An unnamed woman filed the Wednesday, February 9, complaint against the "Gin & Juice" performer, 50, in California. According to court documents obtained by Us, the alleged victim claims that she was sexually assaulted and battered by the rapper (real name Calvin Broadus). She is seeking damages to "redress the injuries" that she supposedly suffered.
The plaintiff allegedly worked for the Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party alum, per the court docs, which state, "Defendant SNOOP held supervisory authority over Plaintiff, controlling various tangible aspects of Plaintiff's employment, including the ability to hire and fire Plaintiff."
The Jane Doe, who is a model and dancer, previously performed with the musician and his codefendants — including Donald Campbell, Gerber & Co, The Broadus Collection, Casa Verde Capital and Merry Jane Events — for "several years," even accompanying them on tour.
According to the docs, a "private mediation" took place on Tuesday, February 8, and finished the following morning. However, the discussion was "unsuccessful," with the Joker's Wild host allegedly calling his accuser a "gold digger" in an Instagram post "immediately after the mediation ended." The suit drew a connection to a previous dispute between the Grammy nominee and makeup artist Kylie Bell, claiming that the social media message was "threatening" future legal action.
Bell previously sued the California native for sexual assault in December 2005, alleging that he and his associates raped her after a 2003 taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live!The musician, for his part, filed a preemptive suit against her for extortion, denying the claims. Both lawsuits were eventually dropped after Bell noted in a statement that the matter had been "amicably" resolved.
In the paperwork filed on Wednesday, the anonymous accuser's attorney expressed his concerns that the Coach Snoop star will countersue "for extortion just as he did to Kylie Bell in an effort to intimidate her."
The "Drop It Like Its Hot" performer — who is set to perform at the Super Bowl LVI halftime show on Sunday, February 13 — has yet to publicly address the allegations. However, the plaintiff's lawyer, Matt Finkleberg, noted his client's desire for a jury trial.
"Snoop Dogg has a long history of criminal activity. Reportedly, he is an admitted former 'Pimp.' Throughout his life, he reportedly publicly threatened and intimidated women including Gayle King, Iggy Azalea, and other women who accused him of rape, and most recently our client," Finkleberg noted in a statement to In Touch on Wednesday. "We believe, trust and stand with our client and we are confident a jury will too. We take great pride in representing our courageous and brave client who refuses to be silenced and intimidated any longer."
Feeling the love. Ever since Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey confirmed their relationship via Instagram, the pair has consistently professed their love for one another.

“For me, it’s about finding things that make me feel good. For example, one of my runs wakes up at 4:30 in the morning and runs for an hour almost every single day. I don’t want to do that. It makes me feel so sick. It’s not enjoyable for me, but she loves it.”

WrestleMania 36 will forever be one of the most unique events WWE has ever produced. The show was taped just weeks after major sporting events in the United States began shutting down in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the featured matches planned for the show was Goldberg defending the Universal Championship against Roman Reigns. With Reigns having recently beaten Leukemia for the 2nd time in his life, and uncertainty over how the virus may impact him, the decision was made for him to miss the event. Braun Strowman replaced Reigns in the match and defeated Goldberg for the Universal title. It was the first world championship Strowman had ever won. He would be released from the company 14 months later.

Goldberg Says This Is The Last Match Of His WWE Contract
55-year-old Goldberg has a part-time deal with WWE that expires shortly. He announced in December that he only has one match left under his current deal. His potential free agency was addressed in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
“The biggest name deal up is Goldberg, who has one match on his deal. His deal is huge money for only a couple of matches a year and I believe no-cut as well. It’s a deal that I can’t see making sense for AEW to compete with because they don’t have the Saudi windfall money that carries his deal," wrote Dave Meltzer.

If Goldberg defeats Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at the Elimination Chamber, that more than likely means he has signed a new deal with the company. WWE is not going to put one of their main championships on someone who is essentially a free agent the second he leaves the building that night.

The betting world is not giving Goldberg much of a chance at the Elimination Chamber. The odds are heavily in Roman Reigns' favor. Currently, Reigns is listed as a -1250 favorite to retain his title. Goldberg is listed as a +550 underdog.

On the episode of WWE RAW following the Royal Rumble, Brock Lesnar said that he chooses to face Roman Reigns for the Universal title at WrestleMania. He wasn't done, however. Lesnar also said that he will enter the men's Elimination Chamber match later this month in Saudi Arabia for the WWE Championship. He continued to say that should he win that match, he'll make his match vs Roman Reigns at WrestleMania title vs title. This would mean that for the first time ever, the WWE Championship and the Universal Championship would be held by the same person. It would be the first time since 2016 that WWE would have an undisputed champion in its male division.
Brock Lesnar currently has the best odds of anyone in the Elimination Chamber match. His odds of winning it are listed at +100. Bobby Lashley trails just behind him, with his odds currently at +150.

Once again, Trevor Bauer has made all the headlines. This time, however, it has nothing to do with his comments bashing Major League Baseball, foreign substances, or his electric play.
The Los Angeles Dodgers ace has been in the spotlight for sexual assault accusations. But after months of legal turmoil, it seems like the former CY Young award winner will be off the hook, at least in terms of civil charges.
Bauer Won't Face Criminal Charges
The DA's office determined that, albeit Bauer did in fact sexually assault the unnamed San Diego woman who accused him, everything happened within the confines of consent.
“After a thorough review of the available evidence, including the civil restraining order proceedings, witness statements and the physical evidence, the People are unable to prove the relevant charges beyond a reasonable doubt,” the Los Angeles County district attorney wrote, per The Athletic.MLB Hasn't Made A Statement... Bauer spent the final months of the season on administrative leave while the league conducted its own investigation.
Now, MLB Commissioner Robert Manfred is expected to make a statement as he can suspend him under the league's domestic violence policy:
"In a statement, MLB said its investigation into Bauer "is ongoing, and we will comment further at the appropriate time." The conclusion of the criminal investigation -- more than five months after an L.A. judge dismissed the woman's request for a restraining order -- could allow the league to interview Bauer, which would seemingly expedite the process. There's still a chance that he won't be suspended, though, which would put the Dodgers in quite a tough spot.

Stephen Curry scored 16 points on 5/13 shooting (3/8 from beyond the arc), with Jordan Poole (18 points), Andrew Wiggins (13 points), and Jonathan Kuminga (12 points) as the only other Dubs in double figures.
What's Going On With Julius Randle?
Julius Randle was the heart and soul of the Knicks last season but he's vastly regressed this year.
Moreover, his attitude has raised several doubts within the organization, starring in a now-viral altercation with a video assistant, and even telling the fans to STFU.
Randle's fall from grace has taken a big toll on the team's ability to compete at the highest level, as he's struggled to shake off double teams and make the most of his physical traits inside the restricted area.

The Warriors will be slightly undermanned for this game. Draymond Green and James Wiseman are closing in on their return but there's still no timetable. Also, Klay Thompson, Andre Iguodala, and Nemanja Bjelica are expected to miss the game, per Rotoworld. For the Knicks, Derrick Rose, Mitchell Robinson, and RJ Barrett are expected to be out.
Tom Thibodeau's team hasn't exactly been good on the road, going 11-16 and averaging roughly 104 points per game, according to Covers.

The Knicks can't figure out a solid rotation right now. The Warriors are coming off a loss and heading back home.

The deal includes a 10-game annual slate of MNF broadcasts featuring the Super Bowl-winning brothers:

Per most insiders, Rodgers' tenure at Lambeau Field has come to an end. He and the organization would be wise to part ways and figure out the best deal for each other.
Notably, the Denver Broncos would be more than thrilled to snatch him and are one of the few teams with enough assets to actually pull it off.

It's clear that neither Teddy Bridgewater nor Drew Lock are starting-caliber QBs. They can both be solid backups and maybe win a couple of games every now and then, but their roster is built to pursue a Super Bowl right now.
Rodgers is one of the greatest passers in the history of the league and, even in one of the toughest divisions in the league, his presence behind center would make them one of the clear-cut favorites to win it all.
What Can Denver Offer?
According to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated, the Broncos would need to make a huge offer for the Packers to agree to let Rodgers go. It would look something like this:
That way, the Packers would get plenty of draft arsenal, a young QB to push Jordan Love, and the Broncos would at least get some late-round picks in return as well.
Packers Must Move On
This is a tough pill to swallow, but the Packers need to move on and get a fresh start as well. They can't handle this uncertainty every offseason and would be wise to let some of their big-name players go to properly rebuild.
This team has fallen short of the goal year in and year out and the Broncos' deal would give them enough young assets to straighten the ship and be back stronger than ever in a couple of years. It's been a helluva ride, but it's time to let him go.
Ben Simmons has refused to suit up for the Philadelphia 76ers this season. He claims not to be mentally fit to play and the team chose to hold out his pay until further notice.
Neither side seems willing to cave in to the other's demands, with the Sixers expecting a massive haul for Simmons and the latter growing apart from his teammates and the organization as a whole.
Embiid Wants Players Who Want To Be There
But with the trade deadline just hours away and the looming possibility of Simmons not being traded, it seems like his co-star Joel Embiid doesn't actually expect anything at all from him.
Per Embiid, he only cares about the players who want to be there. If that's the case with him, he's welcome. If not, so be it:
