Nancy Pelosi makes stunning confession about why she knifed Biden: 'That letter didn't sound like Joe'

Nancy Pelosi has admitted that she pressured Joe Biden to drop out of the presidential race because she feared he was no longer making his own decisions. Pelosi, in an interview with the New York Times on Friday, stated that she intervened after a July 8 letter purportedly from Biden to Congress in which he re-affirmed his commitment to remaining in the election contest. 'I didn't accept the letter as anything but a letter,' she said.

The coach of controversial Olympic Gold medalist Imane Khelif has let slip that a 'problem with chromosomes' prompted boxing chiefs to ban her from women's competition last year. The International Boxing Association (IBA) disqualified her after conducting medical tests which suggested the powerful welterweight was 'biologically male'. But the Algerian brushed aside all opposition after being allowed to compete as a woman by the Olympics, simply because it said 'woman' in her passport.

The show stopping ceremony has seen a 'golden bee-man' descend into the stadium, as well as a floating pianist and 'toilet roll mummies' dancing around, as the closing ceremony shapes up to be as strange as the start of the games. After the golden voyager was lowered to the stage from the roof, a cloaked individual presented them with a Greek flag, to represent the Games ancient origin. The voyager was later joined on stage by some acrobats who were dressed as alien-like creatures who helped him discover the Olympic rings which were hoisted from the stadium floor.
