As "NCIS" returns for its 23rd season, fans are prepared for some love and revenge.
Season 22 ended with a bang, leaving the team reeling from the murder of Agent Alden Parker's (Gary Cole) father and the romantic fallout between Agent Jessica Knight (Katrina Law) and Dr. Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen).
The new season promises not only the return of an arch nemesis but also the introduction of Parker's sister, Navy Vice Admiral Harriet Parker (Nancy Travis), who will stir up unhealed wounds in Parker's past.
