<p>Beloved 'Seinfeld' Star's Legacy Lives On in Ben Stiller's New Family Documentary originally appeared on Parade.</p>
<p>Ben Stiller is bringing his beloved parents Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara's incredible story to the big screen in an intimate new documentary.</p>
<p>The 59-year-old actor, fresh off his success co-directing the hit series Severance, has partnered once again with Apple TV+ for this personal project that celebrates his family's legacy in entertainment.</p>
<p>Stiller & Meara: Nothing Is Lost takes viewers on a journey through his legendary parents' rise to fame and their "impact on popular culture," according to Apple's logline.</p>
<p>"I feel very fortunate to be partnering once again with the incredible team at Apple TV+, this time on a project that is very personal to me and my family," Ben shared in a statement.</p>
<p>"It's exciting to finally get to share it with audiences; and a great honor to celebrate my parents, both as I knew them growing up, and as I've come to know them in new ways through the making of this film."</p>
<p>The documentary will make its theatrical debut on October 17, before streaming exclusively on Apple TV+ just one week later on October 24.</p>
<p>Jerry and Anne first started out as a comedy duo before branching into solo careers during the 1970s. Jerry became a household name through his unforgettable roles in television classics like The King of Queens and Seinfeld.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Anne showcased her range in acclaimed projects including the Awakenings in 1990, as well as memorable appearances on Archie Bunker's Place, Oz and Sex and the City.</p>
<p>The talented family frequently collaborated on screen throughout the years. Their first joint appearance together came in 1995's comedy Heavyweights.</p>
<p>Anne later joined Ben in his blockbuster hit Night at the Museum in 2006, while Jerry's final acting projects ended his career with father-son collaborations on Zoolander 2 and the animated special Zoolander: Super Model in 2016.</p>
<p>Anne sadly passed away at 85 in May 2015, followed by Jerry nearly five years later in May 2020 at age 92.</p>
