The "Someone Like You" singer announced her split from Konecki in April 2019 after quietly tying the knot one year prior.

Us exclusively confirmed in January that the former couple reached an agreement on their divorce settlement. Early filings showed that the twosome were seeking joint custody of their son, whom they welcomed in October 2012, and joint visitation.

The former spouses, who each represented themselves in the case, opted to determine rights to community property and debts through mediation. Two months later, Us confirmed that their divorce was finalized.

The British songstress has since moved on with Rich Paul, after being spotted together for the first time in July while attending Game 5 of the NBA finals.

A source exclusively told Us at the time that the pair had been dating "for months" before stepping out publicly.

"They're very committed at this point and it's hard to imagine they won't be together for an extremely long time," an insider told Us earlier this month of the lovebirds. "She really feels like she hit the jackpot."

The Sons of Anarchy alum, 71, has been ordered to pay his ex-wife $12,500 a month in perpetuity, according to court documents obtained by Us on Tuesday, October 26. The only way Ron can stop paying the 70-year-old jewelry designer is if she gets remarried or dies.

The docs, which were filed on October 20, state that the Asher actor will also pay 20 percent of his gross income earned annually in excess of $624,000 (with a base of $52,000 per month) up to a max of $1.5 million to Opal.

The filing revealed that Ron will cover $40,000 in Opal's attorney fees as well. The pair, who separated in May 2019 before the actor filed for divorce six months later, will sell their New York City apartment and split the profits.

According to the filing, Opal can keep the pair's former family home located in Los Angeles along with her Mercedes. Ron, for his part, was allotted to his Tesla, his personal bank accounts, residuals, and half of the duo's shared accounts.

Ron and Opal were married for 38 years before going their separate ways in 2019. The former spouses, who wed on Valentine's Day in 1981, share two children: daughter Blake, 37, and son Brandon, 31.

The Hellboy actor moved on with StartUp costar Allison Dunbar. The couple made headlines when they were spotted kissing in Pasadena, California, in May 2019. Five months later, Ron filed for divorce in November 2019.

“She has served her time in jail and completed her probation, community service and paid all of her court fines,” the insider reveals to Us about the Full House alum, 57.

In 2019, Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters, Olivia Jade, 22, and Bella, 23, into the University of Southern California. In March of that year, the duo were indicted and they pleaded guilty to fraud charges two months later.

The Fuller House alum was sentenced to two months behind bars and was released in December 2020. Giannulli, 58, for his part, was released in April after serving a five-month sentence.

Following her release, the source details Loughlin’s positive approach to her life as she “continues to work with Project Angel Food” after her required 100 community service hours were complete. The court ordered her to pay $150,000 in fines as well.

The Summerland alum has also “privately arranged to put two students through four years of college” and has paid their tuition and the expenses that the insider says totals over $500,000.

Loughlin is looking towards her future in the hopes that she “be allowed to move on,” the source tells Us, noting that the actress feels like there is “this stigma attached to her by people who don't want her to have any success.”

For now, the 90210 alum has been focused on getting back to work with her role on GAC’s When Hope Calls later this year and cheering on her daughter as she competes for the mirrorball trophy on season 30 of Dancing With the Stars. After a performance earlier this month, Olivia Jade opened up about having her mom in her corner.

“Literally right after we got off the stage, I called her! She’s the biggest support ever. She’s really proud of me and I love her so much,” the influencer shared with Us and other reporters at the time. “She’s, like, my hero. So it’s really nice to know she’s watching, and she’s really proud. … Mama bear! She’s excited.”

Olivia Jade also got honest about the pressure that comes with participating in the reality competition show.

“I think honestly, it’s scary to be open and vulnerable in general,” she explained. “I think [in] any situation and then knowing so many people watch and love this show and have so much respect for Val [Chmerkovskiy], who I look up to too. So it’s like, you want to make those people proud. I want to make him proud. There’s just pressure. So I think that’s why I feel a little bit of the heat, but hopefully, I’m making [him] proud.”

Chmerkovskiy, 35, for his part, noted how special his experience with his season 30 partner has been, including getting to see her bond with her mother.

“I’ve been teaching dance my whole life. I love teaching all ages. I think that’s part of the gift, seeing the kid come out and have a moment and really see the parents look at their kid, have that mold,” the professional dancer said. “I think that that’s really, for me at least, one of the biggest inspiration [and] motivation this season. I’m not even thinking about the trophy because for me, the win is nights like tonight, and [to see] a mother and daughter experience together.”

Everything We Know So Far About Ruby Rose’s ‘Batwoman’ Allegations

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 03:02 PM PDT

More than a year after exiting Batwoman, Ruby Rose spoke out about her alleged harrowing experience on the set of The CW series — and Warner Bros. is fighting back against her claims of mistreatment.

On October 20, Rose accused the studio, the network, Batwoman showrunner Caroline Dries, as well as the production company's Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter of misdeeds in a series of Instagram Stories.

"Enough is enough," the Orange is the New Black alum wrote. "I'm going to tell the whole world what really happened on that set… I will come for you so what happened to me never happens to another person again. And so I can finally take back my life and the truth. Shame on you."

The Australian actress exited Batwoman in May 2020 after one season, which caught many viewers off guard. After her exit, she called the decision to leave "very difficult" and not one she "made lightly as I have the utmost respect for the cast, crew and everyone involved with the show."

At the time, the former Australia's Next Top Model cohost wrote that she was "truly grateful" for the opportunity to play the character of Kate Kane, who was the first lesbian superhero to lead a scripted live-action TV series. She went on to thank Berlanti, Schechter and Dries for "for welcoming me into the DC universe they have so beautifully created."

Nearly two weeks later, the XXX: Return of Xander Cage star released another comment via Instagram, which alluded that there was more to the story of her departure than originally reported.

"It wasn't an easy decision but those who know, know," she wrote on May 27. "I have stayed silent because that's my choice for now, but know I adore you all. I'm sure next season will be amazing also. Xxx *hangs up cowl and cape.”

Javicia Leslie took over as the star of Batwoman in January. The God Friended Me alum plays Ryan Wilder, who is a new addition to the DC universe.

When Rose decided to tell her side of the story in October 2021, it resulted in a nasty back and forth between her and Warner Bros., who has called her claims "revisionist history."

Yet, the Meg actress has doubled down on her accusations. "Any threats, any bullying tactics, or blackmail will not make me stand down," she wrote via Instagram in October.

Keep scrolling for the allegations Rose has brought forward against those who work on Batwoman — and their responses:

She Accused Warner Bros of Firing Her
In a series of Instagram posts on October 20, Rose claimed that she didn’t “quit” Batwoman, but was fired. “I DO NOT QUIT,” she wrote, before adding, “I followed orders, and if I wanted to stay, I was going to have to sign my rights away.”In an October 20 statement, Warner Bros. seemed to confirm that it was the studio’s decision to let the Pitch Perfect 3 actress go, writing, “The truth is that Warner Bros. Television had decided not to exercise its option to engage Ruby for season 2 of Batwoman based on multiple complaints about workplace behavior that were extensively reviewed and handled privately out of respect for all concerned.”Rose’s former Batwoman costar Camrus Johnson also claimed that she was fired. “And it is VERY hard to be fired when you’re the lead,” he tweeted on October 20. “Imagine what u have to do for that 2 happen.” Katie Yu/The CW
Accusations Against Showrunner Caroline Dries
Rose alleged unsafe workplace conditions and injuries that she claimed many suffered on the set of the series — including a crew member who allegedly “got 3rd degree burns over his whole body” and a PA who was “left quadriplegic” after an incident.Rose claimed that the crew member’s “accident occurred because our show refused to shut down when everyone else did because of COVID." She also accused Dries of having “no heart and wanted us to finish the season throughout the pandemic and I told her it was a bad idea … I fought people on set, yes, not because I wanted to but because I wanted safety. Ask anyone in hair and makeup what I did for them.”Dries has yet to comment on Rose’s allegation — but, in Warner Bros.' statement, the studio claimed that the accusations the actress aimed at “the producers, the cast and crew, the network, and the studio” are “revisionist history.” Shutterstock (2)
In Dries Defense
On October 25, a production assistant named Alexander J. Baxter, who worked on season 1 of Batwoman, came to Dries defense, accusing Rose of being a “dictator” in a statement to CBR.com.“When I read her article claiming that the production was at fault, it infuriated me because having been there, I don’t wanna stand by and let her badmouth a company that she tried to screw over,” Baxter wrote. “No matter how bad your day, you have no right to be cruel. And season 1 was her reign of cruelty.” Colin Bentley/The CW
Accusations Against Dougray Scott
Rose claimed that Scott, 55, who exited the show after two seasons, “hurt a female stunt double, he yelled like a little bitch at women and was a nightmare.”She also alleged that the actor, who played Kate Kane’s father on Batwoman, “left when he wanted and arrived when he wanted, he abused women and in turn, as a [the] lead of a show, I sent an email out asking for a no yelling policy, they declined.”Scott responded to the claims, telling Us, “I absolutely and completely refute the defamatory and damaging claims made against me by her; they are entirely made up and never happened.”Days later, Rose again accused her former costar of bad behavior. “I have too many witnesses coming forward with worse than just your anger issues,” she wrote via Instagram Story on October 23.Warner Bros. later released a statement in support of the Ever After actor. “We condemn the comments made by Ruby Rose about Dougray Scott,” the studio wrote on October 25. “Warner Bros. has found Mr. Scott to be a consummate professional, and never received any allegation against him of bullying, or of abusive behavior on his part. Mr. Scott was greatly respected and admired by his colleagues, and was a leader on the set.” Shutterstock (2)

Queen Elizabeth II Cancels Another Planned Appearance After Hospital Stay

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 02:14 PM PDT

Staying strong. Queen Elizabeth II‘s health has been the subject of much speculation after she completed a short hospital stay in October, but the 95-year-old royal isn’t ready to slow down too much.

The monarch first sparked concern after she walked with a cane during an October 12 appearance at Westminster Abbey in London for a Service of Thanksgiving. When the queen arrived at the church, her daughter, Princess Anne, handed her the accessory.

Earlier in the month, Elizabeth walked on her own during a visit to Scotland with her eldest son, Prince Charles. The royal matriarch is also the mother of Prince Andrew and Prince Edward with her late husband, Prince Philip, who died at age 99 in April.

Three weeks after her Scottish appearance, the monarch canceled a trip to Northern Ireland after her medical team recommended that she take it easy.

"The Queen has reluctantly accepted medical advice to rest for the next few days," Buckingham Palace said in an October 20 statement, adding that she was "in good spirits" and "disappointed" to miss the planned events.

One day later, a spokesperson for the palace revealed that Elizabeth spent the night in the hospital after canceling her Northern Ireland plans. "Following medical advice to rest for a few days, The Queen attended hospital on [October 20] for some preliminary investigations, returning to Windsor Castle at lunchtime today, and remains in good spirits," Buckingham Palace said in a statement on October 21.

The queen seemed to recuperate within a few days, returning to work on October 26 to receive ambassadors from Korea and Switzerland via video link. Later that day, however, Buckingham Palace confirmed that she would not attend an upcoming event in Scotland.

"Her Majesty is disappointed not to attend the reception but will deliver an address to the assembled delegates via a recorded video message," the palace said in a statement. The monarch was set to appear at a reception on November 1 with other world leaders, including President Joe Biden and U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

Earlier in October, news broke that the queen previously declined an award called Oldie of the Year presented by The Oldie magazine.

"Her Majesty believes you are as old as you feel," Tom Laing-Baker, the royal’s assistant private secretary, wrote in a letter that The Oldie shared via social media on October 19. “As such the Queen does not believe she meets the relevant criteria to be able to accept and hopes you find a more worthy recipient."

Winning at love! Russell Wilson and Ciara's relationship has been going strong since they first started dating in 2015 — and it doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon.

The Seattle Seahawks quarterback gushed over his love in July 2015, while confirming that the duo had chosen to remain celibate until marriage.

“I need you to pray for us,” Wilson told pastor Miles McPherson during an interview at The Rock Church in San Diego, California. “I know y’all have seen her on the screen. If there’s a 10, she’s a 15.”

Ciara, who was already the mother of son Future Jr. from her previous relationship with ex-fiancé Future, commented on the couple's choice to abstain from sex a few months later.

"It’s going pretty good. We’re hanging in there. I’m not gonna lie. I’m human, so it is not easy," she told Cosmopolitan in February 2016, just one month before the pair got engaged. "Especially when I look at him and I think he is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen — that I’ve ever laid my eyes on, to be honest. I’m like, 'Look the other way! Look the other way!'"

Following their July 2016 nuptials, the twosome consummated their relationship and welcomed their first child, daughter Sienna, the following year. As their roles as parents have grown, Ciara exclusively told Us Weekly that the couple haven't lost sight of each other.

"We do our best to keep our once-a-week date night ritual going," she said in October 2018, noting the duo were also taking Spanish lessons with their two little ones, which she considered a "parenting win."

Wilson, for his part, shared his excitement over growing their family in February 2020, five months before the pair welcomed son Win.

"We're really fired up about having a third baby," he exclusively told Us at the time. "We hoped that we were having a new baby. It's a blessing for sure."

The athlete revealed that he always makes sure his wife is spoiled — and that didn't change while she was pregnant.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's Ups and Downs

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 01:17 PM PDT

Donna Martin's onscreen drama has nothing on Tori Spelling's real life. The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum and her husband, Dean McDermott, have been making headlines since their scandalous start.

The two actors met on set of Lifetime's Mind Over Murder in 2005, a year after Spelling married her first husband, Charlie Shanian. McDermott, for his part, had been married to Mary Jo Eustace, with whom he shares son Jack, for more than a decade when he met Spelling.

"It was love at first sight. I fell so hard … Then I noticed he had a wedding ring," Spelling wrote in her 2009 memoir, sTORI Telling, about meeting McDermott. "When someone asked, he pulled out photos of his children. And — oh, yeah — I had a husband too. It was fun to flirt, but I knew nothing would happen … But: Dean and I went to a bar after dinner. And we spent the night at the Cartier Place. The following day when I woke up next to Dean, I had no regrets. Something was really wrong with my marriage. Not only because I slept with this guy — though that certainly wasn't a positive sign — but because I didn't regret it."

Less than a year after they met, Spelling and McDermott eloped in Fiji. It didn't take long for them to start a family either; the duo welcomed their son Liam in March 2007. The same month that the twosome became parents, they also became reality TV stars. Oxygen's Tori and Dean: Inn Love followed the couple as they renovated a bed & breakfast titled Chateau La Rue for two seasons. Putting the hotel business behind them, the series was later renamed Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood. Spelling welcomed the duo's eldest daughter, Stella, during season 3, which aired in 2008.

As Spelling and McDermott continued to document their lives, their family also grew. They became parents for the third time — to daughter Hattie — in October 2011. While the reality TV cameras initially stopped rolling after six seasons, the drama was just getting started. In December 2013, after welcoming their second son, Finn, Us Weekly broke the news that McDermott was unfaithful to Spelling. The pair worked through the aftermath of the affair on a Lifetime series titled True Tori.

While health scares and financial woes continued to threaten the couple's happiness, they appeared to be stronger than ever five years after the affair. Spelling told Us in February 2019 that twosome "don't have relationship problems."

"We communicate now, I have a voice," she explained. "He probably hears too much of it but he [is so] good at listening. Women like to talk and over-explain."

Two years later, however, fans began to wonder whether the pair were on thin ice once again after Spelling revealed in June 2021 that she and her husband were sleeping in different rooms. At the time, a source exclusively told Us that the Hollywood stars were “having major issues for over a year,” adding, “The end could be very near.”

Scroll through for a timeline of Spelling and McDermott's ups and downs:

2005
Spelling and McDermott, who were both married to other people, met on the set of a made-for-TV movie in Ottawa, Canada, in July 2005. The Scary Movie 2 star detailed telling her first husband about her affair with McDermott in her 2009 book, sTORI Telling. “I told him that I’d never been in love with him. I loved him and he’d been a friend to me, but I married him because he was a great guy, a guy who took care of me. Charlie didn’t want to hear it,” Spelling wrote. “He kept saying, ‘Where’s all this coming from? We have a perfect relationship.’ Then he turned to me. ‘Did you cheat on me?’ I said yes. He said, ‘It was with Dean, wasn’t it?’ I said yes. He said, ‘I should have known.’”  Gregg DeGuire/WireImage

Following Aaron’s death, reports surfaced that Tori and her brother, Randy, only inherited $800,000 each of their late father’s fortune. As a result, rumors of a feud between Tori and her mother, Candy, ran rampant.  While the Spelling family drama made headlines, the newlyweds started a family of their own. 2009
Tori’s relationship with her mother hit another low point in 2009 after Candy blamed her daughter — and her relationship with McDermott — for Aaron’s death during a May 2009 radio interview. She clarified her comments, but maintained that Tori’s estrangement from her dad affected him negatively. ”I didn't intend to create headlines. I was asked a question about my daughter not speaking with my family, and I answered truthfully,” Candy told HuffPost in a statement at the time. ”My husband was very ill, and he had stopped eating and taking liquids. He called Tori on a daily basis, and never stopped asking if Tori had returned his call. We had to say no every day.”  Ron Wolfson/Wireimage
2010
Spelling and McDermott fought back against split rumors in April 2010 after footage from their reality series showed them feuding. "I just want the old Dean back. I really do. I miss you so much,” Spelling said on an episode of Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood. A month after declaring they were “committed to each other” on the Today show, the couple renewed their vows. "This is a rebirth," Spelling told Us exclusively at the time. ”We've gone through our ups and downs, but we wouldn't have changed a moment of it." Albert Michael/startraksphoto.com

The duo welcomed their second daughter, Hattie, in October 2011, six days before Spelling’s scheduled C-section.  "The baby wasn't planned, but it obviously happened for a reason," Spelling told Us at the time. After an unexpected fourth pregnancy — just five months after welcoming Hattie — Spelling was diagnosed with a severe form of placenta previa and suffered massive bleeds throughout her pregnancy. Following four months of strict bed rest in the hospital, Spelling gave birth to son Finn in August 2012. "It was surreal. I just remember thinking, I can't leave three children behind,” the actress told Us in October 2012. "I kept envisioning myself holding a healthy baby. That was my goal.”  She added: "When they put him in my arms I was like, 'We made it. We did.' Now we have an insane bond. We've been through hell and back." Michael Simon/startraksphoto.com

Us broke the news in December 2013 that McDermott cheated on Spelling with then 28-year-old Emily Goodhand while on location shooting Chopped Canada. “He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage," Goodhand told Us of their two-day affair at the time. "I believed him.”  Michael Simon/startraksphoto.com

Spelling coped with McDermott’s affair by documenting their struggles on a Lifetime docuseries, True Tori. "I can never give him enough sex!" Spelling yelled in one of their onscreen couples therapy sessions. ”He's never gonna be happy with just me."  McDermott, for his part, suffered an onscreen breakdown on True Tori. “I just thought, 'This is it. You can't get out of this. I blew it. Everything great in my life, I s–t on.' I just thought, 'Tori deserves me to die,’” he said during an April 2014 episode. He later checked into treatment.  TLC

Following her high-risk pregnancy with Finn, Spelling shocked fans by announcing she was pregnant with her fifth child in October 2016. The Mystery Girls star welcomed a healthy baby boy named Beau in March 2017. Spelling later referred to the twosome’s third son as the “rebirth” of their marriage. “We know how to do it differently now,” she said in October 2017. “For so many years, we kind of didn’t know how to find time for ourselves, it was all about the kids, because we did start having kids right away.” Vince Flores/startraksphoto.com

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Us in March 2018 that they responded to a 911 call about a verbal dispute at Spelling’s house on March 1. They did not confirm if the argument was between Spelling and McDermott. An insider told Us at the time that the Mistle-Tones star’s family and friends were “very, very worried” that Spelling was on the cusp of a breakdown. McDermott’s ex-wife, meanwhile, told Us that same month that Spelling was paying her husband’s alimony payments. “[Tori] stepped up, and I accepted that. So that, sort of, our relationship took a turn there as well because she was owning up to it and taking responsibility for it, which was good,” Mary Jo Eustace told Us at the time. After Spelling missed a couple of payments, according to Eustace, the Masked Singer star told the Divorce Sucks author that she had been suffering from migraines.  “She said, ‘I’ve been consistent, and I can’t go through it again, and I just haven’t been well, and I just want to take care of this right away,’” Eustace explained. “And I said, ‘OK.”’ Noel Vasquez/Getty Images

Months after the family drama, Spelling and McDermott were back on track. “My husband and I have it so balanced,” she told Us in May 2018. “We really balance each other with getting it all done. Spelling and McDermott’s only issue in 2019? Instagram trolls. The Slasher actor has defended his wife’s social media activity several times. In January 2019, McDermott clapped back at a hater who body-shamed his kids. Two months later, the former Chopped Canada host stood up for Spelling after users criticized her post about feeding their children muffins for a snack. After Spelling shared a photo with her BH90210 costars Jennie Garth and Gabrielle Carteris in bathing suits on location for the Beverly Hills, 90210 quasi-revival in June 2019, McDermott swooped in again.  “I love how you haters have private accts!!” he fired back at the time. “Let’s see what you trolls look like ya cowards!!!”  Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

McDermott reflected on the couple overcoming his past indiscretion during an exclusive interview with Us in November 2019. “I thought that Tori was just going to run for the hills, and I could totally understand why,” he told Us. “But she was like, ‘I just can’t turn off the love for you. The couple celebrated 14 years of marriage in May 2020. “My partner in crime and my best friend. You are an amazing papa bear and I love that you always have my back no matter what!” Spelling gushed via Instagram. “Thank you for loving me and I promise I am still fun! Life just gets stressful sometimes but thru it all we have each other. One day we will get back to Fiji where we became husband and wife and started our journey of a lifetime. In June 2021, the “9021OMG” podcast host addressed speculation about her marriage for the first time when pal Jeff Lewis inquired about Spelling wearing her wedding ring again. “What is really going on? Are you guys sleeping in the same bed?” Spelling revealed that her “kids and dogs sleep in my bed,” adding that McDermott is “in a room” at their home. “Since he left — this is not good, you guys — but since he left [and] he was gone for six months filming in another country, they all stayed with me,” she explained. “So I currently still have four in the bedroom with me who have yet to go back to their rooms, yes.” GAC/MEGA; MEGA

“Tori and Dean have been having major issues for over a year now," a source told Us exclusively in June. "The fact that she’s talking about sleeping in separate beds is very telling. As speculation about their relationship status continued to spread, McDermott seemingly shut down the divorce rumors during a September 2021 episode of the "Feminine Warrior" podcast. "It's just like, 'OK, if that's what you want to think, then think it,'" he said at the time. The following month, Spelling refused to answer a question about her marriage during an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show as an insider told Us the actress wanted to pull the plug but felt "trapped." Who Has Made $1 Million? Breaking Down Celebrities' OnlyFans Salaries

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 01:11 PM PDT

Knowing their worth. As OnlyFans made a name for itself as an online subscription service for content creators, many stars took advantage of their large audience by joining the website.

OnlyFans allows people to put out any sort of content, including nude photos, at a price they think their followers will pay to view them. From monthly subscriptions to pricing each post individually, some celebrities have managed to bring in some major money with the side gig.

Bella Thorne went viral when she first joined the website in August 2020. In one day, the Amityville: The Awakening star was the first creator to make more than $1 million in 24 hours.

At the time, the singer explained that she only joined OnlyFans as research for a future project.

“It’s a feature we are researching as I’m living it currently. What are the ins and outs? What does a platform like this do to its users? What’s the connective material between your life and your life inside the world of OnlyFans?” she detailed to the Los Angeles Times. “How can it change your life for the worse and the better? How far are you willing to go, and how far do you want to go?”

After Thorne’s decision to join the website caused backlash amongst sex workers for over saturating OnlyFans for her benefit, the model took to social media to apologize.

"Remove the stigma behind sex, sex work, and the negativity that surrounds the word SEX itself by bringing a mainstream face to it that's what I was trying to do, to help bring more faces to the site to create more revenue for content creators on the site," she wrote in a series of tweets that same month. "I wanted to bring attention to the site, the more people on the site the more likely of a chance to normalize the stigmas, and in trying to do this I hurt you."

Thorne reasoned that she trying to use her platform in an effort to help “others and advocate for something bigger,” but apologized for the issues she may have started. After the director’s groundbreaking accomplishment, OnlyFans implanted new rules when it came to pricing.

"This is f–ked up and I'm sorry," she noted before adding that she had plans to discuss all “concerns you want brought up" with the website.

Four months later, the performer seemingly joked about the situation when she posted to her Instagram Stories, “Everyone joining ONLY fans but I took the hit for doing it firsttttt coooool. Legit everyone In my news feed following my footsteps but when I was getting heat y’all were scared.”

Scroll down for to learn how much some celebrities have said they made since joining the popular subscription website:

What to Know About Vanessa Bryant’s Lawsuit, Deposition After Kobe’s Death

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 12:49 PM PDT

Vanessa Bryant has been dealing with more than just the emotional side of losing husband Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna in the January 2020 fatal helicopter crash — she's been battling multiple legal suits since their deaths.

The basketball legend died at the age of 41 on January 26, 2020, alongside his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, and seven other passengers when the helicopter they were on crashed into a hillside in Calabasas, California.

The late NBA player is survived by his wife and their three other daughters, Natalia, Bianka and Capri. Following confirmation that Kobe and Gianna were among the deceased passengers in the wreck, Vanessa released a statement via Instagram about her family's heartbreak.

"There aren't enough words to describe our pain right now. I take comfort in knowing that Kobe and Gigi both knew that they were so deeply loved," she wrote in January 2020. "We were so incredibly blessed to have them in our lives. I wish they were here with us forever. They were our beautiful blessings taken from us too soon."

She continued, "I'm not sure what our lives hold beyond today, and it's impossible to imagine life without them. But we wake up each day, trying to keep pushing because Kobe, and our baby girl, Gigi, are shining on us to light the way. Our love for them is endless — and that's to say, immeasurable. I just wish I could hug them, kiss them and bless them. Have them here with us, forever."

The following month, Vanessa sued the helicopter company for negligence and the pilot Ara Zobayan, who also died in the accident, for his role in the crash. The model later filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in September 2020 for negligence, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress after photos of the deceased surfaced despite her alleged requests to contain the scene.

Amid her two court cases related to Kobe and Gianna's deaths, Vanessa was sued by her mother, Sofia Laine, for allegedly kicking her out of her home, which Vanessa and Kobe paid for ahead of his passing.

Scroll down to see where all of Vanessa's lawsuits stand today — and what she revealed in her deposition:

This is an ongoing article that was originally published in October 2021 and last updated on Tuesday, October 26.

Vanessa Files Wrongful Death Suit
Us confirmed in February 2020 that Vanessa filed a wrongful death suit against Island Express Helicopters, which is the company that owned the helicopter in which Kobe and Gianna perished one month prior. The filing claimed that pilot Zobayan, who was also killed in the crash, was “negligent” and failed “to use ordinary care in piloting the subject aircraft.” The complaint alleged that the helicopter was flying at 180 mph before it collided into a hillside in Los Angeles, stating that Zobayan should have aborted the flight due to foggy and potentially blinding conditions. Seeking Damages and Lost Wages
According to court documents obtained by Us in June 2020, Vanessa sought substantial compensation for Kobe’s future earnings that could have equaled “hundreds of millions of dollars” in her wrongful death suit against the helicopter company and Zobayan’s estate. “As a result of Kobe Bryant’s and GB’s deaths, Vanessa Bryant seeks economic damages, non-economic damages, prejudgment interest, punitive damages, and other relief as the Court deems just and proper,” the documents read. “Although the total specific amount of personal injury damages the plaintiff seeks is TBD, Kobe Bryant’s future lost earnings equal hundreds of millions of dollars.” The filing noted that the “amount demanded exceeds $25,000.” Debby Wong/Shutterstock
Pushing for Helicopter Safety Act
Lawmakers introduced the Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant Helicopter Safety Act in June 2020. The legislation would require all helicopters that can fit six or more people to include a Terrain Awareness and Warning System, a tool to record flight data and a cockpit voice recorder on every trip. Vanessa spoke out in support of the act in a statement, saying, “I strongly urge that the United States Congress pass a federal law that would improve the safety of helicopters operating in this country. I believe there is a chance that Kobe and Gianna would still be alive today if their helicopter had been equipped with the safety equipment required by this pending federal legislation. I believe that these safety measures will save many lives.” Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP/Shutterstock
Taking Action Against L.A. Sheriff's Department
The California native filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in September 2020 over photographs taken by deputies at the accident site of her husband and daughter’s death eight months prior. The department, Sheriff Alex Villanueva and the county are named as defendants in Vanessa’s lawsuit. “The gratuitous images soon became talked about within the department, as deputies displayed them to colleagues in settings that had nothing to do with investigating the accident,” the complaint claimed. “One deputy even used his photos of the victims to try to impress a woman at a bar, bragging about how he had been at the crash site.” The filing called the department’s actions “outrageous,” claiming the release of the images caused Vanessa and her family “emotional distress and compounded the trauma” of losing Kobe and Gianna. It also alleged that Villanueva “directed a cover-up” and claimed “no fewer than eight sheriff’s deputies” at the crash site snapped photo with their personal cell phones of the deceased. “Shortly following this tragic crash, Sheriff Villanueva sponsored legislation which now makes it a crime for public safety personnel to take and share non-official pictures of this nature,” a spokesperson for the LASD said in a statement at the time. “Due to the pending litigation, we are unable to offer further comment.” Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP/Shutterstock
Helicopter Lawsuit Put to Rest
Vanessa reached a settlement in the lawsuit against Island Express Helicopters and the estate of pilot Zobayan in June 2021 alongside the three families of those killed in the fatal crash one year prior, according to a notice in federal court. The terms of the settlement are confidential and pending final approval by the court. “The material terms of the settlement and releases are known to the settling parties and include that the terms of the settlement are confidential,” the Los Angeles Superior Court filing stated at the time. “The settling parties are currently finalizing settlement documents, which include the necessary documentation for approving compromise of the minors’ claims.” Matt Baron/Shutterstock
Vanessa Speaks Out Over Mom's Allegations
Vanessa’s mom, Sofia Laine, made headlines in September 2020 after claiming in an interview with Univision that her daughter demanded she move out of her home and return the car she used. Days later, Vanessa addressed her mother’s allegations telling Us in a statement, “My husband and daughter passed away unexpectedly and yet my mom has the audacity to do an interview on TV talking negatively about me while shedding tears about a car and home that wasn’t in her name.” The model claimed that her mom removed her jewelry, emptied her apartment that she “provides” and put the furniture in storage to appear “without support” amid her allegations. “My husband and I have financially supported her over the past 20 years, and I continue to do so, in addition to her monthly alimony,” the statement continued. “Contrary to previous reports, she has not been physically present or emotionally supportive for my daughters and me after my husband and daughter passed away.” John Salangsang/Invision/AP/Shutterstock (2)
Sofia Laine Claims Vanessa Owes Her Money for Nannying Granddaughters
Laine filed a lawsuit against her daughter Vanessa in December 2020. According to court documents obtained by Us, Laine claimed she worked as an unpaid “longtime personal assistant and nanny” for the family and that Kobe “promised to take care of” her “for the rest of her life.” In the wake of the NBA player’s death, Laine claimed Vanessa “took each and every step she could to void and cancel all of Kobe Bryant’s promises made to [Laine]. Vanessa Bryant did not intend to honor any of the Bryants’ representations, agreements and promises at any stage.” Vanessa claimed in a statement to Us at the time that her mother is “continuing to try and find ways to extort a financial windfall from our family.” She also denied that Laine was ever a nanny to her children or her personal assistant. John Salangsang/Invision/AP/Shutterstock
Cutting Ties With Nike
Vanessa confirmed in April 2021 that the late Lakers player’s contract with Nike had "expired." The partnership dated back to 2003. “My hope will always be to allow Kobe’s fans to get and wear his products. I will continue to fight for that. Kobe’s products sell out in seconds. That says everything,” she wrote in a statement via Instagram at the time. “I was hoping to forge a lifelong partnership with Nike that reflects my husband’s legacy. We will always do everything we can to honor Kobe and Gigi’s legacies. That will never change.” Nike commented on the 18-year partnership in a statement to Us, saying, “Kobe Bryant was an important part of Nike’s deep connection to consumers. He pushed us and made everyone around him better. Though our contractual relationship has ended, he remains a deeply loved member of the Nike family.” Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP/Shutterstock
Vanessa Settles Lawsuit With Her Mom
Us confirmed in August 2021 that Vanessa settled the December 2020 lawsuit filed against her by her mother, in which Laine claimed that her daughter used her as an unpaid “longtime personal assistant and nanny.” While the terms of the settlement are private, the case is over. Shutterstock (2)
Reliving Her Worst Moment
Vanessa spoke in a court deposition via Zoom in October 2021 about how she learned of her husband and daughter’s deaths amid her ongoing lawsuit against the Los Angeles County sheriff’s department. In the transcript of her statement, which was later obtained by Us, Vanessa claimed it took hours for her to be officially informed that the basketball legend and their 13-year-old daughter were killed. According to Vanessa, an assistant told her of the crash, but at the time “didn’t know” whether Kobe and Gianna were OK. After attempting to call her husband, she and daughter Natalia were driven to the sheriff’s station in Malibu, California. Upon her arrival, Vanessa claimed the officers “weren’t prepared” and wouldn’t answer her when she asked about her loved ones. Once sheriff Villanueva finally broke the news of their deaths to Vanessa, she said she requested that authorities “secure the area” and preserve the dignity of Kobe and Gianna as well as the rest of the victims. “I said, ‘If you can’t bring my husband and baby back, please make sure no one takes photographs of them.’ … And he said, ‘I will.’ … I was afraid of fans or drones or helicopters getting images of my husband and my daughter and our friends,” Vanessa said at the hearing, claiming the request was not executed properly, which allegedly led to photos of her deceased being taken by police and spread around. Matt Baron/Shutterstock
Fighting for Accountability
In Vanessa’s initial filing against the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, she claimed eight deputies took pictures of the scene with their cell phones and used the photos for non-investigative purposes. In the deposition hearing in October 2021, she called for “accountability” from the department and its employees. “I don’t think it’s right that I have to deal with this; that my kids have to deal with this when they get older and they become aware of what happened; that our friends have to deal with this,” she said in the virtual hearing. “I don’t think it’s fair that I’m here today having to fight for accountability. Because no one should ever have to endure this type of pain and fear of their family members. … I just don’t understand how someone can have no regard for life and compassion, and, instead, choose to take that opportunity to photograph lifeless and helpless individuals for their own sick amusement.” Vanessa is suing for negligence, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress amid her battle against the department. Joe Russo/Shutterstock
Who Will Testify?
According to court documents obtained by the New York Times in October 2021, both the sheriff’s department and Vanessa’s team are fighting over the scope of witness interviews as the lawsuit against the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department prepares to go to trial. Vanessa listed a number of people in her life to attest to the emotional distress she’s experienced since the death of her husband and their teenage daughter in January 2020. The list includes Ciara, Kobe’s sister Sharia Washington, Los Angeles Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka and his wife, Kristin Pelinka, among others. According to Ciara’s lawyer, the “document requests are grossly overbroad.” The witnesses are being subpoenaed for all documents and communications related to Vanessa’s emotional distress, going back 10 years. “As we have discussed, the document requests are not overbroad,” a lawyer for the county responded in October 2021, later agreeing that witnesses would only have to turn over communications regarding Vanessa’s mental start going back to 2010. The witness scope issue is set to be resolved in the coming days, with a judge scheduling hearings for October 29 and November 5 to rule on some motions amid the long legal battle. ABC/Shutterstock

Yikes! Tori Spelling Refuses to Answer Question About Dean Split Rumors

Shut down! Tori Spelling refused to answer a question about the status of her marriage to Dean McDermott amid speculation that the pair are on the rocks.

The 48-year-old actress expertly dodged the question from Whitney Cummings, who was guest hosting the Tuesday, October 26, episode of The Wendy Williams Show. “What? You know I’m not going to answer that,” Spelling said, appearing to grow annoyed.

After gauging the True Tori alum’s response, the 39-year-old comedian pivoted the conversation. “Fair enough, fair enough,” Cummings said. “We asked, I love you, this is somebody that has strong boundaries and she’s controlling the narrative, and answers the questions [we] want to ask when she wants to answer them, and I respect that and I love that about you.”

In return, Spelling, who didn’t appear to be wearing her wedding ring, quipped, “Awesome, so what are you going to ask me next?”

The Beverly Hills, 90210, alum wed McDermott, 54, in May 2006 following her two-year marriage to Charlie Shanian. Spelling and the Chopped Canada host share five children — Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9, and Beau, 4 — and recently had a “fight” that seemed to have taken a toll on their relationship, a source exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month.

According to the insider, Spelling “wants a divorce, but she feels trapped right now” and was left feeling “very upset” after a blow-up argument with McDermott. “[They] constantly fight and break up,” the source noted, but this time was “really serious.”

The Spelling It Like It Is author “went ballistic” after she recently discovered that McDermott could still sue for child support in the case of a split despite their previously signed prenup agreement, the insider said, adding, “Money is an issue and it’s always been an issue.”

Earlier this year, the “90210MG” podcast host raised eyebrows when she revealed that she and her husband were sleeping in different rooms. The divorce rumors were further fueled when Spelling was spotted outside of an attorney’s office on October 18, holding a notepad that read “assets,” “support” and “custody.”

This isn’t the first time the pair have faced a rough patch. In December 2013, Us broke the news that the Slasher star cheated on Spelling. The aftermath of the affair played out on their Lifetime series, True Tori, and McDermott briefly entered rehab in January 2014 for “personal issues.”

The Canadian actor later reflected on his and Spelling’s ups and downs, telling Us in October 2019, “I thought that Tori was just going to run for the hills, and I could totally understand why. But she was like, ‘I just can’t turn off the love for you. I love you. You hurt me. I’m angry, but I love you. I can’t turn that off.'”

Eight months prior, the BH90210 alum seemed hopeful that they’d weathered the worst of their problems, telling Us at the time, “We communicate now, I have a voice. He probably hears too much of it but he [is so] good at listening.”

The source added that the 30-year-old former bank marketing manager “won’t give up on love and still hopes to get married one day.”

Moynes, 31, and Thurston announced their breakup in a joint statement on Monday, October 25.

"It is with mutual love and respect that we have decided to go our separate ways," the pair, whose engagement aired on the August finale of The Bachelorette, both shared via Instagram. "We are so grateful for the moments we shared together and the entire journey that has unfolded this year, but we ultimately have concluded that we are not compatible as life partners, and it is the most caring choice for both of us to move forward independently."

Two days before the news, the season 25 Bachelor alum exclusively told Us that she was “winging it” in her relationship with the wildlife manager, who has been working in Africa.

"The short version is we're figuring [long-distance] out,” Thurston told Us on Friday, October 22, backstage at Whitney Cummings' Touch Me Tour. “We don't know. This is very new to us still. I'm just focusing on myself. He's focusing on him, and if we work doing that, great."

The duo parted on good terms, the insider also tells Us, noting that the distance just became too much but they “definitely tried” to stay together.

“Katie really missed Blake once he left and they would get into little arguments, but at the end of the day, Katie wished he would be with her more,” the source says. “She’s super supportive of his work — that’s one of the reasons why she fell in love with him was because of how caring he is. Meant to Be! Carlos PenaVega and Alexa PenaVega's Relationship Timeline

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 11:36 AM PDT

Perfect pair! Carlos PenaVega and Alexa PenaVega have made a commitment to being totally equal in their partnership — and changed their names to prove it.

The Spy Kids actress was previously married to Sean Covel from 2010 to 2012 before moving on with the Nickelodeon alum the following year. The Missouri native popped the question in September 2013 and the couple tied the knot in Mexico in January 2014.

“We are so blessed to have been able to spend this special day with the people we love the most,” the then-newlyweds, who met at a Bible study program, told Us Weekly in a statement after their wedding. “We look forward to sharing a happy and healthy life together.”

Four years later, the former Broadway star told Us that the secret to making her marriage work is open communication.

“We both have the same foundation so we are reaching for the same goals in our family,” she said in October 2018. “Communication is so key. It’s hard to communicate sometimes. So it’s easier said then done, but the more you work at it and spend ‘intentional’ time together, not just ‘living together’ your marriage will prosper.”

Apart from their lives at home, the couple often spend time together on sets. In 2015, they went head-to-head on season 21 of Dancing With the Stars, which they later called the “hardest” and “most fulfilling” experience they’ve ever had.

“I’ve never felt more vulnerable,” Alexa told TV Insider in 2018 of performing on the ballroom competition show. “It was unlike any experience and they become your family. Everybody there is family now.”

The twosome later put their chemistry on display in a handful of Hallmark films, including 2016’s Love at Sea, which even featured their first child, son Ocean.

“Hallmark is all about family,” Carlos told TV Insider. “They knew that Ocean was going to be with us anyway, so they wrote a few little scenes where he would be in there. His name in the movie is actually Tyler, and one of the execs over at Hallmark said Ocean reminded her of her son, Tyler. So there are a lot of throwbacks to the Hallmark family in this movie.”

Along with Ocean, who was born in 2016, the pair welcomed son Kingston and daughter Rio in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Ahead of baby No. 3, the Ruby & the Rockits alum said she felt “so beyond blessed” for her growing family.

“If you would have told us 8 years ago that we would be that family with two adorable boys and a baby on the way… that we'd be living in Hawaii and still be able to do the work that we do… that we'd have the most amazing community… and that we would all wear @crocs all the time…I think we would have moved to Hawaii and started having kids way sooner 🤣,” she joked via Instagram in January 2021.

Every Time Travis' Relationship With Kourtney Resembled His Past Marriage

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 11:03 AM PDT

Alexa, play “Deja Vu” by Olivia Rodrigo? Travis Barker's ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, has accused him of recreating their romance with Kourtney Kardashian — and some of the evidence is hard for fans to ignore.

"I'm not bothered by them and I don't even find them even scandalous or whatever. Like, if you're in love and you want to show that off, go for it," Moakler exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2021. "[But] I'm not recycling from my past relationship."

The former pageant queen married the Blink-182 musician in 2004 after two years of dating. The pair, who welcomed son Landon in 2003 and daughter Alabama in 2005, separated in 2006. Their on-again, off-again relationship was tumultuous until their divorce was finalized in 2008.

While Barker has been friends with the Kardashian-Jenner family for years, Moakler has alleged that she signed the legal paperwork to end their marriage after she caught him cheating with Kim Kardashian. (Both Barker and the KKW Beauty creator have denied hooking up in the past.) The drummer's relationship with Kourtney turned romantic in 2020, with the twosome going public in January 2021.

Things quickly heated up between Barker and the Poosh founder — and they weren't afraid to pack on the PDA. In May 2021, they made headlines when he shared videos of Kourtney tattooing "I love you" on his arm.

"I think it's in poor taste to have your new girlfriend sit there while you put a skull and cross bones over my name and post it," Moakler told Us the same month. "But why post about it if you're not trying to shade me? And then, of course, you know, my kids see that. They see their father basically insulting their mother."

The former Miss New York USA noted that she "lasered off" the matching tattoo she had with Barker on her neck.

"It’s gone on my neck and then I have his name on my wrist and I’ve been getting that laser removed for, like, three years now," she told Us in May 2021. "I’ve been in the process of removing it for a long time."

Less than one year after confirming their relationship, Barker proposed to Kourtney on the beach.

"Forever @travisbarker," she gushed alongside a snap from the October 2021 proposal. In the comments section of his post, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum added, "My favorite person in the world, my fiancé."

While Moakler has yet to publicly comment on the engagement, she posted that she was "temporarily closed for spiritual maintenance" via Instagram Stories at the time. She later clapped back at a social media user who said her children were "Hollywood Royalty" now that their dad was marrying Kourtney.

"I'm their mother, they were royalty long before …" Moakler replied.

The 'True Romance' Connection
“What was weird is that they were posting about a movie [True Romance] that Travis and I basically bonded over. I called him Clarence in the movie. We named our daughter after the character Alabama in the movie,” Moakler told Us in May 2021 about the 1993 movie. “I walked down the aisle to ‘You’re So Cool’ from True Romance. Our first dance at our wedding was to the love song from True Romance.” Mediapunch/Shutterstock; Mark Von Holden/Invision/AP/Shutterstock; Mediapunch/Shutterstock
The 'Happy Birthday' Banner
For the former E! star’s birthday in April 2021, Barker commissioned a “Happy Birthday Kourtney” banner to fly over them. Moakler claimed he did the same for her in the past, telling Us one month later: “Having the banner fly over [for Kourtney], which is documented in our TV show, Meet the Barkers, I just said that I thought it was kind of weird.” Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom: A Timeline of Their Relationship

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 10:43 AM PDT

A teenage dream! Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's high-profile relationship, which started in January 2016, has included a dance-off, a nude paddleboarding session, a meeting with the pope and just about everything in between.

The singer and the actor dated from January 2016 to March 2017 before briefly calling it quits. They were officially back together by February 2018, and one year later, he proposed on Valentine's Day.

While the duo had big plans for their nuptials, they were forced to postpone first in late 2019 because of a problem with the location and then again in early 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Amid their ever-changing wedding plans, Perry announced in March 2020 that she was expecting their first child — a baby girl.

"Well, it wasn't an accident," she told SiriusXM's Mikey Piff at the time. "I'm so grateful for everything that I have been able to do and achieve, all the goals I've been able to check off my list, the life I've lived thus far. I've just been trying to create this space in my own life where I'm not running myself too ragged and creating space for something new to happen like this."

Perry added that she and Bloom were "both looking forward to this new interval of life and sharing this."

Their daughter, Daisy Dove, arrived in August 2020.

The California native revealed the secret to her relationship with the Brit in September 2019, while also showering her beau with compliments. "He is the kindest soul. He is the kindest man I've ever met," she gushed during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "He shows up and he's such an encouragement spiritually, emotionally and physically. I do not care to work out and he's like, 'Let's go work out! Let's go do hot yoga!' That's kind of our love language is all things spiritual and working out."

Bloom, for his part, raved to The Sunday Times in March 2020 that Perry is "very surprising." He elaborated: "She's witty and smart and intelligent. She's charismatic, but she's direct too, and this dynamic was intriguing to me."

But for me it was seismic,” she said on the Canadian radio show Q on CBC. “I had broken up with my boyfriend, who is now my baby-daddy-to-be, and then I was excited about flying high off the next record and the record didn’t get me high anymore. … The validation didn’t get me high, and so I just crashed.”  Shutterstock (2)

Lady Gaga Invites Young Fan on Stage for Adorable Duet

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 10:40 AM PDT

Giving back. Celebrities may be beloved by people around the world, but it's not a one-sided relationship. Stars such as Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban adore their fans right back, going out of their way to make sure their supporters know that they are appreciated through acts of kindness.

For some, like Drake and Katy Perry, that means getting in some serious face time with their admirers, while others help out in more creative ways: J.K. Rowling lent her signature for an uber-personal tattoo, while Thor's Chris Hemsworth gave a traveling fan a lift to his destination.

In 2021, single mom Angelia Cantrell set up a GoFundMe page, asking for assistance to keep her home after she lost her husband to COVID-19. As she continued her pleas, Kim Kardashian quietly donated $3,000 to the cause.

“When I saw the donation, I literally fell to the floor in tears. I shared my GoFundMe link with several celebrities, including Supernatural TV stars Alaina Huffman and Lisa Berry who donated as well, just simply asking them to share,” Cantrell told Entertainment Tonight at the time. “I never dreamed that celebrities would take notice of our story, let alone donate. … Words cannot describe how blessed and thankful we are. This, by far, has been one of the biggest miracles God has given."

Cantrell further discussed the Skims mogul's generosity: “During this difficult time in my life, I prayed daily and continuously kept my faith throughout. When I received the donation, I had hours left to gather the money and pay my landlord to avoid eviction. Words cannot describe how blessed and thankful we are. This, by far, has been one of the biggest miracles God has given."

Less than a year earlier, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum announced via social media that she wanted to "spread the love" by sending 1,000 fans $500 in December 2021. She wanted to help those who were "struggling, worried about how they're going pay rent" or "put food on the table" amid the holiday season.

The KKW Beauty founder is not the first celebrity to give back to her devoted fans. Shaquille O'Neal once paid for a young man's engagement ring for his bride-to-be after they met in a jewelry store.

"Whenever I leave the house, I just try to do a good deed,” the professional athlete revealed during an April 2021 episode of NBA on TNT. “I’m just trying to make people smile, that’s all.”

Taylor Swift
Emerson Weber, a young girl from South Dakota, revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show in February 2021 that she received a personalized letter from the “Cardigan” singer after taking the time to write a letter to postal workers. Earlier in the coronavirus pandemic, the tween went viral after her father took to Twitter to share how his child uniquely expressed her gratitude to her local postman for sending out her many letters. The delivery person received a decorated note from Emerson that he later shared with his supervisor. From there, Emerson began receiving letters from dozens of postal employees across the U.S. Emerson’s sweet gesture eventually caught the attention of Swift — a person who the teen frequently gushed about in her various mailed notes, according to her dad’s Twitter thread. “I got a letter from Taylor Swift. It was so personal and she handwrote it. She decorated the envelope with this [painting]. She spent so much time and put so much of her heart, just like I like to do, in her letter to me,” Emerson explained to Kelly Clarkson. “It’s amazing and I absolutely love the letter.” Michael Hurcomb/Shutterstock; YouTube

You could have reached out and I would have helped you. But you didn’t. Your mom told me.’ [Taylor] told me she wanted to give me the money back for my ticket that night. What she actually did was help us buy a home and all I needed for my baby. She told me, ‘I want you to be able to enjoy your little girl, not have to worry about all this stuff.’” Less than a year later, Swift also helped a fan named Sadie Bartell, who was struggling to pay her mother Laurie Bartell’s medical bills after she fell into a coma. The Grammy winner left a $15,500 donation on her GoFundMe page. “Today [Taylor] read my family’s story online and out of the goodness of her heart donated to us," Bartell wrote on Facebook of Swift in October 2018. "She shows up every time I need her. She always has and she always will. I wish that I could express how much it means to me that ANYONE has helped my family over the years, let alone Taylor. Celebrities Who Love Video Games

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 10:30 AM PDT

Celebrities such as Mila Kunis, Zac Efron and Olivia Munn are avid video gamers who can't wait to put down their scripts and pick up their controllers at the end of the day.

Kunis is a self-proclaimed gamer, who enjoyed playing World of Warcraft and Call of Duty in the past. The That ’70s Show alum revealed in a 2008 interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that she was an active member of several World of Warcraft guilds — including one that she had to quit after a fan recognized her voice.

"I'm really good, I'm a really kick-ass mage," she explained at the time. "Well, you're your own person and you can get into a guild. You gotta be in a guild, because you gotta do raids that require 30 or 40 people. But now with the expansion pack, they're gonna have raids that require only, like, 10 people. So that'll really make things a lot easier. Oh my God, it's such a good game. I love it."

Kunis added that she could play World of Warcraft for an entire day without noticing the hours passing. Eventually, she decided to give it up after she realized it was monopolizing too much of her time. The Black Swan actress switched to Call of Duty and continued playing her other favorites including Civilization, Mario Party and Settlers of Catan.

However, the Bad Moms actress shared in 2018 that she had put her gaming days behind her after having two kids with her husband, Ashton Kutcher. “I had kids, so not anymore," she told Wired about the evolution of her video game habits.

Munn, for her part, began her career as the cohost of G4's TV series Attack of the Show — which covered technology and video game releases — from 2006 to 2010.

The Newsroom alum told CNET in 2016 that she first became obsessed with video games after she played a summer Olympics PC game on her family computer when she was 8 years old. In 2011, Munn explained to FHM that her love for gaming has even interfered with her everyday life.

“I get so addicted to video games," she said at the time. "I get really focused in on it and I cannot live the rest of my life. So if I get into any kind of first-person shooter game, I’m done and you won’t see me. I’ll skip meetings and stuff to sit in and work on my video games."

Close Call! How Adam Levine Reacted to Maroon 5 Fan Rushing the Stage

The show must go on! Adam Levine was not happy with a Maroon 5 fan who rushed the stage over the weekend to try and hug him — but he barely missed a beat.

During his band's performance at the We Can Survive concert in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 23, Levine, 42, was bum rushed by a concertgoer while performing his band's hit "Sunday Morning."

The former Voice coach was startled by the fan who jumped out of the crowd at the Hollywood Bowl to wrap their arms around him mid-song. A TikTok video from the event — which also featured performances from Coldplay, Doja Cat and Shawn Mendes — showed Levine angrily shrug off the attendee before yelling the F-word as the person was escorted off by security.

The interaction clearly rubbed the "Moves Like Jagger" crooner the wrong way. As he walked across the stage, he knocked over his mic stand. He then glanced over his shoulder, as if to check if there was anyone else behind him.

The Begin Again actor did manage to finish the song, but fans were split over his reaction to the incident.

One person on TikTok accused Levine of losing sight of what's important. "He forgets it's people like her [that are] why he is what he is," the user commented.

Meanwhile, others came to the "She Will Be Loved" balladeer's defense on the social media app, with one fan noting, "A random person invaded his personal space during a pandemic … he acted the right way."

Levine has yet to comment on the surprise appearance during Saturday night’s show.

In June, Maroon 5 released their seventh studio album, Jordi — named in honor of their late manager, Jordan Feldstein, the brother of Jonah Hill and Beanie Feldstein.

The record was made during the COVID-19 quarantine. "We've all been facing a lot more variables and unknowns over the past year, so it was a strange year to make an album," Levine told Zane Lowe for Apple Music in March. "But once we got into the rhythm of it, it was pretty easy."

In that same interview, Levine said that he thinks bands are a "dying breed," which has made him nostalgic for early-2000s artists including Avril Lavigne, whose music he introduced to his two daughters, Dusty, 5, and Gio, 3, whom he shares with wife Behati Prinsloo.

'Rust' Assistant Director Fired 'Immediately' After Prop Gun Shooting

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 10:10 AM PDT

While filming his movie Rust on Thursday, October 21, Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun that injured the director and killed another crew member.

The incident occurred at the Bonanza Creek Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico. According to the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department, the weapon was “discharged” by the 30 Rock alum, 63, and Deadline later reported that production on the Western was paused.

“Mr. Baldwin came in voluntarily to speak with investigators,” sheriff’s office spokesman Juan Ríos noted in a statement, asserting that the situation would be treated like “any other investigation.”

Detectives were trying to determine “what type of projectile was discharged” as the set remained on lockdown. The victims — director Joel Souza and director of photography Halyna Hutchins — were rushed to receive medical attention after being struck. Hutchins, 42, was pronounced dead at University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque.

The 48-year-old filmmaker, for his part, was taken to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center via helicopter. While his condition was initially unknown, Deadline was told by Souza’s rep that he was released from the hospital on Friday, October 22.

The movie’s production company, Rust Movie Productions LLC, noted in a statement regarding the accident, “The entire cast and crew has been absolutely devastated by today’s tragedy, and we send our deepest condolences to Halyna’s family and loved ones. We have halted production on the film for an undetermined period of time and are fully cooperating with the Santa Fe Police Department’s investigation. We will be providing counseling services to everyone connected to the film as we work to process this awful event.”

Hutchins was originally from the Ukraine and had been sharing updates about the filming process with her Instagram followers ahead of her death. “One of the perks of shooting a western is you get to ride horses on your day off:),” she captioned a video of herself on Wednesday, October 20, as she joined a group on horseback.

The Emmy winner broke his silence on Hutchins’ death on Friday via Twitter, writing, “There are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother and deeply admired colleague of ours. I’m fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred and I am in touch with her husband, offering my support to him and his family. My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna.”

Before Baldwin addressed the incident, tributes poured in for the late cinematographer.

“I’m in shock. I was so lucky to have had Halyna Hutchins as my DP on ‘Archenemy,'” Joe Manganiello tweeted. “An incredible talent & great person. I can't believe this could happen in this day and age… gunfire from a prop gun could kill a crew member? What a horrible tragedy. My heart goes out to her family.”

Ava DuVernay left a comment on casting director Sidra Smith‘s Instagram post about Hutchins, writing, “Devastating. Absolutely horrific. Blessings to you during this difficult time, Sidra. And may her soul be at rest.”

Who Is Halyna Hutchins?
Hutchins was working as director of photography on Rust and was named one of American Cinematography's "rising stars" in the profession in 2019. She previously contributed to 2019's Darlin' and 2020's Blindfire, as well as AMC's The Walking Dead. She was pronounced dead on Thursday at University of New Mexico Hospital. Who Is Joel Souza?
Souza is a California-based writer and director whose previous credits include 2015's Ghost Squad, 2017's Break Night and 2019's Crown Vic. According to Deadline, he was released from the hospital early Friday morning after sustaining injuries on set. Ron Adar/SOPA Images/Shutterstock
How Did Two People Get Shot?
Only one round was discharged, and it grazed Souza but hit Hutchins in her shoulder, per The Los Angeles Times. Andres Leighton/AP/Shutterstock
Why Was the Gun Loaded?
That is the question investigators are still trying to answer. The assistant director called out “cold gun” when handing Baldwin the weapon, the AD wrote in an affidavit, according to the New York Times. “Cold” means no ammunition is in the gun. The crew member “did not know live rounds were in the prop gun,” Detective Joel Cano declared in an affidavit. Jae C Hong/AP/Shutterstock
Why Did Crew Members Walk Off Set Earlier That Day?
The LA Times reports that several crew members walked off set to protest working conditions hours ahead of the fatal accident. They accused the production of not properly following safety protocols, including gun inspections. The workers claimed that there were two accidental gun discharges on set before, with Baldwin’s stunt double allegedly firing a gun that was announced as “cold” only to find a live round in it. “There should have been an investigation into what happened,” a crew member alleged to the LA Times. “There were no safety meetings. There was no assurance that it wouldn’t happen again. All they wanted to do was rush, rush, rush.” Chris Pizzello/Invision/AP/Shutterstock
How Are Other Sets Reacting?
Many film and TV sets are taking action and vowing not to risk having “hot” or “live” — meaning loaded — weapons on set. ABC’s police drama The Rookie has officially banned live rounds. “As of today, it is now policy on The Rookie that all gunfire on set will be with Air Soft guns with CG muzzle flashes added in post,” showrunner Alexi Hawley wrote in a memo obtained by The Hollywood Reporter on Friday, October 22. “There will be no more ‘live’ weapons on the show. The safety of our cast and crew is too important.” Amazon Prime’s The Boys, which is known for its violent action sequences, will also forgo live rounds. Showrunner Eric Kripke, who worked with Rust cast member Jensen Ackles on Supernatural and The Boys, announced the news on Friday via Twitter. “In [Hutchins’] memory, a simple, easy pledge: no more guns with blanks on any of my sets ever. We'll use VFX muzzle flashes. Who's with me?” he wrote. Eric McCandless/ABC/Kobal/Shutterstock
Has It Happened Before?
This is not the first time a prop gun has led to fatalities on a film set. In 1993, the late Brandon Lee was killed during filming for The Crow after an improperly loaded prop gun was fired. His sister, Shannon Lee, reacted to the Rust incident on Thursday. "Our hearts go out to the family of Halyna Hutchins and to Joel Souza and all involved in the incident on 'Rust,'" she tweeted via a memorial account set up for her brother. "No one should ever be killed by a gun on a film set. Period." Pressman/Most/Kobal/Shutterstock
Joel Souza Reacts
"I am gutted by the loss of my friend and colleague, Halyna," Souza said in a statement. "She was kind, vibrant, incredibly talented, fought for every inch and always pushed me to be better. My thoughts are with her family at this most difficult time. I am humbled and grateful by the outpouring of affection we have received from our filmmaking community, the people of Santa Fe, and the hundreds of strangers who have reached out. It will surely aid in my recovery." Kristina Bumphrey/StarPix/Shutterstock
Were There Consequences?
According to Deadline, assistant director David Halls, who handed Baldwin a prop gun moments before it was discharged, was "removed from set immediately" after the accident. Producers told the outlet that an incident report was filed and a new assistant director was brought in. Andres Leighton/AP/Shutterstock

Offering their condolences. Celebrities and filmmakers took to social media to send their love to the family of Halyna Hutchins, who died during an accidental shooting on the set of Rust.

While filming at the Bonanza Creek Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on Thursday, October 21, Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun that killed the 42-year-old cinematographer and injured director Joel Souza. After the incident, both Hutchins and Souza, 48, were rushed to receive medical attention.

Hutchins was pronounced dead at University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, while Souza was taken to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center. The Crown Vic director was released from the hospital on Friday, October 22, according to Deadline. Production on the film was halted and the set is currently closed.

Baldwin spoke out about the incident for the first time on Friday. “There are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother and deeply admired colleague of ours,” the 30 Rock alum, 63, wrote in a statement posted via Twitter and Instagram. “I’m fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred and I am in touch with her husband, offering my support to him and his family. My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna.”

Juan Ríos, a spokesperson for the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department, said that the actor “came in voluntarily” to talk to investigators, adding that the incident would be treated like “any other investigation."

After the shooting, Shannon Lee, the sister of Brandon Lee, spoke out about the tragedy. Brandon, the son of Bruce Lee, died at age 28 in 1993 after a similar incident occurred on the set of The Crow.

"Our hearts go out to the family of Halyna Hutchins and to Joel Souza and all involved in the incident on Rust," she wrote via Brandon's official Twitter account, which she runs. "No one should ever be killed by a gun on a film set. Period."

Rust Movie Productions LLC, the company producing the film, also released a statement after the incident on Thursday. “The entire cast and crew has been absolutely devastated by today's tragedy, and we send our deepest condolences to Halyna's family and loved ones,” the statement read. “We have halted production on the film for an undetermined period of time and are fully cooperating with the Santa Fe Police Department's investigation. We will be providing counseling services to everyone connected to the film as we work to process this awful event."

Every Bachelor Nation Engagement of 2021

Posted: 26 Oct 2021 09:29 AM PDT

If 2020 was the year of Bachelor breakups, 2021 seems to be the year of Bachelor engagements! Kaitlyn Bristowe, Haley Ferguson, Sydney Hightower and more alums have accepted new bling this year.

Bristowe, for her part, previously got engaged to Shawn Booth during her season of The Bachelorette, which aired in 2015. After the twosome announced their split in 2018, the season 11 Bachelorette started seeing Jason Tartick, who appeared on Becca Kufrin's season 14 of The Bachelorette.

"It was everything I could have asked for," Bristowe told Entertainment Tonight on May 11 about the proposal, which went down as the couple sat down to record an episode of her "Off the Vine" podcast. "The words that came out of his mouth were insanely beautiful. We've never locked eyes like that in our lives. We were holding hands, so intense, and I was listening to his every word, but still blacked out. Jason's like, 'Kaitlyn, we're not doing a podcast.' And I'm like, 'You forgot to hit record, didn't you!’"

She added, "He was like, 'No, this is something else,' and he got up and I saw him bring out a ring box from the drawer."

The weekend after Bachelor Nation celebrated Bristowe and Tartick's milestone, three more former Bachelor contestants announced their engagements.

Sarah Herron, who appeared on Sean Lowe's season of The Bachelor and two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise, accepted a proposal from longtime love Dylan Brown on May 15.

"To everyone who thinks life has to go in one particular order, or by a specific time… IT DOESN'T," she wrote alongside snaps from the Colorado proposal. "I'd wait a lifetime all over again—through the heartbreaks, years of self-work and countless rose ceremonies—to end up with this person. We make each other better, we have so much fun and we're going to become parents together, so we decided to do the damn thing!"

The same day, Peter Weber's contestant Sydney’s man, Fred Warner, got down on one knee.

"05•15•21 It's you & me," the season 24 alum wrote alongside pics with the San Francisco 49ers player. "When you know, you know."

Haley, meanwhile, got engaged to Finnish hockey player Oula Palve several months after twin sister Emily Ferguson accepted a proposal from fellow NHL star William Karlsson.

"Emily and I are conjoining our bachelorette [party] and bridal shower since we have the same bridal parties. We really just get to help each other out for planning both!" Haley gushed to Us Weekly on May 16. "Luckily, we both have different styles of weddings we like, so we will be able to incorporate our own touch."
