'I Never Had A Thing With Brandi': 'RHOD' Star Tiffany Moon Reveals Producers Forced Racism Talk

From the sudden pause to all the disputes among cast members, the clash between Tiffany Moon and Brandi Redmond also contributed to the controversy on The Real Housewives of Dallas. The bravolebrities feud seemingly stemmed from issues related to racism, but it later turned out there was more to the fight. Moon has since addressed the dispute, and she claimed there was never any malice from her end. Slide down for what transpired.

Moon On Her Feud With Redmond 

The racist incident between stars Dr. Moon and Redmond kept RHOD on top of the tabloids for different speculation, and it turned out the drama was beyond what fans saw play out on screen. Once addressing the controversial situation in an interview Moon claimed that the show's producers manufactured the incident.

The 37-year-old Bravo star claimed she and Redmond's clash was a minor misunderstanding easily resolved between the two. She alleged she never had issues with Redmond personally and that the moments which aired on the show were heavily manufactured. 

Moon And Redmond's Fallout

RHOD got many talking when a video surfaced online of Redmond mocking Asians. This clip emerged after an initial racist situation on the show itself when LeeAnne Locken referred to castmate Kary Brittingham as "the Mexican" in a bout of anger. This series of events caused the show to be viewed differently by both the fans and Bravo.

However, despite all the ordeals about racism, the show's controversial situation further increased with another racist situation between cast members Moon and Redmond. The racist incident was addressed on the show, with Moon and Redmond put on a hot seat. However, according to footage from the final edit, not much seemed to have been resolved. 

RHOD Got Shelved

Bravo announced that RHOD was on hiatus in mid-2021. The show was going full-speed ahead into a sixth season in early 2021 when things were suddenly put to a halt, and everybody was dropped. The network announced on social media, noting that the Housewives show was on an "indefinite hiatus" and will not be returning for Season 6 in 2022 or for the "foreseeable future." Reports later emerged that the main reason for the show's abrupt pause was that the leads did not gel as well as expected. One of the housewives, Stephanie Hollman, also confirmed that being on the show made her feel as if she was "dying inside."

Moon's View Of RHOD's Indefinite Pause

Shortly before The Real Housewives of Dallas got scrapped on Bravo, Moon claimed she made jokes that the series should be canceled. However, in an interview on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast, the TV personality said she doesn't believe her recommendation to stop filming was the reason behind the abrupt stop.

While Moon found it fascinating that the show was canceled shortly after her conversation with the producers, she believed RHONY impacted the decision to cancel RHOD. She noted in the interview, "This happened right around the same time that New York's ratings plummeted."

For fans who might have believed Moon's comment impacted RHOD's scrapping, the reality star cited viewers' disapproval of race-related issues, the show's New York reunion which got canceled, decreased rating, and the coronavirus as a significant contribution to the show's cancellation.

“Basically, in so many words I said that I refused to film with Kameron [Westcott],” Moon shared. “And Covid in Texas particularly was starting to go on the upswing again, after the summer went ahead. I really feel like the universe is telling us no.”

“I said, so let’s just scrap the whole thing, like in a joking kind of way. Then a couple of weeks later, they’re like, we’re scrapping the whole thing.”

'RHOSLC' Star Jen Shah Facing 18 Years In Prison

As Jen Shah prepares for her fraud and money laundering trial coming this July, there’s no telling how things will unfold in the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Cast member, Jennie Nguyen has already been fired from the show following backlash from a series of controversial and racist social media posts that recently resurfaced. Plus reports have also confirmed that Mary Cosby will not return for Season 3.

Shah’s Court Case

The latest development in the court case of Jen Shah, 47, who was arrested in March for running a telemarketing scheme targeting the elderly, attorney Ronald Richards suspects she is facing almost two decades behind bars. His notion has come after her co-defendant Derek Larkin was denied any leniency by the judge and given the maximum sentence of 6 years for a minor part in the Shah fraud case.

Up To An 18-Year Sentence! 

On Tuesday, April 19, Ronald took to his Twitter page to announce that the judge had denied Derek’s plea for his sentence to be reduced and estimated an 18-year sentence for Shah.

“Breaking: [Jen Shah’s] judge denies compassionate release to her co-defendant. The opinion provides insight as to how much time she will get, 15 to 18 years! Why she wants to do this is very hard to watch,” he tweeted.

Richards followed up with two tweets last Friday, April 29 stating, “BREAKING:

@TheRealJenShah loses all of her motions to quash before the criminal court, further eroding her standing in front of the trial Judge. Here is the opinion: ‪#shahfraud Please RT so she can get help to stop this madness.”

“The only way to save @TheRealJenShah is to have her get new counsel and blame it on them for leading her down this path in our opinion. In a case we recently handled, we were able to get our client's acceptance post-conviction. Jen will be looking at mandatory time with no way out,” Richards claimed.

Jen Maintains Her Innocence

Jen, who turned down the initial plea deal, says she is completely innocent, explaining to Andy Cowan during the airing of part three of the RHOSLC season 2 reunion that, “I’m fighting this. I am innocent. And I will fight for every person out there that can’t fight for themselves because they don’t have the resources or the means, so they don’t fight.”

What’s To Come In Season 3?

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 3 is currently in production and expected to air on Bravo TV sometime later this year. Jen Shah will greet viewers with her return, along with Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Lisa Barlow, and Meredith Marks, plus some new additions, though it remains unclear if they’ll be boarded on full-time. 

Though Jennie Nguyen was cast-off the show, viewers may still see her again. According to a source cited by Entertainment Tonight, Jennie “had already filmed scenes for Season 3, including a sit-down confrontation with at least one co-star to discuss the social media scandal.” There’s no telling who that cast member is but a pretty good guess would be Jennie’s longtime pal and RHOSLC mainstay, Lisa Barlow.

Additionally, a Radar online report has revealed that Tyna Edwards, a luxury realtor, and Angie Katsanevas, a successful salon owner, were spotted filming with the RHOSLC cast. It appears the Queens of Bravo fan page already has the scoop, as they shared photos of Angie on a ski trip with the RHOSLC ladies, noting that the reported newcomer auditioned for the show back in 2019 on Heather’s recommendation.

It was PJs central on Alexandra Daddario's Instagram feed over the weekend as the 36-year-old treated fans to a photo dump from the set of her upcoming movie, Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches. Currently filming on location in Louisiana, the actress took a break from shooting in the hot Pelican state weather to post several snaps from her hotel room and the beach. Kicking off the share with a couple of pajama pics, the actress looked ravishing in a blue two-piece set that brought out her gorgeous eyes.

Showing off her sleeping attire in a mix of standing poses, Daddario was all legs in comfy shorts and a button-down shirt as she flaunted her chiseled pins in front of the camera. Barefoot with messy hair, she included a close-up of her chic PJs, which had deep side slits and white trimming.

The actress then moved the action to the beach, posting a stunning photo of herself lying in the sand with the camera crew all around her. There was also a white screen in the shot, which was captured next to a peer beneath a spectacular sky.

Giving fans another glimpse of her day on set with some delicious-looking churros, presumably provided by catering, Daddario set a calming, zen-like mood with a video featuring some wind chimes swaying in the breeze. She also included a lovely clip with a willow tree catching the wind.

Captioned "Bed & breakfast," the upload was a big hit with her fans, who rewarded the photos with over 836,000-plus likes and flocked to the comments to leave her 1,300-plus messages. While some gushed over her beautiful eyes, others tried to guess what the new movie was about.

"Is it just me or does this look like the start to a horror movie," said one person, with another user sticking to compliments in a message that read, "Wake up vibes!"

New Supernatural Show

According to the movie's IMDb page, Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches is a supernatural show that follows a neurosurgeon who discovers that she is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. Inspired by Anne Rice's novel series, Lives of the Mayfair Witches, the AMC show is set to run for eight episodes in 2023.

Daddario has been hyping up the project on social media, recently sharing a selfie with co-star Tongayi Chirisa captioned, "Big welcome to my co-star who will have to listen to me complain about the heat for the next 4 months!!!"

It seems that Chirisa and Daddario are making the most of their time in Louisiana. The actress started off the new week on Monday with a post of the duo attending "a very special jazz fest."

"I only complained about the heat 12 times!!!" she joked in the caption.

Other Projects Coming Up

The AMC supernatural series is not the only project Daddario currently has in the works. The White Lotus alum is also starring in the Matt Smukler-directed coming-of-age tale Wildflower alongside Mad Men's Kiernan Shipka and Ryan Kiera Armstrong.

CrossFit Athlete Dani Elle Speegle Thrills While Rock Climbing

Dani Elle Speegle surprised fans with a fun workout on Monday. The CrossFit athlete got her cardio in first thing in the morning, hitting the Latitude Climbing + Fitness gym in Norfolk, Virginia for a little indoor rock climbing session.

As fitness enthusiasts know, the activity is a great full-body workout with benefits for strengthening the deltoid muscles and the core. However, judging by Speegle's six-pack abs, it didn't look like she needed any boosting in that area.

Sharing a video from the gym on Instagram, the 28-year-old put her insanely ripped abs on show as she powered through the moves, making it all the way up the wall with great ease. As always, she made the workout look extremely easy, as it often happens whenever she posts her training sessions.

Speegle also added a few snaps in which she was joined by a couple of friends, including fellow CrossFitter Alec Smith. Just like Speegle, Smith is a three-time CrossFit Games athlete and a True Grit Fitness and The Toe Spacer partner.

Recently posing with Smith to compare quads after a bike and air squat workout (as seen above), Speegle quoted Lil Jon in the caption, choosing a line from "Get Low" that worked fabulously with her rock climbing sesh. "To the wiindooowwwwww…to the WALL," she wrote, with fans taking turns to compliment her sensationally fit physique in the comments.

"Time for rock action abs absolutely," said one person, who told Speegle she looked "gorgeous."

"Okay shreddddyyy," quipped Valor Strength fitness app owner Jessica Cahoy.

How She Stays In Shape

Certainly deserving of all of that praise, Speegle works hard to maintain her athlete's body and stay in shape. Apart from consistently practicing bouldering, she's in the gym five to six days a week, putting in as much as five hours every day to achieve a competition-ready physique.

According to Best CrossFit Shoes, she relies on a combination of isolation movements and conditioning training to build her strength and muscles by targeting specific areas.

Her Fitness Secret

The 28-year-old powerhouse, who has a background in gymnastics and made the switch to CrossFit in 2015, makes sure to have one day of active rest a week, which typically consists of sauna and ice baths. Her gym buddy, Smith, is usually around for these recovery sessions as well, as seen from a recent Instagram post in which she admitted she wasn't a huge fan of the "ice bath part."

Speegle, who also trains with her longtime boyfriend, fitness instructor, and CrossFitter Alex Gorgon (see selfie above), also allows herself one day of complete rest each week. This system clearly works for the seasoned athlete, who ranked 14th in the 2022 CrossFit Open.

As far as her diet goes, Speegle is into Paleo and tries to eat healthy as much as possible. Despite enjoying an occasional cheat day, her meals usually consist of lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, with additional supplements, such as BCAAs, creatine, and whey protein.

NBA Rumors: Rudy Gobert To Warriors Possible, Andrew Wiggins As Main Trade Chip

The Golden State Warriors are one of the teams that are expected to be active on the trade market in the 2022 NBA offseason. The Warriors are currently focused on fully dominating the Western Conference and winning the NBA championship title in the 2021-22 NBA season. But if they fall short of achieving their main goal, the Warriors are expected to abandon their two-timeline plan and become more aggressive in improving their roster around the veteran trio of Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson.

Chasing Rudy Gobert

One of the potential trade targets for the Warrior this summer is All-Star center Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz. The Jazz are yet to talk about their plans for the 2022 NBA offseason but after they suffered a first-round exit in the 2022 NBA Playoffs, rumors are circulating that they would explore the possibility of breaking up the tandem of Gobert and Donovan Mitchell. According to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, the Jazz could undergo a huge roster overhaul to make Mitchell "more comfortable." With Mitchell still considered the face of the franchise, Gobert will likely be the one to go should the Jazz split up their young superstar duo.

Trading Andrew Wiggins For Rudy Gobert

In a recent podcast, Windhorst and ESPN's Tim MacMahon talked about the rumors linking Gobert to the Warriors. Windhorst said that the Gobert-to-Warriors trade has a possibility of becoming a reality with Andrew Wiggins becoming the centerpiece of the trade package that Golden State would offer to Utah.

"I have heard that rumor out there," Windhorst said on potential trade that would send Gobert to Golden State, as quoted by Hoops Hype. "I guess it would be based around Andrew Wiggins. I don’t know. If the Warriors win the title I don’t know if they’re looking for a major shake-up. But the Warriors don’t have that big and they have young players and they have the Wiggins contract. I don’t think they should be considered a leader but I think that’s on the board. I’ve definitely heard that."

Warriors Form Fearsome Foursome

Trading Wiggins for Gobert would make a lot of sense for the Warriors, especially if they fail to reclaim their throne this season. Gobert would significantly improve the Warriors' frontcourt, giving them a very reliable scorer under the basket, a monster rebounder, and a quality rim protector. This season, the 29-year-old French big man averaged 15.6 points, 14.7 rebounds, and 2.1 blocks while shooting 71.3 percent from the field.

Adding Gobert to the core of Curry, Thompson, and Green would give the Warriors a better matchup against powerhouse teams with dominant big men such as the Phoenix Suns, Denver Nuggets, Miami Heat, Milwaukee Bucks, and the Philadelphia 76ers.

Why The Jazz Would Make The Trade

Wiggins would be an intriguing acquisition for the Jazz. He would give them a younger All-Star who would help Mitchell carry the team in the 2021-22 NBA season. He may still have plenty of things that he needs to improve in his game but this season, he's finally living up to expectations from a former No. 1 pick. Playing for a team where he could be the No. 2 scoring option could help Wiggins further improve his game and speed up his development into a legitimate superstar in the league.

However, Wiggins alone shouldn't be enough for the Jazz to give up Gobert to the Warriors. In the potential deal that would send Gobert to Golden State, the Jazz could ask for the inclusion of James Wiseman and future draft assets in the Warriors' offer.

NBA Rumors: Proposed Three-Way Trade Would Reunite Kyrie Irving & LeBron James In Los Angeles Next Season

The Los Angeles Lakers are expected to find a new starting point guard in the 2022 NBA offseason. Russell Westbrook may still have one year left in his contract but after his first season wearing the Purple and Gold turned into a major disaster, multiple signs are pointing out that the Lakers will trade him again this summer. Despite their limited trade assets, the Lakers continue to be linked to several quality floor generals who would become available on the market after the 2021-22 NBA season.

Dream Trade Target - Kyrie Irving

One of the dream trade targets for the Lakers this summer is LeBron James' former Cleveland Cavaliers teammate, All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving of the Brooklyn Nets. In a recent article, James Piercey of NBA Analysis Network came up with a hypothetical blockbuster trade that would enable the Lakers to reunite James with Irving next season. In the proposed three-team trade, the Lakers would get Irving and Patty Mills, the Nets would receive Gordon Hayward and Terry Rozier, and the Charlotte Hornets would obtain Russell Westbrook and a 2027 first-round pick.

Kyrie Irving Boosts Lakers' Championship Odds

Though it would cost them a future first-round pick, the proposed blockbuster deal should be a no-brainer for the Lakers, especially if they are still serious about winning another NBA championship title next season. Despite the controversies that he was involved in, Irving would still be a massive upgrade over Westbrook at the Lakers' starting point guard position. Aside from being a better three-point shooter, Irving also knows how to efficiently co-exist with James on the court.

The only downside of the trade is the Lakers must prepare to offer Irving a max contract in the 2023 NBA free agency.

Nets Overhaul Roster Around Kevin Durant

The Nets are only expected to explore the suggested trade if Irving expresses his desire to leave this summer. Instead of losing him as an unrestricted free agent without getting anything in return, the proposed blockbuster deal would enable the Nets to turn his expiring contract into two starting-caliber veterans who would help Kevin Durant carry the team next season.

"Speaking of those quality veterans, the Nets lose top-end talent, but they get deeper," Piercey said. "They’re swapping an All-World player for two very good ones. Most importantly, both Hayward and Rozier, barring physical injury, are reliable."

Hornets Obtain Financial Flexibility

Meanwhile, as compensation for helping the Lakers and the Nets facilitate an Irving trade, the Hornets would be receiving a future first-round pick that they could use to add another young and promising talent to their roster. Also, trading Hayward and Rozier for Westbrook's expiring contract would enable the Hornets to open up a huge chunk of their salary cap space in the summer of 2023. Westbrook may no longer fit their long-term plan, but he could serve as a great mentor and reliable backup for LaMelo Ball next season.

NBA Rumors: Kevin Love & Collin Sexton To Lakers, Russell Westbrook To Cavs In Proposed Blockbuster Deal

Soon after they got eliminated from playoff contention, rumors surrounding veteran point guard Russell Westbrook and his future with the Los Angeles Lakers have started to heat up. With his disappointing performance and struggle to build chemistry with LeBron James and Anthony Davis, most people believe that the Lakers will try to get rid of Westbrook in the 2022 NBA offseason. Finding a team that will absorb his massive salary won't be easy, but it's still doable, especially if they are willing to give up a future draft asset and take another bad contract in return.

Proposed Sign-And-Trade With Cavaliers

One of the potential trade partners for the Lakers in the deal involving Westbrook is the Cleveland Cavaliers. According to Andy Quach of NBA Analysis Network, the Lakers and Cavaliers could explore a blockbuster deal featuring Westbrook, Kevin Love, and Collin Sexton this summer.

"A sign-and-trade that sends Kevin Love and Collin Sexton to the Los Angeles Lakers in return for Russell Westbrook and a future unprotected first-round pick makes sense for both teams," Quach wrote.

Before they could execute the trade, they must first convince Sexton to agree to a sign-and-trade deal to Los Angeles.

Lakers Replace Russell Westbrook With Two Starters

The proposed blockbuster deal would be worth exploring for the Lakers, especially if they intend to remain a competitive team in the Western Conference. Though it would cost them a future first-round pick, the suggested trade would enable the Lakers to swap Westbrook for two starting-caliber players who would help James and Davis reclaim their throne in the 2022-23 NBA season. Sexton could try to fill the hole that Westbrook would be leaving at the Lakers' starting point guard position, while Love could team up with Davis in their frontcourt.

Kevin Love Reunites With LeBron James

The hypothetical blockbuster deal would also feature the reunion of James and Love in Los Angeles. James and Love played together in Cleveland for four seasons where they made four consecutive trips to the NBA Finals and won an NBA championship title in 2016. Love may have already shown a massive decline in his performance, but he's still a reliable contributor on the offensive end of the floor.

This season, the 33-year-old power forward averaged 13.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists while shooting 43.0 percent from the field and 39.2 percent from beyond the arc.

Why The Cavaliers Would Make The Trade

Though Westbrook no longer fits the timeline of their young core, the proposed blockbuster deal would still make sense for the Cavaliers. "With Collin Sexton injured and Caris LeVert failing to find his niche in the Land, Russell Westbrook might be a great candidate to elevate the Cavs’ ceiling," Quach said. "Russ has plenty of faults, but most of them would be negated with the Cavs. They have plenty of outside shooting to clear the paint for him. Euphoria breakout star Sydney Sweeney joined the millions of Americans and tourists enjoying a day in the Sun at the just-concluded Revolve Festival. Since her success as the troubled teenager Cassie Howard in the HBO hit TV series, Sweeney has booked many top gigs in Hollywood, including Sony's Madame Web alongside Dakota Johnson. She took a well-deserved break last two weeks and last week to party with her friends at the annual Spring-Summer Valley festival.

Flaunting Her Assets In Bikini

Sweeney smiled in her animal print bikini consisting of an underwire front tie-string bra and a matching thin strap bottom as she cozied up to her friend Melissa Hernandez. Her bikini framed her busty chest and toned abs while she clung to the thick black pole to her left for support showing off her ivory nail polish. The White Lotus actress shone her teeth in glee while letting her blonde hair fall carefully around her face.

Later on in the slideshow, Sweeney cuddled her pet dog, Tank, as they sunbathed on a lounge seater and stripped towel. She protected her eyes with wide-framed sunshades and pushed her blonde hair to the back, letting the dog's mouth rest on her cheeks.
