Alan Jackson is gearing up for his final bow.

The country legend announced details of the live engagement on Instagram on Wednesday. Being described as his final full-length concert, Last Call: One More for the Road - The Finale is set for June 27, 2026, at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

Jackson revealed in 2021 that he had been diagnosed with the degenerative nerve condition Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, or CMT, a decade prior. Fourteen years into his battle against the disease, Jackson is circling the wagons for one last big bash, featuring some of the country singer's closest friends and collaborators, like Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, and Lee Ann Womack.

"It's been a long road... and it's taken me places I never imagined," Jackson told PEOPLE in a statement. "But I can't think of a better place to put on a big show and give the fans a finale than in Nashville and include so many special friends."

The 66-year-old "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" singer formally retired from touring after a final stop in Milwaukee in May.

"Y'all may have heard that I'm kinda winding down. In fact, this is my last roadshow of my career," he told the crowd. "I lived the American dream, for sure. So blessed. Thank you all so much for all your support of my music and attending my shows."

Before departing from the stage, however, Jackson teased that he and his team were "planning on doing a big finale show in Nashville next summer" that fans could look forward to.**

Jackson first went public with his CMT diagnosis in a 2021 interview with Jenna Bush Hager on TODAY.

"I have this neuropathy and neurological disease," Jackson said, describing the condition as "genetic that I inherited from my daddy," and for which he stated, "there's no cure." Jackson revealed he had been having increasing trouble standing on stage for long periods of time during shows, leading to him feeling "very uncomfortable... even in front of the microphone."

According to the Mayo Clinic, CMT disease is an inherited nerve condition that mainly affects the nerves in the arms and legs. Also called hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy, CMT can impact sufferers' ability to walk, stand, and move their arms.

Fans of Jackson's music can look forward to one final performance from the country star, as pre-sales for Last Call: One More for the Road - The Finale begins on Wednesday, Oct. 15.**
