New body camera footage showed the moment a Florida sugar heir was hauled off in cuffs after beating his girlfriend because he was mad about sitting near a gay couple at a local restaurant. Alexander Nicholas Fanjul, 39, also known as Nico, was seen in an extraordinarily sweaty state when Palm Beach police officers confronted him outside his home on January 28 for the domestic assault. He happens to be the eldest son of Alexander Fanjul Sr - a director and senior vice president of major sugar producer Florida Crystals.
