Hilaria Baldwin reveals son, 6, suffered shock injury resulting in stitches
Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria has revealed her son Romeo, six, suffered a head injury which left him needing stitches. The yoga teacher, 40, who shares seven children with the Rust actor, 66, posted a snap with her son and revealed he needed a trip to a doctor after the injury. In the snap she cradled her son's head and wrote: 'Romeo banged his head...stitches like a champ. 'Grateful @drchrisfunderburk for making this as painless of an experience as possible.
