that Burgess is expecting a baby boy in July. The Beverly Hills, 90210, alum is already the father of sons Noah, 9, Bodhi, 7, and Journey, 5, with Fox and son, Kassius, 19, whom he shares with ex-fiancée Vanessa Marcil. "We have snuggle time with Peanut," Burgess wrote on Monday about Green's little ones’ thoughts about the pregnancy. "They come and say good morning to him and give him cuddles. Their favorite line is 'wow you're so much bigger' and they keep asking how much longer till their baby brother is here. Honestly writing this response made me emotional. It's really beautiful how connected to them they are already." Green and Fox finalized their divorce in February, nearly two years after news of their split broke. The Transformers star, who is now engaged to Machine Gun Kelly, previously revealed in July 2021 that she is "grateful” for Burgess. "Megan has moved forward with her life," a source told Us Weekly last month. "[She] is pleased with the outcome of the divorce settlement." |
Larsa Pippen Reacts to Ex-BFF Kim Kardashian's Romance With Pete Davidson Posted: 07 Mar 2022 06:51 PM PST ![]() All the best! Larsa Pippen weighed in on Kim Kardashian‘s romance with Pete Davidson — and the Real Housewives of Miami star only had well wishes for her former friend. “If they're happy, I am happy," Pippen, 47, said during the "Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef" podcast on Monday, March 7. "When people are happy, you know, it shows. I feel like they're happy. So that's all that matters.” Pippen, who finalized her divorce from Scottie Pippen earlier this year, also previously reflected on Kourtney Kardashian‘s engagement to Travis Barker. In October 2021, the Peacock star answered a question on Instagram shortly after the exciting news, writing, “I knew he was the guy.” Fans saw Pippen’s close connection with the famous family throughout the years on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Eagle-eyed fans questioned whether there was a falling out between the group when Kim, 41, Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney, 42, unfollowed the former Bravo personality in April 2020. Later that year, Pippen addressed the speculation by blaming Kanye West for the divide between her and the Kardashians. "If Kanye feels like him and Kim are better without me, then let them be without me. I'm OK with that. … I will survive," she said on the "Hollywood Raw" podcast in November 2020. "I want everyone to be happy!" The Illinois native noted that she wasn’t upset with the Skims founder, adding, "He talks so much about me being this and that and this and that. I just feel like Kanye was in a place where he really didn't trust anyone with Kim.” Three months later, Kim filed for divorce after almost seven years of marriage. The California native, who shares children North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2, with West, 44, opened up about the issues in her marriage during the final season of KUWTK. “I just honestly can't do this anymore. Why am I still in this place where I'm stuck for years?” she said in a June 2021 episode of the reality TV series. “Like, he goes and moves to a different state every year. I have to be, like, together so I can raise the kids." Following her Saturday Night Live hosting debut in October 2021, Kim moved on with Davidson, 28, and West was quick to share his displeasure with the relationship. Amid the “Power” rapper’s public attempts to win back his estranged wife, Kim filed paperwork requesting to be declared legally single in December 2021. “The parties' marriage has irremediably broken down. [Kardashian] no longer desires to be married to [West]," legal documents obtained by Us Weekly stated, noting that there was “no possibility of saving” the marriage. "There is no question that the marriage of the parties is no longer viable. [Kardashian] has no desire to reconcile with [West] and wants their marriage terminated.” Earlier this month, Us confirmed that a judge declared Kim legally single amid her divorce from the Yeezy designer. The beauty mogul has since dropped West from her legal name as well as all her social media accounts. Pippen, for her part, has recently revealed that she was able to mend her bond with the famous family, telling Us in January, “I feel like we’re in a really good place. You know, I feel like there was a lot [of] miscommunication at the time. We’ve all apologized to each other. We're in a really good place.” West and Pippen’s relationship also made headlines when fans noticed that the Atlanta native “liked” an In Touch Instagram post about Kim’s ex-BFF on Saturday, March 5. The photo showed Pippen in her underwear, and the caption was about her addressing plastic surgery rumors. |
ACM Awards 2022: Chris and Morgane Stapleton Bring 2 of Their 5 Kids Posted: 07 Mar 2022 05:26 PM PST Sweet as strawberry wine. Chris Stapleton and Morgane Stapleton have a love story that keeps country music fans swooning. The pair tied the knot in October 2007, four years after meeting as songwriters in Nashville. While celebrating their 14th anniversary in October 2021, Morgane noted how much her life had changed since Chris became part of it. "14 years today. I don't remember much about life before you. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for hearing me. Thank you for teaching me. Thank you for respecting me," she gushed via Instagram alongside a romantic black-and-white photo. "Thank you for giving me everything I cherish in this life. I love you more than I'll ever be able to put into words, but I'll spend the rest of my time here on earth trying. Happy anniversary my love!" The musicians share five children — a daughter and four sons — whose names have all been kept private. While they make a perfect parenting team, Chris and Morgane also hit all the right notes together in the studio. "My wife has great taste in everything but men," the "Say Something" crooner joked during a 2015 interview with The Washington Post. "The vast majority of the songs on my debut album, Traveller, came from lists she made." More than a decade into their relationship, Morgane is still in awe of her husband's writing talent. "I was like, 'F–k you for being able to do this,'" she told the outlet of "Daddy Doesn’t Pray Anymore," one of her favorites. "This is the most emotional, saddest country song I've ever heard and you just spit it out in 10 minutes." When the couple perform together on stage, fans can feel the love they have for one another. "We can lift each other up on bad nights, kind of give each other a wink when we screw up or do something funny," the Kentucky native told The New York Times in 2017 of being in the moment with his wife. Morgane recalled asking Chris' team for "volumes of his songs, CDs of everything he'd ever written up until that point" before their romance began, telling the newspaper, "I was singing with Chris long before he knew I was singing with him. … As much as I can talk about him being a comfort to me, I think in that way I also am a comfort to him. We can look at each other and know, 'OK, I got you.'" How Kim and Pete Really Feel About Kanye West’s ‘Disturbing’ Music Video Posted: 07 Mar 2022 05:15 PM PST ![]() Not here for it. After Kanye West raised eyebrows with his “Eazy” music video, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly that Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson were less than thrilled by the art form. "Pete is trying to make out like he finds Kanye's pranks hilarious, but nobody really believes him,” the insider shares with Us, noting that Davidson, 28, is attempting to “downplay the impact” of the video. “He actually feels sorry for the guy, but at the same time, he just wishes he could be left alone.” According to the insider, the Saturday Night Live star is concerned about “how obsessive and dark” things have become between him and West, 44. Another source revealed that Davidson is “respecting the divorce process” as the rapper continues to diss him on social media. Kardashian, 41, for her part, is “a lot less forgiving” when it comes to West’s artistic expression. “She was appalled by this stunt and is rapidly losing the little patience she had left at this point,” the first source reveals to Us, adding that the music video felt “twisted” to the reality star. The second insider pointed out that the Skims founder felt her estranged husband was crossing the line. “She found it really disturbing and is fearful of what could come of it,” the source shares. “She wants to protect Pete just as much as Pete wants to protect her.” Shortly after Kardashian was declared legally single amid their divorce on March 2, the “Stronger” performer shocked his followers with his new music video. In the “Eazy” clip, West is seen kidnapping, decapitating and then burning a claymation version of Davidson. “God saved me from this crash / Just so I could beat Pete Davidson's ass,” the Grammy winner raps on the track, while a title card read, “Every one lived happily ever after. Except You Know Who.” The visual came one year after Kardashian filed for divorce following their 2014 nuptials. The California native, who shares children North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2, with West, later started dating the New Yorker after they met during her hosting debut on SNL in October 2021. The Yeezy designer has been vocal about his dislike towards his estranged wife’s new man. Amid his public attempts to win Kardashian back, West stated in February that Davidson would "never" meet their children. “HOLD YOUR SPOUSE CLOSE MAKE SURE THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVE AND APPRECIATE THEM BECAUSE THERES A SKETE LURKING IN EVERY DIRTY ASS ALLEY WAITING TO HELP DESTROY YOUR FAMILY AND WALK AROUND IN CALVIN KLEINS AROUND YOUR CHILDREN,” West wrote in one of his since-deleted Instagram posts. At the time, West also shared an alleged text message from the KKW Beauty founder which read, “U are creating a dangerous and scary environment and someone will hurt Pete and this will all be your fault.” The Atlanta-born artist responded in the screenshot of the conversation: “I will always do everything to protect you and our family forever. And I listened to you and told everyone to make sure nothing physical happens to Skete.” West recently seemed to address the story behind his “Eazy” music video amid backlash, writing via Instagram on Sunday, March 6, “Art is therapy just like this view. Art is protected as freedom of speech. Art inspires and simplifies the world. Art is not a proxy for any ill or harm. Any suggestion otherwise about my art is false and mal intended.” With reporting by Diana Cooper and Travis Cronin |
ACM Awards 2022: Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans Slay in Matching Outfits Posted: 07 Mar 2022 04:56 PM PST Drinking to love! Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans' romance began with a meet-cute worthy of a rom-com and they haven't stopped making fans swoon since getting together. The "Peter Pan" singer found her man through music — after cohosting an award show in his native Australia in 2016. Tequila shots after a successful show is what ultimately sealed the deal for the pair and on their wedding day in December 2017, the couple toasted with tequila alongside their guests in Mexico. The duo's romance hasn't been without its hiccups, however, with Ballerini previously joking that Evans burned the pancakes while asking her to marry him in December 2016. "Loving him has been the greatest gift of my life. And now I get to do it for life," she wrote via Instagram at the time after trolling the "Love Is Real" crooner for his kitchen proposal. When Evans released his Things That We Drink To album in October 2018, he revealed that a lot of the songs paid homage to his relationship with the "Half of My Hometown" singer. "It's my story. It's leaving behind everything and everyone you know to chase down a Country Music dream on the other side of the world. It's the excitement of the unknown, its the fun, it's the loneliness & it's the struggle," he wrote via Instagram at the time. "Its losing someone and finding the strength to keep your head up and make them proud. It's meeting a girl, falling hopelessly, and marrying the love of your life." The "Hole in the Bottle" songstress later revealed that she had an "instant connection" with Evans, which played a part in their whirlwind romance. "I've always loved the idea of relationships and love and all that, but I wasn't sure I wanted to do the marriage thing," Ballerini told Access Hollywood in August 2020. "My parents got divorced so I was kind of always really aware of that. As soon as I met him, he was just careful with the way that I love. And I always felt very safe loving him." Three years into their marriage, Evans gushed over his wife via Instagram. "Best 3 years of my life. Luckiest guy in the world. Happy Anniversary baby," he wrote alongside a cozy couple snap in December 2020. Nearly one year later, the "Day Drunk" crooner praised Ballerini for bringing out the "artist and poet" in him in celebration of her birthday in September 2021. The "I Quit Drinking" singer then returned the favor by pointing out a sweet gesture her husband did on her special day. But we ended up starting to write together the last few months and it’s been so much fun.” Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock ![]() “Yesterday we moved out of our first place together. Country Singers Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd’s Relationship Timeline Posted: 07 Mar 2022 04:51 PM PST When the bones are good, the rest don't matter. Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd‘s love story has all the makings of a great country song. Morris and Hurd met during a writing session for Tim McGraw's song "Last Turn Home" in 2013. "[Ryan's] always been a creative collaborator in my life, that's how we met," Morris told Us Weekly exclusively in March 2019. "We were paired together six years ago to write a song. We didn't know each other and it just kind of grew from there, so music has always been really intertwined in our love for each other, and now that we aren't just songwriters, we're artists." The duo were friends for two years before their relationship turned romantic. Hurd detailed their love story in his 2017 song "Love in a Bar." "We were just friends, just hanging / Just sitting 'round waiting for somebody to cross the line," he sings. "And we've been saying it with our eyes the whole time / That you have my whole heart." After dating for nearly two years, Hurd proposed to Morris in July 2017. Less than a year later, the couple wed. "I've learned so much from Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman," Morris told Us about dealing with the long-distance relationship. "They've got the two-week rule; he's got his kids out on the road. They just make it look so normal and it makes me and Ryan feel like this could be normal as well. We do a pretty good job at constantly keeping in contact, lots of FaceTime. We have the same manager now, so she helps our calendars really coalesce well and that's helped it a good bit. Especially now that we're married, it's a little bit more important to us to see each other. We try to have a good balance." Morris and Hurd became parents in March 2020. Scroll through for their timeline: ![]() The duo met during a writing session in Nashville. Amy Harris/Shutterstock ![]() The twosome’s relationship went from platonic to romantic in 2015. It was more international touring than I had ever done. And I was gone more than I had ever been on any other tour." She added that it was a “tough summer,” noting they went to therapy together. “We have grown so much closer because we had to make some hard decisions and have some tough talks about what this future looks like and how we can make this better,” she told the magazine in 2019. “I have always loved him, but I feel like I like him in ways I never knew I could before." United Front: Ukrainian Celebrities Showing Support, Donating Amid Invasion Posted: 07 Mar 2022 04:14 PM PST For love of country. Mila Kunis, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and more Ukrainian celebrities are taking a stand and showing support for their homeland amid the unrest in Ukraine. "I was born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, in 1983. I came to America in 1991 and I have always considered myself an American. A proud American," Kunis, 38, said in a social media video on March 3, just weeks after the European country was attacked by Russia. "I love everything that this country has done for myself and my family. But today, I have never been more proud to be a Ukrainian." The That '70s Show alum was joined by her husband, Ashton Kutcher, in the clip, as the duo urged their followers to send any financial aid they could to the Ukrainian people amid the invasion. "And I have never been more proud to be married to a Ukrainian," Kutcher, 44, said in the video, explaining that the couple had created a GoFundMe to try and raise $30 million in support of refugee aid and other humanitarian efforts. The Ranch alum captioned the video with a message about their fundraising efforts. "While we are witnessing the bravery of Ukrainians, we are also bearing witness to the unimaginable burden of those who have chosen safety," Kutcher wrote via Instagram. "Through GoFundMe, this fundraiser will provide an immediate impact on refugee and humanitarian aid efforts." Chmerkovskiy, for his part, was stuck in Ukraine working on the country's version of World of Dance, when Russia first invaded. While the 42-year-old Dancing With the Stars alum was able to get back to the United States in early March, he and his brother, Val Chmerkovskiy, who are both from the eastern European nation, have been actively trying to help for their people. "My parents fled this country for this exact reason," Val, 35, wrote via Instagram Story in February. "Not because it wasn't good to them, but because their kids would see war eventually. It's a cruel irony that 28 years later my brother is in a bomb shelter in [Kyiv]. If they hadn't left I would be on the front lines defending my home right now." The two-time DWTS winner added: "And the most heartbreaking thing of all, I would be either killing or dying at the hands of my fellow brothers. The Russian people don't want this!! We stood by each others' side. We loved and celebrated one another. I speak Russian, yes, but make no mistake I am a proud Ukrainian and now the world will finally know the difference." GEORGE FREY/EPA-EFE/Shutterstock ![]() After safely returning to the U.S. from Ukraine in early March, the Ukrainian dancer vowed to return to his home country to help with the war effort. “I spent the last couple of days with survivor’s remorse,” he told CNN on March 7. “And I’m currently working on an opportunity to go back. Probably sometime next week I’m going to go back to Poland and joining efforts on the ground. Sort of want to justify my safe out that way.” The professional dancer also pledged to help victims of the war with the help of the nonprofit CORE. He explained via Instagram that the organization is “coordinating with international and local partners to assess the needs of border towns, beginning in Poland, and support the immediate needs of people fleeing Ukraine.” Maks added: “We will be focusing on supplying refugees with cash grants to support their resettlement.” MediaPunch/Shutterstock ![]() The former heavyweight champion, 45, enlisted in the Ukraine army reserves in February to help defend his country alongside brother Vitali Klitschko. Wladimir released a joint video statement with his older brother on February 24, calling for “all international partners to observe this tragedy that is happening nowadays in Ukraine, and this senseless war that is not going to have any winners, but losers.” The athlete, who shares 7-year-old daughter Kaya with ex-fiancée Hayden Panettiere, continued: “I just want to tell you we must stay united, against … Russian aggression. Don’t let it … continue happening in Ukraine, don’t let it happen in Europe, and eventually in the world. United we’re strong. Support Ukraine.” GERALD MATZKA/POOL/EPA-EFE/Shutterstock ![]() The DWTS pro turned his and brother Maks’ annual Dance With Me Regionals event on March 3 into a fundraiser for Ukraine. “This is supposed to be a fun event and it will be an incredibly fun event, fun day, festive day, festive week, but obviously we can’t ignore some challenging times that are happening on the other side of the world,” Val said at the showcase. “They are affecting my family immediately but also a lot of my peers, a lot of my friends and us as human beings in general. We all have to be empathetic to all struggles, not just the ones that touch us personally.” He explained that the proceeds from the event, including of his performances would go toward Ukrainian refugees, especially those in the dance community. Val has since promoted his family’s humanitarian aid organization, Baranova27, which is working toward getting aid to his home country by sending necessary supplies overseas. My country and people being bombed. Friends and family in hiding. My blood and my roots come from both Russia and Ukraine,” the Resident Evil actress wrote via Instagram on February 25. “I am torn in two as I watch the horror unfolding, the country being destroyed, families being displaced, their whole life lying in charred fragments around them. I remember the war in my father’s homeland of former Yugoslavia and the stories my family tells of the trauma and terror they experienced. War. Always war. Leaders who cannot bring peace. The never ending juggernaut of imperialism. And always, the people pay in bloodshed and tears.” AFF-USA/Shutterstock ![]() The former professional boxer and current mayor of Kyiv has been vocal about not standing down amid the attack on his country. “I am very proud to see how patriotic people are,” Vitali told CNN last month. “We’re not interested in how strong the Russian army is, we’re ready to fight.” Vitali has stood by his people from the start of the invasion, taking up arms as a soldier ready to defend his city. “And we’re ready to die for our home country and for our families, because it’s our home. Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev haven’t shied away from getting candid about their romance over the years. The former WWE star and the dancer made their relationship official in January 2019 after meeting on the set of Dancing With the Stars. The Russia native served as Bella’s partner in season 25 of the ABC series, which aired in 2017. At the time, the Confessions of a Womanizer actress was engaged to John Cena. Bella and and Chigvintsev finished the season in seventh place. After going public with their romance, the Total Bellas alum admitted that the twosome weren’t yet exclusive. “There's been a lot of speculation about us … but I'm still dating [other people]," she explained on an episode of "The Bellas Podcast" in March 2019. "We're having fun. He's showing me L.A." Four months later, Chigvintsev confirmed that the duo were officially calling each other “boyfriend and girlfriend” after more than half a year without labels. "We're in a relationship!" he gushed during an appearance on “The Bellas Podcast.” In January 2020, the couple announced their engagement, revealing that it had actually taken place in November 2019. "You are the best thing that has ever happened to me,” the DTWS pro wrote via Instagram at the time. “So excited for what's to come I love you more then [sic] anything and thank you for saying Yes." Shortly after they broke their engagement news, Us Weekly confirmed that the pair were expecting their first child together. The California native and the Strictly Come Dancing alum welcomed son Matteo in July 2020. The Total Divas alum later opened up about her struggle with postpartum depression after the little one’s birth. "I've always prided myself that I can fight a lot of things mentally," she explained during an episode of “The Bellas Podcast” in September 2020. "I'm very strong in that way. Postpartum has knocked me on my ass. This is something that is way different." Bella admitted that one of the things that suffered the most during her depression was her relationship with Chigvintsev. "He's like, 'At times, I felt like you were starting to hate me,'" she recalled at the time. "He's like, 'You could be mean.' And I'm not gonna lie, I did have moments of being mean. I did have moments when I looked at him and I hated him. It's true. There were times I'd look at him and I'm like, 'I think I hate you.'" In 2021, the former wrestler revealed that she and her fiancé had been going to couples therapy — and it made a massive difference in their lives. "It's helped us tremendously," the reality star exclusively told Us in March of that year. "We don't even have to keep going because it's — I mean, it's good to always have checkups — but all of a sudden, our sessions turned into, like, you just sit there. You're like, 'Oh, I'm really loving right now. Like, there's no problems.' It's like we didn't know what to talk about." And it would just be his tone. It was hard.” Broadimage/Shutterstock ![]() Chigvintsev isn't always thrilled about his fiancée's candor. “A lot of stuff I say makes headlines, and [he got upset when] it was something about our sex life,” Bella told Us in October 2021. “And I remember he showed me [a story] and he goes, ‘Really? I mean, you have to talk about all that?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, good thing. Like, I put you over [the top].’ And he goes, ‘That doesn’t matter.’” The ballroom dancer is "very private," so he's pushed back on some of Bella's more shocking reveals. “He gets really embarrassed with all that," she added. News' Daily Pop. “I know there are things that Artem wants too — like he really wants his parents there — but also, overall, I don’t want my son to go through a divorce.” MediaPunch/Shutterstock ![]() After her comments about not wanting to go through a divorce made headlines, Bella clarified that she still plans to marry Chigvintsev — on her own time. “I will be getting married, and I can’t wait,” she said on her podcast. “It’s weird how it hits you now, or me, [in my] late 30s, a mother, Artem and I already have this beautiful life together. I still want to get married, don’t get me wrong.” The So You Think You Can Dance alum joined the podcast to offer his own take, saying that the couple will wed when his parents can be present at the ceremony. “When one proposes to another, they definitely have a better understanding of what that person wants to do,” he said. “I proposed to you, knowing how I [felt] and what I wanted.” Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock |
Back On? Aaron Rodgers, Shailene Woodley Attend Wedding Together After Split Posted: 07 Mar 2022 03:08 PM PST Making progress? Their friends Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry were also photographed at the nuptials. The outing comes shortly after the pair were seen in Los Angeles amid speculation that they were giving their romance another try. "Things are different now, but they were definitely over," a second insider told Us last month. "Now that Aaron is in [the] off season, he has more downtime and can focus more on a relationship. Shailene is understanding and open — she hasn't shut the door completely or [she] would've never agreed to meet up with him. … Their love for each other never went away." The source continued: "No one, including them, knows what the future holds — they can possibly get back together or they can decide they aren't meant to be. That's up to them to figure out." "Thanks for letting me chase after you the first couple months after we met, and finally letting me catch up to you and be a part of your life," he gushed in an emotional Instagram post on February 21. Hello, Roxie! Pamela Anderson Will Make Her Broadway Debut in ‘Chicago’ Posted: 07 Mar 2022 03:03 PM PST The metamorphosis of a vixen! Pamela Anderson has evolved from a girl with big dreams of becoming a model into one of the biggest sex symbols in Hollywood. Born in British Columbia, Canada, Anderson was discovered at the age of 22 in 1989 after she was featured on a Jumbotron at a British Columbia Lions football game wearing a Labatt’s Beer T-shirt. She caught the attention of the brewing company and was hired as their spokesmodel. Anderson was soon invited to audition for Playboy and appeared as the cover girl for the magazine’s October 1989 issue. She went on to pose for the magazine for 22 years — more than any other model in the publication’s history. Anderson told Us Weekly in 2018 that modeling for Playboy was therapeutic for her after she suffered sexual abuse as a child. "I was painfully shy as a child. As a young girl, Playboy empowered me. It really saved my life," she said at the time. "I felt very trapped inside and needed to free myself. It was a breakthrough for me, and there I met artists and activists and gentlemen. It has been a fun and wild life." Anderson landed her first major acting gig in 1991 on the ABC sitcom Home Improvement in a reoccurring role as Tim Taylor’s (played by Tim Allen) first assistant, Lisa. She left the show after two seasons when she won the role of C.J. Parker on Baywatch one year later. Anderson starred on the show for five seasons from 1992 until 1997 as one of the longest-running cast members. The actress didn’t have to worry about whether she would get the part because the producers were clamoring to get her on the show. “I was asked to audition for Baywatch numerous times since I appeared in Playboy,” she recalled in an interview with the Pamela Anderson Foundation in 2018. “But I didn't like to drive in L.A. I'd never been on an audition. So I never went. Until one day I tagged along with a friend. We were both hired on the spot. They said I was famous before I walked in the door. Famous for not showing up.” Later, Anderson’s tumultuous personal life took the spotlight as she became known for her high-profile relationships including with Kid Rock, Rick Salomon and Tommy Lee, with whom she shares sons Brandon and Dylan. 17 Unexpected Celebrity Feuds We Never Saw Coming Posted: 07 Mar 2022 03:00 PM PST Celebrity feuds are so captivating that there's even an award-winning Ryan Murphy anthology TV series devoted to the topic. While some A-list beefs seem inevitable — Nicki Minaj vs. Cardi B, for example, or Jef Holm vs. Arie Luyendyk Jr. — others seem to come out of nowhere. Freddie Prinze Jr., for instance, spoke ill of Kiefer Sutherland in July 2014 by calling his former 24 costar "the most unprofessional dude in the world." The prior year, George Clooney revealed that Russell Crowe once apologized to him for "insulting the s—t out of [him]," though the Catch-22 actor had a "Yeah, whatever" response to Crowe's claims of being misquoted. And around the same time, Kanye West admitted he "took it back to high school for a little bit" with Jimmy Kimmel after trashing the late-night comedian for spoofing an interview of his. But these tiffs aren't even the most surprising celebrity feuds. One wouldn't think the 2019 comedy Poms would have stirred up any drama, but the movie caused a war of words between actresses Angelica Huston and Jacki Weaver. In another recent example, Ariana Grande clashed with Piers Morgan after he criticized Ellen DeGeneres and Little Mix online. Scroll down for more details on these conflicts and other celebrity feuds that caught the public off-guard. ![]() The former talk show host apologized to the Quantico alum in a February 2022 TikTok video after an "awkward" restaurant run-in when she mistakenly assumed that Chopra Jonas' dad was author Deepak Chopra. "I just want to apologize to her and to everyone who thought it was really inappropriate of me. Sorry. Sometimes I f--k up. I did at Nobu," the comedian said at the time. "Nick Jonas, I apologize and to the Chopra wife, I apologize too.” The Baywatch star clapped back via Instagram Stories, asking O'Donnell to "take the time" to Google her name in the future or "reach out directly" before publicly apologizing. She concluded, "We ALL deserve to be respected for our unique individuality and not to be referred to as ‘someone’ or ‘wife’ especially in a sincere apology. If we can learn to respect our differences in an authentic way, the world we raise our children in will be amazing.” Shutterstock (2) ![]() In August 2016, the Jumanji star kicked off a years-long feud with his costar when he referred to unnamed male costars in The Fate of the Furious as "candy asses." Though he didn't name Diesel as the target of his ire, the Bloodshot star later responded in an Instagram video, saying, "Honestly, give me a second and I will tell you everything. Everything.” Some of the duo's costars waded into the fray, with Michelle Rodriguez acknowledging the tension between the pair and chalking it up to friendly rivalry. Tyrese Gibson, however, accused the former wrestler of being to blame for the initial production delay of F9 in October 2017. At that point, Diesel defended the Rampage actor, saying no one person was to blame and that the franchise simply needed "maintenance." By the time of the August 2019 premiere of Fast spinoff Hobbs & Shaw, the duo had seemingly squashed their beef. Johnson thanked Diesel by name in an Instagram post about the film, saying, "I'll be seeing you soon, Toretto." After being widely panned on Twitter, Roman issued two lengthy apologies to the Cravings cookbook author and Tidying Up's Marie Kondo. "I need to formally apologize to Chrissy Teigen and Marie Kondo. I used their names disparagingly to try and distinguish myself, which I absolutely do not have an excuse for," she wrote. "It was stupid, careless and insensitive. Celebrity Family Members Who Worked Together Posted: 07 Mar 2022 02:57 PM PST Mixing family with business! Many famous families have several actors in them — and some of those relatives have gone on to share the screen together. Robbie Amell, who worked with his cousin Stephen Amell on projects like The Flash, previously explained how they looked too alike to share scenes with one another. "It's tough, we're pretty similar in look. We're not going to play related," Robbie told Entertainment Weekly in December 2019. "That was part of the reason they wouldn't let [our characters] talk to each other on The Flash, they were like, 'It's too weird. People know you're related, you can't talk to each other.' Robbie and Stephen would later go on to work together on their crowd-funded film, Code 8. “Part of it was we just needed to create something for ourselves. We figured if we weren't willing to take a bet on ourselves, then why should we expect anyone else to?” Robbie explained to EW. “We wanted to give it a shot and make something that we would be proud of, something that people backing us would be proud of." Not all family members want to work on the same projects though, including Maggie and Jake Gyllenhaal, who were reluctant to team up. Richard Kelly previously spoke about having to talk Maggie into taking the role in Donnie Darko alongside her brother. “Immediately, she was like, ‘Richard, you’re only offering this to me because I’m Jake’s big sister. You should be finding the best actress for the role,'” the director told Vox in April 2017. “So she was already trying to talk me out of casting her, in a very selfless way. And I was just really impressed by that … So I was really determined to convince her to do it after that.” The film wouldn’t be what it was without the brother-sister dynamic that Maggie and Jake brought to their roles. “Maggie was really an essential piece of the puzzle that makes that family dynamic work in the film,” Kelly added. “I’m grateful that she agreed to do the role.” Dave Franco also went out of his way not to work with his brother James Franco earlier on in his career. “For a while, I made a conscious decision not to work with him, just because I wanted to pave my own path,” Dave said during an interview with Variety in November 2017. “I didn’t want to be referred to as ‘James Franco’s little brother’ for the rest of my life. But we have very similar sensibilities.” Scroll down for more stars who worked with their family on screen: ![]() The writer and director didn't have to look far when it came to casting his new movie, The Bubble, which chronicles a fictional film crew making a movie during the COVID pandemic. Laura Prepon and Ben Foster: A Timeline of Their Relationship Posted: 07 Mar 2022 02:49 PM PST Friends turned partners! Laura Prepon and Ben Foster may have married when they were in their late thirties, but the actors met when they were just teenagers. The Orange Is the New Black alum and the 3:10 to Yuma star share a mutual longtime friend in Danny Masterson, who worked with Prepon for years on That '70s Show. The couple — who were first romantically linked in 2016, having been spotted engaging in heavy PDA across the tri-state area — have been married since 2018. They share two children together: a daughter and a son. In May 2018, the PrepOn cookware founder spoke to Us Weekly about how difficult it is to be a working mom — but how important it is to her, too. "It's torture," the actress told Us at the time about returning to the OITNB set as a first-time mother. "I went back to work at six weeks. I was directing when she was a 4-month-old. But she would be proud if she knew what I was doing." Ahead of her son's birth, Prepon wrote You and I, as Mothers: A Raw and Honest Guide to Motherhood, in which she "shar[ed] all of these different viewpoints … for mothers of all ages," she told Us in April 2020, noting, "I really did learn so much about that experience I was going through [while pregnant with my second] and how to prepare for the next time and the fact that every situation is different from child to child." Prepon gave birth to the couple's second child, a baby boy, in February 2020, and explained to Us that they would not be announcing their son's name for a while due to privacy reasons. "It's a constant negotiation because we're so fortunate to do what we love," she told Us in April of that year. "But part of being in the public eye is how do you negotiate keeping your privacy, how do you negotiate keeping your personal life private?" Prior to getting together, both Prepon and Foster's respective love lives made headlines. The former Netflix star dated Masterson's brother, Christopher Masterson, for years — and even had a five-year romance with a Foster unrelated to her future beau: Scott Michael Foster. (The two called it quits in 2013.) For his part, the Get Over It actor was on and off with former fiancée Robin Wright from 2012 to 2015. Scroll down to see the complete timeline of Laura Prepon and Ben Foster's relationship: ![]() Though the actors have known each other since they were teenagers, it wasn’t until 2016 that things took a turn for the romantic. They were not only spotted “making out” over dinner in New York City, a source told Us at the time, but the pair also celebrated the 4th of July together in New Jersey. “She was holding onto Ben and was all over him,” an eyewitness told Us of Prepon and Foster’s PDA. “They were really close, talking and laughing.” Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock ![]() The pair revealed their engagement during their first red carpet as a couple! I’m so ecstatic for this experience, but you go through so many changes.” Some of those changes include cravings for food she hadn’t thought about since she was a kid. “When I got pregnant all of a sudden I was like, ‘I need a pastrami on rye. I need a Dr. Brown’s black cherry soda. I need mustard and sauerkraut,’” she revealed. I love you head. I love you face. I love you neck,’ going through every single body part," she told Us. "I would do this talk every day, and I meant it. I truly meant it.” Erik Pendzich/Shutterstock ![]() Prepon admitted that Ella hilariously “marked her territory” when she met her baby brother for the first time. “We brought the baby in and introduced them and … she ran into the [play] tepee, took off all of her clothes, stared at us and just peed on everything,” the actress revealed on Live With Kelly and Ryan. Gregory Pace/Shutterstock ![]() The New Jersey native, a former Scientologist, noted that Foster never practiced the religion and told People that she hadn’t “practiced Scientology in close to five years and it’s no longer a part of my life.” Andy Kropa/Invision/AP/Shutterstock ![]() The couple that hangs together, stays together. “We meditate daily and I'm really liking it, because it's something that helps me to hear my own voice and it's something we can do together,” the star told People about her meditation routine with Foster. They also watch classic movies together, she added: “We pick a director and watch a bunch of their films. I'll make us a homemade meal and we'll do our film school and talk about it.” Andy Kropa/Invision/AP/Shutterstock ![]() Prepon frequently shares photos of her children on Instagram, like this image of her holding her son in her arms. The elementary school teacher wore a long-sleeved gown and Kimball looked happy while filling the champagne tower. The bride and groom’s first dance was to “When You Say Nothing At All” by Alison Krauss. The ceremony included traditional vows, with the pair exchanging letters an hour before they walked down the aisle. "I chuckled, I cried, I smirked," Kimball exclusively told Us Weekly of his now-wife's note. Creedon agreed: "It was so hard not to cry the entire time, just from pure joy." The groom revealed he was overcome with emotion when he saw her walking down the aisle. "Seeing her for the first time — we didn't do a first look — and seeing her in her dress, [I started crying]," the Bachelorette alum told Us, adding that he "for sure" expected to keep his emotions in check. "Ever since that moment, I’ve realized how important she is to me. I mean, to cry in front of lifelong friends and family and everything — I’ve never loved her as much as I do today." The pair had been engaged for more than a year. Kimball proposed on Christmas Eve in 2020 while they were at the church she grew up attending. Her love planned the whole event, making sure cameras were there to document the day and her family was nearby to witness the happy moment. "Even when we were sitting in church [after the proposal], I just randomly started crying, like, pure joy," she told Us exclusively at the time. "I watch [the video] like every 30 minutes." Celebrity Couples Who Got Married in Secret Posted: 07 Mar 2022 02:07 PM PST Their best-kept secrets! From Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner‘s Las Vegas vows to Niecy Nash‘s hush-hush ceremony, some celebs have hidden their wedding days from the public eye. The Jonas Brothers singer and the Game of Thrones alum tied the knot two times in 2019: first during a private ceremony in Las Vegas and again in France in front of friends and family. Clips from their Vegas nuptials were shared online by Diplo and took everyone by surprise — even Jonas’ parents. “Well, in my mind, you know, that was the legal portion of the marriage,” the DNCE singer said during a radio interview in June 2019. “So I was thinking, like, ‘Look, this is not the most important day. There’s an important day, I mean, I’ll keep private, but ahead of us. So we were, like — this is, like, just whoever’s in town.” The former Disney star later revealed that his mom and dad, Denise and Paul Kevin Jonas, learned about their son’s legal ceremony secondhand. “[My parents] have an amazing restaurant in North Carolina and I think, like, a couple of their staff walked up and were, like, ‘Congratulations! I saw.’ And then they had to find out,” he said, teasing that he was “doing a lot of apologizing” in the aftermath. The Jonas family aren’t the only ones who’ve been late to the party. Some celebs have made their big announcements solely via social media, leaving fans and followers shocked by the reveal. “Mrs. Carol Denise Betts,” Nash wrote via Instagram in August 2020 alongside a photo from her wedding to singer Jessica Bettes. In a separate post on her Instagram Story, the Claws star joked, “#PlotTwist.” Niecy was previously married to Don Nash from 1994 to 2007 and to Jay Tucker from 2011 to 2019. In February 2020, the When They See Us star tearfully discussed the end of her second marriage, admitting that she and Tucker were “better friends than life partners.” “The one that made me laugh the most was an ode to him being attractive. [They said] ‘Well, you never had to put a sack on his head to sleep with him,'” she said of her family’s reaction to her divorce. “I replied, ‘What about my happiness?'” Scroll down to see more stars who married in secret! ![]() The actors started dating in 2012 and kept their life together private as they welcomed three children without making huge announcements. ‘Home Town’ Stars Ben and Erin Napier’s Relationship Timeline Posted: 07 Mar 2022 02:03 PM PST Match made in heaven! Ben and Erin Napier had a love story worthy of a television show long before they started appearing on HGTV. The Home Town stars met when they were both students at Jones County Junior College in Mississippi. The couple began dating in December 2004 and quickly decided that they had found The One. "On December 7, 2004 [Ben] and I met in our college yearbook room about the feature story we were writing about him," Erin recalled via Instagram in December 2019. "I was the design editor and for two years had noticed him, always the center of attention, everyone's best friend, my biggest crush. December 8, we took the photos for the yearbook. December 9, we went on our first date and he met my mama. December 10, we looked at the Christmas lights in Mason Park. December 13, we decided we would get married someday. It sounds crazy to you, maybe. But it makes perfect sense to me." Ben and Erin got engaged in September 2007 and tied the knot in November 2008. After renovating their home, the pair caught the eye of HGTV, who offered them a show. Home Town premiered in January 2016 and features renovations in their hometown of Laurel, Mississippi. Amid their success, the TV personalities welcomed daughters Helen and Mae in January 2018 and May 2021, respectively. With parenthood, though, came criticism from internet trolls. "I typically have a rude comment from someone and I can look at their profile and see this is a mother who has children," Erin exclusively told Us Weekly in January 2021. "This is another woman attacking me as a woman or a mother or whatever. I like to begin with: 'You would absolutely not speak to me this way in person. Why do you feel like it's OK to do it here? It's not. And this little corner of the internet belongs to me so you're not welcome here anymore.' … Anytime someone feels like they can be rude on my social media account, I'd like to let them know this isn't an acceptable way to communicate and you're not going to be welcome here anymore, and I block them." Despite the naysayers, Ben and Erin have never lost sight of each other on their journey to fame. "It's Erin and me," he told CountryLiving.com in March 2017. "Not Erin and me and our moms, not Erin and me and the network, not Erin and me and our fans, if you want to call them that. As far as our marriage goes, it's me and Erin and God. We work everything out together, and everything has worked out so far." So he leaned down to my ear and whispered this: ‘You know how much I love you? … And you know I will always take care of you. … I talked to Mammaw (my grandmother) … and in the words of James Rasberry, ‘I’ve got something for you.’’ Then he got down on one knee and said: ‘Will you marry me?’ And I couldn’t say yes enough or cry enough. She added that their work schedule allows them to see one another during the day as well. “We have that advantage that I think a lot of couples don't have,” the mother of two said. “Some people must drive each other crazy being together all day, but it's the only way we've ever [done it].” HGTV |
Kanye West Subtly Supports Kim's Ex BFF Larsa Pippen Amid 'RHOM' Body Drama Posted: 07 Mar 2022 02:02 PM PST Water under the bridge? Kanye West sparked speculation that he is on better terms with Larsa Pippen after the rapper showed his support for Kim Kardashian‘s former friend — and fans have questions. Eagle-eyed social media users noticed that West, 44, “liked” In Touch’s Instagram post about Pippen, 47, on Saturday, March 5. The upload featured a photo of the Real Housewives of Miami star alongside her response to rumors that she got a Brazilian butt lift. Pippen addressed the speculation during the RHOM reunion on Thursday, March 3, saying, "I literally work out seven days a week. If I show you my photos from five years ago, I was less than 100 pounds. I'm 140 pounds now, so yea, my legs look thicker than they were, my arms look thicker than they were. My whole body has changed … My body's tight because I work out." The Peacock star noted that she had previously gotten her lips, nose and breasts done. West’s show of support comes after Pippen previously made headlines accusing him of being the reason why her friendship with the Kardashian family ended. In April 2020, followers noticed that Kim, 41, Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian were no longer keeping up with the Chicago native on social media. At the time, Pippen claimed that the distance was due to West’s involvement. “If Kanye feels like him and Kim are better without me, then let them be without me. I'm OK with that,” she said on the "Hollywood Raw" podcast in November 2020. “I will survive. I want everyone to be happy!” Pippen, who finalized her split from Scottie Pippen earlier this year, admitted that she understood why Kim sided with the Yeezy designer, adding, "He talks so much about me being this and that and this and that. I just feel like Kanye was in a place where he really didn't trust anyone with Kim.” In February 2021, the Skims founder filed for divorce after almost seven years of marriage. The exes share North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2. Kim, who has since moved on with Pete Davidson, was declared legally on Wednesday, March 2 amid ongoing divorce proceedings with West. Pippen, for her part, has recently revealed that she is on better terms with the famous family, telling Us Weekly in January, “I feel like we’re in a really good place. You know, I feel like there was a lot [of] miscommunication at the time. We’ve all apologized to each other. We're in a really good place. The reality star also defended West while discussing her falling out with Kim during an episode of RHOM. “Bitch, I don’t even know what happened,” Pippen said in a confessional during the February episode. “I was best friends with Kim, and I love her and I love Kanye, and I just was the person that was stuck in the middle. I took a beating because I was the friend that was basically there and saw everything. And that basically was the demise of our relationship. I knew too much, I was a problem, and so, whatever. That’s kind of what happened.” Pippen pointed out that she wanted to keep things “respectful” when cameras were rolling. “I don’t talk about your friends [or] your husband,” she told her costars. “Don’t talk about people that I know, kids that I know, families that I know — it’s just not cool. … It’s not in good taste.” |
