A stunning penthouse apartment which was listed for $1.5 million in 2015 is now on offer for $799,800 - a whopping 47 percent drop in pricing. The luxury fifth-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit comes with a gourmet kitchen and communal benefits like access to the Pilates center, wine cellar and outdoor terrace - but it's not enough to offset the skyscraper's looming problems.
