The Premier League is back after September international break with the Manchester Derby highlighting this weekend's fixtures.

Manchester City plays host at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday having lost two of three to start the new season, but are going to have an entirely diferent look than last time out with Gianluigi Donnarumma possibly making his debut in goal. Manchester United took four points from the two rivalry matches last season – including a win away from home.

Meanwhile, Liverpool is expected to welcome $170 million transfer Alexander Isak into the side for the first time iin the defending champions' trip to Burnley on Sunday. Arsenal faces Nottingham Forest in the early game on Saturday, the first match for new Forest boss Ange Postecoglou.

Here's a look at USA TODAY Sports' Premier League power rankings entering the season's fourth round of games:
