Big Brother's Nicole Franzel and Victor Arroyo are sharing the sex of their twins
The couple, who announced they are expecting twins in September, say they were surrounded by their close friends and family to learn the exciting news
Franzel and Arroyo are already parents to 4-year-old son Arrow
It's a boy and a girl for Nicole Franzel and Victor Arroyo!
The couple, who met while filming season 18 of Big Brother, are expecting twins — both a boy and a girl. Nicole and Victor tell PEOPLE exclusively that they found out the happy news while surrounded by their family and friends.
"We opened the gender envelope in front of our close family and friends, then shot up poppers to announce all at the same time," Nicole explains to PEOPLE. "We all found out together, which was really cool but was not the original plan."
"I gave the envelope to my mom before the gender reveal party to make a balloon popping game for us and after we popped all the balloons with no results, she handed us the envelope and said she didn't open it and wanted us to have that moment to find out first," she continues.

Nicole adds, "It was a really sweet gesture in the moment. I was like 'Whaaaat?!' I couldn't believe she didn't look!"
Their 4-year-old son, Arrow, is also very excited to be gaining two siblings, and Nicole says he seemed to know from the start that he'd be getting a brother and a sister. "Arrow said from the moment I was pregnant that he was having a brother and a sister (before we knew it was twins even!)," she explains. "Did I think this combo was too good to be true? Yes! But God is good and we are so blessed!!"
Although they have a few more months to go before they meet their little ones, Nicole says she and Victor have already started talking baby names. "We ironically had one boy name and one girl name picked out, so we will try them out for the next month or so to see if they stick!" she shares.

There's already a few things she's looking forward to doing with her family of five — specifically, snuggle time with the kids. "I'm looking forward to the baby cuddles and watching Arrow become the best big brother," Nicole says. "I love my husband, this growing family and farm we have created so much. Praising Jesus for everything good!"
Nicole and Victor announced in August that they were expecting again, after trying for three years to get pregnant. In September, a rep for the couple confirmed to PEOPLE that they're actually expecting twins.
"We were and are ecstatic," said Nicole. "What a beautiful gift from God! I honestly felt so sick the first trimester and started showing around the 8-week mark, which, with my first pregnancy, I didn't show until around 20 weeks."
"I joked there must be two babies in there, and when there really was, I was happy-shocked," she continued. "I've always wanted to have twins, and they run in my family!"
