Taylor Frankie Paul is ABC's new Bachelorette! News broke this morning that the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star will be starring in the next installment of the franchise, and if you're wondering how much she stands to make...it's a lot.
ABC keeps salary details under lock and key, but there's been pleeeeenty of reporting over the years. Like, we know Emily Maynard got a whopping $250,000 for her season, and author Amy Kaufman said in her book Bachelor Nation that it's "incredibly rare for someone to make less than six figures."
Michael Kirchoff
Emily Maynard was able to negotiate such a high pay-day because she came into the show already famous, which is also the case with Taylor Frankie Paul. So, seems fair to assume that her salary is on the higher end of what ABC is willing to dish out.
Of course, Taylor's also making money from Hulu for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Their pay-per-episode for the show is unknown, but we do know everyone gets the same amount AND that their real income comes from brand deals.
Whitney Leavitt revealed details during an interview with E! News, saying, "It's hard because each year is different. You could get a really big brand deal like, 'Hey, we want to have like a six-month contract with you,' and then next year you don't get it at all. It varies drastically."
Mayci Neeley added, "We both have gotten one—we can't say what it was—but we've gotten a deal that was $75,000 [for] one year. Each industry varies. Some pay more than the others."
In other words: between Secret Life of Mormon Wives, plenty of brand deals, and her new gig on The Bachelorette, Taylor Frankie Paul is making a TON of money.
