There was no foul play involved in Richard Simmons' death, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the investigation tells PEOPLE. "The LAPD are not pursuing the investigation as if foul play was involved at this point," the law enforcement source tells PEOPLE. The fitness guru was found dead Saturday, July 13, in his Los Angeles home by his housekeeper. He had turned 76 on Friday, July 12. TMZ reports that Simmons suffered a fall in his bathroom Friday night but refused to get help despite being urged by his housekeeper to seek medical attention.
